Drive through open 24 hours but staff lock doors and hide when people come to drive through and on phones in back. Refused to acknowledge anyone in dive through.

Honestly,  this place  needs an overhaul.  We usually stop here on our way in town and it isn't bad.
Not this time.
First, we ordered from a kiosk.  It was about 9am and it was already full of fingerprints.
We went to sit down and had topics the least dirty table and clean it. They were all dirty.
Our order came and it was missing several items.
Getting the attention of the staff in the back was extremely difficult.  This also made refills hard to obtain.
I took a long while for a member of our group to get their food. When it arrived the rest of us were already finished.
After taking a bite of my burger I had to pause because I thought something foreign was in it like a wrapper piece but it was the weird bacon.
The burger tasted off as well. The fries were good but that burger was off putting.
You would think that with all of the other options in this spot,  that McDonald's would try to be good.
The bathroom was disgusting and the soap dispenser was broken making me wonder how the employees wash their hands properly.

I don't recommend it. Go to one of the other places within walking distance of this one.

There is no self service soda machine here. If you want a refill, prepare to wait.  We have limited time on our lunch break, McDonald's. Nobody has time to wait for a refill. Terrible

Pulled up and was worried because there was a bit of a line but they quickly moved through the cars and my sausage mcmuffin & hashbrown came out perfect. (and in the app they often have $1 breakfast sandwichs!)

Typically they work quick here. But if they get the order wrong you can forget about them fixing it. This has happened multiple times at this location over the few years it's been open. I have circled back through line and had my order corrected before, but this time I was rung up and charged for the wrong items, more expensive items. I showed them before my food was made
They just gave me the correct order but didn't care to try to fix the difference they charged me. So I paid $17 for what should've costed $12, but the biggest thing is that the lady at the counter kind of shrugged her shoulders about it. It's just stupid how the worst workers in restaurants can be found in McDonald's

Shell

Tonight when I called to ask a question like if they sold gift cards, the person working literally hung up on me because they said they "couldn't answer 17,000 questions" after I asked a clarifying question she didn't seem to understand. The most unprofessional and terrible service I've ever experienced.

This place stole 25 dollars from me. I got 25$ with of gas and was charged 50. When I called she said there is nothing I can do. What a disgusting thing to do to someone now a days. I don't even know how it happened and she hung up on me when I asked

I like this gas station  / truck stop. Employees are friendly and the truck stop has a lot of fun merchandise to check out. I actually did some Christmas shopping here.

Good looking place,  but there are some that make this place a little annoying to come to.  Ppl yelling & 🤬 cursing... come on now jacking up customers mornings up❗ Also  Designate / Install A Sink For Your Truckers, We Cook & Don't Always Like Eating Fast Food That You Offer... ALSO Where's Your Designated Spot For Recycling ♻️ ❔❔❔

If I could gifts zero stars cause I will gift it to the store. The owner has no respect for their customers. he believes that he’s some kind of God. I put gas gas or until today, because I’m not going back there anymore, literally every day, every day, and he’s always chasing me out tomorrow leave the pump even though there’s no one there

Simple Simon's Pizza

Joe has opened a great business in Simple Simon's.  The pizza is unlike any other chain pizza-- the hand-tossed, medium pepperoni with extra cheese has a great flavor.  The sauce has a tinge of tomato flavor, not too powerful.  The dough is perfect-- not crunchy, but not too soft.  I also had the bacon chicken ranch, a warm sandwich with green peppers and onions with a calzone-like bread; I ate it first, and it was so scrumptious I forgot about my pickle spear.  I look forward to trying the wings and the gluten-free pizza (cauliflower-based) with my wife.  The lobby is pleasant; on this chilly day, it was warm and toasty but not sweltering.  There are no tables to sit and eat, so for now, Simple Simon's is takout-only.  For a medium, two-topping pizza and a delicious "sub" sandwich, I was not sticker-shocked.  There are tip jars for cash and tips are available as well via card payment.  Parking is a shopping center (location is the former Eureka Pizza on Tiger Blvd.).  The road work on Tiger is complete enough to approach from Walton or from Tiger Blvd.

