We really enjoyed shopping at this store.  Cole was so helpful in assisting me in finding new running shoes!  My daughter found Hey Dude's for clearance and got herself some new tennis shoes as well.  The staff was amazing and the prices were fair.  We will for sure be back!

Bought a pair of Hoka shoes since I have been loyal for 4 years.  Visiting from NYC and bought here because of Cole and Lance’s service.  Top notch!!  Great guys and went out of their way to bring me comparable brands and didn’t apply any pressure.  Class act here!   Would give 6 stars if I could.

Best place to buy Birkenstocks, salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. Kind friendly staff every time-Preston did a superb job! Our family are loyal customers for sure!

My husband has a bit of a shoe problem.  He's been to Tradehome numerous times and always comes home with "the most amazing fitting shoe."  But he never forgets to mention Tyler, the store's owner for the past year or so.

I've been dragged in there a few times now to get a pair of shoes, and the service has been amazing.  Tyler, or any of his associates, greet us, ask us what we're looking for, and give us the old school shoe salesperson treatment (lacing the shoes, putting them on our feet, etc.)

Give them a try and support local businesses. Tyler and his crew do an amazing job!

I would not recommend ordering from here because their customer service in their main office is unorganized and very unprofessional. I've spoke with 3 people at TradeHome Shoes including Summer and Josh and I've been told contradictory things every time I've called.
First, I ordered a pair of shoes in the mall and they sent the wrong size (nbd let's fix it) then the replacement pair they sent out were damaged (double bummer but still willing to see if we can fix this) I spoke to them multiple times they were going to send out a return label and another pair but never did. When I finally contacted them again Josh mentioned that he thinks that they were "uncomfortable" sending me another pair but Summer and another employee both told me that they were not in stock. He then proceeded to guilt trip me... telling me that it was unfortunate for Summer since she had to drive 20 minutes to pick up the (damaged) replacement pair in the size that should have been shipped originally. I'm not sure why he brought that up, I guess I should have felt like I was receiving a favor by trying to get the correct size that I ordered. He did absolutely nothing to help the situation, purposely misunderstood what I said and even tried to gaslight me. I'm not sure what his position is but it seems pretty obsolete unless the point is to piss people off and lose customers.

SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet

Just one issue. It's a shoe store. That doesn't carry shoelaces. Yes, we've reached that stage in our culture. I love my new shoes. Despite the size of the store, there is a smaller selection than the Tangers Outlet. However the odds of finding your size is improved at this location.

Jordan gave phenomenal customer service! Came in looking for something that won’t hurt my feet being on them all day and she suggested and found something just right! Positive atmosphere in the store. All around great experience and will definitely come back!

Super friendly staff and four pairs for $120. Can't beat it!

Well there were a group of teenagers workers standing around chatting and laughing... meanwhile there were lots of customers in the store trying to figure things out.
I mean you don't want a salesperson lurching over you the whole time but there should be someone there and approachable if you have questions.
I ended up leaving and getting my shoes somewhere else.

We came from Big Rapids,  the 2 gals were out standing,  Very professional,  friendly,  helpful and pleasant 😀. Our first time there and I  promise  we will be back.❗️ Came home with 2 pairs.  Love them . Thanks

Target... the Motherland. It's got everything you need. The staff is infinitely helpful and once couldn't ask for a better experience in such a busy place. Parking can be less than ideal, but the lot is huge.

Clean restrooms and the store is well organized and always clean. There is a cafe in the store. I placed an order online and it arrived there quickly and intact, with free shipping. I usually come here for makeup because they have a huge makeup section that is always well stocked and beautifully organized, unlike some other retailers.

I come every now and then.  The groceries are very expensive.  Fair pricing on other items.

Decent place 2 look 4 special items w/ time 2 hassle w/ long lines. Informed all my family and friends.

