Teriyaki Madness

Four of us came for lunch, and when we showed up, there were no other customers---maybe because the Denver Tech Center is quiet on Sundays. We ordered two salmon bowls, one mad spicy chicken bowl, and a side of fried rice. The online ordering was not working, so I ordered inside. With a small tip, it was $43, and the food was ready after a short wait. There were plenty of seats inside and outside. The patio had six tables, two of which had umbrellas for shade. My chicken was perfectly grilled, and after I finished, my mouth was on fire---in a good way. I would have liked more vegetables: there is a power bowl option, but I want both noodles and veggies. It was overall a good experience except one thing. Even though all the facilities looked clean, -1 point for an empty soap dispenser (the only one) in the men's room. A recipe for an E. coli infection?

Ordered the large chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice. The chicken was decent but the rice was flavorless. Also not much teriyaki sauce was added to the bowl. I left feeling full tho. The woman working the register was very friendly and the food came out quickly.

Had an amazing experience while taking my first Togo order at the restaurant with my brother. I must appreciate The lady at the front who helped me get the best out of the restaurant. Took two chicken teriyaki bowls and a spicy chicken over rice was mouth drooling. Will be coming back for this again. Thank you team.

Got the mad spicy tofu. Decent level of spice, veggies had flavor like maybe soy with slight teriyaki is my guess. Tofu medium crispiness. Was a decent meal. I would like it better if sauce wasn't full of sugars. Otherwise, a better/healthier alternative to other types of take out. Ordered for pickup through doordash.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is hands down my new favorite restaurant. Food was amazing and staff just made it extra special. I won’t stop coming now

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Not worth it.
They used to have reasonable prices but, now fully cooked pizzas at other chains are cheaper.
Secondly, they are privately owned and not under the authority of the corporate headquarters.  They made it very clear, with my visit, that they do not care about customer service and after leaving a request to be contacted by the owner, I was completely ignored.
If anything goes wrong with your order, consider it a lost cause and move on.

I ordered a Cowboy with no blk olives.  I got a lot of blk olives.  After picking off most of them, I decided to say something.

They'll literally let anyone walk in and take a pizza from the Online Order pickup station without checking if it's the right person. They tried to make me pay for a pizza twice because it "looks like someone took it,"  the exact words said by the employees. It's a shame there aren't basic systems in place to make sure no one can steal your pizzas. No wonder the other stores get better ratings.

Ordered a couple pizzas for Halloween at 8am and scheduled a pickup for 430pm. You would expect that they would be made and ready for pickup or maybe wait 5-10 mins but they said it would be an hour & it took about 50 mins. I knew it would be busy and that’s why I placed the order first thing in the morning. Please do better.

Last time I ordered 2 calzones and waited for 35 minutes for them to be made. This time I ordered a pizza and it was a complicated half n half order. He didn't write it down. Started to make it and made a mistake and had to start over. Then I got it home and found that he completely forgot the pepperoni but I paid for pepperoni. I'm very upset. Why cant this store operate flawlessly? Every time I come in theres an issue. I think I'm done.

It was not a great experience. The order was wrong, and they charged me for a burger I never received. Don't think the person doing drive through was really listening to the order being placed. Definitely a branch that is recommended to check your order no matter if it's small or large before you leave the drive through and ask for a receipt to compare what they charged you for compared to what you ordered or received.

First the place was dirty (doors, windows kitchen area)  including sewer smell in the ladies room. Ordered bacon egg English muffin which was a ball of grease.

Great basic Wendy’s. Nothing too special so that’s why I gave it a 4. My #3 nuggets and fries and lemonade tasted delicious. My dad’s salad was good, and my sisters fries and chocolate frosty (small) was delicious. Nothing really else to say.

We came from Colorado School for the Deaf. All of crew are amazing!! I love your positive attitude and don’t barrier our Deaf communicate with us.. We all wanted to recognize them hard work and amazing crew.. thank you!!!!

I got the 10 piece nugget meal. The nuggets were good, the fries were over salted, but the drink was a disappointment. I paid a good amount for the lemonade to be mostly ice. I should be able to get more than 4 gulps from the drink.

Pizza Hut

What even are these 3D printed ingredients???

Chuck-e-cheese did it better. Literally a waste of my money. Gross.

Papa John's is 1,000% better hands down.

Family pizza night, and the kids have bugged me to try Pizza Hut. Not usually my jam cause I have a history with PH (the ONLY pizza chain I've gotten sick from... twice!) but thought I'd give it local remodeled joint a try. Much like all other chains, they went with the take out model, the end of the dine in restaurant from my childhood 😔. Nothing much else to say here, it's new, clean, and everyone was nice👍. Pizzas were good. They also have a nice drive through pick up window that I didn't utilize this time. Maybe next.

