My wife and I went to this store this morning. I was delayed going in to the store and as my wife walked in the door a man immediately greeted her and helped her despite being busy behind the paint counter at the time. He took her straight to the pumps we needed, then she asked for help finding parts to change the fitting to the pumps so a garden hose could be screwed on to the discharge outlet of the pump, the man went away for a few minutes and then brought us the specific parts to do exactly that. They did not try to sell us anything we didn't need and multiple employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. We live south of Denver near Parker and will come back to this store again.

Would give 0 Stars if I could. Tried returning a socket that I never even used because it was the wrong size and my dad had already fixed the part by the time I got home and they wouldn't let me return a brand new item not even 24 hours after I purchased it. Absolutely horrible customer service. The guy was extremely rude and treated me like I stole it or something even though I had the receipt and everything. Do not expect help here.

Has to be the worst ace in the area never have anything I need store is dirt as hell nobody orders anything in stock your better off just driving to home depot

I hate to leave this review, but I must. I've been coming to this Ace hardware for 20 years. I have a rental property about a mile away and spend between 500 and $1,000 here every year. Today I go in and in addition to spending money to buy tools, I need to use the bathroom. Sorry no public restroom. They tell me to go next door but there's no public restroom there I walk around the entire shopping center no place to go to the bathroom. I'm not sure how businesses intend on staying open if they want people to shop only at times where they don't have to go to the bathroom. I'm older, and when I need to go I need to go. I will unfortunately be taking my business another direction going forward as I can't always plan on spending time in your store and shopping for things to be told I need to drive who knows how far away to go to the bathroom. Shame on you Ace hardware, people in your store buying things, and no bathroom.

I walked in the door and the cashier gave me a genuinely warm hello and ask me what I needed. Another employee heard this and offered to help me. He showed me to a wall of tools and stood there for three or four minutes just staring at the tools without saying one word. Another clerk saw me but couldn't see the first and also offered to help me. I told the second clerk that I needed a small, manual impact screwdriver. He looked at me quizzically and said they had powered impact devices. I thanked him and said that that would not do. I went back to my car. Logged on to the Amazon. Searched for what I wanted. Ordered it, all in about 5 minutes. It will arrive tomorrow night. Now I wanted to finish this project today but I'm sick of walking up and down aisles and asking clerks who don't know anymore than I do. I am also sick of driving around looking for stores that probably won't have what I need anyway even though THE ITEM MAY APPEAR ON THEIR WEBSITE.

There's a new manager now Rachel and shes the best! She's filled with so much light and compassion and has really good customer service whenever I need her help. ♥️

Got a major attitude from the salesperson when I didn't want to buy a $1000 phone, found out 2 months later he just changed my plan to a higher tier without my permission and it's been ridiculous to get switched back.

Steven was both knowledgeable and patient, two traits that are important when dealing with the public, especially the tech oldies.

Sunny was extremely professional and took care of all my company's needs.
We had multiple issues that she handled all in one visit!!!

Minuteman Press Denver Convention Center

Minuteman Press and Impacted Wraps were recommended to me by the auto broker I purchased my car from. I ended up having the car done and then also getting a second vehicle, that was looking poor after 6 years, completely wrapped.

From start to finish, they were great. Communication and professional all the way. I had a couple errors in printing that came up, and they were resolved immediately.

I never leave reviews and have been a loyal customer to this location, so I never thought I'd write this and pull this much of a ~Karen~. However as a small art business, my last experience was extremely disappointing, as my order was botched and forgotten. I never received any proofs or invoices, so I had called and spoken with Tim to check in. I called the day of my deadline, and was told that I might be calling the wrong location, as they couldn’t locate my order. Then I was told it could be ready the following week. Thankfully a different employee, Jay, streamlined this process and got it done in two hours. However, due to this rush and not receiving any proofs, in the end my piece was cropped in half and saturated, and then I was charged more than double of what I had typically paid since I had never received a formal invoice. Tim did not claim any responsibility for these mistakes- forgetting my project and then printing my pieces incorrectly. Initially there was no assistance offered to fix these errors, I was told to take my business elsewhere, ignored, and then only upon contacting corporate was I able to receive a response and eventually a refund. If you’re a small business, designer, or simply need a small job done, apparently follow Tim’s advice and take your business elsewhere.

