I recently began looking for a new home for my family and Brett has been great.  He took the time to listen to exactly the kind of house that we are looking for and has shown us some great properties.  Anytime I have questions, he is quick to respond and I appreciate his expertise.  This is a big decision for us and he has been very helpful the whole way.  Thanks Brett!

The realtor that sold us our home, Carolina Santiago, was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable. All seemed to be going great, until we found out the termite "treatment" that she helped schedule for us prior to moving in was not legitimate. They didn't give us a receipt, didn't give us a certificate of treatment, NOTHING. Now after moving in, we will have to hire another company to do termite control because the people who came only took our money and didn't do a thing. Not to mention she seemed to be in cahoots with the seller of our home because after the sale closed on our home, she still kept trying to negotiate more and more extra time for the seller to leave despite all our paperwork stated he'd be out by x date. He took an additional week to leave and once we arrived to pick up the keys he was still there delaying us hours again, not to mention she facilitated the seller trying to swap his old junk in exchange for additional days to move out. We should've known better, but we just wanted the keys to our home handed over to us so we agreed & the seller ended up ripping us off too because the stuff he left wasn't even in working condition. Then once he finally left he kept trying to come back into the home because he "forgot stuff" inside and she (the realtor) kept contacting us asking to let him back in. This whole situation left me with distrust for realtors, as she did not seem to have our best interest in mind despite also being our realtor throughout the whole process. Be wary of a friendly face because not all is what it seems sometimes.

Sharon commits herself completely to every single thing she does. So committed, so dedicated, and truly cares about all of her clients. She has been an asset to us on many levels and we are grateful to have met her.

Sharyn Jung is an amazing person. She is great at listening and paying attention to detail! Sharyn shows that she cares and remembers to check in and keep you up to date with the changes and benefits that are always changing in the housing market. If you are looking for someone to help you and care about making all your needs met, she is your girl!

I have a complaint to file against the agent named Kimberly Olbritch. I called the office three times. Each time I was promised the manager would get back to me. No one got back to me. I eventually visited the office, and I was told I have to contact her manger named Lucy Hollingsworth. Lucy gave me a colder shoulder and told me to contact the office assistant named Gabi. Finally Gabi is the person who listened to my story. Finally she scheduled me to have a meeting with the boss OJ on the following Monday, which is already too late to address my urgent issue.

Working with Al and the Mark & Al team has been effortless!  Al and his team are professional and extremely knowledgeable.  The communications were fluid and I never had to wait.  Our home sold for over asking price and closed in less than a month.  We couldn't be more pleased with the services that Al and his team provided.  This is the second time I've used Al Jafarkani as my listing agent.  He is seasoned and professional with a network of clients and investors.  Their team have the resources and know how to market and sell your property.  Both times the transactions went smoothly and swiftly. Robert Cofer was amazing at helping us navigate the necessities of selling our parent's home, especially since it was an estate sale. He had wonderful resources for getting large furniture items donated, and hauling out the junk that could not be donated. Highly recommend using them as your real estate agent.

My brothers are the ones who decided to use Mark and Al as our realtors. I'm so glad they did. Al, Mohit, and Sophia were so helpful and very professional. We had several transitions with them and I don't believe it could of gone any smoother. I would highly recommend them!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Priscilla when I was booked to open a property she was selling. I gave her the courtesy of explaining the charge to her and though she complains that it was a "long explanation" most people appreciate a detailed answer as to why they are being charged what they're charged. It was at this point where she started to be very demeaning and uncooperative (like as if she's the only with experience - no ma'am, I too have experience that is why the lockout didn't take too long!) You had every option to decline service but instead you write a nasty review in retaliation. Very unprofessional and just flat out rude. Not sure why there are so many good reviews about her when she is just an unpleasant, unprofessional person.

We had a terrible experience dealing with PRISCILLA ALBIN. As locksmiths, we work with a lot of people in this field. In ALL OUR 18 YEARS of dealing with multiple real estate agents and brokers, we have never experienced someone as rude and unprofessional as her. She is  a terrible communicator and resorts to leaving bad reviews as retaliation. If you have a problem with something, please don't be aggressive and start getting mad. There is a way to deal with this the ADULT way. Oh and by the way, all this because she locked HERSELF out of her OWN listing thus needing someone's service.  If this is how she is when dealing with other businesses, I can only imagine how she would be as representing you as your agent. I would definitely not hire her to represent me.

I wanted to first start off by saying that this is not a negative review just towards Remax itself. My review is more of  helpful advise for Agents. When a client selects a agent it should mean something. They choose you out of hundreds of agents that were available to take your listing. A client builds a rapport with that agent from all the end of closing. Upon the final sale of the closing the agent stands to make a sizable commission, especially if they are representing both sides of the deal. Please remember the seller is paying for that commission . Just helpful advise if you want that great review and your client to refer you as a agent, send them a THANK YOU CARD and are a closing gift. It's the appropriate thing to do. A thankful gester goes a long way. To answer your reply REMAX I am a client of yours. I closed Escrow June 1 2022. The buyers left you a review prior to mine. I had the worst experience with this agent Esther Perez, her and her friend the lender Adela Armenta. I definitely dont recommend her at all. She basically took my from me. They are supposed to help you out, try to save you money, but they do otherwise. She claims she's going to do everything for you,  and she stabs you in the back. If I would've never reviewed my paperwork, she would have finessed me for 16,000 dollars. She's the worst agent ever. This was my first time buying a home and I had the worse experience. Not only this but she also talks bad about her clients behind her back. I was on a three way call without her knowing and she was talking to another agent about me, saying very insulting things about me.

Nancy and Her team are the most professional, honest, knowledgeable and service-oriented real estate broker I have ever experienced with. Nancy has provided services to us through buying and selling various properties in Rowland Heights, Diamond Bar and Walnut,  Chino Hills and even Orange County areas for the past 15 years.  My boys were 6 and 1 year old when they first met Nancy at her Re/Max office and they are now in graduate school and high school junior. They will definitely ask Nancy's advise when they are ready to buy and sell their houses in the future because they have seen how Nancy helped us professionally during the time of buying and selling transitions. I would recommend her to anyone that is seeking to buy or sell.  Nancy is so gifted at what she does and gave our family the very best advice from start to finish! Promise after promise was broken. Deadlines not met yet demanding additional funds, keys given that do not open condo, remote given for a garage that could not be found. Past move in date property not ready. No contact for a full week.  Will I even see the deposit $$$s or condo again? Confidence and trust lost.  Maybe after requesting a meeting and meeting me. I am not who they would prefer to rent to. Without any communication one can only guess what the scenarios are.

I have never been so disappointed as a customer. I walked in with my husband and we were completely ignored by the receptionist. Still we waited patiently only to be ignored again by two Realtors that walked in. I finally just interuppted whatever the receptionist was doing and asked for help. Only to be told to leave because they were closed for the day. It was around 330pm.

Melvina is a great real estate broker, I just bought a property through her, she did an excellent job for me all the way from beginning to finish. She was available for answering my phone seven days a week even while she was attending a wedding, I can't say enough good things about her, all I can say she is one of the best broker I ever met in my real estate business.
