We interviewed several agents as we planned to make Frederick our home.  What impressed us, that proved to be true, is  Lori’s experience in the Frederick Market. She knows market conditions. She knows communities and features of them. She even guides to special restaurants, shopping, etc as we are new home owners to Frederick.  She listened to us and identified communities that might meet our home needs. She told us that one of her qualities as a realtor is that she limits the number of clients and gives personal service. This proved to be true - as she was available by phone, text, email, or in person to address our issues. We chose Lori because she was knowledgeable, experienced, and so personable - and we now know that Lori was our best choice, besides our new home.

As she showed us homes, we sense that she was assessing what features in homes appealed to us and in follow up listings focused on these qualities.  We were aware that it was a seller’s market yet she guided us in such a way that our “offer” was most appealing. She was strategic in terms of the contract, when it was to be accepted since we were the first, and by her skill, the contact first to be received and accepted. She then guided home inspection, securing a credit for repairs, and then working with finance, home inspection, title company for a smooth and efficient day of settlement. Lori is a “bridge builder” - she worked with the seller, essentially who was working as their own agent, and us - to bring all parties for a happy, pleasant and mutually satisfactory conclusion to what can be a stressful, demanding event - home buying.

Lori made recommendations for individuals and companies to assist with this purchase. She continues to be a resource if we need a vendor for something with the house. She is well grounded in this community and she is there for us as we plan our upcoming wedding. She voiced at the beginning that she hoped for us that we could be friends after the purchase was done, and we are delighted that this has happened! Lori is our friend who happens to be our realtor.

Lori was so amazing when I bought my house that I knew she had to list it when it came time to sell.  I couldn't possibly say enough good things about my experiences with Lori both times. Garland Realty Inc Century 21

This probably the oldest office in Corona but still the best! Ed, Bob, Michelle, and Tammi are all great Realtors and great people. This office just gives you a comfortable no-stress vibe.

I want to call out Hector Rivera, as a terrible realtor. My mom bought a house from him in 2017. This man as a representative is terrible, he does not work for the benefit of the buyer. She paid for an inspector which I am pretty sure he was in cahoots with because the plumbing is bad, the electrical is not up to code, the floor plan does not match what is on record and the proper permits where never set up. She paid for this house cash, which is why i think that he didn't care about how this purchased turned out. She is truly stuck with a lemon of a home, having trusted in a realtor whose self interest out weighed customer service and a customer experience.

If you are planning on buying or selling, beware of this man and this realty group. There are plenty of other realtors out there, stay away from this can of worms.

Do not use this Agent to sell your home. Marty showed up to my Grandmas home today. Attempting to put the home on the market without the consent of both owners of the house. After being asked to leave. Marty stood at the corner of my Grandmothers home with only one of the co-owners of the home and her children. Gossiping like a child with a smirk on her face. Along with preventing anyone from leaving the home. Suggesting that they “ try to enter the home through the back gate/yard”. Then After being asked to leave a second time and not leaving. The police department had to be called. In order for Marty to vacate the premises. This is highly unprofessional. As a real estate agent of her degree and expertise. She should know that in order to sell a home. Both owners need to come into an agreement.

Marty what you did today was unprofessional. You need to speak to both owners next time and be in communication with both. Being that you are friends with only one of the owners of my Grandmothers home. As a real estate agent. You should know that you can not be one sided. Speak to both owners next time. I’m sure you know the law.

My wife and I purchased our property through Century 21 Real Estate. in 1986. Milton Stark was our realtor, and knew everything about the Antelope Valley. He was very patient with my wife and I, and Mr. Stark made sure we were protected as buyers when we "finally" found our property. Sadly he passed in November 2016 (greatly missed).
Melissa Case is now our new realtor at Century 21, in fact she just got us a great price on my dads house. She is the best realtor that I have ever dealt with, and is just an easy person to talk to. Melissa's sister has been in Antelope Valley real estate forever, and has her back when the difficult questions arise (sometimes they do...sometimes they don't).
I am a huge fan of Century 21 of both the Company and the staff. I came to Century 21 with my dreams in 1986, and the people at Century 21 helped me accomplish those dreams, from my marriage (and a few friends marriages as well), the birth of my son, to the smile on my face today...it wouldn't have happened if not for Century 21.

Great Job.  We had some land my parents purchased in the 1970s.  Didn't know how to sell it, and other agents in the area were either very pessimistic, or didn't know how to deal with it.  KIRK SWIRCZYNSKI did a great job of listing it, making a web video, and he found buyers for both lots.  He did a great job.  If you want to buy/sell land in the area, I would highly recommend working with Kirk.