Omg yum… I live very close by and have been meaning to order some pizza from here for the past few months. I have been looking for a really good pizza place nearby since I moved here to Arkansas. Yesterday I took my son swimming  and afterwards we both were insanely RAVENOUS and I was craving some yummy cheesy pizza. So I called simply simons up and spoke to a very kind gentleman on the phone & I ordered a simple
small cheese pizza that me and my (toddler) son could down before his appt in the car. And wow. Yum. Would love more now!! We ate it in the car and every bite we were going “mmmm” the crust was definitely seasoned with garlic whixh added dimension and flavor to every bite!! Plus they sold gingerale (yum!) which is hard to find in stores in the area!! The man who greeted us was so kind and welcoming im guessing he was the owner but I am not sure! Regardless we will be back! Thank you!!

Joe was so kind and considerate. I was really impressed how nice he was. I knew whenever he handed us our pizzas, they were made with quality. And low and behold, our pizzas were better than anticipated! Simple Simon's is growing in popularity, and for good reason. I have yet to regret eating from Simple Simon's! Best of all? Their food doesn't leave you feeling "weighed down", like some other pizza places do. Hardly any grease and everything tasted fresh. Will be back for more pizza in the near future!

Great asset to our community!!!  Very hot and fresh every time!!  We have been coming like once a week since they opened!!!  They have all the kinks(of a new place) worked out!!  You really need to give it a try!!  We have had the pizza, sandwiches,  and calzone things!!  All fabulous!   The owner is always there and is as pleasant and friendly as can be!!  So grab yourself a Simple Simon’s pizza when ya got the hankering.  Yo won't be disappointed!

The ordering experience is easy and simple. The pizzas are the best bang for buck you can get in this area. I have tried every pizza in the area and this is definitely top 2. Would definitely recommend the calzones as well and the fiesta pizza. It’s awesome and would recommend to everyone.

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Walked in at 7:38pm on a Friday night and was told I could not get a pizza made because they start closing at 7:30pm    The open sign is on and the door says they close at 8pm.   Don’t bother coming to this location, they can’t be bothered to make a pizza past 7:30.

The staff at Papa Murphy’s were very helpful and accommodating, even for my large and complex order. The food is amazing and the service is fast. Highly recommend them for a unique pizza experience.

Horrible staff. This place got our order entirely wrong and then argued with us/blamed us for the mistake and refused to remake the order. The manager left during the middle of all of it and hid in the back. How is this okay?

Our family loves Papa Murphy’s! Being able to customize and bake at home are what makes PM so great but this location is awesome! I order from here often and I made a mistake on my last online order and didn’t realize it till I went in to pick up. The restaurant was slammed but the manager didn’t hesitate to fix my order and did so with a smile. The customer service is top notch and this last experience just makes it even more so!

They had my online order on time and it was accurate and the staff was friendly..We got the Halloween pizza

Pizza Hut

The pizza was terrible. It literally had toppings on dry, hard bread. It would’ve been better if we had homemade a pizza. When you picked up a slice, the toppings just rolled right off. The bread was cold, stale, and crunchy like a cookie. When you opened the box, the toppings were stuck to the box or smushed on to the sides.

Also the lady DoorDash driver she was yelling at me because she doesn’t want come to my place, she said come walk to around the building cuz I can’t drive to the front door
I told her I’m not going to walk around the building it’s like 1 miles away from me why the DoorDash company hired like her driver unfriendly even though when she was talking to me over the phone she wasn’t friendly she just freaked out, I sleep with empty stomach

Ordered 4 large hand toss pizzas and they came almost paper thin and I had to cut my own pizza. Talked to the store manager and he was really rude. We won’t get into what he said but let’s just say I had to call the corporate number, I believe his name was Don. At least I was told he was a store manager but then again, I talked to a lady before him that I thought was the manager. Customer service is just poor.

Got food poisoning from here when I ordered a pizza and some buffalo medium wings. This was my favorite pizza and wing place before this happened. Very disappointed and think it ruined pizza hut in general for me.

Ordered hand tossed and got thin crust! Paper thin. Was luke warm when I got home .34 miles away. Will not use this location again.

Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A . Denver Colorado. Three chicken biscuits with three Chick-fil-A sauce. Excellent staff courtesy as always.

Tried the cauliflower sandwich today and it was very good! Kind of expensive at $12 for the meal, $9.99 seems more reasonable! Side of Mac & cheese is pretty good for a fast food restaurant! 4.3 customer service!

