LA Roofing did my roof installation on 5/5/2023. I can’t say enough positive things about them. It all started with my estimator Noelle she won me over . She was very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. My initial quote was over my budget and La Roofing negotiated with me . Sergio contacted me with my installation date . He was very patient with me and answered all my questions . He was even nice enough to send me sample pictures of roofs with the initial color I chose . After which I switched color to something different . Sergio accommodated me with no issues . Even throughout my installation he constantly checked on me and updated me. Alina in the office was very friendly and helpful also. Jose and the work crew greeted me at 7am as promised and they completed the job before 3pm. They were very polite and professional . My roof looks absolutely beautiful and I love it . The crew cleaned up afterwards leaving my yard spotless. Luis the owner also contacted me and gave me a link to which I was able to see pictures of my roof and all the work being done step by step. I appreciate everything . I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend LA Roofing . They are the best !

LA Roofing has been fantastic to work with. Every member of their team has been wonderful, from our initial visit with Noelle, who went into every attic and crawl space to look for leaks or damages, she provided photos for us to see any mold or wet spots that needed attention, she worked with us on our budget and was so knowledgeable. The team who came out to our house bright and early to fix a leak around our chimney did a fantastic job, the shingles match perfectly, they removed all the roofing tar that was cracked and a mess from previous owners, redid all metal flashing, replaced all the plywood and made all the repairs necessary, we couldn’t be any happier with the final result. And finally working with Alina to set up our payments and go over our invoices was just as easy and pleasant. This is a great company and every single person a part of it has made what should have been a stressful issue into a smooth easy reassuring process. Would highly recommend to all family and friends.

LA Roofing was pleasant, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process!  From the minute I called and spoke with Alina who put me at ease and set up an appointment for Noelle to come out and assess my concerns of my leaky roof, I knew I had found the right roofing company for the job!!  I had contacted several other roofing companies that either did not follow up or didn’t see the need to go in the attic to address my leaks!
Noelle went above and beyond what any other roofers had done to assess my roof and figure out what was wrong.  She took numerous pictures, both inside and out, and took the time to explain all to me so I fully understood everything.  I needed a new roof & soffits and decided to replace my gutters and downspouts.  She was very patient with me and answered numerous calls from me, not only before I decided to sign but after I signed as well.
What I liked was how friendly, competent and responsible your team was on getting the job done.  The crew seemed to work well together and they never stopped.  They worked until dark and cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs and left my yard spotless.  Sergio was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.  He was very accommodating on the install date as well.  I especially liked that I had a link to which I could see pictures of my roof while the work was being done!  And the owner, Luis, was available whenever I called and even came out on the last day to check on the roof and make sure that I was satisfied.

Noelle was very helpful and patient in answering my questions before the install, and she even made an extra trip to drop off samples for me to look at.  The install crew arrived on time and completed my relatively large roof by 5:00 PM the same day, which was very impressive. They also spent a lot of time cleaning up all of the debris around the house, which was much appreciated.  I also liked the real-time photos they took and uploaded during the install, so that I could see how things were going.  Overall, great experience!

Excellent Roof and Siding Cleaning!  We first used this company's service about 4-5 years ago.  The results were fantastic.  It was the first time we had our house roof and siding professionally cleaned and the results were exactly what we were hoping for.  This winter, we started to see some mildew showing up on the North-facing side of our house.  We knew the service they provided last time worked well, so we scheduled them back again.  Again, very quick...the workers were very timely and cleaned up after themselves.  We would readily recommend this company!

Safe Roof Cleaning did a WONDERFUL job cleaning my roof, siding and deck, they made my home look brand new, I am so happy with the results! I have plants and shrubs so I was worried about the chemicals being used but they made sure that they took precaution during the cleaning. The office staff have great customer service! The estimator was on time to our appointment and made sure all my questions were answered and the technicians were friendly as they completed the job, they also mentioned they have a referral program that pays you a percentage on every person you refer to them! I've never seen or heard a company offer that to their customers. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family :)

