We had dine-in with kids. Relatively clean. Clean bathroom. Food was fresh. Np indoor playground. Great view. Ev chargers.

Elizabeth was so amazing, I had a hard time with the payment and the app and she stayed beside me until I could fix everything. Amazing place that treats customers as their own family. I will be eating here more because of her and her staff!!!! Thank you for an amazing lunch!!!
Edit: came in today to another great meal from Wendy and the crew. Had a chance to try the new sauces!!! Both amazing but that mombo omg!!!!

Marissa was top-notch and attentive, while waiting on fresh apple pies to get done she was just very nice on updates and made sure nothing else was made and just sitting there waiting on something, so everything was hot and fresh. Great insight and common sense on timing.

To Loraine (That's the name one staff member eventually provided when we asked multiple times who the GM is at this location):  Incredibly rude staff with the exception of the male employee with a beard in the drive-thru.  He should be in management,  and your female "supervisor" working dayshift on 09-03-23, would be better suited to be working in a backroom somewhere, not interacting with the public if what we witnessed is her normal demeanor.  This is why people working in the restaurant business should all wait tables first. When your income comes from tips, you clearly learn how and how not to treat the public.  This employee truly needs to be educated about what customer service is and how their arrogance will always fail you and reveal your flaws.  Please consider putting someone more qualified and more deserving of these positions into these roles.  We were regular customers and due to her treatment of us, we will not return again. She has an attitude that obviously has not been properly addressed and in time we are confident she will see too how this certainly does not do herself any favors.   It is off-putting and sadly, customer service is not what it should be these days.  We will gladly spend our money elsewhere, with far more respectful and professional parties.  Your employee refused to provide her manager's name when asked,  which is also highly inappropriate.  Everyone has a boss and if someone is refusing to provide that information, perhaps that should be your first clue that you know you're not treating the public right.  Please consider promoting the male employee mentioned earlier, he clearly demonstrates quality, kindness, and class...unfortunately a stark contrast to what we received from your so called "supervisor". Very disappointing and definitely won't be returning as a result.  Better training is desperately needed if you want to keep customers. Not impressed with this location...lose the attitude and be grateful to have a job.  I would never tolerate this behavior from my staff.

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I've been here a few times, and both the wait times and the quality has been hit and miss.  Tonight especially the young folks they had working were doing their best, but were totally unable to keep up with demand.  They need more support, and they really could have used a manager or owner with more experience making things run smoother and to talk to the crowd of customers that were having to wait nearly an hour longer than usual to receive their pizzas.  The only attempt at making the huge wait right was a pair of coupons that won't be valid for more than a month for B1G1 pizza, and then will only be valid for a week.  Again, the kids working there were doing their best, but were woefully unsupported at what is always a busy time.  If this happens again I'll be trying another, less convenient, but hopefully better managed location.

I normally have a good experience here. However, my last experience was negative. Around 3 p.m., I placed an order for a 4:30 pick up. I arrived at 430 and the pizza wasn't ready. I told them that I was there for a pizza that was to be ready at 430. Even though I was the only one in the store they proceeded to make 2 other pizzas before making mine. I finally got my pizza at 440. Had I not already paid I would have left without my pizza. I filled out a survey and the manager emailed me a code for 50% off a regular priced item. I don't know if I will order from them again.

I had called this location asking if they still had gluten free crust available, which they didn't. That was fine. Until I was about to say "thank you have a good night". The employee didn't say anything after and had hung up on me in mid sentence. I found that quite disrespectful. I won't be ordering from this location. Mind you this was my first time trying to get pizza here.

We have been a customer at this location since it opened many years ago. Since a year ago, the quality of the pizzas have gotten worse. Less sauce, less toppings, broken crusts. This 1 topping pizza had less than 1/4 cup sausage last week. We now go to the Papa Murphy's at 136th & Zuni, farther away from home- they are AWESOME! Even their Friday $5 pizzas look like masterpieces! But this location on Colorado Blvd is just not the same anymore. I feel like they don't take pride in their pizzas. However, the youngsters that work there are very friendly & always nice!

This papa Murphy’s is my favorite they tend to take care making their pizzas even when they are busy. I always get my pizzas with good coverage and a good amount of toppings too. Staff here has definitely earned these 5 stars!

Hooters

Tonight’s dining experience was by far the worst I’ve had in years. I’m not sure what the issue was. Our food was disgusting. Fries were stale and cold. Cheese that came with it was cold. The drink on the menu was the completely wrong drink. It took over an hour to receive any food. Waitress never did come get our check. When we left the same food was under the hot plate that was there 20 minutes prior.

