Frequent customer, three employees present all working on display, I looked around 5 min with no contact, had a question approached associates setting display, they were conversing and I stood in front of them for nearly a full min before one asked if they could help, “ we don’t have Nautica in store” - turned away and continued with her coworker.
I went back and found a pr of Sketchers I liked on a display stand without a price, Went to find associate - showed her - “ it shouldn’t be there - it goes here - we only have these four pair- though we might be able to order”. - immediately spun around and walked away. I was confounded, and not happy. Found my wife who had found something without any contact with store employee and we headed toward checkout. There were two other customers in store and no one had checked out during the 15 minutes we shopped, one associate or manager was at check out cutting out sales flyers or something. She never looked up at us once, we sat shoes down in front of her and she did nothing. I coughed and without stopping her paper cutting or making eye contact she muttered “ a cashier will be with you”. I was done. Terrible customer service - after years I don’t think I can go back. I asked my wife if she wanted to leave, she nodded and we turned to leave as a cashier approached that had been working on display and answers my question earlier. “ I got you”. I said “ we’re done, not buying here, terrible customer service that cutting paper is more important then a customer at checkout and my interactions with you today has been disappointing”
Funny thing, sign on door saying no cameras or pause of phones for taking pictures allowed.
I can remember the name of the shoes and I’ll be buying them online from another retailer.
Go ahead, change my mind.

I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the store and again upon leaving. No offers to help. Other than that, I was invisible to staff. They were busy chatting amongst themselves at the front of the store. Nice selection of shoes fairly well organized. Great option if you want to shop in peace.
i love how they jsut stand there at the door not cleaning, stocking or anything before the store opens. it’s kind of rude to customers that they jsut stand there and not let us in even if it’s 20 minutes early. they are literally doing nothing. it’s disrespectful
Bobby Jo .......she was nice and professional.....I fell in love with some shoes and couldn't find my size so I went 1/2 up....see how they work. It only took me 30 minutes to find the awesome pair of shoes.

Great selection of shoes for men, women, children with many sizes/seasonal options. Fun choices thrown in with traditional styles.