They just move to their new location so I was confused upon arrival but other than that their service is amazing! I would rate 10 stars if I could. They are fast, efficient, and respectful. They designed new business cards for us and they were ready within 2 days! They worked well amongst our requests and replied super fast. It was my first time ever buying business cards with them and they just out performed our demands. I will definitely be going back and get more card when we ran out and I am currently looking at new items to get from them! Highly recommend to any company! Big or small they are just amazing!!!!

These people are amazing! This job was a post card that my client forgot to send me. I called them and asked for a quick quote. I got the quote in 5 minutes; I sent them the art and got a proof in 5 minutes. My customer immediately approved the proof and I picked up the post cards the next morning. I like them because they understand the need for improbable deadlines and changes them them improbable to DONE!! They are my go-to resource.

Joana was amazing! She took great care of us and explained everything perfectly. She reviewed all of our plan options and even helped us sign up for new internet service. No one wants to spend a Saturday afternoon dealing with phone issues, but she made this experience so pleasant!

Justin did an awesome job and was very helpful. He was even able to speed up the pick up process a day early for me.

Ismael was very knowledgeable and was able to provide answers to my questions right away. He was honest and did not need to consult with supervisor to provide answers. He knows his job and is aware of his customers timeframe. I appreciate his help 😊 he gets a 10 !!

Tyler E. was great. He answered all my questions and assured me of my worries. He was friendly, acknowledgeable and professional. Literally, was in and out in 15-20 minutes and that was him also helping another customer on the side. Side note, customer service survey I messed up so hopefully that doesn’t affect him. Definitely, recommend this AT&T.

Shell

Came at 1100 pm tp the doors locked and thr employees watching videos on their phones inside. My car ran out of gas and I am unable to get more. Theh have their sign on so it looks like they're working, but they're not. So, now I'm in station parking lot without gas. This always happens. They lock the doors HOURS before it's time.

Fantastic prices on gas, even though I have to drive a bit out of the way - I go here regularly. Normally it's very congested, though people seem to figure out some sort of system.

Can't pay with card. Chip read broken and swipe not allowed. And the employee just kind of shrugged and took my stuff back. Wonder how much business the owners losing by stuff like that.

Other than the price of gas right now this Shell was excellent.   Clean,  Neat, extremely friendly and helpful staff.   I would give the person working there this evening a 5 star rating.

New owners are management! Knowledgeable staff, new products, definitely worth stopping by if you haven’t been in a while.

The first day I visited this location 3/13/19 the clerk was very friendly! He helped me decide what protein powder to get and we struck up a conversation about my fit journey. I loved my visit and was excited to visit again. As this was my first time trying the protein powder the clerk suggest to me, I was told i could return it if I didn't like it. Well, I tried it and I did NOT like it. I went back to the store 3/16/19 and OH BOY. I walked in with the protein powder and my receipt and the clerk behind the counter was on his cell phone. I was not even acknowledged until he finally asked "Return?" And i told him yes. He then told the person on the phone "We have anther return". I then heard the very loud person on the other line say, "Why are they returning it?" I said I didn't like the taste which was then told to the person on the phone. At this point,  I'm realizing this must be a manager or owner. The person on the phone then told the clerk to tell me they don't accept returns. I told him the back of the receipt AND your website says: "Cash refunds are given on product purchased with cash and brought back, used or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date or purchase." I also told him that the clerk that helped me when I bought it said I could return it if I didn't like it. He then(again) relayed this to the person on the phone. By this point, the person on the phone seemed to be very angry. He was told to get my name and number and find out who told me this and he would "take care of it". I don't think either one of them realized I could hear everything through the phone. He finally hung up with the manager/owner whoever the loud, rude person was. He took my information and tried to find out who helped me. I finally received my cash refund but not without being told they are a locally owned GNC and do not offer refunds. SO just an FYI to anyone else shopping here. GO elsewhere.  I have receipts to back this up also.

