Sidney and his team were miracle workers! We had a very large blood stained area on the carpeting on the stairs of our basement.
Sidney was very responsive, on time and professional. He was able to get the entire bloodstained area totally clean even though the blood had dried and had been there for two days.
I would highly recommend Sidney and his team at radiant cleaning services. I will definitely be using him again!

Addendum:  Sidney said there was a possibility that the blood stain might reemerge and to let him know if it did. In fact, he was correct. When I called him to let him know, he came back the next day for a second treatment. I am not only impressed with the quality of Radiant Cleaning’s work, I am also impressed with the level of customer service and dependability of Sidney and his team.

Great experience hiring Radiant Cleaning Services for me and my wife. Sid responded same day to my initial call, set a date around our schedule, showed up on time, was respectful of our home, and completed the agreed upon work efficiently. I had a great experience with Radiant Carpet Cleaning.They did a thorough job, and although we had a minor issue with some spots left behind, Sidney and his team promptly addressed it the same day and even redid our entire upstairs carpet. I have used Sidney and his team for carpet and upholstery cleaning multiple times at different locations.  They are always prompt and do a great job.  They were able to come on the date I needed and the very dirty carpet looks great!

I cannot say enough about Radiant Cleaning. I used them in the past just for large commercial carpet cleaning and they were VERY reasonably priced and did a wonderful job. At my current office we hired them to do all of our corporate cleaning as well as provide daytime support for our two buildings and two kitchens. They were willing to jump in at a moment's notice for anything. The supervisors are friendly and attentive. They even reorganized and cleaned our facilities closets for us! They also provide inventory counts for us when we are low on supplies. I was so thrilled with their work at my office that I then hired them to clean my house. You cannot go wrong with this crew and the price point was very reasonable for all the work they do for us.

Ines and the Yellow team were incredible. I decided that the best Christmas gift for my wife would be a thorough cleaning from the Maids and I’m so glad I did this (my wife is also very glad). I spoke with Jackie to set this up and had to reschedule a few times. Jackie and the office team made rescheduling a breeze. Ines and her team came on time and did a very thorough job from top to bottom. Our house looks and smells amazing. My wife is elated and this was the perfect Christmas gift. This crew did an amazing job. I’ve never hired cleaners before so I didn’t really know what to expect, but the communication and explanation of services was great. It took a little more than an hour and I was able to run out and do some errands while they worked. I came back just as they were finishing up and I was so impressed. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be scheduling with them again in the future!

Kristina cleaned our house today for the first time and I've never felt so comfortable in my home than when she was finished! She communicated her arrival time and kept us posted throughout the day so we knew when to expect her, despite her busy schedule. She cleaned the house top to bottom and everything was shining when she was finished. I'll be scheduling another cleaning soon! Thank you!

They were able to fit me in for a whole house cleaning two days after I called. Their prices are fair and they are super friendly. The arrived on time and spent about 3 hours here with two people cleaning our home. They offered green cleaning products which we appreciated. Definitely would recommend and hire again.

I've used Kristina's for several months now for a deep clean and then bi-weekly standard cleanings, and they are wonderful.  They worked with me to fit us in around our toddler's nap schedule, and they're always on time and friendly.  We have what's probably a difficult house to clean - three hairy dogs, one messy toddler, and one newborn prone to spitups - but they leave the whole house clean every time.  I like that they follow up with me after cleanings to make sure everything was done well.  I would definitely recommend Kristina's to my family and friends.

The Maids in Providence

AMAZING 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. They have A+ customer service, they were super helpful and responsive on email before the visit. I needed a deep clean, and I have an old house with baseboards and molding and not a single spot was missed. I also requested ahead of time that they pay extra attention to the particularly dusty and very old radiators, and they look better than they ever have. Plus the glass on my shower doors and french doors are practically sparkling.

I would not call what was done at my house a deep clean. I noticed multiple areas where there was still dust/dog hair, that definitely wasn't vacuumed - some furniture was moved, but not all. They also did not use the proper cleaning supplies on my stainless steel appliances, leaving them streaky, nor did they use glass cooktop cleaner on my stovetop, leaving that also streaky.

My husband had earbuds in the case on his desk in our office. The earbud case somehow ended up empty, and one earbud was on the desk under a raised coaster. The other earbud was completely gone. He checked the GPS of the earbud, and it was definitely not in our house. We contacted customer service only to be told that they could replace on earbud, but not both. In order to use the replacement we would have had to go to a Samsung Store (closest is in NYC) or a tech shop and pay an hourly rate to have them paired. Eventually they credited us the cost of the entire pair of earbuds, but it wasn't until after we asked to speak to the owner.

I was also quoted 2 hours for the job to be done. The cleaners took 3 hours and with tip the job ended up costing me $700, which was substantially more than I expected to pay for a less than stellar cleaning.

I would not use this company again.

Gabby and team did a great job in 2 hours to clean my bathrooms, 2 sets of stairs and second floor living area and kitchen.  I was stressed with 2 days before my wedding and hosting the women to get ready, I was able to book with 1 day notice. The team was so friendly and completed exactly what I’d asked - even vacuumed my couches covered in dog fur. I definitely recommend trying the maids of RI and am looking for an excuse to contact them again!

Gabby and her crew came, they were ready to walk in the door at the minute of the hr.
After i gave them a quick breif of what i needed. Gabby directed the crew where to start. She then walked with me and covered all the bases. The crew killed it! Julia, Kelly and Katina made the neglected home of a disabled veteran feel new again.

Ciara and Brandon were absolutely amazing! I had a very bad flood at my home yesterday (2.5 feet of water throughout the basement/yard) and they were at my door before I was this morning. They inspected the yard and basement with me, gave me a rundown of their game plan, and then went to town!

They saved our hardwood floors after a “fire hose” flood from a washer as well as evaluating damage to our basement. Together with Allstate our new home has sustained no lasting damage! It is expensive, no doubt about it,, but Luis and his team found every speck of dust and dirt and took care of it.  They listened to my needs and worked steadily without supervision and got my 1200 sq ft mill condo with roughly 2000 books and lots of art and lots of natural dust from the bricks, and a walk sized mirror and made it sparkle.

I called to get pricing for carpet cleaning because their website says they do carpet cleaning. The agent who called me back said she didn't know why it says carpet cleaning on their website. Shady at best.

Miami Top Cleaning did an amazing clean up job at my residents in homestead. They came in with a full hands on crew and got my place looking like a model home spotless. From beginning to end my experience was very professional. The person in charge of scheduling was very helpful and understanding of my busy schedule as well as very nice. I have used many cleaning services before and it is usually not a pleasurable experience. They did everything to acomódate my time and budget. The cleaning crew that they sent were very well dressed and professional and I watched them here and there while they did a great job from top to bottom paying attention to detail and using all the right cleaners that would not damage our art and furniture.