We were there for a hooters reunion and they confirmed the food and service wasn’t like that when they worked there. Lots of has changed….

Our waitress was very nice but I will never ever come back here. I’ll just go to BDUBS for wings.

Service was really fast. We came right at noon and was able to be seated and fed within 20 minutes.

We also ordered drinks off the drink menu, all of which turned out great.

Music was a little loud at the time to us but still great place. The waitresses helped us decide on which sauces to use by providing us with samples of multiple different flavors.

We had a great time.

Never a disappointment. Shady treats the little with such wonderful respect and was interactive the moment we walked in. Angelina took down the order straight from the little. New face was very sweet. Love coming to Hooters. Even for mommy/daughter dates!!!

Food is always fresh and crispy! Husband and I been coming here for a while(to the point of us just saying we want our usual). Marissa and Angelina are definitely our favorites for the bar or dining at a table with the little. Never bad attitudes, always friendly and super attentive! We use to go to BW but Hooters just takes the cake for their wings AND THEIR BEER! Date nights or Lunch Dates, this particular Hooters tops any wing/beer place we've gone to. We are never gonna stop coming here.

Everything about this location is 5 stars. Managers are friendly and knowledgeable of all parts of the restaurant. All the bartenders (I've delt with 3) are quick and knowledgeable about drinks. Including non menu drinks. Haven't delt much with the servers. Beer and drink selection is good and a wide range. Only downfall is new cooks ever so often, meaning food quality is always different.

I felt like I could of ran to Walmart bought a egg hatch it, raise the freakin chicken, kill it, chop of its wings, and serve the chicken faster then. We got served tonight. It wasn’t even that busy!!! Also Hooters needs to work on hiring more attractive employees just sayin.

Pizza Hut

As o entered the store someone yelled"be right with you" waiting a min and person greeted me. Order was done within 3 mins of waiting. Was also asked if I wanted plates or napkins I said no then he disappeared behind the wall. Lots of waiting seats which is nice. Would be nice if someone was at the counter. I'd hold them to the "if we fail to show you your pizza , it's FREE" SIGN LOL.

Such a disappointment when there's not much sauce or even cheese.  Customer service was great, and delivery was on time. Maybe next time it will be better. First time ordering at this location.

Personal Pan Pizza.  It's one of my favorites. As you tell, yes, I love pineapple on pizza with ham.

Have had a couple decent experiences at this pizza hut. But will not order from here again. Ordered through pizza hut and was 40 min late. The website still does not say it was ever delivered. Food was pretty much cold and tasted old. Pepperoni pizza was pretty good. Bread sticks were missing. Icing was missing for cinnamon sticks. The melt I wanted to try was basically a very sad folded over pizza. It wasn't even the melt I ordered. Was no where near the high standards that pizza hut usually holds themselves to. Don't go to this location unless you're dying. The pizza may be ready for your funeral.

I would simply like to get what I paid for and what was advertised.  I ordered 2 pepperoni lovers pizzas and cheese bread.  The pepperoni lovers pizzas hardly had any pepperonis, less than a normal pepperoni pizza let alone pepperoni lovers.  I have pics to prove it. The cheese bread was burnt so bad it was not edible.  I have had problems with that location literally every time I have ordered there and for years at that!  I was interested in the triple treat box so I thought I would give them another chance since it had been a couple of years since I ordered from there and of course I was disappointed again.  It's like they just don't care and it's been like that for years which tells me that the issue is the management.  Half the time when you go in there's not even anyone at the register and then you stand there and wait for them to even show up and acknowledge you.  Someone needs to do something because it is ridiculous quite frankly!

Order from here fairly often, and everytime I get charged for an extra marinara sauce when they haven’t even halfway filled the first one.

Big shout out the the hard working employees at Papa Murphy's Firestone. Despite being $10 Tuesday plus Halloween they still delivered great service through a very busy day. Thank you!

Very unorganized. Orders were hours behind order time. Placed order at 4:30 pm and was told it probably would not be done before closing time. Left without refund. Usually this is a good place so probably will try again. Company did refund my online order

I think everyone in the town had the same idea as I did the night I ordered pizza. We did an online order and when I went to pick it up the pla e was packed. The employees were doing their best to greet people as they came in and had fantastic attitudes despite customers getting upset that they had to wait. I had to wait about 20 extra minutes for my pizzas then I requested them to be ready, but given how busy the place was, and how upbeat the employees were I didn't mind waiting.