The food I get from this location is really good, and i enjoy going there before i go to work. Having said that, there's been 1 or 2 instances where the food wasn't as good as I know it could be. On my last visit, I got a spicy chicken deluxe meal, and the chicken was paper thin, and to make it a little more odd, they added an extra little paper thin piece of chicken on the sandwich to make a full piece of chicken on the sandwich. I haven't been privy to too many mishaps from here, but that last order was kind of a letdown. But, besides the small mishap I had, the service and food from this location are top-notch.

They need a bigger parking lot to accommodate the people with Box trucks... I'm always leaving with a huge smile/grin... The last time I left jogging because I was on my lunch and always expecting a car line and a line of people around the block, but this place does WELL UNDER PRESSURE! Kudos!

ChikFA never misses the great flavor and quality of their chicken sandwiches, fries and friendly service. It is our go to fast food restaurant. The pimento, jalapeño
chicken sandwich is delicious! A nice addition to the menu which I hope they keep!

Hooters

This is a great Hooters. So many great girls work here, just off the top of my head Allie, Riley and Maddie. The wings are better than anywhere else around and they have a bunch of other solid menu items.

My only issue: most places don’t let kids sit at the bar, so I have no idea why Hooters doesn’t care. The dad should be arrested for child endangerment but Hooters really shouldn’t let kids sit at a bar in the first place.

The service was really good and food was fine, but nothing special. Looking at the menu, I thought prices seemed reasonable, but our party was charged an 18% fee / mandatory tip for the kitchen and bar. That fee doesn’t go to servers, so we ended up having to tip nearly 40% in total. I’m in favor of workers being paid fairly, but this tipping nonsense is ridiculous. The restaurant needs to just increase the price of menu items, instead of hiding extra charges in mandatory tips.

Amazing food & Amazing attentive service! Our waitress never let our drinks go low & the food was so good! I'm now addicted to the Mac & cheese! With kids eating free, they saved us a ton and made it so we could tip our well-deserved waitress more! We enjoyed the outdoor seating too!
Wish we had a Hooters where we live!

This location is very chill and low key. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome for a football game. The breaded wings and buffalo shrimp 🍤 was delicious.

We love this place. The price for crab is exactly the same as Safeway. Buffalo shrimp on happy hour is a great deal. Also raw oysters. If you like that kind of thing, this is the best deal in town. Amazing really when you think about it. When you go to a place like this, you kind of expect to be financially abused a little. You're being served by an insanely attractive woman after all. Actually in the case of hooters, you get a better deal than any number of places around here. If you want to eat things like shrimp, oysters and crab, don't even think about anywhere but hooters.

The past 4 out of 5 times that I’ve ordered breakfast from here, I’ve waited 10+ mins for some pancakes. One of the workers mentioned that “we weren’t expecting a big breakfast to be made.” Other times it’s missing fork/knives and most times I’m missing butter and syrup for my pancakes. I don’t even know how they keep missing things when THERES NO ONE ELSE IN LINE! today is the last day I will ever go back to this location because guess what, don’t have butter/syrup AGAIN. The price that I pay for this, I would expect atleast 1 butter and 1 syrup. Can’t even get that right.

This is definitely a slower McDonald’s. The reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the manager for the lunch shift on June 21 was working really hard to keep two of the employees up front focused. It seems like these two employees towards the front are not carrying their weight for whatever reasons, but I saw the rest of the team practice patience and professionalism despite the stress.

Edited to add: the supervisors name was Katie. I also ordered this on the mobile app 10 minutes before coming and still waited 20+ minutes to get food.

HEY MR/MRS FRANCHISE OWNER, this place is falling apart at the seams! literally!!! The employees were working hard and doing the best they could, but it’s not their responsibility to tell the customer that the place is a sauna because YOU can’t get someone out there to fix it, or to fix the ice machine in the lobby or the CO2. i was there for almost an hour your still pocketing your part,  the money was still coming in, make it a more desirable place to work and hire more employees. The only complaint i had was the MOD, every table in the place was dirty the least she could have done was wipe all the tables off before she left.

Easily one of the worst McDonald’s in Colorado Springs. Service is extremely slow. On multiple occasions it takes 15-20 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. More times than not, inside is a disaster.