This target location was way better stocked than the others and it was way bigger the service was excellent

Shoe Carnival

Frequent customer, three employees present all working on display,  I looked around 5 min with no contact, had a question approached associates setting display,  they were conversing and I stood in front of them for nearly a full min before one asked if they could help, “ we don’t have Nautica in store” - turned away  and continued with her coworker.
I went back and found a pr of Sketchers I liked on a display stand without a price,  Went to find associate - showed her - “ it shouldn’t be there - it goes here - we only have these four pair- though we might be able to order”. - immediately spun around and walked away.  I was confounded, and not happy. Found my wife who had found something without any contact with store employee and we headed toward checkout.  There were two other customers in store and no one had checked out  during the 15 minutes we shopped,  one associate or manager was at check out cutting out sales flyers or something.  She never looked up at us once, we sat shoes down in front of her and she did nothing. I coughed and without stopping her paper cutting or making eye contact she muttered “ a cashier will be with you”.  I was done.  Terrible customer service - after years I don’t think I can go back.  I asked my wife if she wanted to leave, she nodded and we turned to leave as a cashier approached that had been working on display and answers my question earlier.  “ I got you”.  I said “ we’re done, not buying here, terrible customer service that cutting paper is more important then a customer at checkout and my interactions with you today has been disappointing”

Funny thing,  sign on door saying no cameras or pause of phones for taking pictures allowed.

I can remember the name of the shoes and I’ll be buying them online from another retailer.

Go ahead,  change my mind.

I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the store and again upon leaving. No offers to help. Other than that, I was invisible to staff. They were busy chatting amongst themselves at the front of the store. Nice selection of shoes fairly well organized. Great option if you want to shop in peace.

Great selection of shoes for men, women, children with many sizes/seasonal options. Fun choices thrown in with traditional styles.

i love how they jsut stand there at the door not cleaning, stocking or anything before the store opens. it’s kind of rude to customers that they jsut stand there and not let us in even if it’s 20 minutes early. they are literally doing nothing. it’s disrespectful

Bobby Jo .......she was nice and professional.....I fell in love with some shoes and couldn't find my size so I went 1/2 up....see how they work. It only took me 30 minutes to find the awesome pair of shoes.

Birkenstock Attitudes

Great costumer service and a good selection of Birkenstocks for men and woman including latest styles. They also have a discount section.

I am thrilled to be a customer of Birkenstock Attitudes.  This store is a small, family owned business, that provides top notch customer service.  I was searching for a pair of Birkenstock Arizona's Big Buckle Gator Print in Brown.  The Birkenstocks were not listed on their webpage, but when I reached out to Paul, he immediately checked his stock and found a pair in my size!!  Paul provided me with photos of the exact pair of Arizonas that I would be receiving.  He mailed them on a Saturday and I received them on Monday (all the way in California), which seems lightening fast if you consider the distance (TX -> CA).  The Birkenstocks that I received were exactly the pair that were photographed by Paul.  I highly recommend purchasing your Birkenstocks from Birkenstock Attitudes, you will not be disappointed!  I look forward to purchasing many more Birkenstocks from this wonderful family business.  Keep up the good work and THANKS A MILLION for EXCELLENT customer service!!

Excelente customer service! My twins needed a pair of Birkenstocks, but we were unsure what size to purchase. The gentleman who helped us was amiable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our twins got a pair of Birkenstocks sandals, and they love them!

Excellent customer service the gentleman that helped us out was extremely patient and attentive he pulled around 10 pairs of shoes without hesitation and was able to help out out find the right one for my friends feet.
I have always been a fan of Birkenstock shoes cause I know they are the perfect fit for my feet now I’m glad  Mesa store has as well the perfect customer service.

Been shopping here for about 7 years now, latest visit was very pleasant, gentleman at the store was able to help me adjust an older pair of Boston clogs and assisted me with my newest clog purchase. Tradehome Shoes

This place is Awesome!!! The Staff Was Amazing!!! Especially Sabrina!! Went in to get shoes for my Wife and ended up with shoes and slip on’s (sandals) to wear around the house, for Both of us!!
The personal experience is something I haven’t experienced in quite some time. Sabrina went out of her Way to make sure we had the BEST Footwear for each of Us!!! Thank You All From Both of Us!!!

Great store and great salespeople!  Sabrina is super nice and very knowledgeable. She helped select just the right shoes for my son and myself.  The HOKA shoes are SO comfortable!  My son is showing everyone his new shoes, and can’t stop talking about them 😄.  We will definitely be back.

Walked in looking for some hiking sandals. Travis greeted us and was quick to help us find what we needed. He was very helpful and went searching in the back and out with 10 different shoes to try. He helped fit them to my feet correctly and even cleaned my shoes I had worn into the store before I left. Very pleased with his service! #willbeback

Great shoe store and great selection!  My wife and I each got a pair of Hey Dudes and we love them!  Customer service is top notch too.  We'll be buying more shoes from Tradehome in the future.

