Dollar General

Can you please open and close when your supposed to? Is it really that hard? I've now waited 30min after opening time and you wouldn't open the doors until a manager from the other store had to beat on the door and remind your employees what time opening is and threatened to report them to management and then I show up at 9:40pm and you have the doors locked? This is just ridiculous especially when the dollar general just passed you is still open until 10pm! 10pm should be when you lock the doors not 9:30pm.. Thanks from the single mom who's kid didn't get their milk and water bottles due to your employees closing early and opening late!!! So unprofessional to me..

I walked in just before closing walked straight to the ice cream and straight to the front, they refused to check me out at 10:01 because they were closed. Nick threatened me and Evan was rude

Nice store I go here all the time, it's a very busy location, just wish there were more cashiers.
Most of the time there is a long line to check out and only one person checking people out.

The people are really nice. It's really close to home, so I'm there a lot. Only thing I don't understand, is why they don't have more cashiers. It always seems like it's one poor guy/girl with no help.

I won't give this store any higher sadly ! They have it all to!!  great items right off main road hwy 38 / jct. lots of good deals outside have good deals always. Clean store , I have edited this post ... handicapped accessible inside & out

Ace Handyman Services Fort Worth SW

Caleb was great. He arrived on time, cleaned up everything, figured out ways to make a difficult project work, and was done on time. Positive, upbeat guy. My mom needs work done around her house, and I will definitely be recommending Caleb! So grateful he got the work done. It’s been on my list for forever, and what would have taken me days and probably involved tears and mistakes, looks professional. Yay! Worth the money 💯.

They all did a great job. It was more involved than we expected but it was worth the extra money to get it done right. I have other projects that are needing to be done in the new year.

I had Ace Handyman come out and repair a wall in my home. The work was done well and I'm very satisfied with the work that has been done. Don did a great job. He was on time, professional and was considerate of my home. Stephanie was also very helpful when I had concerns, and also responded quickly with estimates for various projects needed to be done around my home. Thank you for a job well done. Look forward to completing the next project with you.

I had to break into my front door of my house because the door locked up behind me. I called Ace and I believe I spoke to stephanie over the phone she was super polite answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Got me set up ASAP and my technician Jose did incredible! He called me that same day to speak with me confirming he would be at my home for the scheduled appointment at 8am. This man fixed my door and did more then just that and he did it quickly and efficiently I was super impressed by his level of skill and work ethic! If I need anything else in the future I will call on Ace! Thanks again!

Don did a fine job of repairing doors that were not latching properly. He explained what he could do and how he would do the job. He was efficient, friendly. I’m well pleased and recommend him.  A good experience with Ace Handyman through all interactions.

Walmart Supercenter

The store is the cleanest store I have been in so far. Think of every Walmart you’ve ever been to and times that by two. That is how large of a selection the store has. It is very clean and extremely efficient with a ton of self check out options. Charlotte was very quick to help me when something scanned in at the wrong price. They even have a directory in the front of the store.

I was at the North Walmart this evening just before close. I had about 15 minutes left to get my things. This Walmart is a very nice walmart. I know it's stressful for that one people show up at last minute like me, but all of the staff act very professional and courteous. Anytime I have ever needed anything at this location I have never had an issue finding somebody to help me get to it.

Its flippen wal mart the lieing crooks. Next week they will have us unloading and stocking shelves as well as checking ourselves out. The reason to save us money, prices wont change and the bottom line for investors, great.

By far some of the worst selections when it comes to find the right stuff for your bed. I swear. The organization of the shelves and your labeling of sizes on blankets is the worst.  The manager is clearly selfish about quality and doesn't care about the customers enough. People lose no sleep at night, knowing what poor experience customers have.

Can find so many things here. Never had any issue getting help here. The self checkout scanners are quick. More space to place your bags at self checkout would be nice. Ordering ahead and picking up works great, the people working back there do a great job. Doing returns is simple, no hassle, and frustration free. Only thing I'd like to see improved is more cooperation with local businesses. One example is I don't see any Pride of Dakota products here, but I do see them at Dan's Supermarket.

School of Rock

School of Rock FTW has become a second home for our son. He's grown as a musician and earned a spot in All Stars 2023. Great management (Kate) and instructors. The music director (Alex) is great as well.  We drive an hour one way to drop our kiddo off for practice and are happy to do it. That says a lot. The programs for young kiddos are remarkable. I can't say enough positive things about School of Rock FTW. If you've been thinking about picking up an instrument and want to rock, give them a call.

We have had a great experience with SOR! It’s been consistent and good quality lessons as well as front desk help is always happy to help and answer questions.

Hands down one of the best places I feel to get vocal lessons. As an adult who had no experience, I obviously was nervous about lessons, since most other places around here are for children. Was paired with my first instructor and she was very nice. She left about a month into my lessons and I got Will as my instructor and he is FABULOUS. I feel like my voice can grow a lot with him. Staff is always super nice and accommodating, atmosphere is very welcoming. A bit more expensive than other places nearby but TOTALLY worth it in my opinion.