TLDR: I was denied a return although they have a return policy put on the back of the receipt that says they except returns. After much back and forth I was finally given a refund. Don't shop here unless you like being lied to.

I come in every two week to pick up my preworkout. I showed up 5/29/21 at 8:58am. Not realizing they didn’t open until 9:00am. 2minute difference… I walked in because the door was unlocked and looked open. the guy working the morning shift refused my business cause it was 2min early even though I knew exactly what I needed. Needless to sat GNC lost a loyal customer cause of poor customer service… OVER 2min. Keep the door locked if you’re not open.. and to top it off I said okay if you don’t want my business I’ll take it elsewhere. He followed up with well we have plenty off business so go for it. straight douchebag working the counter.

I have been to every GNC in this area and I have to say I had a really good experience here! The manager Daniel was super helpful and down to earth. I am new to taking Supplements and at other places I felt silly because I didn't know exactly what I was shopping for. But at this store I felt immediately comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

The store door says they close at 8. The website says 8. I showed up at 7:40 to buy a few things and the doors were locked. Called with no answer. A little frustrated. If you’re going to close early, at least maybe put up a sign? I’ll just buy my stuff at Amazon.

McDonald's

The drive thru lady is rude and we wait for long time for someone to take our order. The fries is cold, bread is hard, and missed 1 items in the bag. We called the manager, they keep hang up from us and not addressed the problem appropriately.

Been going here for at least 5 years now. The last 2 years have been awful. Always 30+ minutes in the drive through and food is usually incorrect. Ice cream and smoothie machine are almost always down. This place has been on the decline for a while. Employees come and go, can't blame them when they are rude or short as they are always significantly understaffed. Store closes before they are supposed to as well. Avoid this store if you want quick service.

Some of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered. The young girl that cashed me out at the drive through just said “Bethany?” I replied what? She said “Bethany” with a snarky tone and snotty look on her face. I said No, I just ordered a McFlurry, they didn’t ask for my name. She rolled her eyes and then says “5.72” I handed her a $10 bill and said I have the change as I did so. She replied “too late.” I said I’m sorry? She says again “it’s too late.” I’m not one for confrontation.. so I just said okay…. And trailed off. She then says “Unless you don’t want your change.” I told her “no, I want my change. I was just trying to get rid of my other change” she hands it back and closes the window in my face. Asked to speak to a manager at the next window and a young kid comes up. He says “what’s the problem?” I asked if he was the manager- he said “no but I’m in training.” I explained the situation to him all while he acted like he could care less and just wanted to end the conversation. FIX YOUR STAFF. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AND MANAGERS SHOULD BE THERE TO HANDLE ISSUES AND COACH EMPLOYEES!!!! I used to work in food service as a MANAGER and anyone would have been written up for a situation like this, plus I would have been the one to handle a customer complaint. All for a melted McFlurry…

I was not properly rung up in the drive thru, and it was a huge hassle to get the food I ordered. I wasn't given a receipt and my food was cold. The manager was rude about the whole issue trying me like I was trying to scam them when it was her employee that didn't do their job. The manager should have been wearing a headset and heard me order my food. Cold cheese sauce on my bacon jalapeno QPC. And they were out of bacon.

Parking people to lower your time in line hurts the customer because you're employees can't keep track of which order goes with which car. I would rather wait in a long line and get my order right.  The employees kept apologizing that they were short staffed and busy. Walked inside and one of the workers was cleaning trays for the empty dining area when they could have been moving food.  Not the employees fault on this one, seemed like they were just following orders.

Ace Hardware at the Highlands

DO NOT BUY ANY TOOLS HERE ESPECIALLY IF THE BOX WAS OPENED Y WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. Worst ACE in Denver. Also Area Manager Ken Beck will not return a Phone Call. Store manager was not helpful and is a 19 year old kid who doesn’t understand the phrase customer service.

I needed some specific screws by size. They had exactly what I needed plus cheap propane for my grill. Everything seems very reasonably priced for its location. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely look here before going other large box stores.

