Berk's Shoes & Clothing Store

As a first-time visitor to this shop, I was impressed with what the store had to offer. The clearance sale in select sections of the store added an element of excitement to the shopping, and I was pleased to find two gorgeous heels for my sister-in-law. The store's pricing was budget-friendly, and the variety of shoe options as well as sizes available was impressive. The employees were super sweet & welcoming as well as helpful. I loved their positivity and kindness towards the clientele. Overall, my experience at this shop was positive, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for quality shoes at reasonable prices.

This store has some of the worst customer service I have ever had.  There were 4 employees in the store and they were more interested in chatting at the register than being attentive to the 10 or so customers in the shop.  To get another size or shoe, I had to walk to the register each time.  Each time the employees were Huddle's at the door to the store room chatting and eating.  It was about 4:00 on Saturday 8/31.  I haven't had good service in this store for a very long time and this experience makes me unlikely to return.

Great selection, helpful staff. One of the only places near me that has such a wide variety of Birkenstock’s with my size! (46/M13!!) Happy to support a local business in these tough times and will keep coming back.

It is impossible to spend money here unless you get help from one of the staff-- and I couldn't get any of the three to pay attention to me long enough to spend the $200 in my purse. To be fair, I had a baby and a 3-year-old with me, so I didn't seem the right demographic. The store displays only the smallest available shoe of each style available; only the attendants know which larger sizes are in stock and then bring them out. Since I couldn't get help, I couldn't find out whether anything in my size was available. Additionally, I am a women's size 10.5 and for most sizes, and they only stock whole--not half-- sizes up to size 10. On a few brands, they also stock size 11. I tried repeatedly to ask for shoes to try on around my target size, but finally gave up when my 3-year-old's attention span wore out 20-30 minutes later. Prices are obviously a bit more than online, but I was willing to pay the extra since I could try them on in store and (theoretically) get assistance from knowledgeable staff. If you happen to be the "correct" demographic, it could be worth a try. Easily accessible by bus, but parking would be problematic for cars.

Great low stress shopping experience. Staff were very helpful with getting sizes and suggesting shoes I might like based on what I was looking at. What I bought wasn't on sale, but looks like you can get a hefty discount if you're not too choosy and they have your size!

I love the shoes and the staff is great. I’ve been shopping with Jessica since 2017. She always tells me which styles are a best fit for my feet.

I always find the most comfortable boots here. The boots are top quality with soles that will prevent slipping on ice. The staff are very patient and helpful.

My wife finally found her shoe store. It's Footstock and I can see why. They have rare brands like Ara, Waldlaufer,and Cougars. They have orthopedic slippers, water proof boots from Cougars I wanna say and wonderful service. Easy entrance and exit to enter as well.This place is one of those hidden gems of Concord I've been trying to find. These are not only comfortable but stylish. I took a few pictures just because these shoes,boots,and slippers are real pretty. If you got some free time and with the seasons changing I'd go by there. The prices are exceptional.All the shoes there are women's. I'd recommend it if your getting someone a special gift or just need a new or another pair of good quality shoes.

Footstock is my favorite  shoe store. Small, but great selection and staff is right on point. I always spend more than i want to but the shoes last forever, they fit me perfect and Im done shopping for season in one pass
Please support this local business during these funky times.  They are cautious and I felt very safe shopping.  They are such a nice village shop.

If you need good shoes fitted well to you - ask for Elena, the owner. She is knowledgable, kind and helpful. Her staff is, too!

Journeys

I was in Journeys and bought a couple of pairs of shoes. I believe Tabitha helped me, and she was amazing!  She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel right at home. I would definitely go shopping here again!

UGG Wrentham Village Premium Outlets

Lovely outdoor mall. So many different stores that you don't typically see in malls, from high-end luxury to every day brands. Lots of food trucks around to grab a bite.

I live 45 minutes away , was trying to call with a simple question. From the looks of other peoples reviews they don't answer them either. Honestly a disgrace how much business this store in loosing because they don't have the staff that actually put in effort and care!👎🏼

Don't ever try calling this place, terrible! I been calling with a simple question for days and no one answers the phone or their “ text messages “

The store prevents people from going in 20 minutes prior to closing…. Or 30. Or I guess whenever they feel like it? Imaging if you were trying to make it here based on published store hours, and called to confirm. But only to find you can’t go in just because?? Must be a frustrating experience. I wonder if this is standard practice for the brand. If it is, may I suggest just changing the hours then so you don’t upset customers who are trying to spend money at your store?