Safe Roof Cleaning cleaned my roof, gutters and concrete front porch.  The guys were on-time and very personable and professional.  The roof looks brand new and they did a great job.  They removed my furniture off the porch as well as protected my planters.  They even removed a bees nest during the cleaning that I really appreciated!  The initial estimate was done timely and the job was done within two weeks.  We even had a small issue with some curtains that were damaged inadvertently on my porch and they promptly reimbursed me for the curtains without question.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Safe Roof Cleaning washed our roof, siding, concrete patio, stone walkways and patio furniture. They did a fantastic job in all areas of their work! Their estimator, office staff and on-site workers were professional and courteous. The results were amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Excellent service and staff. My sales person John not only promised but definitely delivered. A company I can trust. My roof looks amazing, while walking around during the estimate, I mentioned I was ripping off my deck. John said, no need to rip off my deck, he said I can clean it instead of replacing it. Brian and his crew were extremely professional and did exceptional work, making my siding project stress free from day 1 until job completion. Brian and the crew were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining things as well as answering questions. Construction can be messy and I was pleased that the job site was cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day, making sure everything the driveway and yard was safe for my family to use. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Exterior Home Services LLC. and will definitely hire them again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Brian and Family and his workers at Exterior Home Services.  My roof was leaking and causing issues.  I needed all new shingles along with wood underlayment  Not only was the job done in the very cold Boston area in February between 2 snow storms, but it was done professionally and at a very fair price.  Everything that I asked Brian to do he completed.   I would definitely use his services again.

The short review: go with Brian and Carole at Home Exterior Services for your home project. The work was excellent, timely and a fair price. I had my roof, siding and windows done. All the projects were done professionally and to a high standard.

Long review: Information that I think will be helpful for those looking for a company to provide one or all of the above services and why Exterior is the way to go.

The estimate - When I contacted Exterior Home Services for an estimate, Brian came the very next day. When I met with him we walked around the house and discussed some ideas for about twenty minutes. He then said, he would do some measurements and send me a quote. I left him to do his thing ( about twenty more minutes), we had a pleasant goodbye and he left. About 1-2 hours later, I had an estimate. There was no high pressure sales pitch or song and dance. Just what the numbers would be. This was not the case with other companies I had out. Other companies tried to get me to sign that day with promises of great deals, others stayed for two hours, others were very high pressure. Brian was nice, polite and honest. This was greatly appreciated.

The price - estimates I received varied greatly, by thousands of dollars. The price from Carole and Brian was fair and reasonable with an itemized estimate. I feel the quality and price cannot be beat

Time - The project was scheduled and completed within the time frame given when the estimate was provided. This was done even when materials and supply chains were disrupted during covid. The teams for each step of the project were on time, worked pretty much non stop and completed each project in the time frame provided.

The craftsmanship. All the projects were done to a very high standard and came out beautiful.

Honesty - during the project some unexpected issues came up due to a leak which was worse than expected. Brian was upfront about the increased cost to repair these issues and provided a fair price to fix the issue. I feel others may have taken advantage to overcharge, Brian did not. He Cleary showed the cost of material and labor. The problems were fixed to the same high standard as everything else.

Professionalism - all of the work crews were professional,  communicative and respectful of my home and property.

Communication - Brian and Carole were easy to reach by phone, text and email. Their responses were timely and they were helpful guiding me through the process.

I highly recommend Exterior Home Services and will 100% use them again.

Our roof vent caps were rotted and we needed them replaced before winter. We also had an entry door that needed replacing. Brian got back to me in a timely manner, and quoted a very fair price. His crew was polite and professional. They did a very good job, and got here before the bad weather hit.

Cannot recommend enough! Hired the company recently to redo our siding, gutters and shutters. The crew came in and did a great job, highly efficient, despite weather constraints. Owners maintained contact 100% of the time, answering any question I had at every point the process and were flexible with our requested changes. 10/10 would recommend!

Ridge Valley Exteriors, Inc.

Highly professional, detailed, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.  Ridge Valley staff, especially Karl Sheen and Nancy Thompson, made the job of replacing my entire roof easy and hassle free.  They handled the insurance company expertly.  The construction team was on time, they cleaned up afterwards, and the results are gorgeous!  One small note: how many other roofing companies would start the job with a nice bottle of wine and a thank you note left on your doorstep?!