I have not had Pizza Hut in years so this review perhaps is biased because I was really delighted to get to eat it again. Since I moved away from a location it just doesn't make sense to get it because it will be cold by the time we get home. I have considered getting on road trips a few times as well and it always seems to be a closed location or too big of a line or something so I ended up skipping it every time I had the chance until the other day. We decided to stop by this location in Castle Rock and just eat in the parking lot so that we didn't have to deal with the long drive home and eat it cold. There's one parking spot nearby with shade so we were just chilling over there. It didn't take long at all I think about 10 minutes. Then we were able to grab our food from the pickup drive-thru which was convenient. And they even had paper plates to offer us so that was super awesome since we were eating in the car. And that would be great on a trip as well. As for the food it was just as I remembered it. We got personal pan pizzas and breadsticks I got a double order of breadsticks because it had been so long since I had had it I really wanted to make sure I had some leftovers haha. It was really delicious the only thing missing was parmesan packets I should have asked for some. That would have been nice on the sauce. Anyway I highly recommend this Pizza Hut especially if you're just stopping by for a personal pan pizza and breadsticks for lunch. I really enjoyed this meal. And I haven't been eating much this past week because of a tragedy so it was nice to have a meal that I completed. Thank you.

After sitting on hold twice for over 40 minutes I had not spoken to the manager, food was over an hour late, and was cold. I tried to talk to the people working to give the benefit of the doubt but they sent me back to hold instead of actually talking about my order. Do not recommend. Save yourself the hour and a half waiting for a “20-30 minute delivery time” trash service all the way around.

They're usually fairly good... but our most recent pizza order arrived uncut...
That's pretty disappointing considering the amount we pay for the pizza and service... minor issue, but inconvenient for sure.

Chick-fil-A

I haven't visited this location in quite some time.    Although they were quite friendly at the drive thru, the photo will basically keep me from coming back.

The only reason for low review is because one time they gave me regular sized fry even though I asked for large and another they forgot my brownie. Check your items before you drive away because apparently you have to do their job for them.

My experience here was so horrible, that if I could give it zero stars, I would. The “shift lead” was not a nice human- AT ALL. Food was all wrong and something was rotten. I pulled over and called the store where “Daniel” assured us he’d make it right by honoring our request for refund; additionally, he wanted to make sure we were still fed and he’d have new food hot n ready for us if we could only “come back today, please”. Thinking everything was kosher and we were expected, I sent my friend in to speak with Daniellhuuú hiu came back out of the store flaming mad and embarrassed. tho I sent him in w the receipt, AFTER calling the store She basically called my friend a liar and made him come get me bc his name wasn’t on receipt, then I had to prove it to her (even tho my name was on the receipt) and had to go back out and gather our trash to then bring back in so she could literally dig thru it. She then eyeballed me and scoffed unbelievably as I told her I had called and spoke w Daniel just a few seconds ago, and I didn’t understand what the problem was. Apparently, she didn’t believe I had called at all, and proceeded to condescendingly inform me that there isn’t a Daniel that even works at chic fil a at all. So I showed her the number I called on my phone and the time stamp. Even THAT wasn’t good enuf, so I called back and spoke w Daniel at chic fil a again- I had called the wrong store, but HE was 1000% nicer and more professional then she was. As I nicely told him that I had mistakenly called the wrong store and plz accept my apologies (on speaker phone, so the “shift lead” could hear the conversation), she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. Instead of throwing her under the proverbial bus by informing Daniel of the asinine behavior of his coworker and the true reason I was calling, I was helping her save face by only apologizing to him for my mistake, and she was still unbelievably rude. She then proceeded to tell me, “yeah. Well, that was a different store”, when I got off the phone and asked her politely for my refund. I was so aghast at her response even after confirming all of the above, and going thru such a huge demeening hassle, that I could only look her dead in the eyes and say, “Yes, u are correct.” After a short Mexican stand off where she sucked her teeth and made disapproving little grunts and stared back at me, she asked (WITH my receipt in her hands, mind you), “was it cash or card”? I had paid cash, but I knew that was also going to be an issue, so I simply stated that it was on the receipt that she is holding in her hands- HAS been holding the entire time- but it was cash. I have never been so rudely spoken to, nor so degraded at an establishment- especially one where I am a weekly paying customer. I will NEVER return to this chic fil a for sure, if I return to chic fil a at all.

