Everyone at this location is always patient while I pull up multiple amazon return codes. Today Kyle was friendly and efficient as he assisted me.

Best experience ever!
1.  They removed the heavy, unpackaged items from my car without me asking.
2. Helped me finalize the packaging.
3. Measured and weighed each package.
4.  I created the labels on my laptop and sent them to the store.
5.  Best yet! There was music and a little bit of singing.

Wonderful and helpful staff.  Great options to do just about anything that you need to get done!  I would say that the staff are both knowledgeable AND willing to go the extra mile to help.  I saw someone come in and treat them very poorly and all they did was remain professional and polite, trying to offer different ways they could help.  Alas, the lady left in a huff, without listening to any of the sincere offers to help her.

Definitely not open 24 hours!!! Please update your business online. I drove out of my way to get here just to be disappointed!

Car wash sucks. I have the membership plan, but I've gone through 5 times and still have the same dirt spot on my vehicle. Wash has also taken off my car's magnets in the past and staff wasn't helpful in trying to get them out of the car wash for me. Floor of the car wash is filled with trash, dirt, and debris, so it definitely isn't regularly maintained.

A 20 oz bottle of Sprite costs $3.50 and a gallon of gas averages $4 per gallon.

How much money do you have?

The staff inside is great, but otherwise, if you want to pay for some of the most expensive gas in the area, while being forced to listen to commercials at the pump, this is the gas station for you

Awesome gas station, but the convenience store is not open 24 hours. Reasonably priced and good easy gas station. We towed the bus here and gassed up, and there is an attached car wash! Nice location next to King Soopers

Big O Tires

I was having trouble with one of my tires going flat and I was able to get an appointment here fast and easy. Gaboric helped me get it patched and back on the road in very good time and was excellent at communicating through every step of the process. Would definitely go back.

One of the worst experiences I have had with customer service. I would give negative stars if I could. I was told it would take a few hours for my vehicle to get my Big O Tires rotated. 8.5 hours later, still not done, I was told my truck would be next. Not only that, I was told unless I showed them paperwork from my purchase, they would not do the free rotation and balance because I bought the Big O tires from a different store. Horrible customer service. I will not be going back to this store!

I love having this amazing service spot in my neighborhood. Everyone is so professional and kind and courteous. They are knowledgeable and help me out without any time delay. Daniel topped my tires with air when my light came on in the cold weather and it was quick and free! Thanks to this whole shop for serving this community so well.

This Big O Tires deserves more than 5 stars. They have incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. I brought a tire into them that another tire place refused to attempt to patch and just tried to sell me a $350 tire. The guys here had it patched, holding air and back on my truck in no time. I live 40 minutes from Golden and have half a dozen tire places closer but I'll be making the drive here anytime I need tires or service in the future.

Took my car in to have two new tires put on. Sebastian broke a stud and I had a missing lug nut. Sebastian didn't even put my hubcap back on correctly. While I was driving home, my hub cap came off and rolled down Colfax avenue. I went back to Big o tires and told them what happened and they told me they would buy me a new hubcap and then told me that they did not break the stud or forget to put one of the lug nuts back on. I told the manager you did break the lug nut because I just had all my lug nuts replaced by my mobile mechanic. The next day they went to Big O'Reilly's and bought a pack of four hubcaps that were not Honda manufactured. The hubcaps did not fit my wheels and were falling off after they put them on. The other three Honda hubcaps they took off my car, they tried to keep. That is stealing! I told them that if they're going to replace my Honda hubcap they needed to get a Honda manufactured hubcap not cheap fake hubcaps from O'Reilly. I had to open up a dispute with my bank and a claim with Big o tires corporate just so they could fix the damage they did on my vehicle. Take pictures of your studs, lug nuts and hubcaps before having your car serviced at this location. I will never ever go back to this corporation or location. Horrible service and if I was a man they would have treated me completely different. They tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.

McDonald's

Every time I have to go to this location something goes wrong. The last and greatest feat of theirs was crafting a spicy McChicken with American cheese, no lettuce, no mayo, and TARTAR SAUCE. We were the only ones in the drive thru. It feels intentional at this point.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered through the app for drive through. After giving our code and pulling up to the window, the girl kept saying “oh you’re DoorDash” which we aren’t and directed us to a courier spot to wait. We waited….and waited…5 separate times someone came up to us with a bag and asked if we had that order. We didn’t and told them each time what we were waiting for. I got fed up and went inside to take care of it myself. While I was inside nobody was in the register area at all. They were all running around in the back getting nowhere fast. I finally flagged someone down to ask about our order and he sorta acknowledged me but continued on running out incorrect orders to incorrect cars. I felt for the other people waiting to order or for done in because you could tell all associates were aggressively avoiding eye contact like they knew that everything was messed up. I finally left 20 minutes later, no food at all. Go literally anywhere but here if you actually want to get food.

