Westroads Mall

Has lots of different shops. Pretty clean. The food selection was OK.  It looks like they even serve alcohol. That seems weird. Good place to walk around though. Did 1.8 miles inside on all the floors.

This place always has something for everyone some where, many restroom, great food, and never too crowded .

Nice place I was visiting from Baltimore the people are very friendly in the stores. Some shoppers not so kind. Stores stocked and found things in my son's size. Which is always an issue. I will return

Huge mall! Took forever to get through there were a lot of stores and crowded people. Prices were exceeded, though you’re in a mall. In addition, it was clean and organized for the most part. Definitely loved the piano here.

Drove through parking lot looking for house delivering for amazon. It's been a while since inside. I thought i saw the rocky horror picture show years ago. I am sure still nice snooty people inside lol not including people working there. They were usually always helpful. It would be like going into a time machine if I went inside~!  () (O)

Omaha Glass Pro

I've used Glass Pro for years on many different vehicles. I have had them replace windshields, tint windows and repair rock chips.
They are always curtious, honest and give a fair price.
Making an appointment is easy over the phone with their receptionist, and never too long of a wait. Sometimes they've gotten me in the same day!
They also provided a ride to a nearby restaurant for us to enjoy lunch while we waited on our vehicle, at no additional charge. Going above for the customer really shows that their company cares. I will definitely return to have all my glass needs met by them in the future!

Setting up the appointment for windshield replacement was easy and pricing was fair compared to other places I got quotes from. I just had surgery so couldn’t make it to their shop. A tech (Dan) came to the house on time (he called ahead of time), he was courteous and professional. He just put on headphones and did his thing. Took less than a half hour. I would definitely recommend!

LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!  We've had four or five vehicles tinted by them, from SUV's to sports cars, as well as two remote start systems.  The actual work they do is great, but they charge whatever they feel like that day, and their customer service/interaction is spotty at best (as noted in other reviews).  Called to get a quote on two side windows on a convertible and they wanted $400!!!!  I had a car done by them a couple of years ago that had two side windows, two small back seat windows and a curved back window and they charged $186 for that entire job, with over twice the windows of the convertible.  When I mentioned the price increase on the phone, and that I was a repeat customer, they couldn't care less.  They just said to call when I wanted to book an appointment.  We have no plans to stop collecting cars, so someone else will be getting our money from here on out.  Beware of their "fluid" pricing based on how much they think they can get out of you, and do some shopping around.  Booked the vehicle in question at another shop for $125 plus tax, with the same lifetime warranty on the tint.

Addendum:  Their response sums up their business philosophy better than I could; "If you don't want to be ripped off, you have to ASK not to be ripped off".  I should have listened to my gut after I watched two employees argue over what they should charge me for the last remote starter you installed.  Thanks for the response proving all the bad customer service reviews.  Gave us a good chuckle.

I had a remote start installed in 2018 and it quit working recently. I went in to see if they could fix it. I was totally expecting to buy a new remote start simply due to the age of it. They not only fixed my remote start but they also didn't charge me for it. Customer service is well above par at Omaha glass pro.

Great place to have a windshield installed! Robert was efficient  and prompt in emailing us us over the weekend with a quote and got us in on Monday. Only took an hour If that and price was as stated. Very reasonable. Would definitely go there again.

123 Glass Company

I had the best experience with 123 Glass Company! They explained everything to me, talked to me about my options, and helped me make a decision thats best for my car. As a female, I don't always get the best treatment at auto repair shops but I felt extremely comfortable here. They were super fast to repair my windshield and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely loved this place! staff was very friendly and quick with their job, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a car window etc.

Great service! They are very knowledgeable and competent! Their price was competitively cheaper. And I especially love the fact that they replaced my windshield in only one hour!

Had a great experience today. They were very competitively priced and got my appointment in very quickly. They were done in less than an hour. There are shops much closer but I will do business with them again without a doubt.

Club Pilates

I love this place and am lucky my insurance covers it!

I very much enjoyed the ease and great instruction on the focus of movement.

I’m just starting my Pilates journey, and can’t thank the team here enough for the warmth, guidance & hospitality they provide. I love movement & trying new tools - but sometimes get nervous to try group classes if I know Im going in with no clue of what I’m doing!  Even before I visited the studio, Ellie made me feel so welcome that I was able to put my usual “nerves to be a total beginner”to the side and woke up so excited for the free class today. That same warmth and awesomeness was exactly what I found in studio today. I  signed up for an 8 class a month membership and am so excited to use it!

I have been enjoying Club Pilates for 430 classes.  What I enjoy most is the variety of each class;  reformer, TRX, Bosu, weights, it's something new each class for every level.

The entire staff at the Clocktower Club Pilates are awesome. The teachers are very helpful and always have great workouts planned. They all figure out ways to change things up so the workout doesn't get stale. They always keep you challenged. The staff working the front reception desk are all very friendly and always incredibly helpful. Lisa, the owner, is always happy to see you and is very receptive to question, comments and suggestions. Pilates is an incredible workout. 5 weeks in and I see so many positive changes in my core strength and flexibility. This is a great studio and I highly recommend.