I had a tricky hardware issue with my shopping cart, and while they didn't have exactly what I needed, the tall slender person with many earrings scoured the store until we found a solution that worked...PERFECTLY. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Was helped by Isaac.  I needed a screw extractor to remove the stripped bolts on my license plate and Isaac went out of his way to use the Shop's drill and get the screws out for me.  5/5 will return - everyone was extremely helpful.  Thank you Isaac!

Always friendly and helpful staff.  Unless it's something very specific they should have what you need.  It's nice not being in a super mega store.

No one ever shows up on time for it to open. 10am is already a late time to open. It's after 10, no one is there. Save your time and gas and order off Amazon

Always have a problem at this store, no one seems to know what they are doing, recently had a coupon and associate said it definitely went through but after getting home and checking my receipt saw that it didn't, rather have been told the truth than lie. Back to the store a total of 3 times until someone finally figured out how to use the coupon.

Just dizzy people all around, will never go to this GNC again, rather drive further to another one and is it just me or do most GNC employees have no personality, very uncomfortable.

I do not recommend going into this GNC. Not unless you want to be haggled by the employee that works there. if I walk in and I tell you I know what I'm here for and what I'm looking for don't keep trying to haggle me. There's a lot of people that go into this store that know more than you. Just because you work for GNC doesn't mean you're more knowledgeable than the individual that's walking in the store if they know what they're looking for and they know what they want and they tell you that then leave it alone quit trying to haggle them.

I have been a customer of GNC for a few about 4 years now, and just recently came across a coupon, which was not honored.

The sales associate was very friendly the first time I went in, her name was Ella. She was very informative and directed me to the right location. When it was time to pay I handed her my coupon and she tried scanning it a few times but her system just would not take it. It was not her fault, thus I paid full price and left.

A few days later due to medical reasons I had to return the items and get some different ones. This time the sales associate was not too friendly, Josh seemed to be more interested in talking to his trainee about school and other non-training related subjects. This time I brought a different coupon which specifically said it was for this location, and Josh said it would not work because I had a return that same day. He did not even try to scan it in or anything. I did not feel like arguing with an associate who obviously had no interest in helping a customer. So for the second time, I paid full price and left disappointed.

Now, I did try calling GNC coorporate office to find out what franchise locations they had in Colorado Springs and they were not able to give me any sort of information. SHAME ON YOU GNC, for manufacturing these coupons that are not accepted, and for not fully training your employees. These experiences were very disappinting and honestly I'm not sure that I will ever return to any GNC locations. I feel shame for having a member card with this place. If it was not for the first sales associate that helped so much, this would have negative star ratings.

Shity store with shity supliments. Would not recommend gnc in general, expecially the one on centennial, the employees don't know what there talking about. If I was you, go to max muscle on Nevada.

Wild Birds Unlimited

Fully impressed with this store and staff. I stopped in here for the first time and went back again today.  So nice and organized.  The products are all well made.  Not like cheap Walmart disposable products. You pay for quality.  I bought the bird feeder pole system last time I visited and today, went back to get additional pieces so I can hang more feeders .

This place is awesome! Knowledgeable staff, pleasant environment, and cozy Temps. I love the resources and community you have access to with this shop!

Young lady acknowledged me with a big smile, and guided me to the bird feeders and the right seeds for my favorite birds!  I have so enjoyed watching the birds in my back yard, and also watching my neighborhood squirrel try to figure out my squirrel proof bird feeder I bought there!  Bottom line, this place is a joy to shop, store sales associate was knowledgeable and happy to be there!  I will be back!

We've spent way too much money here, but it was very very worth it. We have SO MANY birds at the house now. I was shocked how quickly they started coming around. Bluebirds, finches, bluejays, woodpeckers, cardinals, and so much more.

Seth was so helpful in helping me build an outdoor bird feeder pole/extensions for the porch that faces Beaver Lake.  He was patient and so informed as what best to do.   Because of his excellent service and the benefits he shared with me on becoming an annual member of Birds Unlimited, I am now a loyal shopper.