Good as one would expect from McDonalds however I couldn't give more than 1 star because they are currently under construction inside...no fault of this facility at the time.  If anything, good to see they are putting capital upgrades!  Let's see when they're done how I feel inside!

Had a very rude experience with one of their young female Hispanic employees on a late weekday night. I was told to pull into the parking lot number 1 but I forgot to ask for sauce so I waited at the window for 5 minutes waving my hand and saying excuse me for her to barely look at me and when she did she just ignored me and pretended I wasn’t there. So I pulled into the parking lot number and waited for my food. Then it was delivered by the employee who had a very bad attitude. Customer service here is a joke, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The biscuits could be a little better. Often times they’re hard . The people are nice but quite often they take a long time to answer you and I understand that they’re busy, but they should always acknowledge you and
just say give me one moment please and not wait minutes before they say something like that, other than that everything else is great.

We were first time visitors and we felt welcomed. Tatum was gentle and patient with my 8 year old who has sensory issues. This was our first salon hair cut and will be back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m piggy tailing on this review because it wouldn’t let me write a new one. Brought my niece back here and service was terrible. They herded us around like cattle to accommodate other clients while we had an appointment. It took 1 hour in this establishment, 45 minutes for tinsel that was terribly done which they had the door girl do whom had zero experience. Really sweet girl but I paid for a stylist not receptionist. Then my kid received a 5 minute hair cut which was completely uneven. I definitely take back my recommendation on this establishment. I could have saved 40$ and gave my child a pair of scissors and let her go at it.

absolutely wonderful with small children, I've had bad experiences in the past with hairdressers getting impatient with my children, but the lady (I forgot her name) was so kind and did a good job. definitely recommend for first hair cuts.

My daughter got her ears pierced and hair tinsel. She was pretty nervous about getting her ears pierced but they were great with her. It went by so quickly she didn’t really have time to get upset before she noticed her new earrings. Definitely recommend!

Treated my son with love! 18months old, they had so much patience with him. Love his new haircut! Would definitely recommend!

Very pleasant experience.  Things went so smoothly.  Our kiddo was calm and was entertained and made so comfortable with the equipment being used and the task being accomplished.  Julia so kind and even help give some advice and guidance on a good style.  This was our 3rd visit and we'll definitely be back!

I went to Big o tires at 4:30 in the afternoon and was greeted by Brooke to have a new set of tires put on my Jeep Liberty. Not only did she have everything handled for me but my jeep was done in a very timely fashion and money was returned to me for not needing an alignment! The follow-up attention was also very nice to receive, letting me know that they do care about their customers and the quality of the service I received! I would highly recommend Big o tires on Missouri boulevard in Jefferson City Missouri!

Needed an Oil Change and Alignment done before Thabksgiving Holiday. Big O on Missouri Blvd was able to get me in and out with a great price and quality job. Thank you for the great customer service and timely vehicle service.

I had to order tires for my vehicle due to uncommon 21” tires, but they were very helpful and got me taken care of quickly. Monte was courteous and kept me updated with text messages. This was the second time I’ve had new tires installed here and will be coming back when another new set is needed in the future.

I had to have new tires and alignment on my 2022 Jeep due to an issue created by the dealership in Columbia. Joe and the crew at Big O tires on Mo Blvd were awesome in taking care of my problem! Special shout out to Aaron and Tyler for getting everything done and getting me back on the road in no time at all! Having issue with your vehicle??? Take it Big O!! Thanks again guys!

AT&T Store

Toni is the GOAT. I went to another location to talk to someone about plan options + getting a new phone. Was basically told that they couldn’t really help me. Decided to try another location and not only did Toni get me a less expensive plan that fits my needs, she helped me get a new phone, a case, and an Apple Watch. Love love love her.

Store looks much better than last I saw it. Looks like it’s been cleaned up, quite a bit.

Christopher went out of his way to help me. Great customer service.

Fantastic experience with Hayden!  He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. We have followed him to a couple of ATT stores because he is so helpful. He worked so hard to find a solution to our unusual situation tonight.  We appreciate him very much!

Visited this location last night around 6:30 PM
Came in to do an upgrade
There was only one employee in the store sitting on the back corner behind his desk. He did not even bother to get up when we came in. We walked to his desk and informed him we wanted to do an upgrade to an iPhone 13 128GB. He then proceeded to tell me to move away from his desk, so I back up. He then said he would have to go back and check if he has any iPhones 13, once he came back he said he did not have any iPhone 13s in stock and he would have to order it. We were OK with ordering the phone and then I informed the employee that I did not want any next up or insurance on my phone. The employee got very upset and said we cannot get a phone if we don’t get insurance. He stated that he cannot let us walk out of the store without insurance, and that we can call AT&T once we walked out of the store to remove the insurance.
Since we refuse to get insurance, he then said “ I do not want you looking at my screen and now I’m going to have to kick you out of the store”  he was very rude, and this is no way of treating anyone! Being a sales agent means being able to sell to the customer, not obligating someone to get insurance. This agent was very unprofessional.

