These guys were awesome to work with. Our house is way far out in the Ozarks and it didn't bother them at all to come out, measure and install. If you live in a small town or out in the country, this is a company that doesn't just work in Conway or Little Rock. The owner is super easy to work with and accessible and texts like a teenager, so you can really stay up on your project and get updates. I even did my measurements over Labor Day weekend and he responded the same day.  The installers clearly know their business. I do a lot of my own work and I know what good quality is and these guys did a phenomenal job. I'm planning on using this company anytime I need windows or doors.

John, Harold and the other installers were absolutely wonderful to work with. If need new windows, don’t even both looking elsewhere. John tells exactly what you need to know and cuts straight to the point. He’s a good salesman but the work they do speaks for themselves. I had 1 question about our windows after installation. John called very quickly and even made a stop by the house. They found a small problem and had it fixed within an hour of original contact that same day. Their customer service is top notch and they did a great job. I’m a green thumb and they did a great job working around my plants which I really appreciated. Thank you John and Harold!!!!! Don’t waste your time with other companies. Stay local and get exceptional service! Their Google reviews do not lie.

John and his installation team of Nelson and David were extremely professional and easy to work with.  The windows were installed ahead of schedule and the attention to detail was second to none.  I highly recommend Premier Windows to anyone looking to upgrade to a great product with an exceptional warranty at a fair price.

I had 13 windows installed and they are stunning! John was a pleasure to work with. Honest, understanding, and helpful. Nelson and David completed the windows in one day and were also a joy to have in my home. I will recommend Premier Windows over and over again. 10/10.

Absolutely horrible! My 1 star is only so I could write a review to hopefully stop people from making the same expense mistake I did. When they say they will repair any rotten wood, that's a lie. The windows aren't installed properly, so they don't even know the condition of what is underneath the old windows because they don't fully remove them. They don't close completely and aren't even installed straight(see video). My energy costs didn't improve in the least. To be honest, I believe they are worse than when I had my old wood windows. The outside noise is worse now, and when I go outside, I can hear my music or TV a though I have my windows open. The installation took longer than I was told it would, and the "finished" product, if you can call it that looks horrible! It is far from finished. They don't replace broken trim because they don't remove any trim to install the new windows. Please save yourself the insane amount they charge and buy your windows local and have a good contractor install them. It will be over half the cost, and you will actually get energy efficiency out of them. When I complained, they didn't seem to care. They already had my money.

The two gentlemen that were sent to my home we’re wonderful. I could not have asked for a better consideration of my home. Great job they started at a quarter till nine. We’re finished by 5 o’clock. I love my new windows.

We had over 20 new windows installed.  Two gentlemen showed up the first day to see how complicated the install would be.  They handle the entire install with ease.  They were very professional and friendly and wanted to make sure that we had walked around an was satisfied with the install before they left.  I would definitely recommend Windtek to everyone that owns a home and wants to get the best out of their energy being used.

We recently purchased new windows from WinTek USA and I am thrilled with everything involved; from the salesman who came to our home to demonstrate and educate about the windows to the installers. So far, I don't really understand the purpose of why I was ever contacted in the first place by this company. Months ago, I was promised monetary thanks by allowing them to consult on my home. Was scheduled. No one came. Was rescheduled. No one came. The monetary amount promise was then upped. I was told that the worker in my area had a medical emerg and was on a leave of absence. Ok, no problem, I am understanding. Fast forward to now- last week I picked up what I thought was a telemarketer call and realized it was Wintek. Advised for them to call RIGHT BACK because I was at work and they never did. I called the following day, spoke with an Angie, and she said oh I am so sorry, let's plan to call you after 5pm (when i get off) tomrrow! Ok! thanks! No call. I called back next day and Angie remembered speaking with me. Promised another call after 5p for yesterday. No call. So I call back today. Got Angie again, and suddenly it felt like she did not remember me, although my name is not a common name AT ALL. And now all of the sudden, "the team is out of my area, so they will call back when they're back in the area." SAY WHAT?! What a waste of my time and theirs? I just don't get it at all. I could've used the extra money at Christmastime and I was blatantly honest with them about that. However I do have window repairs I need done at my house and tax time is around the corner. Think I'll utilize someone else at this point. Geez.

Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement

They were initially awesome to work with, until it came time to do the work.
The roofing crew just shingled over an obvious dip close to the crest of the roof. They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day.
They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway.
After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated.
Direct TV sent a service rep. Come to find out when they moved the satellite dish to do that part of the roof they bent it. Instead of saying anything they just put it back where it was .
Called the business answering service days ago, no response.

For the last two days our apartment complex has been turned into a chaotic mess.  Over 50 workers decended and made and ungodly mess, parking on the sidewalks, tearing up our parking lot and the turf and grass.
The kid in charge responded grass grows back in a rude and uncaring fashion.  Informing me they can park where ever they want and "it will all be cleaned up"  yesterday I had to walk over nails covering the side walk, while gas generators screamed next to my window and blocked my exit to the parking lot.

I can only describe this group as an unprofessional group of Thug like cheap labor.  Sure they get the low bid, they care Nothing for the people who live where they are working.  I will have to document all the damage and mess they leave behind.
I do not recommend this company.  They have no respect.

Keith's roofing far exceeded my expectations.  From the quote to the crew, every part was great.  The crew did a great job and did an excellent cleanup afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone, needing a shingle roof.

Called Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement to work on a metal roof that was leaking.  Strung me along for several days. The first call I was told they would come out and take a look. That never happened.  After  several days and 5 calls/messages left with answering service which had no idea why I was not getting a call back , I finally heard back  a week later that they have no interest on working on metal roofs.  I could have had this repaired by now if I wasn't strung along for over a week. If you are not interested  in the job, or do not want to work on metal roofs, just let me know so I can find someone that wants to work. It's fine if Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement does not want to work on metal roofs, but tell me that during the first phone call. This set me back over a week. This is just disrespectful and bad business . Common courtesy goes a long way in business especially in rural areas where your name and word is your bond. You don't have that you don't have anything. Could possible be in business 30 years due to captive audience . Folks have little choice in roofers in area, not a lot of competition in rural areas unfortunately.  .  Bottom line if you have a metal roof that needs repair look elsewhere, Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement is not interested. It will save you time not calling Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement for this type of job.

Had Keith’s roofing replace my roof because of hail damage the old roof wasn’t leaking but needed to be replaced they showed up got the job done it looked good but when the first big rain came I had a leak I called them and they came out with some silicone and put under one of the shingles it stopped the leak about a year later I had another leak  so I called and again pulled out the silicone it stopped it for awhile but then almost a year later yet another leak I called them out and here they came with their silicone so I called back and said this silicone is not the fix and they need to fix the problem so the owner came out and took a look and said that there wasn’t a leak where they have been siliconing but he would fix it anyway well now he won’t answer my calls or message back definitely don’t use this company they are cons and not professional at all

This is my 2nd review in this business page. The first review I left the owner called and blackmailed me to remove it. They were asked and paid to do roofing, siding, replacement of windows. They dropped the ball for nearly 6 months forgetting to send over correct documents to insurance for payments. We were called and accidentally attempted to collect from our family for months because they had the customer information mixed up. They were sending wrong information over for months. Toward the end of the repair work months later the owner showed up at our residence and threatened to PUT A LEAN ON OUR HOUSE due to payment. In reality his team had forgotten to send over the final paperwork so they could be paid by insurance. They were paid out money same day they finally sent over needed information to insurance. Roof had to be fixed twice, gutters were left behind including nails and parts. They used 6 inch screws to replace our siding, nails so large they stuck out on the other side of the wall. The only work done properly was the windows that they sub-contracted out through someone else. Go through the reviews and read the bad ones, the owner argues and slanders bad reviews. EDIT. Once going into the building to pay them Ron proceeded to get loud and argumentative. Cursed, called names. Threatened to fight my husband. (please look up owner Ron Rollins incredible scary tract record) I  have video footage of their owner Bridgett Collin’s removing my phone from my hand once I began recording his behavior toward us. Elite did a great job replacing my roof , gutters, screens and vents . After the hail storm! Took a little longer with all the other damage across the state. But, it’s all finished and looks amazing! I will highly recommend Chris Payne as your contractor for any project! I will miss his visits and text ! Thanks Chris.

Awful experience. Overwhelmed sales team out doing bids to take in work that’s too much for their store to actually complete. No one in office to respond to questions and concerns. No contracts to be provided. They will state your insurance will fit the total bill, however you won’t see a bill. Once work is complete they will assume your take responsibility for the bills and proceed to collect from you instead of your insurance. They will show up at your house and place of business to attempt to collect payment they reassured from the beginning they would receive from insurance. This place of business requires good google reviews be left or else they will refuse to complete work jobs. Call around and seek individual places to do your business instead of going with this location to get all your work done.

