Great selection of shoes, sneakers and boots. Store is well kept, and staff was welcoming and attentive.

It was bad, the staff had a very bad character, it was bad luck to be on Sunday.  My purchase was 44 dollars and I paid with cash for 100 dollars. Very bad-tempered, they asked me if I had smaller bills and when I answered that I didn't, they almost threw away my change, the berdar, a very bad experience.  I have been a customer for over 8 years

Decent but not the best selection of shoes. Trade-off is that prices are very competitive, with generous discounts and coupons. Employees were constantly coasting around to keep the shop tidy and organized, and to help customers out and answer any questions--very helpful!

The customer service was excellent but my son's shoes fell apart in less than a month. The first pair was replaced for free, but when the same thing happened 3 weeks later, I decided to go to a different store. I know my kiddo doesn't stop running but I need his shoes to last a bit longer.

DSW has a larger selection and better prices, they also carry more brands. Famous footwear associates don't really know how to help out when you need the right shoe for your feet. The kids section is that great either.

Sole Desire

Great selection of shoes that are both cute and comfortable! There are a few brands that didn’t really fit the theme for me, but in general think Birkenstocks, dansko, born, sorel, sofft, ecco, etc.

Shoes I can get on Amazon same price,wih free shipping without the "I don't want to be here" attitude and no eye contact And...want to try them on?.... deadpan faces. Grow the hell up.

We walked in to Sole Desire with the intention of dropping a couple hundred dollars on a pair of boots I’ve had my eye on.  However, the two young sales associates behind the counter were so engrossed in their conversation they didn’t so much as glance our way much less greet us or ask if we needed assistance.

After browsing for 5-10 minutes as the only two customers in the store and still no interaction we walked out. It’s a shame because they carry a wide variety of high quality footwear but after such a display of indifference, there was no way on earth we were about to given them our business.

I stumble upon Sole Desire during my trip to Newport. I always have trouble shopping for shoes and noticed they carried a lot of arch support brands in the window which is what caught my eye. Two young brunette women (I'm sorry, I didn't catch their names! I wish I had) were extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They checked on a handful of options for me and were able to stretch the shoes I chose which made them fit even more comfortably. I live in MA but I will definitely be ordering through their shop as I found out they offer shipping!

Helpful, wide selection, a bit on the expensive side but convenient for tourists.

Michelson's Shoes

I needed a new pair of Hokas asap and these were the only guys that had my size. 10/10 service and hospitality. They put the shoes on for you and everything. Could not recommend enough

This place is what a shoe store should be! Excellent customer service. The staff know their products well and were extremely helpful to me. I won't be shopping elsewhere for shoes from now on!

Have not been here since my kids were much younger. I did not realize how updated the shoe brand selection was, a great variety of shoes, many different styles and types. And of course the service has always been first rate, that hasn't changed. May become my own shoe store of choice, easier and faster than ordering online!

If you need shoes, GO HERE!!! We get all our kids' shoes here and there staff could not be any better, more friendly or knowledgeable! They have a great selection (especially because my older son wears Extra Wide!) And we never have a problem getting him fit perfectly!
Haven't gotten adult shoes here yet, but they look terrific in that department as well.

Such a beautiful store and very welcoming. We walked in with a specific shoe in mind and in 5 minutes we were set! Highly recommend coming here first before going to the big box stores. The store also has purses and a ton of fun socks. I can't wait to go back!

Came here based on recommendations from other parents, they are so incredibly kind and helpful finding the right pair of shoes for my kid both times I’ve been! For the first pair of walkers  and then for the next pair of hard sole shoes.  We will be back every time we’re ready for a new pair!

This place is great for high quality brand name kids' shoes. The staff is very helpful in measuring/fitting for shoes and offering several alternative options if the size you need is unavailable. The prices are comparable to what you'd pay at Nordstrom and the selection is similar.

I live and work in Lexington and have a family of 6 - therefore I’m in Michelson’s ALL THE TIME buying whatever the omnipresent to-do list requires. They always have something that fits, that works for the occasion, and they’re friendly and professional to boot (ha, ha). They are always our first stop for shoes, boots, socks, bags, and BALLET GEAR! Thanks gang keep up the great work, our town appreciates you.