Famous Footwear Outlet

I visited the outlet coming from Canada today and did some shopping. I was impressed with an excellent customer service provided by Ken at the premium outlets. I bought some things ans was impressed by him.I came from Canada. I appreciate this guy and please pass on my appreciation to him. Iqbal Zaidi from Canada.

Workers were extremely rude, my mother has severe asthma and went to a corner of the store to take her mask off for e brief second and she was told that she can can get out of the store. Will never be back.

Star Wars great employees are great very friendly little variety of sizes on Tuesdays and variety of collection on shoes the store itself was very clean and employees were all very nice

Rude service. A man cornered me in an aisle and demanded I tell him what size shoe I was looking for despite me telling him numerous times that I don’t need any help.

Clarks Bostonian Outlet

Isles are very cramped and the whole store smells like vomit both times I have been in. But I did buy some cute comfy shoes and returns were easy.

Steve when out of his way to help me find size 12. He even called another store to have it shipped my home. Outstanding customer service!

My wife said I was over reacting a little. I love Clarks shoes and socks. This day was socks. Bought like a dozen. Having the manager lady looking over my shoulder I guess is part of her job. Little creepy in my book though.

I came here on Memorial weekend and they got great deals. Nice and comfy shoes.

The staff is awesome! I have some tracking questions regarding an order I placed two weeks ago, to which I lost the original receipt. With the limited information I was able to provide to the staff, she managed to locate my order. I am sure she had to go though tons of transactions. Really appreciate her spirit of digging-to-the-bottom!

Probably my best ever customer service experience!!! From the time I entered the store to my final exit Nico was absolutely best. An extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind salesperson is what makes customers like me become brand loyal. Nico, you are a total asset to Ecco. You will be successful in anything you do! Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff! One staff (an American lady) even can speak some mandarin, learning by herself during her 15 years of work at this store. She is amazing!

Super comfortable shoes with a long life span. The sales team at the store were incredibly helpful in finding just the right shoe, and the left one too!

Definitely going to be going back again!

I had two young men trying to  locate stores all over the country for a certain  style of sneakers. They spent a good half hour waiting for clerks to answer their phone and or to search if sneakers were still available. This included California, Houston etc. Thanks to Ethan and Kyle I will be receiving two pairs within seven to ten days.

I went to the store last weekend and it was a great experience.  The store is neat organized and very clean.  They have a strong selection and good size ranges.  They didn't have everything in my size but they offered to check back stock for anything that I wanted.  I selected the men's Kyle sneakers.  They fit well and are quite comfortable.  The price was also very good.  I will return soon!

Great prices and superior customer services

I bought a pair of Slippers while I was visiting Boston. Realized I needed a bigger size once getting back to Oregon. They were kind enough to allow me to
send the slippers back and send me the correct size and without the receipt. I will be a returning customer who I visit Boston again.  Great quality shoes/slippers and fantastic customer service.

Rude saleswomen full of pretense - they saw I was looking for shoes- I had to like beg to get a size and try things on- when I asked they never had a size avail so I tried other sizes to get a ‘feel’ for what might fit.  It was like I didn’t fit the ‘bill’ and my $ didn’t count bc I didn’t look the part.  They couldn’t be ‘bothered’ to wait on me.  I wouldn’t give them my money if they did.

They didn’t even ‘offer’ to order the right size, get my number to call when it would come in, etc.  good shoe stores - neighborhood shoe stores that ‘cater’ to this so-called bougie crowd do that sort of thing to help their customers.

They copped attitude from beginning to end.  You never know ‘who’ you’re waiting on- so don’t be rude. Never underestimate your audience- you showed how very amateur your store and how below average your workers are.

Footstock is my favorite shoe store and is the only place I buy my shoes.  I have been shopping here since Elena opened the store 28 years ago and still have my first pair of Paul Green sandals:-).  Her employees are knowledgable and helpful.  I always leave feeling great about my purchases.

I was looking for something specific.  When they didn't have it in my size, instead of just saying that, they tried to sell me shoes in other sizes or colors. When I said Thanks, but not interested, the sales person seemed to develop an attitude.  Surprised me.

I have never experienced such awful customer service and such rude treatment before.
