Awesome service by Brett @ pinnacle. I interviewed 5 roofers in the neighborhood for hail damage repair. Brett blew it out of the water. He showed up on time; he was patient explaining the process, gave me a fair price; and also helped troubleshoot & finding solutions on a weird patio I had. Throughout the job, Brett always replied my text within the hour, addressed all concerns, went above and beyond taking pictures of before and after. A section of my siding trim blew off during a recent storm.  Zach came out to my home within a few hours to assess the situation and provided a quick solution.  He came back to my home within five days to repair the damage. Although most of Pinnacle roofing jobs are extensive, this company was willing to take time out of a busy schedule to take care of a much smaller project.  I would highly recommend them!

So a tree falls on your house and you need help from someone!!! I recommend pinnacle roofing 100 percent!!! From the time Brett came out till the gutters were repaired it was the best service I’ve ever had!!! In just 2 weeks my roof was repaired and looked amazing!!!! Thursday, July 13, we had five windows replaced by this great company. Great product and price. The crew that installed them were amazing.

I hired Mel Harris Company to completely re side my home and shop. The work they did is amazing. The whole job has improved the looks and value of my home. The product I chose is a polar siding with built in insulation. It is very sturdy and has improved the ‘R’ value rating of my home. The folks doing the work were friendly and courteous. I have security cameras around my home and they accidentally damaged one of them. They replaced it immediately. This was a very big job and they completed it in about a week. I am very pleased and would use them again.

From the get-go, we had a wonderful experience, from Brent Harris arriving at our house to arrange our estimate, to Brian coming to measure up, to the most excellent Josh, Pony, and John, who did an incredible top notch job on our roof.
Our opinion was formed from their very first day on the job. They worked tirelessly to quickly remove most of the old roof, then worked through a sudden snow storm in freezing cold temperatures, preparing the roof against any damage from the snow.

Only bad i have is I would have liked the owner to be more personable instead of all about business as a business owner myself i found if you treat customers like family and do good work they will always be there and spread good words, I will say I am very picky this is first time I've paid a company to do work on my home and i had them do metal roof and metal siding.The boss man Brian blew my mind how talented, knowledgeable, hard working, and a perfectionist he is. I hope he is very well taken care of its much deserved for sure. The roofing crew Josh and Derik aka the (pony) are fantastic as well they great guys! made sure I was happy with everything and did everything to my expectations and more. I had siding replacement, gutter repair, and window replacement done by this company after a hailstorm did significant damage to my home. Everyone with whom I dealt was courteous and professional, and the quality of the work was very good. I definitely would use this company  again, and I recommend them to others needing these services.

At a time when all contractors seem too busy to accept work, Arcadia Remodeling responded quickly, followed up on their quote, and followed up with me after the project (chimney flashing replacement) was complete. Pricing is competitive and was a good fit for a residential job.

They were timely and, within two days of signing the contract, had the job completed to beat the forecasted rain. They were very upfront about their lead times and scheduling availability.

The work looks professional, and as far as I can tell there have been no more leaks with the most recent rains. The roofer also stopped work to discuss options with me as the scope of work changed due to hidden issues underneath shingles and waterproofing materials.

They followed up to make sure I was happy with the work completed. This was nice to be treated as a valued customer, and it's a big part of why I will let them bid on my next home project when I need a roofer or contractor.

The remodel went as smoothly as we could have hoped. We had extensive water damage and several drywall issues throughout the house. The project manager was extremely thorough and prices were fair. The crew was very skilled, friendly and did as much as they could to not disrupt our day to day life. They got the job done very fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Arcadia will be our “go to” company for anything we need to have done with our home in the future.

Outstanding customer service, Jay was super honest and did not screw me around on costs at all. I got SEVERAL estimates for this job and they were by far the best choice. Even ended up fixing some things on my roof that the insurance adjuster didn't catch. Used them again to replace some porch posts and was very pleased. Jay himself came by several times to check on his guys and the work, even got up on the roof himself to inspect. Great company.

We hired them to do siding on our house. The work was done professionally and they had a fair price. There was one small issue that needed to be fixed at the end and they agreed to take care of it and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend for any siding projects you need done.

Travis Casey Siding & Roofing

I set up appointment with Travis in fall of 2019 to get siding estimate on my home. He didnt show up, didn't call to reschedule, and didnt apologize. As several months had passed and based on a favorable review on him from a friend of my wife, decided to give him another chance just this week. However,  again he didnt show up  and didnt have the courtesy  to call to apologize or reschedule. Not worth the time or hassle.

