Needs more tables for dine in in the food court. Ps wouldn't hurt to have a food court inside.

I’ve been a customer ever since they opened. Good products, priced well and now they are remodeling the internal layout which makes it easier to navigate.

they intercommed over the realy loud mic for a young lady with her 2 kids to pay for the fruit they bit even though they had put it back in the bag with the rest, they still decided to keep anouncing to the whole world comments related to the bitten fruit she was already paying for untill she finaly got to the cashiers. poor mother she didnt deserve to be hummiliated like that!

This place has a lot of little stores, they have boutiques, herbs, Mexican pottery, food, plus Soriana store, I had so much fun and found everything I was looking for!!

Soriana Híper - Henequen

This is a pretty bad spot.  Sorry to give these many negative reviews, but quality and hygiene are on the low on most public places. This place is more for local shoppers.  Do not expect anything fancy. And stay away from the restrooms. Also, this is a high crime area in Juarez.

Bathroom needed cleaning asap, asked "guy who was in charge of putting gel & checking temperature" he said maintenance guy I asked maintenance guy & he said someone else would come & take care of it, then I asked another employee & she said they were short staff but someone would take care of it. Waited 30 minutes & finally maintenance guy was coming to clean it.

Poor service.   Seemed like they didn't care.   It used to be nice but it seems like they stopped upgrading or caring much about presentation.

This is a nice place to do a quick shopping, specially if you are on the go.

Always stocked with everything the OXXO suppose to have good customer service fair prices!

H-E-B Piedras Negras

This HEB was like a palace; it was as if the owner had invested in it and became a stakeholder. the fragrant scent of herbs and spices filled the air. I rubbed my hands together and gazed upon various delicacies graciously displayed in neat rows. I was utterly impressed by the well-appointed shelves of imported foods, which contained ingredients from all over the Mediterranean. The distributors were kind enough to provide free samples of their goods, which I instantly devoured. The olives were delicious, with a little bite to them, but the real treat was the aged balsamic vinegar, which enhanced my breadsticks right away. If you were lucky enough to grab some of those imported cheeses, you’d see that there was a flavor for everyone. I snacked on grapes from Spain and olives from Greece, but then I grabbed this awesome cheese from Italy that had a long history to it.

Although a bit pricy, groceries are nice, clean, fresh and juicy. Good service from employees.  Waiting time for cashiers is fine.
Fresh and clean fruit and veggies are a good sign of store taking care of customers.

came here with my family on Sunday, July 3rd.  We don't wear masks due to our religious beliefs.  They wouldn't let us into the store.  My wife had to speak to the general manager and he still turned us away, myself, two women, and a child.  We weren't allowed to buy food, they wouldn't honor a religious exemption.  We went to Walmart instead, who although they asked us to mask as well, ultimately honored our request for a religious exemption.  1 out of 5 people we're wearing their masks incorrectly, with noses fully exposed.  Those infractions weren't being enforced, which defeats the purpose of requiring a mask in the first place.  Not impressed.  Ironically, the same people not allowing us to buy groceries were the same people celebrating freedom the very next day on the 4th of July.  Mexico is going to be a sad place come winter.

I love my HEB, but not in Mexico. The reason they didn't have products like the really do in USA HEB, or maybe try ran out.  I've heard they don't it's all Mexico products. I don't mind but I went looking for Hill Country bath tissue there wasn't any I'm allergic to perfume tissue the only one is Hill Country. That doesn't mean I'm not shopping any more at HEB. It's still has good prices.

I understand security has to their job,  but in this place the make you feel like their breathing on your neck.... They should do their job without been so close to people...

Friendly service but need to update  available stock as noted in their system. They were not sure about availability of tires needed.

I love the prices! I don't mind paying 400 pesos equals to 22 dollars to get the card to get in.

Clean  neat not messy like wally everything in its place basically just like a costco

I love this shopping store i always go wild buying deodorant, sweet bread,  beer, and chips to bring home and enjoy for the weekend

Awful customer service, every time you go. A/C never on, very hot. If is raining, you have to be careful with a 1000 buckets on the  floor because of the roof  leaks. 20 register lanes and only 2 open always. I stopped going there time ago and everytime I go back its worse. I hope I learn my lesson. I hate that place.

Although prices are fine,  you need to wait lots of time due to long lines to pay your shopping. This store only uses as many as 5 cashiers when they have about 15 places,  more personnel needed,  mostly on weekends.

About a year later and same story: too much waiting time for paying goods. From 15 places to pay, only two of them were working.  I had to wait about 12~15 minutes, that's a waste of time and it's even worst if you're buying goods that need to be frozen or at least refrigerated, temperature outdoors is over 100°F and it takes an average of 15 minutes to get home.
Same story, long lines waiting to be served by a cashier.
This store needs to consider waiting time for us as customers.

Very good place to do groceries, Beer And authentic Mexican food,lots of parking and pharmacy the food court has very good food an economic price

Went to eat Chinese food, the food was good but it was so cold there.  Doors were wide open , no concern for customers but thats the attitude in pierdas negras. Come of you if you want or not we dont care.

Really good place to shop for grocery especially if your looking for a great deals and family size items.
Always have to stop by here when i go to Mexico great store and also has great deals
Cant leave without buying my cheeses from here
And they also have a little snack store infront of the registers to buy something for the road !

My mother got her a haircut here for her mother's Day. Very good job they did very quiet environment very clean. I recommend everyone to this location.

It's a good supermarket, it's usually clean and organized and they have good prices too.
I don't buy meat from here often, but all the other products are pretty good

Long lines,  part of the Walmart family maybe, Also has the same products as in my Houston Walmart Great Value brand

Good prices good things. Air conditioning not working  good since long time ago.

No toilet paper or hand soap and yiu have to pay 🙄🙄 next time bring your wipes.

Cinco pesos to take a leak unlike eagle pass you can stop anywhere and it's free. Love the oxxo' s. ❤️

The staff cojld be more friendly and help you not look at you and laugh
