Ace Hardware Garden of the Gods

I live close by and frequent the store for mostly small needs.  Last week I broke my dump truck key and was in a bind.  Thankfully Nicole was able to help me out and make me a new key from the broken pieces of the old one.  Great, friendly customer service and I was truly impressed and grateful!  Thanks again!

Ace Hardware sucks on customer service. I took a tool back, and even with the receipt, they would not take it back. I never used it because it was the wrong size tool. Even though the receipt says " Within 30 days we will fix it, exchange it or refund it. Your receipt assures it." Their excuse is "we are a series of independent franchises and policy is set by each franchise." If that is so, why does it say on the receipt it assures refund or exchange? I would give zero stars if I could. I am cancelling my Ace Rewards as soon as I can. Totally unsatisfactory.

I’ve come here for 6-7 years with my service dog to get odds and ends only when I need them. Today I walked in (7/22/2023) to get some insert’s for furniture.

I was asked if Hunter could have a treat, and than shown right to the section I needed. That is usually how it goes, in and out in under 10-20 minutes. The item I needed were .49 cents and ACE had them in stock. I didn’t have to wait for my own customer service team to open up on Monday, I was able to fix the item myself for about $1.00

I was very disappointed with the customer service, one of the employees were  eating while scanning people’s items. I asked how are you the employee replied good, didn’t even ask how I was. Also as soon as I walked in I received no welcome in. I think there prices are way too high and I will not be going back. Now much prefer Home Depot. May I also add that they were very rude. And, specifically the front desk lady was the one being rude. Will NOT go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered a Treager grill to pick up Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I waited for 15 mins for them to find the order and the women at the front desk was far from friendly. The one stars was for the nice man that carried it to my car. After driving home two hours and unloading the grill, I realized they must have given me the floor model. No box, missing can for the grease drip, dead bugs inside, and the lid does not close properly. I paid full price for a subpar product, what a disappointment. We ended up using it, as we had no other option for the weekend. I do not recommend online ordering or going to this Ace Hardware location.

Shell

Started pumping gas before i noticed the VOID seal was cracked on the pump and some of the panels looked weird.

Let the attendant know and she called her boss and said it was fine, no big deal. I would assume they have to break that seal to put more receipt paper in.

However, noticed some unusual attempts to try and login to my cardholder account, I'm assuming to try and re-enable the card, which I had disabled the card after this exchange to prevent any potential theft. Today I just made the decision to cancel the card and have a new one sent.

Moral of the story, don't take the gas attendant's word for it, if the void seal is broken, go to a different pump.

They say their times of operation are 5:30 in the morning and the pumps were not operational and out of service sad part is there's a Dutch Brothers next door that opens at 5:00 and you guys had people waiting at the pumps

The Cashier Working in here his (Shirzai ) he is very friendly and respectful guy

Your standard gas station. We liked that we could use our King Soopers points to reduce the price of gas at the pump. We didn't go inside, so I can't really speak to that, but the pumps were pretty standard. No issues, no frills.

No squeegees for window cleaning. Bathrooms locked with no out of order sign but attend claims they’re out of order. AVOID!

Harbor Freight Tools

I don't care who you are, you have to love harbor freight ,I love every harbor freight that ever existed and I love all of them I don't know about employees or things like that I just know that I love going to harbor freight it's so fun and they're cheap enough you can buy a lot of stuff. And they have what you need for any project. At affordable prices if you can't afford brand name from the depot or Lowe's .

Great prices, tools and employees!

2 stars taken away for the inventory system wasting both my time and my gas money though, twice in a row now.

Kinda negates the savings, especially if the process leaves you annoyed on top of everything else...

The best customer service and shopping experience hands down. Even my daughter expressed "too bad all stores aren't so helpful, shopping would be so much easier". There's something to be said about a teenager saying her best shopping experience took place in a tool store!

A little bummed out came by to pick up the free promotion for a screwdriver set. The cashier with attitude accused me of coming in already. Kinnzey with the back hair I don’t know if I look similar to all the other Asians but please try your best to not be rude to someone who didn’t do anything wrong. Seems like a great tool though can’t wait to use it on my next project!

The UPS Store

Brought a bike in to ship that they said would not be an issue and 2 grown adults at a UPS store couldn’t figure out how to ship a 6’ x 1’ x 3’ box. The older woman was instantly resistant when I walked in with the bike and acted she didn’t want to mess with it. Told me they didn’t ship hazmat for battery, ok ship the bike? Asked me to load the bike up and bring it back tomorrow because the 2 of them couldn’t figure out boxes to use? I guess when competent staff is there ? FedEx never gave me these problems.

I have only ever been treated with kindness, patience, and expedient service by all employees when I visit this store. I usually have Amazon returns when I visit and the make the process so easy and hassle free. I visit this store for any packaging or delivery services I need because I know they will take worry-free care of what I need.

This UPS store was so amazing to help me with a confusing Amazon return. 2 CSR were very patient and helpful. They made sure that I was getting my full refund before taking my items. I am so grateful because they were extremely busy, but still made sure all my questions were fully answered and that I understood exactly how my return was being handled. Thank you so much.