Can you really say a bad thing about Chick Fil A? Maybe... But their food is bomb. I've been told many times their fries suck but when you dip them in Chick Fil A sauce, they are melt in your mouth.

It seems like this location may have a new owner and new staff. Hopefully the service will get better again once everyone learns the ropes but my last couple of experiences haven't been the greatest and they have left items out of our orders.

Generally speaking this is a good location!

McDonald's

Spent almost $4 on a large French fry and this is what I pulled out of the bag after I drove away. And they were cold. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s and had a good experience in a long time. I have no idea why I keep going back even just for the convenience.

Arrived at 0900 and left at 0926. I felt this location deserves a much higher rating. The staff was very friendly to me and my service dog. The space McDonalds occupies is also a lot cleaner than other locations. I think the bad reviews are from the up tight ppl who live in Castle Rock with nothing better to complain about. It’s McDonald’s not a miracle 💯

This mccdonalds had amazing service. From the young man who took the order and money to the young lady who gave out the food.  Smiles and kindness are very hard to come by.  I appreciate their great service.  We could use that kind of service in the springs for sure.  Great job

Bland coffee , overcooked hash browns, and I got a lovely smashed fly (bug) under my coffee lid to go with my coffee . Bugs just taste so good with my coffee thanks guys. NOT! I will be complaining to corporate!

Edit: So I have updated my review to a 3 star since they actually made several attempts to contact me and make it right and I even got a letter from the owner stating his apologies and how they will make it better and provided a free meal coupon . Thank you so much for being proactive on this matter since this is also important to everyone’s health. Bugs (especially flies) can transmit H. Pylori when they come into contact with you or your food. The Owners letter also stated he personally discussed these concerns with his staff and restaurant manager and will make every effort to better these issues. Thank you for taking a step to make improvements for the health of all your customers. 🙌

I placed an order.  Charged twice as much as what was billed on the screen, didn't find out until I saw on my bank statement, likely charged for someone else's food.  Got to the window, was given the wrong food and no drink.  Gave it back.  Was given a drink that tasted like toilet water, and two half cooked burgers that were literally bleeding in the paper...thought it was ketchup at first, no part raw burgers.  Didn't even know that these guys cooked these things from raw, so I suppose that is positive that they start with raw ground beef...  Seriously though.  Really frustrated.

Thoroughly impressed with this location. Employees are always happy and joking around with each other while working efficiently. Everyone is so kind and the pizza is always good and you can't beat the Tuesday deal!

WOW!! Such great team work on Holloween! 17 people in line and you got us out the door with PERFECT pizzas and a salad in less than 15 minutes.
We've been customers since they opened, and this is just such amazing team work to see. So proud of you 👏 🥰

This buffalo chicken pizza was absolutely disgusting. It was all sauce, grease and weird tasting chicken. The chicken tasted so spongey like it came out if a freezer and microwaved???  It was so wet and sloppy. We could barely take a few bites . I called up the location, the employee Zach said they also hated that pizza too. He said best they could do is give us 5$ and he didn’t even do that for us. We tossed the whole thing in the trash 19$ WASTED AND we we had to find something else to eat as we were still so hungry. I don’t want 5$ I want a REFUND!

Nice people, but apparently, they work their staff too hard. There were several employees sleeping in the dining area and one walking around zombie like cleaning.
I got the feeling that McDonald's does not want people in the building.  They took out the drink area, and it looked like the play area was removed.
The food was cheap McDonald's food. No surprise there.  It's amazing how expense the place has gotten.  Probably will not visit another one ever. It is the same price as going to a decent family restaurant,  and supporting a family business is a good thing.

I arrive around 10-15 after the breakfast/lunch switch. I ordered a bug Mac meal and received what looked like overcooked fries. When che king them out they were dry, cold, and hard as if they were saved from the day before. Unfortunately I'm only on lunch break and couldn't go back to get the problem fixed. Also they didn't give me my receipt so I had no way to confirm my purchase.

I'd give so many negative stars if I could. There is absolutely NO customer service here. When a car pulls up to the window there is no, "HI, your total is..." and / or "Thank you" or even a "we're sorry but could you pull around?" Or, "Here's your food, thank you have a nice day/night". Never in the times I've been to this store have I heard any of those things!!! And what's with the 15 minute + drive thru times?? Wow..this place, hell, all McDonald's have gone seriously down hill..and the prices are just insane.

