Staff is great. Facility is well kept.  My wife and I have lifted in PF’s in 5 different states.  Russellville PF is by far the best staffed and cleanest

Staff doesn't monitor 30 minute exercise area.  People sit on leg press, leg curl and leg extension machines even when the same machines are available right outside the 30 minute area. I have brought to the staffs attention and they don't do anything.

Clean, good equipment, nicely maintained. Really wish they would get a Sauna, no gym in this town has one. Id even pay a premium for access

The staff is amazing.
The atmosphere is mediocre at best, while I definitely understand the judgement free zone mantra, some of their new signage says otherwise in my opinion.
The gym itself isn’t bad depending on what your goals are. If you want to “get big” and lift heavy, this gym may not be for you; if you’re looking to do more of a cardio tailored, machine based workout, then this is where you should be.

Still no resolution, still nobody's able to figure out how to cancel my membership, I keep hearing no, no, no, idk, like yall need to revisit your staffs training. Shouldn't have to close my bank account to stop being charged by you guys. Give negative starts if I could.

European Wax Center

I love everything about this location. The manager, Taylor is very friendly, helpful and answered every question I had from booking my initial appointment to returning a call back about the ingrown serum pads I had bought. My wax specialist Maria was knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. No pain, in and out. These guys know what they are doing.

Recommended by a friend. Front desk staff is attentive and know what they are doing. The manager helped with questions and concerns after my first wax. My wax specialist was Jaz and she was a pro. Will be returning

Brittany is the best ever. I always have a great experience with her.

I have been going to this location for years and always was pleased. However the past 6 months or more I have been very disappointed. They dont answer the phone. One time I decided to stop by to schedule and they said they were on break and wouldn't make an appointment for me. I was not able to make the appointment online so I went to a different salon. This has happened to many times. Today once again they didn't answer the phone it was 3:35. I stopped by and the door was lock but the receptionist saw me and opened the door and said they closed early but could check and see if they could just do my eyebrow wax. The lady in the back told her no because she already cleaned the rooms. They weren't even suppose to close until 5pm. Hopefully they can correct these staffing issues, who knows how much business they have lost by this its happened to many times to count so I finally decided to write my review.

I've been going to this location to get my eyebrows waxed for several years. Unfortunately, I decided after my last appointment to go somewhere else. Their prices keep increasing, while their quality of service has continued to decrease. They spend much less time on my brows than they used to, and I've noticed that my brows are almost fully grown in after just 2 weeks. The Richfield location is even worse. I recently tried a new salon, my brows look great, and are nowhere close to needing to be waxed after such a short time.

I would 20/10 recommend Samantha as your specialist!! It was my first time there and I had my underarms, upper lip, eyebrows and Brazilian wax. She made me feel really comfortable and ensured me that everything was going to be okay as I was really nervous. I love the fact that she would constantly check in and see if anything else needed some adjustments to make sure it was to my liking. I just felt like I was talking to a friend the entire process. Looking forward to going back there for my next appointment!

Great location. Easy to access and ample parking. Been going here for 5+ years now and see Maria every time. She is super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

As a new resident of this city, I was SO nervous about having to find a new wax professional. I’m so happy I trusted the reviews on Samantha. She is the ultimate professional and an overall kind and friendly person. She made my experience seamless and I’m definitely booking with her again - no question!

Maria was awesome. She got me in and out and we had great conversation during my session. She also is very knowledgeable in her craft, which is always comforting and reassuring!

This was my first time trying EWC and I will be back. I will particularly be back at this location because of Gabby! She was wonderful, did not cause any discomfort, and made me feel like we have already met! She was very professional, kind, sweet and personable! I will be back soon and will be scheduling with Gabby again. Also Elyssa (spell check), the front desk host was also so kind and welcoming. She was very informative and helped me schedule my next appointment Hassel free. I definitely recommend this location!

Tricia and Gabby are great! They are super knowledgeable and friendly. Always enjoy chatting with them they make the experience more comfortable. New space is very spacious and convenient location wise. Finding parking can be a tad difficult but aside from that highly recommend European Wax.

This was my first time to the EWC in NE Minneapolis and I was very happy with it! My wax specialist was kind and friendly and efficient and I appreciate that she didn’t push products on me. Overall, EWC is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend any of their locations.

I love love lovvveeee Gabby, I have been going to her for over a year now, and have followed her to the new European wax location. She is always bubbly and full of positive energy and I always look forward to seeing her, she is truly a breath of fresh air and sunshine ☀️ all the ladies at the front desk are amazing too and super kind :) they never fail to impress me!

The Refinery

I have been going here for massages for over a year now, and Leo is the best. So relaxing and I feel rejuvenated after every session with them. Also, booking an appointment is very easy.

The customer service is really good, everyone is very nice. The establishment is very clean and spacious.

My rating comes from the waxing technique and chosen wax substance. I received a Brazilian and underarm wax. The underarm was decent.

The Brazilian technique consisted of several small pulls. I am used to 3-5 big pulls and then some cleanup.

It was simply very uncomfortable and kinda felt unnecessary, but maybe it was since I had a slight skin issue at the time of service. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend unless a person is used to the several (12-20) pulls technique.

Easy to find parking within a short walking distance. The salon is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. I had a brow wax and tint. Stephanie talked me through what she suggested and my brows came out better than I could have imagined. I booked my follow up appointment on my way out.