When I come to this store I enjoy my experience Angie is the manager she is always pleasant and so is everyone working there. They are always helping me to find easier ways to ship out my packages. The owner has been there a couple of times while I was there she is very nice all around I will be coming to this store for all of my future packages.

The staff at the UPS Dixieland - Rogers location is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgable,  especially the owner. My husband brought in an odd-sized package. They measured the package and explained how they were going to charge him so there were no surprises. They were very professional. Thank you!

Midas

team killed it on short notice twice!  came in on saturday to have a strut pack for a lift I was working on slightly reindexed, was back out the door :20m later.  then brought my truck in after completing the lift install & they rechecked my alignment & solved a slight rubbing issue I created myself (exhaustion & bent the dust shield).  100% back out the door in a few hours, truck rides perfectly.  Great job, highly recommend this team.

I simply can not say enough good things about this business. Their honesty and integrity are incredible.  Jay, in particular, has been very patient and attentive - explaining everything that needed to be done with our vehicle in advance. In this day and age, to find a business that goes above and beyond DESERVES high praise!!  They have earned all of my future business in metro-Colorado!!

Every experience I’ve had with Jeff and the Midas team has been positive. A friend recommended them when I needed help replacing my VW battery and they were great!

The team here at Midas is great! They are always so helpful and willing to answer any of my questions. I have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me or up sell me on something I don’t need. It’s really nice to be able to take my vehicle someplace where I can trust the people who are helping me.

I brought my car here for a second opinion, after being quoted $1600 by a competitor to have my alternator replaced due to a stripped bolt. Midas called me within a few hours and told me they had not only removed the bolt, but that my entire repair would only be $539!!!! I added an oil change to the job and was so pleased to pay $610 for all of my work! I highly recommend this Midas location and I had a great experience with their team!

It's really weird that it's the same owner for Bonforte and 50 cuz the 2 stores couldn't possibly be more different! Bonforte sucks and 50 is always reliable! Staff is always friendly and remembers me and things are always stocked and look clean and neat. My only bad experience has been overnight with a male employee whose prerogative was to uncomfortably hit on women customers. I stopped going there overnight cuz of him but there's a sign up saying they're hiring that shift so hopefully he's gone, idk. The ladies are so awesome I can't even take off a star for the 1 bad employee I encountered. Keep up the awesome work!

How is it Lisa from this location said they can not accept the digital ID  from the "my colorado app" she was rude as could be and said her boss Dana said that was the rules so Dana when you see this I would very much appreciate an explanation

Always the cheapest gas in town. Cheap fountain drinks, and great fuel rewards. Best location

The price is only lowered to get you in the store customer service is zero the cashiers got no idea what they're doing and can't do simple math is just top not including the outrageous lines at the pump and inside

Worst customer service ever, sales associate LISA is disrespectful argumentative and would not except my identification and would not give me mangers info I am Reporting to BBB

Mobility City

Extremely impressed with Mobility City from the very first phone call through delivery and setup of a special order bed and mattress for my MIL.

Zac was great to work with and went out of his way to research options for the special features that were required.  Excellent communications and was very quick to reply.  One of the extra challenges was getting the bed in a short window of time that was further complicated with shipping around Christmas but his follow-up and extra effort resulted in the bed arriving by the time my MIL was transferred to the Assisted Living facility.

The Mobility City delivery and setup team did a great job with the bed setup.  They were courteous, polite, and certainly left a very good impression on me.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mobility City and I would certainly recommend them.

Went in to get my mom's 3 wheel scooter looked at....front wheel had issue. They got her all fixed up and didn't even charge her anything. They were very nice and helpful. So if you need help with mobile products go see them!!!

I can’t express enough how much we appreciate this store and the owners. Bryan and his wife are so knowledgeable about their products, and go the extra mile to take care of their customers. We just purchased an electric wheelchair and couldn’t be more pleased.There was a slight issue that Bryan worked out to perfection. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with them. About three months ago we purchased two lift chairs from them which we love and if we have a need for something else in the future we will definitely go there. We would highly recommend this store.

I called mobility city to inquire about a go chair. I talked to Tiffany. She answered all my questions. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. We drove in to pick up the chair. Everyone was helpful and so pleasant. I am so glad to have bought my chair from them. It was a great experience with great people. They know how to service their customers. I highly recommend Mobility City. I love my new chair.

Needed to purchase a lift chair for my mother in law. The staff at Mobility City went above and beyond! They showed me all options, did not push the most expensive model. They definitely cared about all aspects of my situation and gave options for the best fit for me price-wise and needs-wise. They were so friendly! AND they delivered!! I highly recommend them for any senior needs.

The Honey Baked Ham Company

About a month prior to Thanksgiving I put in my order so we got honey baked ham to cater our Thanksgiving dinner. We spent over 200 dollars to get what everyone in the family loves and will eat. Since I'm disabled it seemed like an amazing idea. After my husband gets off work he heads to pick up the order and all the sides that we carefully picked out are gone. My husband also didn't like how the younger gal working was almost in tears. No employee should be put in a situation where they are probably getting yelled at by so many who also are not getting their side dishes. The company should have made sure they had enough for everyone.