The food was fine. The service was awful. No one was friendly or acknowledging that there were customers there.

Delta Biscuit Co

Food truck with ample parking and picnic table spaces for dining outside.  Great location since you can get breakfast and get coffee from airship coffee.  You get a large quantity of food for your buck.  We got the fresh Prince and the hillbilly Benedict.  Be aware that some things on the menu sell out.  Their eggs look and taste fresh.  The ham on the hillibilly Benedict was moist and not chewy.  Hearty breakfast to keep you satisfied for hikes or hiking adventures.

Quite good, biscuit was crumbly in the best of ways while still holding the sandwich together. Taste was incredible. Service was top notch what more can you ask for. The picture is the result of how good it was, didn’t even have a chance to get one, oh well!

Really good and kind of a deal considering how big the servings are...I ate it at 10:30 and was so full I didn't need lunch or dinner. The biscuits themselves were of a higher quality then I've had at bakeries and restaurants in the area.

Didn't need to add the French toast sticks, but did anyway. Nice and crispy and the wait wasn't very long.

It’s a great food truck. Located right next to Airship coffee so you can take your food there to eat and get a big variety of coffee drinks to enjoy. I got the Hillbilly Benedict and my wife got the hash Gordon. Both were really good. Nice portion size and pricing. If you like breakfast food, put this on your list!

Absolutely the best biscuits I’ve ever had. I don’t know how they can be so big, but also the perfect texture and flavor, but I’m here for it! We had to visit the truck two days in a row to try more options. Everything - top notch! We had the Dr. Jones, the steak and egg, and the French toast sticks for our first venture. Second round was the madness, garden hash, and second round Dr Jones. Perfection!

Chick-fil-A

Always hot, always tasty, had an exceptional experience tonight. I used some rewards points and a credit card on my phone to pay when I forgot my wallet. Busy day today but Chick-fil-A had dinner ready 10/10 will be back. The late night was super kind and friendly even right before close. Everything in my bag was perfect. Thank you!

I have never had anything bad to say about chick fil a before and never thought I would. but I went through the drive-through today and placed an order. the girl that took my order was nice as usual. surprisingly, there was almost no traffic, which was unusual for this location. but my order took longer then usual. when I got it, my name was misspelled, which I found funny. instead of wyatt the spelled it WHYIT I got a good chuckle. usually, it comes out as my old gamer tag Muppetmowdown. but my order was missing a few things. bacon on my club, my drink was only filled a third, and my fries were wet. I'm not sure if they were upset with me or what, but that was definitely unexpected. I wonder if it was because I ordered a shake 🤔 don't be like McDonald's.

Chic Fil A used to be applauded for their speedy service.  The new 'mobile app' lane is a joke.  It has slowed down service for everyone.  Also, don't go inside if the drive thru lane is long because they have eliminated one of their registers.  Now only one person takes orders inside.  Too slow service inside and out.

If I could I would give this Chick-fil-A no stars. Ive never been to a Chick-fil-A slower than this one. I’ve been to Chick-fil-As without 2 lines, no one outside to take your order, and don’t bring your food to your car BUT this one has all 3 and still can’t do their freaking job. Ive tried going inside and it literally takes 5 min to only order 1 sweet tea when you’re at the register and that’s not including how long it takes for them to even make it. I’ve waited 15min before just to make 1 sweet tea. The location is convenient but this is an ongoing issue so I will not go back.

Reggie assisted me at this location on a Saturday afternoon holiday weekend. Great customer service,  polite and kind. I'm handicapped and Reggie helped me in and out of the establishment as there are no handrails to get on sidewalk and patches of ice to navigate. He also helped me safely back to my car with purchase. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fantastic young man.

I would have given them 5 stars ALL a-crossed the board -ESPECIALLY due to their fantastic customer support and flexibility (staying a couple minutes late until I could arrive after getting unexpectedly caught in some rare traffic) BUUUUTT- sadly and unfortunately they gave me the wrong toppings on my pizza 😱🫣😬 &substituted my pepperoni mushrooms 🍄🍕🤤😋🤓😏😉 for my pepperoni w/ their much unwanted onions!!! 🤐😷👉🏼🍕🧅🧄😳👎🏼🤯😵🥺😥🤧
Overall the food was very easy to prepare and still delicious!!!

