Harbor Freight Tools

I've been to several Harbor Freights in the area, they are all clean, well organized, stocked to the ceiling and have fabulous, friendly staff. This one was no exception! The prices are unbeatable and the quality is exceptional! I love, love, love, Harbor Freight for all the above reasons but mainly because, unlike some of the bigger home improvement stores, they happily acknowledge their female shoppers. There's always someone around to ask for help in a non-condescending manner! Sometimes, when I shop at Home Depot or Lowe's, they act like l don't belong and it's very irritating. Thank you Harbor Freight for remembering that women are handy too!

Great store. Friendly staff. Good prices. Quality selection. My go-to for tools and supplies that won't leave me broke.

I feel discriminated as I only had 1 item and was refused to be checked out ( was closing register) no other person behind me and only one item , so I left the item and left the store

This is not my receipt. I bought this earlier today to replace my old one. The cashier let me know that if I had an account, I didn’t need a receipt and that they could look it up if I needed to return it. Great. When I opened the box, I found the receipt from when this was originally purchased. It had been returned for not working properly already once. The receipt has a replacement plan on it which leads to the assumption that it didn’t work and was replaced. The faulty one was reshelved for the next guy, me. Will return it and probably not be back.

Harbor freight always has decent prices. And a good return policy too.
