Always hot, always tasty, had an exceptional experience tonight. I used some rewards points and a credit card on my phone to pay when I forgot my wallet. Busy day today but Chick-fil-A had dinner ready 10/10 will be back. The late night was super kind and friendly even right before close. Everything in my bag was perfect. Thank you!

I have never had anything bad to say about chick fil a before and never thought I would. but I went through the drive-through today and placed an order. the girl that took my order was nice as usual. surprisingly, there was almost no traffic, which was unusual for this location. but my order took longer then usual. when I got it, my name was misspelled, which I found funny. instead of wyatt the spelled it WHYIT I got a good chuckle. usually, it comes out as my old gamer tag Muppetmowdown. but my order was missing a few things. bacon on my club, my drink was only filled a third, and my fries were wet. I'm not sure if they were upset with me or what, but that was definitely unexpected. I wonder if it was because I ordered a shake 🤔 don't be like McDonald's.

Chic Fil A used to be applauded for their speedy service. The new 'mobile app' lane is a joke. It has slowed down service for everyone. Also, don't go inside if the drive thru lane is long because they have eliminated one of their registers. Now only one person takes orders inside. Too slow service inside and out.

If I could I would give this Chick-fil-A no stars. Ive never been to a Chick-fil-A slower than this one. I’ve been to Chick-fil-As without 2 lines, no one outside to take your order, and don’t bring your food to your car BUT this one has all 3 and still can’t do their freaking job. Ive tried going inside and it literally takes 5 min to only order 1 sweet tea when you’re at the register and that’s not including how long it takes for them to even make it. I’ve waited 15min before just to make 1 sweet tea. The location is convenient but this is an ongoing issue so I will not go back.
