😡😡😡😡😡THE CASHIER WAS RUDE AND DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO PUT IN MY REWARDS NUMBER. SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING BUT OVER HERE! CASH PRICE LISTED FIRST AND PAID 30 CENTS MORE FOR USING MY CARD! Filthy and grungy!!!!! I wish I had NEVER stopped here, or at least ready reviews! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Used to go here almost every single day for years. Up until the new owners took over. People running the store are rude. Everything in the store went up in price and they stopped offering many of the deals they had previously. They lure you in by showing cash prices, but when you get to the pump, it's over 20 cents higher a gallon. Go next door to Chevron and save money.

We used to fill up at this gas station every week. The way they list the cash price vs credit price on their sign should be criminal. It’s absolutely despicable. I will never use this Shell again. We will now being using the Chevron next door.

The new owners have runined this great station. I have been going there for over 21 years. Now with the new ownership they changed all the pricing to much higher. They fool you into gas prices by listing cash prices (Who pays with cash now... .not many) so their debit/credit prices are over 20 cents higher. The station next to them is cheaper.

Miss old people. They were cool plus had food stamp machine. That really helped alot

Candice the store manager could not ring up an item as advertised at her store. She said the sign must not be right you have to pay more and would not fix the price.

I hate false advertisement.

In addition not a single sorry was said, only rude feedback.

For years they have had card readers outside that don't work. I'm not talking one or two. I'm talking all of them all the time to the point that they should just save people time and have a sign that says go inside and get inline and remember your pump number. If your in a hurry it's not where you want to stop to get in and get out fast. It borders a Mcdonalds a high school and a roundabout making getting in and out about as convenient as their gas pump system. This is pretty much par for the course in Louisiana. Let's face it. Efficient, clean, and smooth operations parents abundant.

I will drive right past this place and go out of my way to get fuel elsewhere. Gas pumps always broken and the staff seems almost intentionally rude. They also don't accept Gas Buddy.

Do not buy fuel from this station on hwy 1077. I purchased diesel from them and got pure gas. They ruined a 24000 dollar engine and they told me it isnt their problem.

Went in to get gas and use the restroom. I know gas station restrooms are suppose to be nightmares, but jeez. First the door won’t lock, which is okay because if someone else needs to use the bathroom, they can. But the stall door didn’t lock. To beat that… there was no toilet paper. But fancy paper signs saying don’t flush paper towels. Should’ve wiped with those. I waddled over to the paper towel dispenser and almost thought it was out of towels. But it wasn’t. Also no soap was in the soap dispenser, so I hope the employees making the food actually have some in their hand washing station.

The owners are great people but there are two dark haired women who are just rude to customers. I also order pizzas 20 min before and I get there and they said the order was lost smh! Even though it’s written down in a book. Not happy at all with these two

Pump handles are rigged, so you'll definitely want to prepay.

Went in at 4 in the morning. Really nice people and the breakfast was good.

Got ten dollars of gas like I always do without any problems but this time the customer before me couldnt pay for her items so the cashier gave her the items and when I when the pay for mine it was 14.38 for ten in gas. I said to the cashier it says 14.38 but before I got it out she said don’t worry about it like it was gonna come off the amount. It never did when I checked it a few mins later it’s was still 14.38. I call the store and she said that it will be refunded tomorrow but tomorrow never came. I know it just 4.38 but it’s not the money. I wish I can give them a 0 star.

I grew up in this store (literally). My mom was a manager over the store and the kitchen when I was a lil girl and  It was my first job. In all my years it has had 3 owners, each of which made me feel right at home. When you go in to purchase things they are so welcoming and friendly and if they don't have what you are looking for in stock (the newest owner) Frank will try his best to accommodate you by ordering it so it will be there for your next visit . ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LIL STORE!!!!

I sometimes stop here for gas after work. Staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient.

Quick in and out for coffee gas cigarettes and most of the cashiers are very nice but there's this one lady that acts like she's better than everyone. If not for her I would've given 5 ⭐

I got a coupon to get a new vuse Alto e-cigarette. So I go in and ask for the Alto vuse e cig. It's sitting right there in a case I front of the cashier. I hand her my coupon. She had to ask the manager cuz apparently she's blind n can't read. So the manager comes out talking about ' oh m I don't know I can't stand to even touch a cigarette 😲" all big headed acting. Like she's to good to touch the product I'm trying to buy is to quit smoking. Anyways she's was so rude about what I was asking for n since she said she hated to touch cigarettes I said "" forget it get me 2 packs Marlboro" just so she had to touch it n I left still smoking cigarettes. But I went there to get something to help me quit. I was treated worse than any stray dog and I was a paying customer. U suck shell in McKee. That's y erybody goes to fill ups or shell in annville. If she don't like touching cigarettes than she shouldn't work @ a gas station in the middle of tobacco land!!

Hot coffee, cold drinks, in and out no problem…. That’s why we keep going back weekly!

Yalls pizza is the worst pizza I've ever ate. Going in is always a mess. Great thing about it is the pay at the pumps.

Typical gas station they have your drinks snacks and quick little house hold items you might need in a hurry the staff are friendly and keep the store clean and stocked never had any trouble or complaints doing business here

Big traffic flow problem at this station. Not well lit at sundown, from Greenbrier. Can’t see entryway!

This is by far the worst layout design of a gas station.  You have to enter and leave via a side street that in itself is narrow and unfit for a gas station level traffic event.   Of course if you need fuel bad enough I guess you will stop in anyway....

Gasnis high but thats not the fault of the store level employees, and thats who theese reviews reflect upon....
But at least the cars reader at the pump works and the reciete is printing. Keep it so I dont have to come inside to get my gas and I will keep coming

Lost a star for not listing the fuel type on google but I think google is missing that option.

I just drove past 6 fuel stations that said they did and the did not have any.

She stole all my money on my card. She said it put next day. .  still. Have not got it yet.

The staff would rather put up two pre-printed, laminated, and obviously much abused "out of order" signs on the bathroom than to have a random non-customer come in to pee.  They said so much.  Forget gassing up here.  Thanks for running a s**thole establishment.  I took my dollars across the street for better service--and that should speak volumes to you

No restrooms available. They barely speak English to address the issue of not applying the Shell discount when pre-paying for fuel so you'll have to wait in long lines to get it fixed.

I like this place. Simple with good beverages. Although I never get gas here. hahaha

As long as you get lucky and go in when a certain lazy and very disrespectful employee (starts with *Ap*) is NOT working then it's an overall good  store but her lack of concern and customer service brings the whole place down!! I spend alot of money in that place but apparently it's a problem to keep certain things stocked (and refuses to when it's brought to her attention) so I will be taking that money elsewhere just as she suggested for as long as she is employed there!! Actively looking for district managers number...

saw this station only had 1 star, wanted to leave a review because this is my spot. the manager is truly the sweetest man, and he always talks to me and my boyfriend when we come in. always a friendly and positive atmosphere when we go in.

Mold in the men's restroom ceiling tiles, bugs came out of the ice machine. This station used to be held to higher standards than this.

Cashier doesn't give correct/any change. Manager/ establishment steals from customers.