Carlos Negron

We loved Everything, the staff, the program, how organized is everything’s. My kid love it, and they spend enough time there. The program have instilled so much confidence on my oldest kid.

My daughter has really enjoyed her guitar lessons. I can’t believe how much progress she has made in such a short period of time! The staff are extremely accommodating, especially Suzy. As a full-time working mom, I really appreciate their willingness to find a schedule that worked for us as a family. I highly recommend School of Rock!

Sam's Club

I do not recommend this store.
My family and I travel full time. i called ahead about parking overnight, and the lady said yes, park in the back. 2 families 2 rigs we pulled in, and before we could park, the security guard started circling. He parked nearby watching us. After shopping, I came out, and the security guard was parked on the other end, watching, so I walked over and told him the situation he said no, we couldn't stay. Cool, we are eating dinner and will leave before the store closes. Shortly later, a manager comes out very rude telling us we can't stay the night. Said we are leaving shortly. 15 minutes later, the security guard is now very rude and disrespectful! Said you have to leave now!! The establishment was still open for another hr. We are paying customers with membership cards.

What is the deal? Someone in an rv or conversation vehicle can't put the groceries away they just purchased from your establishment while in your parking lot? I could have parked for days in a car. -5 stars for sheer disrespect. After reading the other reviews, maybe Costco is a better way to go!!!

Organic produce options extremely rare. Meat and fish options are just limited in general. Organic meat? Forget about it.
Sam’s is adequate for packaged and processed food, which is plentiful.  Plenty of plastic items, diapers and cleaning supplies. If you’re interested in “eating clean” or having some kind of healthy lifestyle, this won’t be the best place for you to shop.

I picked up an order today to find an item missing, I even paid the extra fee to save a bit of time. When I called the store to politely get the issue resolved the parasitic, dimwitted, spiteful mutant of a woman hung up on me before the issue was finally resolved. When I called back the phone rang for a very long time and nobody answered. If a company is going to waste my time and provide piss-poor customer service just for a mere pittance of savings (if any at all) compared to other sources of food then they don't deserve any business.

Horrible experience. I placed a pickup order and several items were expiring the same day and one 7 days expired with mold. This is absolutely unacceptable as this was for my disabled grandparents. I do not recommend this store.

Darrel the manager is the most patient person and truly a win for Sam's Club. I've watched him many times running around to help his employees and customers all while smiling. He will go out of his way to help! He's truly the best thing about Sam's Club and makes every visit pleasant.  😊🫶

Target

I love target. I personally prefer it over walmart. The customer service is awesome. Unfortunately the shoplifting is out of hand and it's very frustrating. I feel bad for the employees because they can't chase down the shoplifters like they used to back in the day. Personally frustrating. However with that said the staff is absolutely amazing. I love this store I come constantly you can ask them they probably know me by name at this point. At least know my face. I think they have a little bit of everything and it's definitely worth paying a few pennies more compared to Walmart because the service is awesome and I can get in and out quickly. Sometimes I don't get out quickly and spend like an hour or more in there I may have a shopping problem at this point. LOL love love going to Target for my everyday necessities

I gotta say this Target was in poor condition during my visit. It was disheveled, trashy, and poorly stocked. This is probably worst Target I've shopped at. I love Target, really. So I was really disappointed on how it looked. Sometimes I like going shopping to get away from the chaos in life. It's nice to visit stores that are cleaned and orderly to get some respite. That's why I value the shopping experience and reason why I love shopping at Target. Hopefully they'll get it together.

We had a really great experience in this Target location.  We needed five bookcases for a new apartment, and there were only two on the floor.  One of the staff members, Darwin, determined that they had more back stock and retrieved the three additional units we needed, apologizing for the time it took to move stock to access the final unit.  He really went above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful the whole time.

This target location is well stocked and obviously well staffed.

Always a safe bet for a great shopping experience. Target anywhere and everywhere! Santa Fe Target is super clean, has spacious isles, excellent selection of department store products as well as superb grocery items. Get the Red Card!

Be aware of your safety at this Target. Hourly theft, dangerous parking lot. Selection is average. They remodeled  and it's got an ulta vibe by cosmetics. Menswear could use a remodel to say the least. They pretty much carry the same products all the time. Some sections look barren at times. They have a decent seltzer water area.  Customer service is poor. Bathrooms are kept in decent condition. Staffing appears sparse. Decent homewares area if you need a throw pillow.

Sanders Ace Hardware

I just love the people that work here.  It doesn’t matter if I’m needing something simple as bug spray, everyone is always so friendly and helpful.  I came in early one morning this week needing a single license plate screw.  I didn’t know what size, just knew my license plate was hanging and needed fixed.  I had my four year old twins asleep in the car and it was really cold.  I wish I knew his name but this older gentleman saw me and told me to just wait up front and he’d get me fixed up, so I never had to get the kids out of my car.
I bet he went back and forth inside and outside 4-5 times trying to find the right size screws, installed it for me, and added some washers so the plate wouldn’t rattle.  It only cost like .50, but his kindness made my entire day.