Making those initial calls to a few roofing companies was somewhat scary. We had 4 appointments set and only 2 even showed up. One guy came and gave us a hand written quote without even getting up on the roof. Sean came on time, did a full inspection, and came back a couple days later to go over everything with us. Our roof was put on 3 week later and everything went according to plan! Sean was here in Naples for the installation and made sure everything was cleaned up when the crew was done.
We are 100% happy and would recommend Ridge Valley and Sean to anyone in need of a new roof!

I would not recommend Ridge Valley Exterior. First let me start that they did not give noice before dropping of the trailer. They came out almost a week earlier. Then during the roof tear down they did not place a tarp around the house. Leaving the year with over 5 pounds of nail that I cleaned up and bought a magnet roller to pick up all the nails. The nails were so bad that they ended up in my neighbors yard and he step on one. This was the most disturbing thing with have 2 little ones that love playing outside. Then we went from 1 leak that was in the garage from the hurricane to 6. They guy had to keep coming out to fix the leaks. Then they added more to the invoice and when asked to see the itemized report they could not supply one to me. So I will say it again do not use them.

We had our roof replaced by Ridge Valley Exteriors and the team did an amazing job.  The folks we worked with, especially Gigi, Robert and Courtney were personable, easy to work with, professional and very responsive.  I highly recommend them.

We chose to go with the metal roof and it looks great. It has a 200 mph wind warranty which we hope is never tested!  This type of roof is expensive though. The timespan from start to finish was pretty good and, as we always prefer to stay local, having the RidgeValley office on Marco was a big plus for communication. Gigi, in client care was easily reachable and always responsive. Overall we are very happy we went with RidgeValley.

John's Roofing Siding & Windows, LLC

John's Roofing, Siding, and Windows completely transformed the appearance my 140 year old, 2-unit home over a period of only 5 days. They are a very experienced, professional, hardworking, and efficient team with competitive pricing.

Being a full-time graduate student and new homeowner, I had searched thoroughly for contractors that would be able to install new siding, windows, and gutters on a fairly tight budget. After receiving 7 quotes from various local contractors and reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on John's primarily for their competitive price-point and the immediate sense I got from talking with them that they were knowledgeable and attentive to my feedback and concerns. It has only been a few weeks since they finished up, but their work quality appears to be exceptional. They were very informative,  helpful, and flexible in accommodating to in-situ changes and requests as the project unfolded.

In trying to make this review as unbiased as possible, the only negatives I can possibly come up with were some very minor hiccups with emails (quotes/invoices) not being successfully delivered to my inbox. Being a small, very busy, family-owned business, it was on occasion difficult to immediately get ahold of them, but they would always return any calls promptly. And there were absolutely no communication issues once they got started with my project. Based on my recent experience, I would very highly recommend John's Roofing, Siding, and Windows and Siding to anyone looking to tackle similar projects. I will certainly be reaching out to them again for any similar work in the future.

John and his team replaced our 50+ year old aluminum siding with insulation and vinyl  siding. They did a fantastic job with quality material.  They are thorough with regard to every detail, reliable, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them.

John's roofing provided us with service above and beyond expectations in many ways. They completed a complete roof and gutter replacement project promptly, professionally and on time. While working on our roof, they noticed a broken shingle on a neighbor's roof and repaired it for her free of charge. Recently, they provided emergency assistance after a storm, coming the next day to secure 2 holes in our garage roof when a neighbor's tree branch fell and are now preparing to complete that repair. They also referred us to very helpful local professionals for other outside needs such as awning repair. Jasmin and John and their team are kind, caring and very hard working professionals. MJT Roofing

Trying to find a Roofing company that is the real deal UNTIL I stumbled across MJT Roofing. Like they say on the  commercials on TV, no games, no gimmicks, just honest to goodness results. I saw this company working on a roof locally, so I called. Manny came when he said he would. He took pictures, climbed up on the roof to examine what I needed fixed and that evening, he e-mailed me a quote. I had other companies come with drones, some seemed very disinterested and so I selected MJT. Their workers came on the date scheduled and I watched the entire time they worked and boy did they work. They were polite, hardworking and did a great job. It took a day and a half to complete the project because of the weather but when they did leave, my property was spotless and they fixed my problem. I would without hesitation recommend MJT Roofing. Very affordable and a pleasure to work with, from Manny, the office staff and the workers.

