I went to this location shortly before closing time yesterday. The dining room was disgusting. The Play Place looked as it had not been cleaned all day. The beverage station was completely neglected- it was covered with trash, not stocked properly and the beverage machines appeared as though they haven’t been cleaned recently. The tea urn that was at the beverage station had an expiration tag that was expired over 30 hours prior to my visit. The TV in the dining room has been displaying the Roku home page since last year. Two of the menu boards are non-functioning. There were trash cans overflowing with trash.

Spicy nuggets were so old I couldn’t eat them. Regular nuggies weren’t too bad. Usually McDonald’s coke hits hard but this location it tasted water down or out of syrup. I would skip this location and try another. Asked for honey got none. Asked for napkins got none. Drive thru team members don’t care. Management should get involved if they want to increase sales.

It's a McDonalds; I don't expect fine dining. But even by a low standard, this is objectively the worst McDonalds I've ever been in. The staff are incredibly slow. They are very rude. It took forever to get my food, eat, and leave. They even messed up my order. How do you mess up a regular, no-changes, quarter pounder with cheese? The food that was "right" was so thrown together you could barely call it a sandwich. I think the tray I was given was used and dirty. It was obvious the "manager" I talked to, if he was even a manager, was not going to do anything about the rude workers and bad food. I'm not one to complain or speak to managers or whatever, but the behavior of the staff and the quality of the food was abysmal. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Never spending money there again.

The level of customer service experience after that call made me wish I had the option to lower this McDonalds review down to a half star - unfortunately, that option doesn’t exist.

Update!  I was contacted by a female who did not state her position.  She asked a couple questions and said she would look into the matter

Went with 3 year old grandson and only had cash with me. A fairly Heavy set male w/short ratty ponytail refused to take our order and told me to use kiosks. I Tried to explain I only had cash but he turned his back and didn’t care and was sarcastic.

So much for my grandsons first happy meal.  Not the McDonalds culture I remember.  Oh well, healthier food is better for my grandson anyway.

If I could give this review, negative stars, I would, I would give it -5 stars!!! This location never, and I do mean NEVER fails to disappoint! Be prepared to wait a VERY long time, wether you order online or not! Your order will be incorrect or incomplete. I placed and online order 20 min before I arrived, still waited another 10+ minutes before I decided to cancel everything!!!
The complete incompetency of the staff is infuriating!!!! When you dare get annoyed because of the incompetency they are completely bewildered and look like they’ve been mentally sedated!! They clearly don’t give af!!! Save your time and money!!!! There are other locations a few minutes away and is well worth the extra drive!!

AT&T Store

Both times I’ve been there this week have been great. Never caught the two gentlemen’s names but they were both super helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I recommend this location!

Hayden was incredibly helpful and walked me through all my options with kindness. He found promotions I was elegible for and lowered my bill. Highly recommend!

Aaron was a super helpful and nice guy! He made the transition to a new phone seamless and enjoyable.

Just saw some reviews about a lady being rude. And yes I'm sure I dealt with the same lady today. Went in to get my trade in completed from my pre-order for my s23 ultra. Promo was any condition galaxy phone. My trade in phone were crack and did not power on and she keep saying she can't do it regardless since she can't get in the phone. She did not check my account or even look at the promo that was advertised. She even said how much she knows and she work here for so many years like I even care for that. I was able to do the same promo past year same store but different person. Anyways she just act like she can't help me anymore and just gave my customer service number. Went to att at college and they were able to get it done just like that.  Everyone stay away from this place especially this person. Other reviews talks about this lady and I see why.

What’s the point of working here if you can’t answer simple questions, awful customer service. That woman inside was no use to me or the person she pretentiously talk to over the phone. Acted like she knew everything and it was apparent with how she spoke to customers that she does not value human interaction. She values being right 100% of the time and making you feel ignorant. I just switched from Verizon and this one experience makes me want to switch right back. Find the right people for the job because she’s only sending away unhappy customers. She’s there for a paycheck and has zero desire to actually help. I hope you see this, because you’ll know it’s true. Pathetic.

