The Honey Baked Ham Company

About a month prior to Thanksgiving I put in my order so we got honey baked ham to cater our Thanksgiving dinner. We spent over 200 dollars to get what everyone in the family loves and will eat. Since I'm disabled it seemed like an amazing idea. After my husband gets off work he heads to pick up the order and all the sides that we carefully picked out are gone. My husband also didn't like how the younger gal working was almost in tears. No employee should be put in a situation where they are probably getting yelled at by so many who also are not getting their side dishes. The company should have made sure they had enough for everyone.

I ordered a platter for 18 people for Christmas. I went to pick it up Christmas Eve. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, which was fine. I expected this since it was Christmas Eve. When I got to the register, the woman was so rude. After looking around for a while, she asked if my order would be under someone else's name. I said no. She looked around a while longer and then ended up hastily putting my stuff into a bag. I said Merry Christmas (which she rolled her eyes to) and left. When I got home, I opened the bag and there was enough bread but only about half the meat and cheese I paid for. I was very unhappy and will not be going back there again.

The Honey Baked Ham shop was a wonderful experience. The aroma as we walked in the door was delightful 😊 Service was superb! The manager and staff were very kind and helpful 👍 Food is delicious! I recommend the Rum Cake Sampler. I really enjoyed my entire experience.

Stopped in for lunch although I had never heard about them before. I ordered the Tavern club and it was really tasty! Nice thick cuts of meat, bread was nice and fresh, honey mustard was nice and sweet. The two gentlemen working were nice and our food came out quickly. It was a good experience and I will add them to my list of favorite sand which places!

Kristen was quite disrespectful. We did nothing to deserve it. Probably won't return.