Tradehome Shoes

Chandler is The Best—so friendly, courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He helped my daughter and me find the perfect shoes…did I mention he’s patient too? He deserves an A+ and a Gold Star.  I will be going back for the great selection and the greater service. Thank you Tradehome and Chandler!

Bought my first pair of Hokas, today! I absolutely despise shopping…but had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks to Chandler. He made what would normally be a very stressful situation for me actually enjoyable. Knowledgeable, polite, above and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend!

Heidi was absolutely sensational! She helped me find the perfect shoes and was extremely helpful in my shoe search. She went above and beyond and then some to assist me in my shoes needs. I highly recommend my girl Heidi and would love to buy some more shoes from her!

Rhylee Hess waited on me today. He was very helpful bringing me numerous shoes to try on to find the perfect fit. His personality is delightful and is an excellent salesperson. He has gear potential for leadership in this company. I came in to consider buying one pair of shoes and I’m happy to leave with two!!!! Job well done.

Ryan is awesome! I walked in today looking for athletic shoes and did not expect to receive such attention and care. These guys offer excellent customer service and are such professionals. I'm looking forward to shopping here again!

Golden Ace Hardware

I’ve been in multiple times, and I think this is the worst Ace I’ve ever been to. I’m used to Ace being helpful and quick whenever I need something, but this one is neither. The first time I went in to buy a surface lead test and the lady at the counter took 5+ minutes inspecting the packaging and almost refusing the sale because she “thought part of it was missing” even though all the items listed as included were there and I was assuring her that they were (as I’ve bought the same product in the past and know what is included). More recently I’ve been in 3 times now trying to get a fishing license printed and each time am met with excuses. Not once has an employee (even the one that other employees claim is the only one that can use the licensing system) even attempted to help, they always dismiss me immediately.

Been going to Ace Hardware. My entire lit's crazy. They moved but I still go to. The staff is very nice. They're always very helpful even if they don't have it. They'll guide you in the right direction.

I went in today to get a bottle jack and wanted to spend some time looking around to make sure I didn't need anything else so I took my product to the counter so I didn't have to carry it around with me because of slipped disks. Mind you, it's me, a small white girl, with two grown men and a teenage boy in the store. The ONLY people in the store.

The owner (I guess?) and the other older employee started following me to the corner of the store and staring intensely and talking about me (to which I didn't realize most of it as I was just trying to browse) and then FINALLY confronted me that he HAD to watch me because he's had a problem with theft lately.

I get it. That sucks.

But don't make me feel uncomfortable when I'm in the furthest corner of the store from the door. Keep it to yourself like normal people who try to figure out if someone is stealing or kick me out. I'd rather chance being embarrassed letting you embarrass yourself for nothing, than completely uncomfortable. I almost bought the mace at the check out counter with some poor advertising about why I might need it.

The lady who helped us wasn't the friendliest & not a very good sales person. I wanted a Toro leaf blower & she claimed they didn't have anything Toro. But when I looked, they had a whole aisle of a Toro products.

Looking for hard to find paint. Spoke with "T" evening before after calling 10 ACE Hardware stores and he was very helpful.

Dillard's

Customer service department is so overly rude for no reason. I was simply trying to make a return and just ended up leaving because of her rudeness. I can certainly see why so many people shop online.

Dillard’s are my personal favorite. This is a huge one with good stocks. Although covid affected all business and shopping malls, this Dillards still looks pretty good in shape. I love going back.

Went to Dillards this week and visited Chanel counter.  Looked at Coco Madamoiselle cologne and brow pencils mainly.  Was told about the promotion of for every one hundred dollars spent, you get a 25 dollar reward to spend.  I took a picture of the display and told the makeup person I would come back and do this.  I went back today and intended to buy the cologne, brow pencil and a foundation to spend 200 dollars and get 50 dollars to spend.  I was informed that I had to buy by yesterday to get that promotion.  I was never told that and I feel the promotion sign was misleading.  They said the sign meant I could spend the extra money before May 14.  I had them put it back and will either watch for a new promotion or buy from someone else.  I have always liked to shop at Dillards and have their charge card but this was just so disappointing.

Visited Dillards and bought some clothing for my husband.  I want to brag on the young man who helped us.  I think his name was Bryce Rogers, a ban from California.  He helped us find exactly what we needed and made suggestions and was very friendly and professional.  I wish all the employees were as good.  Most of the time it is hard to find anyone to help or check you out.  Biden's America I guess.

I have to give a great review for John Lands i'n women's shoes in November 2023.  He helped with an order from the store that saved shipping because the item was not in stock at the local store.  I know Belk did this but did not know Dillard's also does this.  He was great as I took a while finding my charge card and he was very pleasant.  Not all of your employees are as nice.

Great store to find designer merchandise without paying the outrageous high prices!

Yesterday September 03, 2023 I spent a great day with my family at the Dillard's store, we visited the whole store, we made beautiful purchases, we tasted delicious dishes.