I brought my 16 month old son in for shoes. I could never seem to find the right fit for him. The store was busy when we arrived but they had a lot of people working and we were helped out almost immediately.  It turns out my son did need a half size and a different width than standard.  We were in and out super fast. I bought two pairs of shoes and will definitely go back when he out grows them. The staff were all super friendly and it's a great store. If you have a little one who needs to be measured and fitted for shoes definitely take them here.

Maria (I hope I got that right) helped me today and during our brief interaction, she displayed such genuine kindness and empathy. Her energy is a huge asset to your team. I work in customer service so I know what it takes and how challenging it can be and she’s a freaking queen! I’ve only ever gone out of my way to do a receipt survey one other time, also for phenomenal customer service, so that not only speaks to how rare these kinds of employees are but also shows how immensely some of us appreciate it. The world sucks, offering a safe moment of kindness is more therapeutic than it should be, so thank you Maria!

There was not “one” register open! Customers had no choice but to use self check out!  Store employees were just hanging around in case there was a problem with self checkout.  They should have been on the registers instead of leaning on them!  I was forced to scan and bag a large numbers of items myself.  It was ridiculous and I was/am not happy!

The rest of the store was ok but forget about the shoe department. Wow! What a mess. I then asked for someone to order me a pair of shoes since I couldn't find my size in this mess (to avoid shipping like you do at ever other store) and they just said they don't know how the app works.

Very unfair to have signs showing a sale price then charged the regular price. As a customer, I prefer to believe and trust an establishment to be correct on pricing. If I have several items, watching all the numbers at checkout is not always something I do. Sale prices should be current on every item in a store. It was not until I got home, (hours away) I discovered the item was not sold to me at the advertised price but yet the regular price. Unacceptable!

No cashier lanes open. Horrendously long line for self checkout at 9:30am on a Monday morning. Several staff members were at the front of the store  overseeing the line, and flat out said “No, just wait in the self checkout line” when asked if they would be opening any cashier lanes.

Scandic Footwear

Unique custom clog. Takes many weeks to receive the finished set but they are high quality. I’m still trying to get accustomed to them but they are definitely straightening out my entire core.

Exceptional handcraft quality produced an amazing custom clog for my wife and myself. I feel like a new person with a better posture and can stand at my standing desk for twice as long. No need for socks and they are a delight to wear.

Scandic footwear was suggested to me by my podiatrist back in June 2021. As a sufferer of life long foot problems from bunions to hammer toes, I decided to make a visit to Scandic Footwear at the Burlington mall. I met with Morten and was quickly enriched with a better understanding of how the misalignment of my posture has been causing problems not only with my feet, but also my knees and my back.I realized also that he is not only a crafter of custom made shoes, but his background in engineering has given him the ability to understand the architectural aspects of the body system for structural support and movement.
I was a bit hesitant to to take a chance on custom fit shoes because of cost, however there were a hundred reasons to go for it.
I picked them up today and within a half hour of wearing them my chronic knee pain was subsiding. My feet are now properly positioned, in top quality, very stylish comfortable shoes !

I randomly walked into this store and I'm so glad I did!  Morten cares so much about every customer that walks in the door and makes sure you get the custom shoes you want.  I now have 3 pairs and one more being made.  I even convinced my husband to get a pair and he is so happy!

One pair are non-skid clogs I wear as a personal chef.  They have reduced any pain I felt in my hips, lower back, and knees from other shoes I was wearing.  These make standing for hours on end a non issue and I feel much less fatigued.

Absolutely love his shoes very kind and helpful highly recommended I had these made for me in 2019 and they are still in great shape bought clogs in 2015 and those also are still good just now starting to show ware on the soles

Coppel Digital Canada Misiones

They do not have the updated catalog. In the app, it indicates that they do have them in stock, but when you go to the store, the electronics staff tells you with their hand on their waist that they don't exist.

The Barn Family Shoe Store

They have a wide selection of 2nd tier brand shoes - no Nike / Adidas / Reebok - but they have timberland, Merrell, sketchers, new balance, teva, keen. Came for adventure sandals with toes - left with pairs for my self and my girl - prices were a little on the expensive side and I think I came at the wrong time of year to get the best selection - but out of all the places around me they had the best selection. Ended up very happy with my purchases.