I called one other location and they didn't have what I wanted. I called this location a few times but the line was busy. So I decided to go in and order there. The cashier was nice but seemed a bit stressed out. I had asked if I could order a gf pizza but this one guy came out of the back kitchen and snapped at me. He was complaining that they were under staffed and how the cashier was supposed to be off by now. He then said he could make it as long as it's not a ton of Pizzas because it's only him making them. I found that completely rude considering this was my first time here EVER. Luckily they were nice enough to make my pizza. I don't appreciate that negativity and being talked to that way. Other than that the pizza was delicious.

In the last 2 months the service here has gone downhill. Every time I order with extra cheese or extra anything I never get it. I'm done ordering from this place calling them
Does me no good no good. These kids need to be retrained. Today my pizza came out of the oven after only 15 minutes hard like rock or hard cardboard I'm sick of this place.

We really enjoy their take and bake pizzas. Very fresh and prepared well.  Be sure to take advantage of their specials.

Wendy's

I used to go there because of the great chili they used to have.  Used to are the key words.  I ordered a bowl of chili and what I was given was soup.  Exactly, SOUP.
There was no ground beef at all.  Some beans and lots and lots of red chili taste SOUP.  I took it back to the counter and I was told:  Sorry but the lady who makes it is gone for the day.
As if I was asking to speak with whomever.  They didn't care about what I was trying to say.  There is nothing left of what it used to be.

Uhm. Plenty of employees up front. All of them ignoring the customers..
Makes sense to block the drive thru...this place is on my blacklist even for picking up doordash and ubereats orders. Won't be ready when you get there

This is by far the worst wendys location I have ever been to. No one has a clue what is going on, and this is a reoccurring situation.  The food takes forever even when you order 2 items. I don't think I have ever received a complete and correct order. And if you try to get your order corrected,  you will be met with hostility and extremely sour attitudes. It's hardly ever busy and still can't seem to get anything correct. Extremely poor business. Super disappointing.

I understand we showed up late in the evening, but we showed up 15 mins before closing. When your hours are posted as being open and there is a handwritten sign that says to come back in 15 mins, which is then after closing, it says a lot about the staff. They probably would have spit in our burgers, so I'm sure it's for the best.

On a wildly busy Saturday after a decent snowfall and things turning to ice, we decided we wanted some frostys for us and the kids. They were absolutely slammed, so I went in to order. The manager got to me quickly and apologized for having to say food is going to be about 30 mins. I informed him I just needed frostys, and he said, "That's no problem. I can have those for you now." I paid and then watched as ticket after ticket from doordash or uber eats kept coming in one after another. Yet he kept his staff calm, and they were all working extremely hard. It's not often you get great service anymore, especially when a place is insanely busy. However, when you do get it, it should be recognized.  So that's what I'm here for to recognize the manager and his staff from this Wendy's on a cold, blustery, busy Saturday for being kind, helpful, and still getting the job done. If we ever need quick food or another frosty, I'll be thinking of this Wendy's now, thanks to the staff.

Great service. Very clean place. They even have a dedicated cleaning staff! The real standout here is Maria the manager. Maria had an  outstanding attitude and great service! She made me feel appreciated, welcome and respected. I even complimented her for having such a great attitude.

I visited McDonald’s and I did a order on my McDonald’s app. I did that order where it says two small or two medium fries for free with a purchase of 20 piece nuggets that’s what it says so when I got my order I told them I’m missing a fries, so the man asked the lady for the extra fries. She said there’s nothing on it that says extra fries I repeatedly told the man yes it does say I get extra fries he was looking at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I even showed him the app where it says it he said well it’s not on there so you can’t get it, where is my fries I asked him can you please ask again he said I already did they said no I asked again  lady the background started talking stuff in Spanish, like If didn’t understand I speak Spanish as well. They are very rude and disrespectful, I wouldn’t leave a star if I didn’t have to I would have left no stars for them. This isn’t the first time they’re very disrespectful there.

I asked for bathroom to wash my hands and i have to asked twice and run because the staff super bad attitude and bad attention.

Burger meat was dry and rubbery from sitting around for too long. The French fries were under cooked and lacked salt. On the up side the Coke was cold, bubbly & perfect like it should be from McDonald's.

I understand it's busy but all the more reason to hire more help... I was given someone else's order which cost a lot more than my order. Trying to do the right thing I let the manager know and she snatched it from me so hard the bag ripped open and the food hit the floor. It then took ten more minutes for them to hand me my already done and cold order. Too bad I really liked this location