So haven't been to McDonald's in a while thought I'd stop just to grab a burger curbside. I only ordered a quarter pounder without cheese. Got my order pretty quick and was on my way.  After a fews bites into it I looked down at the container and there were mouse droppings!!!🤢🤢🤢 I turned the Hambergur over and there were mouse droppings on the bottom of the bun!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I'm NEVER going there AGAIN!!! Need the option for NO Stars!! Oh just to let you know the lady I spoke to said," that's impossible we do things so that doesn't happen." Gross!!!🤢 Ya ok

First experience i had with this McDonald’s put me in the hospital with food poisoning so I swore not to go back, but I got out of class late and needed something to eat; that was a mistake. Waited 30 mins for a large fry and 2 McDoubles, for it to be cold and have hair in it the fries and the burgers I ordered for my husband to be half wrapped and put in the bag. I get McDonald’s isn’t a fine dinning experience but come on. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend and am legitimately not going back.

I won't be going to this location ever again. Obviously they have no care about the customers food. I will start driving across town again to the other one since they actually know how to prepare food properly. I ordered the kids favorite today and unfortunately I didn't closely inspect each pizza at the window. There was barely any pepperoni on each of the two pepperoni pizzas and the cheese pizza was all in the center. All 3 of them had the dough messed up horribly. It was curled over the edge all the way around each of them. There's absolutely no reason they should've been prepared that way. It's purely incompetence and blatant laziness. Go get a different job if you can't simply prep a pizza. Have some dang respect for other's too. It's not that hard.

Quite possibly the worst location to get Papa Murphy’s. Seem disappointed that they have a customer. Put out that they have to do work. Then when you get your pizza…you would have been better off just driving across town to a different location.

We ordered deep dish and got regular pizza shoved in a deep dish pan.

I went here with a friend, & had forgotten how much I enjoyed their food!

The employees that took care of us were both friendly & prompt with our order.

The atmosphere of the establishment is about what you would expect from a "pick-up" sort of restaurant. A few chairs to sit in, and some side dishes (i.e. various forms of their monkey bread, etc.) to debate on, while you wait for them to prepare your meal. Nothing lavish or spectacular, but that's not really why you would come here anyway.

Papa Murphy's creates pizza & other related foods for you to take home, & cook yourself! And if you are on a fixed income, they DO ACCEPT EBT! A nice little perk!!

All in all, I would recommend this place to those of you who don't mind getting a good meal to take home & prepare yourself, & who enjoy food(s) of the Italian cuisine variety. Enjoy!

Honestly, as far as quality and price they're a great choice. It's not pizza you'd travel for, but they use solid ingredients and have multiple styles of pizza, so just know what to expect for MO pizza 🤣. Their chicken bacon stuffed pizza is a favorite. Plus eating a pizza fresh out of the oven beats delivery every time 💯.

Very polite lady at the register and very well made pizza it ended up being giant lasting as long as 3 pizzas combined and it was a special deal on Friday amazing and the pizza was so yummy.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Cafe

The customer service was amazing even though the employee was working alone when it was extremely busy. They were very bubbly and attentive which made the experience even better! I got a latte and some chocolate truffles that were absolutely delicious. I liked them so much I came back the next day to try a caramel  apple and get another latte. I do not live in Colorado so I won’t be able to get there much, but it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend trying this place out.

Was not aware that after you get to the registers after waiting in a long line you must walk with an employee to pick out your apple. My friend and I proceeded to walk over to the apples after waiting in line, and after deciding what we wanted we went to the side register to pick and pay. Well no according to the employee who said we needed to go back and wait in line AGAIN and wait for an employee to assist. There is no sign in here telling you that, and definitely won’t be back after that.  Tell your employees to treat people respectfully and not be dismissive. Because once I explained she didn’t care and ignored me to help someone else. WORK ON THAT.

Great chocolate. Their apples 🍏 are outstanding. We love bringing the little grands here when we are at the outlet mall. We highly recommend coming here!

Delicious chocolate pieces that are hard to find anywhere else around here. I’ve been to Rocky Mountain chocolate factory at least a dozen times now. The prices are high, but the quality and taste is a great deal superior than anything that you could get at a grocery store. I will stay away from fudge next time, as today I bought some for the first time and it was completely wrapped/sealed in saran wrap that caused the fudge to be soaking wet, mushy, and smell like play-Doh. I’ve had a lot of fudge in my life and that was the worst I’ve ever had. In conclusion, I’m giving this review a three star based on the Pros; delicious chocolate, caramel, candy apples, and the Cons; expensive and worst fudge I’ve ever had.

Kids loved the chocolate bites and my iced coffee was delicious!  Staff was nice even though customers were so indecisive and taking forever to choose items!
