I wanted to first start off by saying that this is not a negative review just towards Remax itself. My review is more of helpful advise for Agents. When a client selects a agent it should mean something. They choose you out of hundreds of agents that were available to take your listing. A client builds a rapport with that agent from all the end of closing. Upon the final sale of the closing the agent stands to make a sizable commission, especially if they are representing both sides of the deal. Please remember the seller is paying for that commission . Just helpful advise if you want that great review and your client to refer you as a agent, send them a THANK YOU CARD and are a closing gift. It's the appropriate thing to do. I had the worst experience with this agent Esther Perez, her and her friend the lender Adela Armenta. I definitely dont recommend her at all. She basically took my from me. They are supposed to help you out, try to save you money, but they do otherwise. She claims she's going to do everything for you, and she stabs you in the back. If I would've never reviewed my paperwork, she would have finessed me for 16,000 dollars. She's the worst agent ever. This was my first time buying a home and I had the worse experience. Not only this but she also talks bad about her clients behind her back. I was on a three way call without her knowing and she was talking to another agent about me, saying very insulting things about me.