Rice's Shoe Store

Personalized customer service with assisted foot measurements and recommendations based on your unique foot needs and desired use. All their shoes are high quality and the price is not that much more than buying lower quality big box company shoes especially considering of long they last. Very accommodating owner & staff and fun to be greeted by Ransom & Hulk!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Worse customer service I ever received in my life. Took 15 minutes to tell me where the type of shoe I was looking for was at then all the shoes were blocked by boxes. Waited for assistance for another 10 minutes before finally taking my business elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone of color.

Disappointed in my visit today, I don't usually write reviews but this bothered me for some reason.  I try to support small business, especially in Battle Creek so I went in to purchase a pair of steel toe work boots, they did not have them in stock, I asked if they would order them and they would not because, if they did not fit, they would be stuck with them???  I have ordered boots in the past from them with no issue and (so what if you're stuck with them, you sell them, its what you do).  I am disappointed that they don't realize this is why on-line shopping is going to shutter their business.   I ordered those same boots on Amazon for less money and they will be delivered tomorrow.  Please consider changing your policy and your store is starting to look like a petting zoo.  Please decide if you want to sell shoes or animals

If i could give a negative number i would! We had the WORST experience in Rices shoes recently.I took someone in there who had gotten a pair of shoes paid for by the HUB location for a new job he acquired. I personally witnessed him wear these $175 pair of shoes 1 time and they made his feet blister and retained moisture. He took them off that day and decided to take them back to see what his options were. From the moment we walked in there and he told the employee how they were paid for we were treated like dirt. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE was he looking for a refund of any kind he just wanted to ask what his options were and if they were going to stand by the shoes THEY fit him for. Immediately the owner stepped up and started talking over the customer and did not let him finish what he was saying. They immediately assumed that he was out for the money and a refund or a different pair of shoes if they would of just listened instead of treating us like dirt and talking over us at anything we said then maybe we could of came to resolution. ON TOP of that they then contacted HUB to tell them that one of their clients was trying to be shady!! To the owner and snotty employee if you guys would quit stereotyping people and actually listen instead of pouncing on them then maybe you would have a better understanding of why he was there! Absolutely ridiculous! My whole work buys shoes from this place and i will MOST DEFINENTLY be spreading the word at their behavior and lack of listening skills to everyone i personally know. Stand by the shoes you sell and quit judging people when you have nooooooooooo clue! I do not and will not recommend this business to any upcoming clients looking for a shoe contract location or any potential individual clients that come to me.

I really needed a great pair of shoes for my plantar fasciitis so I thought I would stop by and check out the store that has been in my community since I was a child.  Apparently I haven't been back to this establishment since returning to BC. I walked in and a huge cat started toward me coming in the front door.  I am deathly afraid of cats and turned around and ran out the door and all the way to my car.  I understand the pets are "people too", but I can NEVER go to Rice's shoes.  Sad because I was hoping to purchase something for the pain.  Oh well.   Please think about your customers!!!!!  Bad for business.

Excellent customer service and a large selection make this an ideal place, but stock of larger sizes is needed in men's and women's.

Finally found shoes I liked. Very comfortable and sturdy for all the daily walking I do at work. Carrie, Cheyenne and the girls are very hospitable. Go out of their way to get my shoes brought in from another store. I will be returning for sure.

The lady who helped me was amazing. She was unable to find a dress shoes in wide width that wasn't mesh. I'm bummed. I'd go back though because kind people make it worth trying again.

Great place to get new shoes gales in side are very help full. Pick out a new pair of the new slip on tennis shoes and I love them very comfortable 😍

I love my new slip on tennis shoes by skechers well worth the price i used for the meijer golf outing 4 days over 12 hours a day on them. I'm on my feet all day for work and I have no more sore tired out legs or feet. They even carry wide ones. The staff did excellent job in assisting with size. No pressure sales either. Go buy a pair save your tired feet.

Rushing Shoe Shop

Great little store, family owned for more than 100 years. Very attentive and friendly owners. Great selection of boots, work shoes, sweatshirts, tshirts, hats, belts, buckles, shoe care products, high quality knives and more. Definitely a good local business to suppport.

Need some new lace-up work boots. Great selection and employees were very helpful. They also carry belts and pants. Will definitely be going back when it time to replace.

Mailed in a pair of Birkenstock that were half eaten by my dogs. I believe the man’s name, Jamie, was so helpful, gave me a price up front, and a time line. So happy this place was recommended to me for shoe repair!