The best family owned shoes store! We have been buying our shoes from them for years and it never disappoints us.

Customer service is top notch, always helpful. Will continue to use this as our go-to place for high quality and reliable service and shoes.

I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member at this store. While shopping and doing my own price comparison, this older bald male staff member approached me and told me I was being rude and offensive by comparing prices to other online retailers. I was actually going to purchase these (over $200) shoes from this store for $10 more than this online retailer to support this business, but instead I left. Though I appreciate this employee’s frustration that customers enter their store, try shoes on but choose not to buy. It is the customer’s RIGHT to compare prices to competitors. I feel this employee could have found a more tactful way to express his opinion, a kinder approach, instead of being angry. I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes at this location over the years and I will no longer be doing so.

Not a wide selection of large sizes.  Also, Danny was harsh and disrespectful. After knowing I had a physical therapist he gestured towards my bad foot, kicking it, and then denied it.  He probably did not intend to kick it, but he did.
He was just so off-putting and condescending that I will never shop there again after I found out he is the owner.

I just left the store, and it was such an unpleasant experience. The only staff member who was even remotely kind and listened to what I needed was Luke. Two other men (one of which was barely college aged) were rude, impatient, and barely let me talk. The staff need a serious attitude check, otherwise they will drive out all their customers, and it won’t be because of the shoes.

Suburbia

Great place to go shopping, yet a bit to expensive for my taste. You also have to check the quality of the material. But everyone has there own taste. Good place to just go look at clothes with your friend's. They tie your bags at the entrance and don't let you in with food.

Has lots of textile collections. The prices are reasonably good.  It's located in Plaza sandigo.  The property is very big and have huge collection.  Almost all textile items are available here.  The price is very very competitive.   Ambiance is very good.  The collections are arranged in a very orderly way, which will attract you to buy stuff from here.

You can always find some nice clothes there and there are always different promotions.

This time all went smooth. Got a couple of jeans at its sale and save a few pesos.

Good place , good stuff at a good price. And you can take a coffe after buying your things

Simons Shoes

I purchased a pair of Pikolinos Fisherman Sandals. Great well made shoe without the chunky sole on other sandals. My second pair as I wear them throughout the warmer months.
I had them shipped to Canada and there was a problem with the shoes. I contacted the store and they responded quickly and found another pair.
I was so impressed with the fast and courteous help I had to add this review.
I wish all online stores followed this store’s great Customer service.
My thanks to the staff who responded to the issue of my first shipment. Second pair received and are fine.
Will definitely shop here again.

Simon’s is a Boston gem! Yendry helped me find boots, a bag, and a pair of gloves at Simon’s Shoes on Tuesday- was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The store has a great selection and I’ll be back for more goodies soon.

Instant perfection with comfort plus ate such cute clog style! The color is that perfect tan shade. The arch support inside is felt right away and perfect for those of us with higher arches. So buttery and well made. You’ll be able to wear these a ton in fall and spring for sure. Definitely happy and also happy to support Simons Shoes. A company that has been around for a long time for a reason. Buy them !!

Quality of shoes is top notch here.  Customer service though is really hit or miss.  I’ve had one positive experience.  And also, multiple times where workers aren’t helpful at all.  Perhaps rude. Most recently, I asked for my son’s feet to be measured. He is a growing teenager. The employee did not even do it right.  I could tell he didn’t care enough  to take the time.  Then the shoes he brought out were all too tight. When my son told the worker this, his response was that athletic shoes are supposed to be like that. What?  I wound up going to REI where my son found a fantastic  pair of shoes.

I think if you can come here and ask no questions and just try on what you want and buy it. Then it’s a good place.  Shoes are great. But. More than once workers have been quite unhelpful/rude to me or my family.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Simons via Amazon and chose their option to ship internally as I live in Mexico. The shipment hasn’t arrived and Simons didn’t insure the package. I only got a message from them for me to call and try to locate the package myself. Wow! That’s some poor service!

Now I’m out $200 and no shoes. Zero stars for service and thinking it was a good idea to ship usps to Mexico. Really disappointed that they care so little about guest experience and dollars.