Wild Birds Unlimited

We absolutely love this place! And they were so very helpful too!!

I bought one of their lifetime warranty feeders last spring when raccoons destroyed the cheap hardware store feeder I'd been using. Since then, they've repaired it twice (for free!) and I've started adding their pepper oil to my birdseed.

I LOVE this store. Everyone who works here is so friendly and knowledgeable, and I love being to come in and geek out about the cool bird I saw. 10/10, would bird again.

Good service and great quality and variety whether it’s seed, suet, nuts or bark butters. I like the no-mess and pepper blends. The feeder I purchased from them is sturdy and attracted birds almost immediately.

If you're looking to step up your backyard bird watching this is definitely the place to be.  Be sure you check the quality of the products and not just look at the price.  Friendly staff and definite interest in the community and their customers.  Highly recommend!!!

My father was an avid bird lover and purchased seed and other items from Wild Birds Unlimited 🐦 for many years.  As NWA faced unusually cold and snowy 🌨weather recently, we found the Wild Birds Unlimited store here in Fayetteville.   To our delight, we found the bags of bird seed are blended for "local" birds.   Though I miss my Colorado native birds, the ones found here are extraordinary!!  Three pairs of Cardinals, Robin's, several varieties of Wrens, Sparrows and Bluebirds grace our backyard and we know they will be well fed this winter.  The little squirrels also dine on the seed after asking permission first.   Too precious!!

The UPS Store

Paid to have documents shipped overnight. Even a little extra by noon. They did not arrive. Got the phone run around with the call center in the Phillipines only to be advised after a half hour the call should be to the store on Shiloh. They submitted a refund request to UPS. After a 15 business day processing time a check arrived. For a lower amount with no explanation. Called the number for questions on the check. Was chided the call should be to the local store. Ruth the manager was supposed to return the call that day. Nope. Two subsequent followups they advise she may be in store tommorrow, or not. And, she is the only one who can help. Documents ended up arriving, after a mechanical issue and UPS error, but customer service has not.

I hate using the UPS stores in this town. Every time I walk into this location with a pre paid shipping label they argue with me about paying $2 to print it. But they only do it half the time. One day they won’t charge… then the same employee the next week will argue I have to pay and not remember they didn’t charge me the week prior. Some poor management for sure. And $2 to print a label that’s already paid for to use your service. Petty and greedy.

I have always had a good experience with the employees at this location, so no complaints there. But I ran out of tape at my house and took my untaped box (the size of a shoe box) with my label and she said she could tape it but it would cost me $1.66. For one 6" piece of tape. That's absurd. Can you imagine how much money they'll make off of one roll of $3 tape!? lol I'll still take my boxes there, the staff is very helpful, just putting this here to let you know that you might want to make sure you have tape to tape it yourself.

Should have read the reviews before going here....save yourself a headache and go literally anywhere else. I dropped my WEDDING flowers off for overnight shipping and they were delivered a day late after I paid extra for early overnight. I have been trying for more than a month to get a refund - I have called the store at least 6 times. Every time I call, the person I talk to can't help me, they say a manager will call me back, and the manager never calls. The one time I finally had a manager pick up the phone, she said she would issue a claim - never heard anything about that again. Also at one point they essentially told me I was lying about the time I dropped off my flowers - good thing I kept the receipt. I have now called 6 times, emailed 3 times, and visited in person once. Never have felt more ignored by a business. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO FEDEX

I got my tire blown and was looking for reliable service. Luckily Big O Tires were two minutes away . Guys did a great great job!
The tires on my semi truck were replaced quickly and professionally.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with very friendly staff. I had recently installed all new studs on my spacers but my studs on my hub started to strip and that was my breaking point. They assured me they would have no problem fixing it the same day. When they called me back they unfortunately didn’t have the lug I needed, but said if I could find new ones they would install them at no extra cost.
I arrived back with the parts right as the doors were closing and they still took me in, and stayed after hours to work on my car. These guys seriously went above and beyond, to not only keep their word but to make sure I was taken care of. I honestly felt like family as soon as I walked in to when I left. I will never take my car anywhere else after today. Thank you to everyone at Big O who was so nice and worked so hard. I truly appreciate everything.
On top of all this, it didn’t even break the bank, they only sold me what I needed and had it done super fast!!!