I ordered a platter for 18 people for Christmas. I went to pick it up Christmas Eve. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, which was fine. I expected this since it was Christmas Eve. When I got to the register, the woman was so rude. After looking around for a while, she asked if my order would be under someone else's name. I said no. She looked around a while longer and then ended up hastily putting my stuff into a bag. I said Merry Christmas (which she rolled her eyes to) and left.

When I got home, I opened the bag and there was enough bread but only about half the meat and cheese I paid for. I was very unhappy and will not be going back there again.

The Honey Baked Ham shop was a wonderful experience. The aroma as we walked in the door was delightful 😊 Service was superb! The manager and staff were very kind and helpful 👍 Food is delicious! I recommend the Rum Cake Sampler. I really enjoyed my entire experience.

Stopped in for lunch although I had never heard about them before. I ordered the Tavern club and it was really tasty! Nice thick cuts of meat, bread was nice and fresh, honey mustard was nice and sweet. The two gentlemen working were nice and our food came out quickly. It was a good experience and I will add them to my list of favorite sand which places!

Kristen was quite disrespectful. We did nothing to deserve it. Probably won't return.

Littleton Ace Hardware

The woman at the USPS counter couldn't have been more rude. All I was trying to do was track down a missing package. I know this isn't ACE-related, since they're a great company, but it's too bad they have this weird partnership. Doesn't reflect well on the overall experience.

Went to buy some hardware to repair my dresser drawers.  Unfortunately they didn’t have the size i needed.   I was greeted and helped by a nice worker who helped me figure out quickly I would have to go elsewhere.  Bummed, but I was happy for the great customer service.
They have really excellent parking also so it’s very easy to get in and get out quickly
I also notice some really cute garden things for sale near the front

If I could leave less I would, I tried to use a coupon that I received online via signing up with the app., the cashier was totally thrown off, and angry I was like ok if it didn’t work and about to leave cause I paid and then the cashier was like “it’s not my fault” I was like ok… then she said “call corporate and complain my name is ….. I have been In customer service for 20 years you try to do what I do” and then visibly upset with arms swinging around I was like why are you yelling at me and yelled “I am tired of these customers treating me like this cause the coupons don’t work” and demanded I call corporate give them her name and tell them the coupons don’t work, I was like ok and after I did it I understand why she has absolutely no responsibility or accountability I will leave the response below.

Please for your own good use Amazon prime get your stuff next day and you don’t have to be yelled at by the cashier.

Greeted immediately and helped right away to find the item I was looking for. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes! Great store with very friendly staff!

McDonald's

I came in and ordered my food. They got us our food about 10 minutes in and didn’t hand us our drinks. I waited another 10 minutes and mentioned to the staff member in the picture if they could please get us our drinks. This person had a horrible attitude and said, “umm can you like wait!” I said,  “yes I have been waiting and that’s why I’m asking. Can you please grab our drinks for us?”  This person basically shrugged me off with her hand, saying “ugh get out of here.” I asked another staff what their name was and he was like, I can’t give you their name. Wow.. okay great service McDonald’s crew. Since I didn’t get their name, a picture will do. Picture below. (Oh and they forgot my 4 piece chicken nuggets on top of all of that.)

Can you give a negative rating? Manager hung up on me twice! I’m not one to complain who ever she is needs to be fired very rude and on top of it I’m extremely allergic to dairy and when I told them what happened all she could say was you can come back in. I’m no where near the store anymore and I’m not even planing on being near the place again. Stay away full of homeless guys out front begging for food and money and then being treated like trash my management. No thank you. I’ll take my business else where.

At 11:31 pm 11/27/23, i received the best customer service. I did not get her name, but she was wearing a low bun with glasses and asked if I wanted more ketchup. You are so sweet. Good bless you! Thank you so much.

I deliver food from 11pm to 3am. I can always pick up food from this McDonald’s. Except for this woman, she REFUSED to give me the food every time and closed the pickup window. She wouldn’t talk to me and pretend to call cops. I recorded a video and showed the video to her manager, her manager didn’t do anything.

We went in after dinner and got 2 double quarter pounder meals. My first negative thing to see is when I went to fill up our cups the employee working to clean the lobby area was looking at me with disgust in her face. She told me that we were in the wrong store. The second thing was the Manager of the store came behind the counter and was harassing a customer for getting ice in his cup as a 3rd refill. He told the customer that if he tried to get anything else he would have the cops called on him and would physically fight him. It ruined my appetite and we left not even halfway through our meals. I understand that the location of the store is not ideal, but there is no excuse for a manager to ever threaten a customer. Not even if they were homeless and rude and didn't pay anything.
As I stated, the food was cooked right and it was hot when we got it. The customer service was very poor. I think they need to be trained better and I think they should have a new manager.