I happened to luck out with the owner. First time I have never gotten weird bumps after a wax. Not sure if it was her brilliant technique or aftercare suggestion either way I see why she’s the owner lol…thank you. 2 weeks still no bumps hair growing back slowly…

I contacted them to inquire about lightening the color of my eyebrows from their natural shade. However, instead of providing a response, they abruptly ended the call. I made a second attempt to reach out, and once again, after asking the question, they disconnected the call. A simple "no, we don't offer that service" would have sufficed.

Radiant Skin Spa

Beautiful space, and amazing people. Anissa made my skin come to life and lifted my (short,damaged and non existent😭) lashes to looking pretty. She literally has magic hands, you will see during the facial!
Go here and splurge on yourself and you will not only enjoy your time but come out feeling so confident!!

Oh my gosh! Dani is amazing and so nice! She is fair and doesn't give you treatments you don't need! She customized the facial to my specific skin type and what my skin needs to be healthy!  She explained everything everything to me and gave me some samples to try at home! I definitely will go back and you need a good all natural facial Radiant skin spa is the place!

If you’re ever looking to get waxed you HAVE to come to Sierra! Her work has been nothing but great! & have become one of my favorite monthly things to do! She’s not only professional and very educated about her work but she also makes sure you’re comfortable and satisfied! I always have a great time chatting with her during my sessions! I would 110% recommend her!

Sierra is such a professional and amazing wax lady! She is super efficient and gets you in and out of your appointment so it’s not super time consuming. I look forward to my monthly appointments with her and it’s always a great time seeing and chatting with her. Would 100% recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Sierra and the work that she does. She is so flexible and makes you feel so comfortable during the whole process. I will never get waxed anywhere else.

Sierra has waxed me for a number of years. She always does a great job to make sure I get a fresh, smooth wax - whether facial or body services. Sierra also takes time to educate me on how to best care for my skin between waxes. She does a great job of being educational, professional and also talkative which helps to distract me. I’ve been waxed at other salons but I’ve  have always been blown away by Intrinsic Wax Studio  & will continue coming here as a loyal client.

Took a chance on a last minute Brazilian with Sierra and COULDN’T be happier. So professional yet makes your experience so comforting. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone going for a first time Brazilian experience. She’s also incredible with eyebrows. I am so incredibly impressed and will never go anywhere else for waxing! 11/10!

The variety of equipment and cleanliness are great, wish I could say the same about the staff. Most of the late night crew are awesome but there's been countless times I've come in and not been greeted or even acknowledged because the staff are busy having a conversation or playing on their phones behind the counter. It's not a big deal to check myself in but having them look up from their phones or even offer to assist me would be nice.

The most amazing part about this gym is the amount of equipment they’ve added late this summer. Always clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. My wife and I definitely enjoy coming here and getting a great workout in.

The staff is always very helpful.Thry have enough equipment that is not too crowded. The changing and bathroom areas are well taken care of. The price makes it affordable. The price is the main reason I am here and very thankful for it.

Staff was not friendly in trying to work out my billing issue. Said I missed a payment 3 months ago even though they’ve billed me every month since then, including yesterday. When I asked to cancel she refused to cancel my account. Which means they would continue to bill me for club access I can’t even use. Based on her attitude I’m transferring immediately to Russellville. Maybe they’ll have better customer service.

The manager and staff I’ve experienced at this location has been the least friendly and rudest I’ve experienced at any PF in this country. I’d recommend not using this location. 365 Fitness is way better and the staff is amazing.

They got us in same day within 30 minutes for hairstyles. The lady doing my hair was super sweet.I would definitely go back again. Great service and I loved my hair and it didn’t take super long  !!

Friendly atmosphere, however, my hair did not hold just as soon as I walked out the door the curls fell completely out, had to redo my hair when I arrived at the venue for my sons wedding. That was with them adding hair spray and anti humid spray.

I went in for a blow dry several weeks ago. I had so many compliments on my hair that day it was almost embarrassing :-)  Chiamaka is very very good!!

First time here, needed a last minute blow out and this place was wonderful. My stylist was sweet & gave me exactly what  I wanted!! Highly recommend.

Eden Yoga & Salt Studio

I have been practicing and teaching at this studio sense it opened and it has always been a very clean, inviting, and serene place full of wonderful people.  There are a variety of classes available for all levels and I personally like to offer something that just about anyone would feel comfortable doing.  No need to stress it!  Cheers to Tori and her endeavors.  A great place to treat yourself.

Eden Salt Studio is such a wonderful place with amazing staff and a great energy! The yoga classes are taught by professionals that really seem to love their practice and sharing it with others! The salt therapy room is one of my personal favorites, so relaxing! Tori has created a magical place! Thanks Tori!

The yoga classes here are awesome and so is the salt therapy! But my favorite thing at Eden is a deluxe infrared sauna session! It not only eases joint pain & promotes healing, it’s also very relaxing & a great way to sweat out toxins! The owner, Tori Jones, is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Sign up for her “Hips Don’t Lie” yoga class for a challenging workout.

The salt walls are so calming by themselves but the salt therapy/Halotherapy left me feeling uplifted. The yoga instructors are wonderful. I’m loving exploring all the ways I can heal here. Highly recommend.

It's been a refreshing pause from all the active things I do, I"ve been able to learn more about my body with Yoga with Tori and a couple other teachers and also getting my breathing right with the Halotherapy! The staff have always been nothing but sweet to me and I appreciate their energy. Highly recommend if you can!