I want to give Big O Tires a huge shout out for their customer service.  We bought tires from their Lebanon store.  WE (not Big O Tire) made a big mistake, but when I called Big O Tires to see what I should do, they went above and beyond and out of their way to provide us with the best customer service to help us!  Joey contacted the store in Jefferson City (since that was the closest one to our house) and helped us get what we needed.  Everyone was amazing!  But especially Joey (from the Lebanon store) and Zach (from the Jefferson City store).  THANK YOU FOR HELPING US OUT!!!!!  We are now life long customers!

I love my Big O! I utilized them two days last week. First day to refresh all the front end chassis and steering and shocks. And the second day for a full set of tires. They were prompt (as they always are), and way more affordable than one would think. Every time I have them service or repair a vehicle, I have it back in less than 24 hours, and that’s for multiple and extensive repair jobs. Most of the time it’s within hours of drop off. Wyatt, Joey, and both Brandons are great guys and have great customer service skills. I truly feel valued and appreciated when I walk into, and out of their lobby. Thank you Lebanon Big O for keeping my family rolling safely, and for being a friendly staff.

I shipped a package filled with my clothes about a week ago. The package has not been shipped by UPS yet and I have no new information on the package. The estimated delivery date was four days ago and it still says that is the estimated delivery date (despite it not even being shipped). Not only do I not have information, when I tried to call for help they would repeatedly not pick up the phone. My mom called today and (they finally picked up) the lady said that she would look into it, but it is still very unlikely that the package will be found. The lady also complained about how long it would take when my mom asked her to look into it, but at least she is looking into it. Maybe this doesn't happen too often, but this has never happened when I ship packages at any other UPS store. Don't come here. Just go to another UPS store nearby. I'm happy to change my review if I can get some help!!!

Beverly and the team were so helpful in assisting us with sending bikes and boxes for our long distance move. They assured us our valuables would arrive within a few days which they did in perfect condition. The nearby FedEx store was not able to accommodate this shipping request so this store really came through for us in a crunch.

I feel like UPS stores rarely have such a high rating, but after talking on the phone with Oscar a few times about my shipment, I can understand why it has such a high rating. Oscar was super helpful with advice for sending my shipment to the UPS store for pickup. Made the process simple. Thank you!

Oscar and Beverly are the greatest!   There are closer locations to me but I make the drive to this one b/c of the wonderful and trustworthy staff.

Update: Had to lower this score bc of the bad response I got today when I inquired why customers couldn’t require a signature on a return envelope. Basically, customers can’t do this in the store but can do it online themselves and seems complicated and annoying. So ridiculous and should be the opposite. I work at a university and told students to make sure they get a signature required for the return of their visa documents and passport and I was surprised today when a student told me they can’t do that. I called this location to voice my concern and they agreed with me but I can’t support UPS if this is the response I get. I gave UPS a chance to redeem themselves too after an absolutely horrible experience with them returning a package out of state with no reason. They also almost returned my passport I had sent to this store with the poor excuse it was bc of a new employee. I was impressed at the time how they handled it but after the conversation today I can’t recommend UPS over other companies now. This is UPS in general and not this particular location but since that was the response I got today when I called this location I thought I trusted, I def. won’t recommend or go out of my way anymore to go here like I used to. I won’t recommend any UPS store in the future either.

This UPS Store in Golden has handled my mail for almost 5 years. That is a long time to experience how a business is run. I cannot say enough good things about this business and its employees. They constantly deal with a customer base that is sometimes patient and understanding and sometimes, not.  I have witnessed first hand their patience and knowledge in dealing with customers and they are fantastic.

I looked at the lower ratings here, not understanding how these could be valid and I see that most of them are due to process issues which are completely out of control of the the Store itself. I can vouch that they do their utmost to help customers get their tasks completed in the most efficient and cost effective way. I HIGHLY recommend this Store for any tasks that need to be done as they are pleasant and as helpful as they can possibly be!!

