I was shopping for shoes for 6 people and I did end up buying 6 pairs of shoes. The manager “Eric” was very unprofessional. He said there were lot of boxes on the ground and asked me if I needed help cleaning up. He looked at the boxes and looked alarmed. My 11 year old told me that Eric also told him to get up off the floor. My son was waiting for me to finish shopping. He also told my 9 year old not to touch the boxes who was also shopping for shoes. I asked to talk the manager at the cashier and I was surprised to see that he was the manager. I told him all the things above. He indeed apologized. Also the sign outside the door said $30 off every $120 which turned out to be inaccurate because NIKES were not included in the sale. All in all very unprofessional management; we were never offered help until we made a “mess”. The staff who reported our mess was a young lady who also did not ask us if we needed help. If you are looking for assistance DO NOT go there If you want someone to tell your kids off … GO THERE!