We have used MJT Roofing on several occasions on our property.  From a roof replacement on our home, new roof on an addition, and sought their services for demolition on the property, they have been nothing short of awesome.  They are prompt, quick and reasonable.  Manny and the employees are all very nice people.  We will continue to use their services in the future.

I had a leak in my roof due to a cracked roof ventilator cover.  Around Oct. 20,  I reached out to Manny for an estimate of a repair.  He quickly responded and was there to look at the damage on Oct. 24.  He gave me an estimate by the end of the week, and as of yesterday, November 8, the job is completed.  I asked for photos of progress and was quickly supplied with them.
He and Lisa are very efficient and easy to work with.

We had The Siding Store install windows and siding for us. They worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted and then delivered it. The owner is hands on and stopped in several times to make sure the project went perfectly. The foreman on the job was just as good. He asked questions to make sure he was doing what we wanted. They all went above and beyond. Will recommend this company to everyone

Exceptional job installing our windows and taking care of our house’s needs! Jim, the salesman, was very friendly and responsive (usually within a day). The window installers were great: they went above and beyond in helping reset the trim and blinds around our windows. They were exceptionally professional. We thoroughly appreciate the work that The Siding Store did, and we consider ourselves customers for life!

The Siding Store is all of this and more. We had our windows installed 8 years ago and are as happy today as we were when we had them installed. We had siding done at the same time and our house still looks amazing. I actually look forward to cleaning my windows twice every year - it's so easy to just tip them out and clean both inside and outside in minutes. Just cleaned my windows on Sunday and one of the pivot pins came off so I called them on Monday and Paul returned the call next day assuring me they will be here within the week to fix it free of charge. The Siding Store is like a dream come true and it would be foolish to go anywhere else.

Kyle and James did a very good job on my door installation I am very impressed. I am very pleased with Kyle and James work they were on time and very friendly left my house cleaner then it was. I will never hire no one else but Kyle and James. Ask for Kyle and James when you hire window world they are the best.

Just wanted to share my opinion after reading some of the reviews.
Salesman Dan came out was straight forward and knowledgeable.
We bought 11 windows and we were told job would take a day to a day and a half.
Job was finished in two!!
Don't really feel confident in the quality of installation as we've already had them back ( the subcontractor), once.
Tried calling Dan but of course they don't want to have anything to do with you after they get their money!
I saw that a few folks had the same experience.
So basically they sell you the windows subcontract the installation and then your on your own!

Great experience! Kris was very knowledgeable about the windows, specifications, and what would work best in our home. James, Erik, and Kyle did a great job changing a bow 10 ft window that was rotting into a beautiful flat 10 ft window we can now open. We had 2 windows and a smooth slider door installed too. James and his crew were efficient, tidy and right down to business. James answered all my nosy questions.  I am very satisfied and can't believe how much quieter our living room is with the new windows. I highly recommend Window World of RI and James with his crew.

James and his crew were excellent at communicating their late arrival and was courtesy about it. They installed windows and trim in a timely manner AND they even cleaned up after themselves. Our new windows are beautiful! Would highly recommend.

ABC Seamless Siding

The gutter installation was quicker than expected and that is perfect. Two weeks ago Clark came out to measure and was fairly quick with his estimate. The snow and ice did melt pretty fast. Fast forward to now, I couldn’t be happier. I failed to ask about their warranty (if any) but will call to verify. I do like that the guys left pieces aside in case I wanted to install myself for further drainage. I am a happy customer.

Marshall and his team are always professional and the product is excellent.  I’ve used them several times over the past 10-15 years  at different houses, and it’s been a positive experience every time.  I’ve recommended them to friends and family too.  Word of mouth is the best advertising and these guys get it.

We are Very Happy with the Gutters that were installed on our house and really liked the look of them. Clark R & Eric A did a great job and were fast.
