I had never heard of this company but they had an area rug listed that is discontinued and it was to be a replacement to the one I used to own. I was skeptical of a shoe company I have never heard of selling an area rug but I took the chance. This morning I recoeved a call from a gentleman asking to confirm my address that I had typed incorrectly. He alerted to the problem and acted to immediately reach out and solve it. I am extremely impressed.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I purchased a nike jordan jersey online as a gift but it was too big so I requested to exchange for smaller sizes. The order was delivered to the store and when i went to pick up i still wasn’t sure what size to get. The lady at he store was so awesome to try them on so i can get a better idea if which one to purchase! Went above and beyond! I felt bad but it definitely helped! Thank you! Also i couldnt find this jersey anywhere else online all sold out!!!

I was passing by the store and when I saw the selection of new birkenstock sandals I had to go inside.  I was also very happy to see a great shoe selection for kids, including Old Soles sneakers that are so hard to find.

Love this store! The variety of shoes is great. Shoes are of very high quality.  The service is excellent, very helpful and quick, never have to wait.

Pegasus Footwear

Had a fabulous experience at Pegasus! Matt was incredibly helpful - he really listened to what I told him I was looking for & recommended shoes that would fit me well given the shape of my foot. He was also patient with my trying on quite a number of options.
As I was checking out Annie was also helpful providing advice as someone with the same shoe size and experience wearing the shoes I was choosing between.
Plus, it was great to buy from a brick & mortar store and support a small business and pay affordable prices for high quality products. You can't go wrong shopping here!!!

I live in Woodstock and am always happy when I can find just what I'm looking for locally. I was looking for sneakers and stopped in Pegasus to see what they had. Charlie helped me find the perfect fit and assisted with inserts for greater comfort. I bought and wore my sneaks out of the store and could not have been happier. Happy to find what I was looking for in my home town shoe store.

Absolutely love this shoe store! It's the only store I go to when I want to shop for my ON Clouds and Uggs. Let me tell you, they have such an amazing selection! The customer service is just top-notch, and the quality of their products is unbeatable. And when it comes to choices from top designers, this store is the absolute best. But you know who really takes the cake? Joey D, the best associate ever! If you want your shoe needs to be well taken care of, make sure you ask for him. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Recently I had the pleasure of shopping at Pegasus in Woodstock for a Christmas present. The store looked great - clean, bright, organized and friendly! I want to give a shout out to the young man who helped me with my purchase - Matthew! He was polite and very helpful - he clearly knows his products and the maintenance required. It’s a win-win when you shop local!!

Matt is an informed and thoughtful sales associate. He took the time to explain the variations in styles we were interested in ,measured our feet and examined my arches to make sure I purchased the correct pair of inserts. While our color preference and size weren't available at the Woodstock location, he went the extra mile to make certain my husband I got the sneakers we wanted, providing shipping directly to our home. Although we only worked with Matt, it seemed the rest of his team are as versed as he is. Pegasus is fortunate to have such a prideful crew.

Target

I love Target but I was pretty bummed to see so much behind locked cases. I suppose they’re doing what they need to do, but it sure makes completing shopping a challenge.

The newly configured grocery area is excellent given the small floor space they have devoted to it.  They have conveniently curated categories the items that I frequently purchase, making it fast for me to find what I need all within one tidy area of the store.  (chips, ice cream, fresh produce) The staff was friendly and helpful and I was happy to see that with their reliance on self-checkout, this location hadn't reduced their staffing level (at least at the 6pm time frame that I was there) like other local retail stores have.  The result is that the shelves were well stocked and zoned, the aisles were clean, and there was someone to ask for help when I needed it.

I love Target and usually have a fun time when I go there as I can grab needed items as well as browse the isles and find some treasure I didn't know I needed like holiday candles or dog toys. Unfortunately this Target has the WORST employees. Don't ask for help because you aren't going to get it or be directed to someone who could answer your question. If you enjoy getting eye rolls from employees who obviously don't want to be there then this is your spot. Otherwise I'd pick a different store.

LOCKED CASES & LONG WAITS
We’ve all seen the cases going in. My time is valuable just like anyone else’s. We walk away and order on amazon or from another store when I have wait or hunt someone down to open a case. I won’t do it. You want or money or you don’t. Also, it ruins the shopping experience. I don’t want to feel pressured if I want to read a label.

