I just want to take a few minutes to write about how pleased we’ve been with the service provided by Maids in Boston. You cannot go wrong with the highly efficient and professional teams assembled to care for your home or business. Over the years our Yellow Team has been especially consistent, efficient, and stable. Every visit is something we actually look forward to. All team members are especially personable and professional. Also, the caliber of the work is excellent not to mention some of the attention to detail… little flourishes like hotel style bed making, bathroom treatments and clever arrangements when tidying up surfaces. You cannot go wrong with contracting with these consummate professional teams.

We’ve used The Maids for over a year and they always do a great job cleaning our place! The team that comes out to our house is the Blue Team.They are in and out in under an hour and our house is left spotless.  We get a text the night before letting us know their approximate arrival time and they usually come right at the start of that time frame. We’ve had to reschedule from time to time for vacations or other reasons and it has never been an issue. Everyone is so kind and professional. I have recommended their services to all of my friends.

We love working with the Maids! The team does a thorough, careful and complete job - every time. And, they are very sweet with our dog. The administrative team has excellent communication - texting us with specifics about when during the day we are on their schedule and accommodating schedule changes when they can. We really appreciate the professionalism of the Maids team. Thanks especially to the purple and yellow cleaning teams who clean Yeah our house.

I've had the Yellow Team coming to my apartment in Boston for a few years now, and they've always done a fantastic job.  They are almost always on time, and when they aren't I always get a call from The Maids asking me if it's okay if they come a little earlier or later.  They come in, clean like crazy for about an hour without disturbing me (I work from home for the most part), and then leave...overall an incredibly smooth operation.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good efficient maid service in the Boston area!

We have been having The Maids team clean for us for about 6-8 months now, including a move from one condo to a house. Overall, the team was responsive to our time needs (early morning cleaning) and does an excellent job with our space. They even do some unexpected things like tidy up blankets, make beds, and wash dishes (though we try to keep this to a minimum). They're in and out quickly, which is a must for us since we take our dogs out of the house while they're cleaning.

Today was their first clean of our new house. The Purple Team was great! I especially appreciate how clean the floors are and that they made our beds. I would recommend the Maids to anyone and especially the Purple Team.

Lovely people! Super accommodating, happy to make last minute changes.  The Maids clean my house once a month. It’s always a great day!  I’ve also used them for move-out and move-in cleaning. Very pleased with the service.

The Maids came in to my house and blew us away with the work they did.  We have 3 children (6,4,&2) and our house is not the cleanest of places regardless of how hard we try to keep up.
Not only did they clean every inch of our house they also made our children's beds and tidied up toys that were left out.
I can honestly say I was beyond impressed with the service they provided.

I've been a customer of theirs for over 15 years now...they are a pleasure to deal with. The days of my cleanings are always my favorite days...my home smells and looks sensational!

Have been using their service 5+years. Always reliable, accommodating to last minute schedule changes most importantly always pleasant and conscientious of doing a great job !!

They knocked over a can of paint in my empty apartment, and denied all responsibility.

We hired them the clean the apartment (which we haven't been living in) before our lease was over. We let them in, then left, asking them to just leave the keys on the counter when they were done. When we came back a few days later to check it out, we found they had spilled paint over the carpet. Nobody had been in the apartment in between the times they were in there and when we came back to check.

No mention of it at all. They didn't call us, didn't try to clean it up, didn't even make a note of it.

We called the company who denied the claim and all responsibility, implying that we are liars.

The service is insanely overpriced to begin with. It cost $480 for 2.5 hours cleaning an empty apartment -- no furniture to move or clean under,  no obstacles.

We spent $480 for an average cleaning, and to have paint spilled across our carpet and into the wall crevasse.

I will never use this service again, and I will be sure none of my friends and family can be taken advantage of by this horrible company.

I've used D.R. Services for many years now. I own two children's fitness centers and its critical that we have have clean carpets in our play spaces. D.R. Services has always been extremely easy to work with. Their carpet cleaners are friendly, helpful, and their cleaning is very thorough. Scheduling carpet cleaning has always been easy and their cleaning team is on-time or early for every visit. Their pricing is very fair. They have state-of-art vans with built-in onboard equipment to clean our carpets. I highly recommend D.R. Services if you need your carpets cleaned.

They started the job right away and completed it quickly. David was very helpful,  and nice. They did a good job cleaning the soot off everything.

Tony and Bill were excellent. Very professional, thorough, and detailed.  At the end, showed me what they did which showed confidence in the quality of their work.

Horrible service, young girls who don't know how to clean and leave everything partially done and dirty, manager is horrible to her crew, mismanaged! wouldn't recommend it to anyone !

Shoutout to the team that cleans my home!  What started out as a “temporary service”  due to an illness in the family is now permanent and has been for the past 7 plus years. I am very pleased with the services that The Maids perform bi-weekly at my home. Their attention to detail, the level of cleanliness provided and their professionalism are spot on. They clean places I would have never thought of. My home not only looks clean and sparkling, it also smells fresh and clean when they are finished. I couldn’t imagine life without them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

The Maids have been an amazing service for me for close to thirty years and in four different homes in the South Shore. Their cleaning has been stellar. They arrive when they say they will. Scheduling has always been easy. Nothing has ever been "lost". I have nothing to to say but positive remarks and I recommend them highly. Whats also very nice is that because they are a team, they are in and out quickly which is fabulous.
While the team does not always speak English, it has not been a problem because they have varied special instructions in their file for each particular home.

I have used Duraclean for over 20 years, and I trust them so much that they have a key to my door! Tom Dube is an amazingly hard worker and he can work magic on rugs, difficult spots, furniture stains, stains of ANY kind---I'd never use anyone else! I recommend Duraclean to all of my friends, too.
He has made my rugs look brand new and difficult carpet stains from leaky pets---he has come to my aid for many years.