This is not your ordinary small town hardware store. Its a cut above the rest FOR SURE! very friendly, professional staff that go above and beyond to help with any and everything you need ! If theyvdont have it, they are going to order it/get it! Very clean store, unique goodies, you will feel like you are known on a personal level, and that matters these days! Love this store !!

This is always a good place to ask for help. They usually have exactly what I need. We got a 20amp gfci for 20$ which was $10 less than home depot, so prices aren't unfair especially for it being so close to east end.
This place has been a beacon of honest hard work in East End and deserves praise. To all the price naysayers, I'll pay 5$ just to stay home, and $25 just to avoid the baseline HD. So yeah, ordering is better, but if you don't want to pay shipping for large items or drive to Bryant, this is the best choice. Tell them what you're doing and looking for, and they'll have a few good ideas to help as well.

Amazing staff!  Helped me find exactly what I needed, and even humored my daughter when she wanted to play with the shop cat.

Fast friendly service. Their clerks will literally help you find anything and help you compare similar products in store.

Also has a post office in the back.

During a situation when I needed to hide from my abusers, Tessa hid me in the dressing room and let me stay there until they left. She was supportive and wonderful and made a terrible situation better. She was amazing.

I can not remember the last time I went into a store and bought a couple new outfits for myself, but with events coming up I had to. My anxiety was running high, but both ladies working today were so sweet and helpful! Plus got some really great deals. Win win.

This place is fantastic! The workers are so friendly and the clothes are amazing! Shoutout to the manager Tessa! She was super friendly to me and helped me out when I needed it.

I'm giving a 3 star only because the employees are always smiling & helpful. However over the past few years the quality of the t-shirts has gone downhill.  They turn see through after just a couple wears. I had not shopped here for a couple years for that reason. I decided over the Summer to give Maurices a 2nd chance.  Unfortunately the t-shirts are still a issue. I shouldn't have to layer because they turn see through. I'm so disappointed!

Great place. Cute clothes and good sales. I got this really cute top I loved. And it was a little too big. I did not have my receipt when I went back but I was able to exchange it for a smaller size without much trouble.

Tradehome Shoes

I came in because walking hurt my foot. Chris solved my problem and demonstrated how to care for my new shoes. I’ve been walking in these shoes for an hour and my foot pain is incredibly almost gone, and my ankle feels better too! Tradehome shoes improved my health; now I can increase my # of steps each day. I will be back again soon and I won’t hesitate to ask for his help. Thank you!

I am disabled and have had both feet reconstructed.  I went in and asked for arch supports.  The sales person picked 2 pair out for me and I asked 2 times for a size 10.  I asked a second time and the salesperson and he told me again that they were for a size 10.  When I got home they were for a size 5 to 6 and 1/2.  Wrong. I sized them up a n d they were way too small for my shoe and feet.  Now I have to drive 1 and 1/2 hours 1 way to exchange them for the right size.  The person who reassured me was in the Brainerd store in from the Dulu t h store.  He said he was the manager up there.  Boy x I cannot imagine such a?????!!! Person being to?????!! .

Definitely a great experience in this store! The manager and employees were super nice, and even though we got there a little bit close to closing time we did not feel rushed at all! They helped us find what we were looking for and I got exactly what I wanted! They have a large variety of shoes and I definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for new shoes!

We went this weekend and it was very busy. However the manager and employee were so helpful, kind and respectful to all. It was such a change from other places I’ve been recently. The sales associate even made small talk with my kids, sized their feet and tried to teach them to tie. Well done!

Harbor Freight Tools

I've been to several Harbor Freights in the area, they are all clean, well organized, stocked to the ceiling and have fabulous, friendly staff. This one was no exception! The prices are unbeatable and the quality is exceptional! I love, love, love, Harbor Freight for all the above reasons but mainly because, unlike some of the bigger home improvement stores, they happily acknowledge their female shoppers.
There's always someone around to ask for help in a non-condescending manner!
Sometimes, when I shop at  Home Depot or Lowe's, they act like l don't belong and it's very irritating. Thank you Harbor Freight for remembering that women are handy too!

Great store. Friendly staff. Good prices. Quality selection. My go-to for tools and supplies that won't leave me broke.

I feel discriminated as I only had 1 item and was refused to be checked out   ( was closing register)  no other person behind me and only one item , so I left the item and left the store

This is not my receipt. I bought this earlier today to replace my old one. The cashier let me know that if I had an account, I didn’t need a receipt and that they could look it up if I needed to return it. Great.

When I opened the box, I found the receipt from when this was originally purchased. It had been returned for not working properly already once.

The receipt has a replacement plan on it which leads to the assumption that it didn’t work and was replaced. The faulty one was reshelved for the next guy, me. Will return it and probably not be back.

Harbor freight always has decent prices. And a good return policy too.