Moved recently to area, and was used to a different environment with Target employees...this store is very nice, newer, and very clean... But employees are not friendly and they look unhappy most of the time... Doesn't help that a lot of items are locked in and you have to ring someone up to get something... Employees here need to remember we are consumers and not asking for free items... A little less attitude and a smile go a long ways.

Famous Footwear Outlet

I was shopping for shoes for 6 people and I did end up buying 6 pairs of shoes. The manager “Eric” was very unprofessional. He said there were lot of boxes on the ground and asked me if I needed help cleaning up. He looked at the boxes and looked alarmed.

My 11 year old told me that Eric also told him to get up off the floor. My son was waiting for me to finish shopping. He also told my 9 year old not to touch the boxes who was also shopping for shoes. I asked to talk the manager at the cashier and I was surprised to see that he was the manager. I told him all the things above. He indeed apologized.

Also the sign outside the door said $30 off every $120 which turned out to be inaccurate because NIKES were not included in the sale.
All in all very unprofessional management; we were never offered help until we made a “mess”. The staff who reported our mess was a young lady who also did not ask us if we needed help. If you are looking for assistance DO NOT go there
If you want someone to tell your kids off … GO THERE!

Rude employers. They don’t want to help you or let you try shoes. They expects you to buy any shoes that you try. Not helpful, on their phone all the time. Never going back there again. Bad customer service. All the bad customer reviews are true about this store. The owner should be careful about hiring some nice peoples.

Great shoe outlet for men, women, and children. They have all of the top brands like Nike, Timberland, Puma, Croc, and much more. This store is great for holiday shopping and is moderately priced with great by one get one 50% deals on most items in the store.

Large selection. Good prices and a BOGO 1/2 price 2nd pair. Store is well lit and organized. Price signs/stock placement could use a little organizing but overall the visit was worth it on value for the dollar.

Timberland Outlet - Atlantic-City

Walked in the door the had the hottest slides. My partner said they were so comfortable she had to purchase them. They were on sale 30% off and she bought a truckers hat in black so handsomely sexy….

My husband and I love Timberland, so we have been to several Timberland stores, and this one is hands down the best  store we've been to. Everyone is always nice and very  helpful. We never leave empty-handed because they always have great sales.
We will always go back to that particular store and definitely recommend shopping there.

This incident happened on Friday, Oct 27 at 2:55pm. I bought a pair of boots with the same cashier. I was about to leave and than my husband thought of buying sweatshirts for my relatives as he is meeting them next week…By the way he is in navy and it was his first vacation before his first station. And he liked sweatshirts and hoodies for his 5 brothers here…it’s for 5 people so we were discussing the size among my mum on phone. And at that moment the same cashier came and asked me if I was leaving and I answered no I am not done yet. And he asked if I was leaving the items on the rack without folding them. And I answered I am not leaving right now sir. He gave me a weird look and my husband heard the conversation. Then my husband arranged the hoodies and we left the store without purchasing anything beside my boots. It was the worst experience ever in my life. I will not recommend going to this place.

Even sale or clearance prices are to high. Need to lower prices merchandise will sell so much quicker. Sales staff are always willing to help.

I was going to buy 2 pairs of boots since they had the 2nd pair discount promotion. On trying out the 3rd pair the salesman asked me to put the shoes away. I didn’t know I am not allowed to  try on before I buy.

Murdoch Shoes

Terrible customer service, dishonest, and a crook.  I ordered several shoes here throughout the years.  The latest pair were screwed up.  2 completely different shoes. I didn't open the box until several months later.  Once I realized they were different, I went back to the store.  Owner says he was going to check.  Then comes back to the counter and says to call him in 2 to 3 weeks.  I show him the receipt and shoes and ask for a refund.   He threatens to call the police.

No one in my house needs specialty shoes, but this store is nearby our home in Bloomfield. I have purchased many great pairs of shoes and one pair of slippers from them. We typically go there to get shoes for my 3 year old, we've always been happy with the experience. I took off one star because their selection isn't huge but they carry quality brands. Would recommend checking it out.