50 bucks for an application 24-48 hr response?
No it was more like 96 hours only to be turned down due to stringent scrutiny of my credit report. I was told that the home owner wouldn’t approve, no reason given due to privacy issues. Despite being employed at the same public utility for 29 years. Stable renter for 4 years, home owner 5 years prior to that.
I was approved by Logix for 100k loan towards a home, obviously not enough however not the worst credit.
More than one person commented that is sounds like they had a renter already set. Awesome C21 basically took my money for nothing and made me wait, knowing they were not going to approve me?
Given all that, the people at that office I spoke to were unorganized, unprofessional completely unhelpful. They offered no further help. I felt less than a second class citizen.
All their good reviews are self aggrandizing, placed there by C21 to inflate their star rating!
DON’T YOU BELIEVE  IT  !!!!!!!!

As a former Realtor, Commercial Broker, and property manager for 15 years, with offices in 3 states, I have more than a little experience in rental management. From July of 2012-July 2013, I had a very bad experience as a residential tenant with the property management side of this brokerage. Throughout the tenancy we had numerous problems with the home including malfunctioning of the heating and cooling system, stove knobs falling off causing serious gas leaks, fence boards falling off allowing neighbor's dogs from three sides to enter the yard,  main front door locks not working for months, screens missing, weeks of lawn care missed that were supposed to be included in the rent, and withholding of the bulk of the deposit. When I questioned the withholding of $330 for 11 knobs for a stove that only has 5 knobs, they said we broke 11 during the tenancy.  We were charged for cleaning windows and screens that were dirty when we moved in, etc, etc. We loved the home, it was my wife's first dream home, but never again through this company.

I did everything I could to resolve the above issues speaking with the broker in charge of the office, the property manager, and the assistant property manager in a conference call. It was three against one, and of course, they were right about everything: I damaged the property and left it in deplorable condition.

I suggest if you decide to rent, that you document every single thing in writing, the condition of the property with pictures, do your own pre-move in inspection with pictures showing scratches and tears in detail inside and out, and submit it when you sign the lease, keeping a copy for yourself. (They tried to charge us for things they said at the onset were pre-existing .) If you see problems, document them in writing at the onset of the lease. Submit ever maintenance request in writing, (they ignore their online maintenance request system.) Send the maintenance request as certified mail, and get a receipt. Keep all your records in a safe place. Keep a copy of everything, You will probably need it. Do not depend on their staff to take a maintenance request over the phone. We had to ask over 5 times to get the front door lock repaired. Each time they acted like they had never received the request or had already fixed the locks Beware..

Illegal deductions from security deposit. Make sure you know what your rights are as a tenant! They are not legally allowed to charge cleaning fees for normal wear and tear! They are the worst. Never again will we use them.

I finally decided it was time to ditch renting and buy my first house. Nikolle Gonzales and Stacey Morgan helped me find the perfect home in the AV, and worked tirelessly to make sure the whole transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend them.  I always felt they had my best interest at heart, and made the whole process a lot less scary.

We had such a great experience with Leticia! She went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier! Daniel was one of 3 agents interviewed to sell my property.  The property had to sell fast as I had purchased another home.  All three agents were prepared and had their real estate packets and so on.  Daniel was all facts and numbers regarding other properties in the area and did a fine job of explaining the market at that point in time and my area.  He stated that if his recommendations were followed, the property would sell in two weeks.  I trusted he knew his business and his numbers were on par with the research I had done.  Needless to say, the property had an offer two days after going on the market and another offer on the 3rd day.  Both offers were slightly more than the listed price.  Escrow was listed for 30 days and went a few days over because of issues at the buyers end.  Daniel followed up at every point and got the escrow closed.  He handled all communications with the buyers; kept me informed at every turn; and was an excellent counsel to me, the seller.  If you want your property to sell quickly and are willing to listen to sound counsel, you cannot go wrong with Daniel Sanchez on your team.

In 2008 I bought a home with Linda Patterson, and will never forget how she disappeared a few days before escrow closed, I called the office and they told me she had left town and went to Hawaii, she did not even leave an assistant to help me or anything, I had to take off work go to the office to get my keys and no one was aware of the sale transaction, trash was left in the backyard of the home, I had to clean up and I was devastated my first home, the worse part of it all was, I made a mistake and entered into the transaction without a Realtor, so she was paid from both ends Seller, and Buyer, just thought I would write this review because she did me a favor and other bad real estate agents I had ran into, I have decided to be one myself so this will never happen again I can actually help someone fulfill their dream of becoming a home owner without the drama and help first time buyers. I really hope things have gotten better at this office.

Broker lacks integrity as well as many of their agents. After my experience with this office I will never take my business to Remax again.