I used Elite Exteriors to renovate a 650 square foot condo in 2022. The project was supposed to take 3 months. It took 10 months. I was in New York, so was not able to be on site to help facilitate the timeline.

The interest rates were under 3% when the project was set to finish. By the time they actually finished they were 6.5%, and I had to refinance because I was on a 1 year construction loan. Now I’m locked in for 30 years at 6.5% instead of 3%, costing me an extra $250 per month of unnecessary interest, which could have been prevented if they didn’t lie to me about the timeline.

The floor boards were not grouted [EDIT: floor boards were not nailed or secured in any way], just laid in, so they buckle slightly and are not level.

The contract says he would install a hood vent above the stove — it was never installed.

The bathroom was supposed to have a half glass partition — but they installed the water source on the OPEN SIDE, so water was splashing out constantly onto the floor. They refused to install a door at first but ultimately did, which I appreciate (it was a faulty design on their part, therefore they were obligated to fix it). EDIT: it was not in the contract initially bc you would expect they design the half glass partition correctly, not with the shower head on the OPEN SIDE WHERE WATER IS SPLASHING OUT ONTO THE BRAND NEW FLOORS!!

The AC unit they installed was $2k and broke within less than a year, and the warranty was not honored because they said I did not file the warranty paperwork (I was never told I had to file paperwork).

They ordered granite counters when I told them I wanted quartz. This had to be corrected (and was). But should not have happened in the first place. EDIT: the quartz counters were requested from the beginning. I stated upfront please do not order granite (I have email records to prove this)

I had to beg them to finish the cabinets bc there were un-stained portions that looked unfinished.

I also was told by someone that used to work there that Ron often “cuts corners” where he can, and gets away with it.

Overall they did a pretty good job with everything and it looks nice (the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1), but took way too long, which had severe financial impact on me due to the climbing interest rates. 3 months vs 10 months is not reasonable. Imaging paying $250 per month for 30 years (this amounts to $90k of unnecessary interest). This is the biggest reason for the bad review.

I recommend establishing a timeline, and if they don’t finish in time — have written in the contract that “x” amount of dollars will be decreased from the balance owed each month the project goes unfinished.

If you are working with Elite Exteriors from out of state, they will not prioritize you. They will drag their feet and it will take much longer than they tell you. They will string you along to appease you, but ultimately they’re gonna do what they want.

Please supervise them working bc the floorboards are absolutely not done properly. They were expensive and beautiful, but improperly installed so now they’re not level, they buckle when walking, and they look and feel unstable.

Overall, a very poor experience in the end. Recommend either going with a different company or be local to supervise the renovations. The company strung me along and dragged their feet to barely finish (there are still minor unfinished parts).

EDIT: I was the easiest person to work with. I was polite, never demanded anything, worked with their limitations with COVID/supply chain issues, and overall very understanding.

Please look up the bad reviews and not only the good ones if you want to make a fully informed decision.

We used Patriot Roofing to replace a 30-year-old roof. The price was fair and the quality of work was great. They talked about the options and made recommendations based on their experience. Once all the details were finalized, the work began very soon and was we were updated throughout the process with photos and issues (replacing decking, etc.) that were found. I have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased with the quality of work and professionalism with which they operate.

AQ Roofing LLC

I'm not a roofer but even I can tell that my roof isn't done correctly. The roof shouldnt sag like that. Also invoice included new gutter and gutter guard. They just tried to bend back the old gutter and left it hanging. Called and left msg requesting team come back to fix it correctly and got invoice instead. See pic below. Won't be paying invoice till this work is completed correctly.

I used this company for my roof. I am very pleased with quality of the work they did. They are a really good and efficient company. I recomend them to anyone that needs work done on their roof!

I have worked with Jeremy to roof our vacation rental house in Petit Jean Mountain.  I was very impressed by the job and excellent customer service that we are called on Jeremy to quote our primary home.  You will not be disappointed by this company.  Jeremy is polite, friendly and always does just what he says he will do.  This level of customer service is difficult to find these days.

