Pizza Hut

What even are these 3D printed ingredients??? Chuck-e-cheese did it better. Literally a waste of my money. Gross. Papa John's is 1,000% better hands down.

Family pizza night, and the kids have bugged me to try Pizza Hut. Not usually my jam cause I have a history with PH (the ONLY pizza chain I've gotten sick from... twice!) but thought I'd give it local remodeled joint a try. Much like all other chains, they went with the take out model, the end of the dine in restaurant from my childhood 😔. Nothing much else to say here, it's new, clean, and everyone was nice👍. Pizzas were good. They also have a nice drive through pick up window that I didn't utilize this time. Maybe next.

I have not had Pizza Hut in years so this review perhaps is biased because I was really delighted to get to eat it again. Since I moved away from a location it just doesn't make sense to get it because it will be cold by the time we get home. I have considered getting on road trips a few times as well and it always seems to be a closed location or too big of a line or something so I ended up skipping it every time I had the chance until the other day. We decided to stop by this location in Castle Rock and just eat in the parking lot so that we didn't have to deal with the long drive home and eat it cold. There's one parking spot nearby with shade so we were just chilling over there. It didn't take long at all I think about 10 minutes. Then we were able to grab our food from the pickup drive-thru which was convenient. And they even had paper plates to offer us so that was super awesome since we were eating in the car. And that would be great on a trip as well. As for the food it was just as I remembered it. We got personal pan pizzas and breadsticks I got a double order of breadsticks because it had been so long since I had had it I really wanted to make sure I had some leftovers haha. It was really delicious the only thing missing was parmesan packets I should have asked for some. That would have been nice on the sauce. Anyway I highly recommend this Pizza Hut especially if you're just stopping by for a personal pan pizza and breadsticks for lunch. I really enjoyed this meal. And I haven't been eating much this past week because of a tragedy so it was nice to have a meal that I completed. Thank you.

After sitting on hold twice for over 40 minutes I had not spoken to the manager, food was over an hour late, and was cold. I tried to talk to the people working to give the benefit of the doubt but they sent me back to hold instead of actually talking about my order. Do not recommend. Save yourself the hour and a half waiting for a “20-30 minute delivery time” trash service all the way around.

They're usually fairly good... but our most recent pizza order arrived uncut... That's pretty disappointing considering the amount we pay for the pizza and service... minor issue, but inconvenient for sure.
