The waitress was good but the food took too long. We got it to go and it wasn’t worth the wait. The food was disgusting that we threw it away. The manager was attentive but still charged us. My 1st impression was horrible. We went for lunch and nobody was prepared and apparently didn’t have a cooking staff because they threw something together and glued it in a bag so we couldn’t figure out it was garbage. We waited over 45 minutes at the table with nothing.
I work in hospitality so I’m familiar when it comes to customer service. The waitresses service unfortunately is very poor. They will all bundle together in the back with 1 customer, usually older Person and deliberately ignore their Guests. The first Impression is the key to success. If you want your Guests to have a memorable experience you have to have your Team take the time to make them feel special. If you make Guests feel special and take care of them they will take care of you. Please pass this message to your team. Thank you.
I used to love this hooters. I've been here several times and spent a lot of money here. However, I was in here yesterday and the bartender and manager would not serve me because I have an out of state ID, not to mention they were both incredibly rude about it. I forgive their ignorance, because it's not their fault but there's no point in being rude. I can definitely understand why this location is only 3.6 stars. Probably won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this location.
If I could give zero stars I would. Got there and waited 5 mins just to get seated and still no one came to seat us. So I left and went to use the restroom thinking that will give them some time. I come back and my husband is still waiting to get seated. Another customer had to get a waitress attention at the bar to let them know we were waiting. After almost 10 mins to get seated we finally got a table to only get ignored longer. So yea we just left definitely a waste of time. So if you’re not a sugar daddy coming in, trust me you will get ignored. Smh terrible customer service!
Please read these 1 star reviews before visiting this eatery. I placed an order online 15 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes for my order and witnessing other pick up orders being handed to customers, I asked about the status of my food. I had a total of 15 wings so I couldn’t understand the long delay. I was told that the fryers were down and had to be restarted, although several orders were handed out during my time there. I asked for a refund. I was told that because I placed the order online I would not receive a receipt to confirm the refund. Very last time I would ever visit this place. The floors were also sticky for what I’m assuming a spilled drink. POOR service, poor sanitation and a complete waste of 45 minutes.