I am very happy with ABC Seamless Gutters the end result.

We bought this House and are giving it a lot of Love by doing a complete Exterior and Interior Remodeling job. So far, New Vinyl Siding, New Soffit / Fascia, New Exterior Doors and a New Roof has been installed. The entire Exterior of the House was completed, when ABC Seamless installed Gutters. The Gutters that I chose were not standard size and I chose a Gutter that was larger. The entire job was completed in 4 hours and it looks amazing!

They know what they are doing and are worth the Money.

ABC Seamless Gutters did an awesome job for me. They were very quick to schedule my preferred date of installation. They installed them in less than a day. The gutters look great! I was 100 % pleased with their price, workmanship and finishing product! And best of all they don't leak like my old ones.

I had ABC Seamless install new gutters a couple of years ago.  Then I recently had them install leaf guards over the gutters. They are just excellent, no more ladders for me. The installers did a great job - cleaned up everything perfectly.  I recommend!

Ben and his crew were great to work with. Ben showed an appreciation for the details of an old house and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! As expected when working on a 100 year old house, there were some surprises along the way, but the communication was excellent, the workers professional, and things were done when they were supposed to be done. HIGHLY recommend!

The whole process of refurbishing our deck was fabulous!  From the estimate to the finished product there was exceptional customer service. The people at Craftsman's Choice are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The craftsman that did the deck work were courteous, neat, clean and tidy. They were also extremely fastidious about making sure the installation was perfect. Craftsman's Choice also put Hardie Board siding on our house years ago and with the professional installation and top of the line product, it still looks like new.  I LOVE this company! In my opinion, get a quote and design from Craftsman's Choice and there is no need to shop further.

We worked with Craftsman's Choice about three years ago to replace the siding on our house and, at the time, we were very pleased with the work.  Fast forward to about a month ago, we had our air conditioner replaced and the company doing the work accidentally broke a siding board.  We called Craftsman's Choice only to ask them how we could order a replacement board thinking that we would just install the new board ourselves.  To our very pleasant surprise, they told us that not only would they order the new board for us, but that they would install it for us.  The whole process was very quick and the level of service far surpassed our expectations.  Thank you so much and we can't say enough how much we appreciate your efforts to go above and beyond!

We went through a different contractor for new windows in 2021. We had nothing but issues with them and even had water coming in this fall. I was referred to Craftsman's Choice to fix this issue since I was sick & tired of dealing with the other company.

The owner himself came out to take a look at the problem and we got it fixed today! I'm so grateful for this headache to be over & having a fix that I know I can trust. I will for sure be returning to Craftsman's Choice when we are ready to do more window replacements.

Craftsman's Choice has done it again.  Several years back, the Craftsman's Choice crew did an excellent job re-siding our home with Hardie Siding and helping with the design we were after.  Just recently, Phil LaFond and his team did a fantastic Hardie Siding repair on the side of the house where an old furnace/AC unit existed.  They matched the color and styling beautifully.  My wife and I can't be more happy with the repair completed.

We had Royal windows replace our bay window in our home in Hot Springs Village . They did an excellent job.  On time and everything was spotless when they left.  Well since we had such a wonderful experience , we decided to have them replace all the windows in our home in Louisiana.  They did a fablous job.  Windows look great.
Installer were excellent and everything was done as expected.  We would definitely recommend Royal Windows.  They are an Arkansas company located right down the road in Royal Arkansas.  If you need windows you will be very happy if you call this company.  They were recommended by one of our neighbors and they were everything they claimed.  Love my new windows!!!!

I love my new windows.  They keep out the heat from the sun better than I thought possible!  Everyone I dealt with, from the salesman, to the installers, to the general manager did a phenomenal job.  And they look awesome!  Does this look like a double wide,  mobile home to you?

Royal's salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Preston the installer was a soft spoken gentleman who was enjoyable to work with. Preston could have done the 13 windows in one day but if you know Mississippi's summers, it is very hot and muggy. We had a couple of screens that were damaged on arrival and Royal had them fixed in less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied.

Royal installed a large sliding storm door on our upper deck. Installers were very professional and knowledgeable about their doors. They cleaned up after finishing the job. We will use them again.

Royal delivered exceptional customer service, from the scheduling, estimating, installation and follow up. Tiger was great to work with. They had our roof replaced before we got home from beach vacation and left the premises spotless. Couldn’t even tell they had been there - except for a beautiful new roof!