Today was my last (3rd try) visit to this location. They never give you your full order. Spent $20 on 2 small breakfast combos and they forgot the hash browns, which was weird because they asked me to pull forward and wait for my order with the reasoning that they were making fresh hash browns. Very slow service and just not a good deal anymore. $$$ I was going to go inside and ask for my missing items, but they were so packed there was a line inside. I just went home frustrated and still hungry.

FelFel Mediterranean

My sister, brother in law, dad and I tried this place and we met the owner, Esmail. He is SO FREAKIN NICE my goodness!  The food is absolutely incredible, and my brother in law (a Palestinian from Palestine) said that Felfel’s food is the closest he’s ever had to the food you can get in Palestine and Israel. 158281/10 recommend and definitely will come here again. Definitely come here if you want a true taste of the Middle East 🤤🤤🤤 Shukran Esmail!!

What can I say, the high reviews speak for themselves. This tasted just like the shawarma I had in Jerusalem! I had the spicy chicken shawarma and that spiciness is only found out there! It’s delicious! My husband had the beef shawarma and it was phenomenal. My dad got the falafel and it was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside which is uncommon out here. To top it all off we tried the baklava and I’ve never had a fresher desert. The prices are fair and portions are generous, truly the best Mediterranean food in the Midwest.

This place is beyond incredible! Everything you ever want from a Mediterranean eatery. Very very clean, the customer service is fantastic. The owner is very pleasant and even gifted me with fresh hot coffee. This is our new favorite place to come to for chicken shawarma and perfectly grilled chicken kabobs. The baklava was so delicious and easy to eat. Very unique. I can’t say enough about it, give it a try for yourself you will be glad you did-and you too, will be a customer for life! The part about the washing hands twice sign! First sign in my life like this posted at a facility but very much needed and important! Kuddos to the owner the experience speaks volumes!!

This place is alright. I don't really have much to say about it, the ordering system is self serve and it tries to auto add things to your meal, so py attention at the end to make sure you don't get more than you ordered. The food is nice and flavorful and it comes out in a timely manner, but that's about all I have to say about it

it's my first time coming here. The ordering process is very systematic. the atmosphere is very sweet. The kitchen and the people working seemed very clean. toilets were clean. The gentleman at the cash register was also very friendly :) We ordered chicken wrap and lamb plate. The lamb was not very good but still ok ☺️ I really liked the chicken wrap. we will come again!

Teriyaki Madness

I finally had the opportunity to try TM. I was impressed with the options to create the perfect meal. I loved that there was a focus on freshness and made to order. I really loved the spicy chicken. I had all noodles but you can. Get 3 types of rice, noodles and veggies. I ordered a. Spicy chicken with all noodles and requested extra chicken thinking the portion would not be ample. I was wrong , it was abundant, full of flavor and lived up to the name. You also can choose from chicken, spicy chicken, salmon, tofu,and steak. The egg roll was good and fried dumplings satisfied. I didn’t care for the ginger dipping sauce but it’s more so a personal preference not that it was bad. Restaurant was clean, music that was appropriate and most of all the staff understood the meaning of hospitality. Definitely give them a try. I gave 5 stars because it exceeded my expectations.

1/8/22-Way overpriced for the quality you get. On the chicken bowl some of the chicken was really burnt and hard. The spicy tofu was bland with no spice at all. The portion for the appetizer was really small for the price. At other places the same size would run you about $3. The only good thing I can say about the place is that they cooked the veggies correctly, but then they even messed that up because they did not drain them enough before serving. All that extra water in the bowl diluted what little sauce the had put on the food. Won't be coming back.

As to their response to me, they can saw whatever they want about the quality of their food, but if your customers do not get that high quality it's just lip service instead of a good product. There should be consistency in your product and if others get as bad of food as we got no one should eat here. Improve each meal that leaves your kitchen and make sure you treat everyone equally as well.

Not sure if you can see much of quantity of food from the pictures. I ordered two larges order of Mad Spicy Chicken and the quantity i got it was medium size quantity so I pretty paid more for less. Also, rice are Very soggy.
Ps. It used to be better than this…..very disappointing

This place is a great counter service place to get quick yummy food!! We were pleasantly surprised when we popped in for take out food. Highly recommend!

Food was good.. but the atmosphere and management of this location was not one I would revisit.

Not friendly, pre occupied. Most utensils were not stocked.  Confusing on how to customize my bowl.  Was not clear that I got vegetabales.

Multiple ppl came in.  No one was there to take their order and they left..