Free air! and propane tank refills - not many places that do that. Car wash is a bit sketch tho. They recently added free vacuums!

I'm tired of being advertised at while already buying gas. I'm already spending money at your establishment and still, you have a obnoxiously loud tv that I can't turn off while pumping gas. It's loud trash tv that wastes everyone's attention. Would be 5 star if not for unavoidable blaring ads and trash tv during the entire experience.

I usually use this place for their car wash after getting Honda service. The washer had just finished and the dryer had just turned on. I put my car into drive and began to slowly move forward when some old crusty employee literally walked into the car wash and up to my window as the dryer was still going to yell at me for going too slow..... Besides that being horribly unsafe... Who does that? The car wash isn't good quality anyways, so I would avoid this place if possible.

As a fairly large commuter, I tend to visit a gas station at least once a week, if not every 8 or 9 days. I've come to realize just how varying in quality a gas station can be, and how my driving stress level goes up due to that quality. That being said, this is one of the best Shell stations I have been to. Being a Fuel Rewards member I try to use Shell where and when I can, and this station unlike most others in the area had all their pumps functional, the paper towels and windshield cleaner was all full and not packed with leaves and debris and more to my surprise, the screens on the pumps were clean. The terminal I was at worked properly, didn't have any long needless delays in processing, and given the layout being in a long row instead of a weird L shape or otherwise packed together, navigating into the pump was painless and quick. It was also raining at the time and there didn't appear to be any leaks in the roof which as most of us know how aggravating that can be having to stand under a leaky roof at the pump. Overall, this was one of the best Shell stations in the Boulder/Longmont area.

After having a terrible experience at UHaul, came here to fill our propane tanks. Great, quick service and the tech was knowledgeable.

The Honey Baked Ham Company

Smells so good when you go inside! Staff was very friendly. The ham and bean soup was excellent. Sandwiches were great too. Glad I finally came in, I always wanted to when we went to the movies. Make time to check out if you happen to be in the area.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch today. Every employee was very polite and accommodating. We had a couple sandwiches that were very impressive because The Honey Baked Ham meat is hard to beat!! The potato salad was the real star though...YUM! The restaurant is tucked away at the end of the shopping center so it was nice to not have vehicles driving by when we were sitting outside.

I absolutely LOVE their Cobb salads. I don't eat pork, but the smoked turkey is divine. I go a few times a week. The staff is incredible 🤗

My sandwich was exactly as ordered (no tomato and no mustard).  It was excellent!

Ordered sandwiches. When we were told there was no dining in and wanted money back. Employee got hateful and said I have to have the manager to give you your money back and then hatefully said go ahead and eat. While we were eating the manager walked in and said you're not supposed to.. when I looked at her she said just never mind. How about putting up a sign that says no dining in. Guess that's too hard

Anthony, the manager, has exceeded expectations and made the experience top notch. I was able to get fiber and internet. He is a very good communicator and a patient listener. I also got DirectTV and he helped with that too. He also made me aware of some additional discounts and that helped as well.

Told my partner that we could get their 1 gig plan for $55 since we live in a competitive area. Once the guys come and get everything set up, we realized they had signed us up for the worst internet plan and we still have not gotten this fixed as they have told us not to go in person and then added our number to a new enrollment call list and now we are playing telephone with different departments. Very displeased and never had to go through a fraction of this with Cox.

I would give 0 star but I can't. So just one star. The lady to the right side is not polite, not professional, not even friendly. Anything I asked her, she just said "I'm not sure". She can't access my account, I asked why, she said "I'm not sure", I asked her what are the cheaper options, she said "I'm not sure", many more examples. All questions, she had no idea. I seriously question why hiring someone this incompetent. This is just pure funny. If you are a customer, definitely avoid this one. If you are working at this store, please don't be someone like her. You don't have to be a good person, but you need to be professional, that's what you are paid to do.

Had a wonderful experience.  George helped me get the phones for my parents. He was very patient and helpful.

The service was great. I waited maybe 2 minutes for someone to help me. I had to pair my phone to my insulin pump and he was very helpful.