I'm satisfied with the work performed by AQ Roofing company . They were very professional and courteous ,a detailed description and attention was given to all areas of my roof, with leaks and storm damage. This was all verified and photographed upon inspection and while repairs were being performed. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. The job was completed in less than half a day, and the workmanship was outstanding! Great job thanks AQ !

We needed an inspection and Jeremy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He helped us take pics of our roof and even showed us evidence that our roof is still new. The chalk line and plastic wrap were still there. He also said that since AR got hit by 16" of snow,  his company now only builds roofs that can deal with at least 16" of snow.

Deven at MD Roofing did an awesome job on my siding problem. I had cables coming out of my siding due to a cable installation. He was able to fix it all up like new. I'm super satisfied with this company. Look to them if you have siding problems. I hear they also do roofing.

Highly Recommend MD Roofing and Siding. I hired Devon to power wash the siding, clean the gutters, and seal the brick on my 3 story house. He was timely, honest, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done well. His attention to detail is a gift. My house looks beautiful now and I don’t have to worry about debris from the storms clogging my gutters.

Devon worked with me to repair a section of siding for my house.  He went to work immediately tracking down the matching piece of siding.  Devan did a great job keeping me updated as to when he would come out assess my issue(the next day after I called him), where he was in terms of tracking down my specific siding(along with other potential options), and finally performing the removal of the damaged siding and replacing it with the new.  All of this took place in about 5 days.  Would definitely use him in the future and recommend.

Reached out to Devon about repairing/replacing some fascia that had ripped off my house during a storm. He was very responsive, arrived on time, and ensured the quality of his work. There was a problem with a piece of fascia that wasn't bent quite right. Instead of installing it as-is and walking away, he came back the next day and resolved the issue. Awesome service!

Regal Construction

Installed 6” gutters & downspouts, painted all wood trim, painted metal windows, painted vinyl siding on storage building. It all looks brand new!!! Jeremy was the project manager and was an excellent communicator- quick, polite, professional. Have already recommended to others and will be calling again for future projects.

Dane Ferguson of Regal Roofing took care of us. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about our options and always helped us to get the service we needed at a price we could afford.  He worked with our insurance company for our benefit and was always a call or text away to answer any questions I had.  If the need ever arises where we need service for our roofing/gutters I won't hesitate to call him again.

Best roofer I've ever had! Our roof had to be replaced after a hail storm and we called them because they were recommended by Owen's Corning (since we wanted that brand). Carl was our rep and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He came out promptly, was very knowledgable in answering all of our many questions, and worked with us to give us the most bang for our buck. On the days of the roofing, he was there much of the time to make sure everything was done right and picked up all of the nails with magnets afterward. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgable guy to help you with your roof, then ask for Carl! Roof we used was Owens Corning duration in the Estate Gray color.

Big job? Small job? Job that you think can be done? Call the folks at Regal. We had tornado damage to our home on March 31. It took us a while to find a contractor we wanted to remodel our home.
We were proud of our home prior to tornado. Wanted it similar when it was finished. But Regal made it even better. From our deck, roof, attic, sheet rock and windows, they improved on what we had.

I called Regal Restoration because my father had a small section of roof damage from a neighbor's fallen tree. Jeremy promptly called, came out and gave us an estimate. He was very accommodating with our timeline. He looked at the potential job, viewed the insurance papers and gave us an honest assessment of what his company can provide us. He came through for us in our time of need and represented his company well. In fact, on the day day of the job, he decreased the price a bit because he found the job didn't require as much material as anticipated. VERY HONEST GUY, and we would use this company again!!!

Zach and his crew are top notch when it comes to roofing work needing done in Central Arkansas. They are professional, courteous,  prompt, on-schedule, fairly priced, and high quality. Most importantly, Zach knows how to deal with insurance company to get the most value for homeowners. That's not something you get just from an average roofing company. If you want to use a great one, choose Excel Roofing!

I don't post written reviews often, but I am happy to for Excel. The roof and gutters look great; and they went out of their way for some things,  including repairing some mistakes from a previous roofer so the new roof would be the best it can be (and to code). Everyone was courteous and professional, and Trevor was awesome coordinating everything and answered & helped with any questions I had every step of the way. I really appreciated Trevor coming back to the house after his initial inspection, so he could inspect and speak with the insurance adjuster. That really helped with the paperwork. I highly recommend Excel. I felt lucky that they were the company doing the job. Side note: One little thing I really appreciated was that they listened to music with their earphones instead of a blaring radio.