The Maids International

Just had my house cleaned from top to bottom by The Maids of New Orleans! What a great company!!  Extremely detailed from fans, blinds, base boards....I don't know how they do it all but thankful they do! Highly recommend!

The Maids come to my home once a month. If I have to switch a week or a day the rescheduling is easy and pain free. Once the maids have arrived they go through my home quickly and efficiently and with minimal direction. My home is always spotless when they are through.

This has been a great company to work with. Quality team members who really care about the service they provide. Would highly recommend.

Medium sized home improvement store just east of Woodlawn and Harry. This place has expanded, mainly to highlight their nice selection of Green Egg and Traeger grills as well as their famous section of Stihl products. The rest of the departments are standard where I’ve mostly found what I needed. The Ace ad is the most reliable in the business to always offer at least one great deal I’m into so I grab one anytime I come in. Unfortunately, I’ve received horrible service here many times so this is definitely not one of the top tier Ace locations. I do, however, recommend it for those in the area needing a convenient hardware stop.

I have carried rhe same backpack purse every time I came to this location. You want people to leave their personal  purse with you at the front door? What about a mask? If you get robbed and you allow  a mask you won't be able to identify. I rate you a zero

Ace is always the best place to look for the hardware you need, without driving to one of the larger hardware stores. Their staff is always helpful in locating what you are looking for.  I especially am thankful for the variety of screws and bolts that they have on hand, even some of the smaller hex bolts I need for my drone hobby. If you are needing hardware, a power tool, or some paint, Ace is the best place to start.

A great Ace.  They have lots of plumbing pieces you don't find other places.

They are an great store.  I use them every other day if not every day in my work as a maintenance man. The people that work there are very nice and helpful.  If they don't have something u need they will order it. I highly recommended this store for home improvement needs

The Maids in Northwest Omaha

We had the maids come out to do a one time deep clean on our house. Our house is picked up and surface cleaned every day as it’s just my husband and I who live here. They came out and I’m not sure they even touched our bathrooms even asking in the very beginning are there any hotspots, and I just said just focus on the bathrooms. Our master bath all tile shower was not even touched. They did awful, then the owner Chris was very great handled it like a responsible owner should, and offered to come back to clean it at no charge and sent a different crew out She handled it very well and for that we respect her for that. They came out yesterday and redid it. They did do a better job. The bathrooms were definitely cleaned in the showers, but the floors were not cleaned in the bathrooms and I have a small money jar in my laundry room when we find money and five dollars was gone out of that because I had just put it in there so I knew it was missing and they left the lid off and laid it in my bathroom counter, so that was a humongous sign that I knew that they stole the money. I’m not even gonna bother calling and complaining about it because this is where I’m going to give grace to the person that felt like that they needed that five dollars more than anything so I will let them have that and I’m not going to complain about stealing, but beware of ever hiring the maids to clean your house.

We hired them for move-in cleaning and it looked like they barely cleaned. There was hair balls (dog and human) everywhere that were in places that should not have been missed. There was toothpaste left in the sink and toenails in drawers. Dust on the baseboards everywhere. When I called to ask about the lack of cleaning, the manager said they were “actually” there longer than what they had charged me for (and they still missed everything?), so no additional discount was offered. They said they didn’t dust baseboards because the baseboards were “falling apart” - (not true, I ended up dusting them myself). It was an awful experience and I ended up having to clean the entire house even after paying them a ton of money to do it. I will never hire them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriend worked there for 2 days they hired her at 10$ an hour her first day she was bit by a cat at someone's home and had to go to the emergency room because of a bad reaction and her hand swelled up. They are refusing to cooperate with humane society and the homeowners of the cats are refusing to cooperate with the humane society. It will probably be brought to a workmanship comp lawyer since both parties are refusing to cooperate with the humane society. They paid her at 9$ after telling her 10$ and refuse to be of any assistance with the animal related issue inside of the person's home horrible place to work. horrible staff that treated her really bad and was really rude to her never try to work here terrible.

I give this company one star but the deserve none they do no train employees correctly. They have a terrible way of talk to their employees. They also lie about how much starting pay is and your hours you make a day I worked from 8:15 to 3or4 o'clock for 5 days a week and some how only got 23 hours on a check I don't understand how that is possible.

I have employed The Maids for nearly 3 1/2 years. I had previously employed a "local" service that did not live up to standards. From the very FIRST CLEAN and going forward, my husband & I have been more than pleased 😁! And at an exceedingly *reasonable* price. The same Team comes bi-weekly to our home such that they know our particulars. Each Team Leader is consciences of each task, then makes a "run through" of the house before they leave double-checking that -it- had been done.  At the end of the clean ~ my home shines!!! The Team members are friendly & curtious, work diligently and are a pleasure to have in my home.  The Maids of NW Omaha is owned & run by people who put the customer FIRST! A really top-notch organization that knows how to run this kind of customer-care business.