Roberto made me a custom made shoes for my 10 6E feet. I had 9 different requests such as 2 lateral wedge for my supination to be placed between the sole and welt, extra padding on the tongue and collar. Whole inside of shoe should have padding. Shoe height 3 1/4".  Velcro hook and loop D rings long enough so i can get my finger to pull off. The only item Roberto did was Velcro that is not long enough for a finger to grab. When i asked Roberto why he did not do any of the above that was written out on a script. he would not answer. This is first and last time i ever go to Roberto at Murdoch. The parking at Murdoch is none. One good thing is the shoes fit without 90% of what i asked for. Doing this kind of work is a cry to stop working. My name is Mike Kaplan 73 years old and had 4 custom made shoes in the past 4 years.The script stated 2 pairs of inserts and paid for 2 pairs and Roberto said only 1 pair. Roberto needs to retire for His, Murdoch and the public's sake. I do not think he wants to do what people ask him to do.

I have been buying shoes and having my orthotics worked on by JT Murdochs for 20 years.  Shop here, there is no comparison.
No other clothing affects your overall health as much as shoes. JT Murdochs is more than a shoe store, they care about their customers health.

Jul 23. Roberto recovered my prescription orthotics excellently. The SAS Decksider Mocs fit like a dream.  Flat footed hardworking people who need the stamina to work two shifts can get the right shoes and orthotic service at JT Murdochs!

Stacey was great. She was patient and helped me immensely. I will definitely return to this store. Awesome shoe store.

Curlys Shoe Shop

Frequently takes 15 minutes to wait on the lines. They're obviously understaffed consistently. Probably a cooperate pay problem as the employees are definitely doing their jobs, there's just not enough of them.

Past that glaring issue, the availabe grocery selection often leads to substitutions or omissions. The prices are higher than across town.

Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Great place, convenient location off of the main highway and not too far from me. They were fully staff and I think that's the norm for this location. Lots of helpers and were all friendly, courteous and professional Retail Associates. Keep up the great work!

Long wait times. Each time I go no matter what time there are 10-15 min long wait times. Usually only 2 checkstands open.

Online orders take longer than 2 hours to fulfill and when you call the store for customer service the phone rings and rings but no one answers .

Customer service desk lacks actual customer service and the agents are working hourly not to actually represent the Target values or integrity. I was treated as a problem for returning items that had poor quality or did not fit properly. I followed protocol and return policy. The agent was not nice or friendly. I felt like she didn't even want to help me with my returns as though I was giving her too much work. And I pulled up the info on my phone to make returns easier. She has a poor attitude as thought I was taking up her time.

Line wrapped around the store to checkout as Target does not care to have fully staffed checkout, luckily Target thinks men are so low brow that the one brand of long sleeve dress shirt was not even in stock. Target hire more cashiers if you want people to actually stay and purchase items second stock more then just one brand of dress shirt and actually keep in stock.

The Shoe Stop

Don't pay cash!  I immediately contacted my credit card company to report the issue, and they will handle from here. (See previous post)   If I had paid cash, I would have no recourse and would have to accept the loss.

Friend bought a bathing suit 8 pm next morning wore it to hotel pool.  It was so old that it fell apart after getting in the pool one time the following morning.  No customer service for a returning customer, no willingness to stand behind the products they sell.  They must take advantage of tourists that are in the area for a limited amount of time.  I suggest avoiding this business!

After passing by this small storefront for what was, literally,  about my 1,000th time, I decided to walk through the front door. As I passed by the sun-faded signs on the doors, I was immediately impressed. The store's interior consists of a small front room displaying various types of travel bags, clothing accessories and men's & women's fragrances. But then there are two steps up that lead to a room at least 4x the size of the front display area. It's filled with men's and women's shoes, women's clothing, accessories, luggage, backpacks, etc. Prices were fair, the selection was much larger than I had ever expected, and the manager was very helpful and friendly.

Great service! Helped me to find a show that looked beautiful and was comfortable for an event! Super courteous and invested in making sure you find what you’re looking for.

We went into this store and were followed by the couple around the store. My wife bought 2 pairs of shoes and a dress. When we got home and gave my daughter her box with the shoes we bought for her there was only 1 shoe. The owner picked out the box and gave it to us because they don't want you touching anything. Been trying to call there since we got home. They will not answer. Only giving 1 star because you can't give zero.
