Company was a no-show on original appointment day. I then recieved a call from Susan to reschedule. The franchise owner also contacted me, so good customer service by the office staff. They still arrived late, I retuned home 5 hrs later and carpet still wet. Dry time was told to be shorter 1 to 2 hours, guess not. Good sell though.
Hum drum experience but I didn't have high expectation after the no show. Prob won't  use again unless with coupon. They do not vacuum prior to cleaning, as " all of the cleaning packages" included vacuuming per website.

Have used them multiple times in the past and had good results with a technician arriving on time and working efficiently. Today I had an appointment scheduled and the window came and went without a phone call. I called the company four times over two hours and never got a call back regarding the status of my appointment. I called again and cancelled due to other things on my schedule and did not even receive an apology or explanation.

So I got this service trying to save money from my regular carpet cleaning service. Everyone wants to save right....well you get what you pay for. So he showed up at my door on time, but very unprofessional looking, ok it's just looks  don't mean everything i don't want people judging me on my looks. so I show him what areas I needed  to be done. he says ok and I walk out to take my son to school its a 10 min ride maybe 25 minutes total to and from. he didn't even have equipment out when I left but when I got back he was done with both rooms and working on the hallway. So I'm thinking maybe this a pre treatment he will then go over the rooms again.  10 minutes later he was putting up the hoses. so I called the guy that confirmed my appointment the day before.  he said something to the guy he came back in and went over some area's that I pointed out. it basically looked like he poured water all over my floor then vacuumed it up.  spots of my carpet where dry and others where soaked. since I do this often really only needed the high traffic places done and they seemed to stand out more once water hit them so he spent a few more minutes going over it. but by the time he was done maybe another 10 minutes going over the high  traffic areas I basically just said ok better. so he would leave so it wouldn't cause anymore damage I'm hoping my regular guy can fix it. it did smell good before left for work (my regular guy I would smell the clean carpet for weeks) when I came home it smelt like old standing water. I'm hopeful that I didn't damage my carpets.

I had an appointment scheduled for today at 9am; No call no show!!! Very unprofessional!!! I've tried calling several times to see why no one has showed up to my home to clean my carpet, but no answer!!! I also left a voicemail!!! Thank God for Stanley Steemer!!! They will be coming to my home shortly!!!

This company did a wonderful job and on short notice, as my house was sold.  Thanks so much!  I would highly recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning needs.

Chem-Dry Of CSRA

Although they were booked for the dates I needed, the lady was very nice and helpful. She also gave me a very good quote for the service.

Kind, respectful workers! They were able to make my couch and carpet look new! Only took 2 hours to dry.

The cleaner was chatty, spent too much time talking about his cat.   The stains are still in the rugs which are extremely damp.  Either false advertising or complete frauds. Like the company Inused to work for...MGM/UA.

Great job to Chris and the entire crew. Needed a cleaning last minute.  Thanks for coming through.  Courteous, and professional.

I have nothing but praise for PuroClean Pineville. Working with Kevin and his team was a wonderful experience. They arrived within several hours of our house flood, even though we were out of town, and rapidly addressed all of our issues. They were on site daily, ensuring that we had the best possible outcome. The quality of work was excellent, and communication couldn't have been better. They made our personal disaster so much easier to manage, I don't know what we would have done without them!

Our office called PuroClean on a Monday morning after finding a water heater had burst and flooded our office.  The technicians and owner were there within an hour and set up dehumidifiers, air purifiers and other machines to get our office back to normal.  They also found a lot of mold on the subfloor and went to great lengths to remediate those areas as well.  I definitely recommend Bruce and his crew for any water damages and repairs needed!

Called Puroclean this morning and was able to schedule a same-day visit for a mold concern.  Trevor and Chandler arrived and did an inspection/assessment for mold found on drywall and flooring during a bathroom remodel we are currently doing.  Both were very professional and honest in their advice for treatment and remedying of the issue.  I will certainly be using PuroClean again and recommend them to anyone!

I'm an insurance agent and PuroClean is my first call when clients call with water, mold, smoke or fire damage.  They even helped me when I had a leak that was difficult to find the source.  I was able to get my repairs done for less than my deductible.
They are always prompt and courteous and get right to work in trying to minimize the damage to my client's home.  It's a family business and they treat my clients like family as well.  They are reasonable and professional and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the homeowner or business owner back where they want to be as soon as possible.  Their expertise and prompt service have often times limited the damage and the recovery time in getting the home repaired. Maid in the QC

We love Maid in the QC! The owner, Matt, gave us a great price on quarterly deep cleaning services that we have been using for over 1 year (and we have no plans to change cleaning companies in the future because Maid in the QC is so great). Our home is spotless when they leave, and quiet while they work (I work from home, so I am always here when they arrive - and they are polite and work around my office until the last portion of their work, when I switch locations in the house to allow them to clean the office).

I love supporting new, local businesses owned and staffed by neighbors and residents of Charlotte. I've been blown away by how easy it is to get in touch with the Maid in the QC staff at their office, as well as schedule online and reschedule appointments - many time slots available. You're able to customize your service each time and add on different types of cleaning (inside windows, stove, inside fridge, baseboards and walls) and I give the staff a few quick pointers when they come (usually the same cleaner arrives each time, so they know the drill).

Again, we love Maid in the QC and I suggest anyone in the Charlotte area give them a try. I am a customer for the foreseeable future, and they are top notch!

Matt and Maid in the QC have been cleaning my home for about 6 months. I have been very pleased with the attention to detail- especially in tricky spots like grout and shower glass. They are careful to use the appropriate products on my counter tops, natural stone, and hardwoods which I really appreciate. Matt is also great with my dog who tends to attack the vacuum :). I'd recommend them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

I love Maids in the QC!  They have cleaned my house multiple times now and they always exceed my expectations!  I have hired them to do bi-weekly house cleanings and as well as cleaning after hosting a party at my house.  Their maids are professional, prompt, dependable, friendly and have impeccable attention to detail.  I also have two dogs. Lake Murray Maids

This service states that they provide "Royal Clean" which is described as a deep clean that includes all baseboards, molding fan blades in addition to routine cleaning of the home(described by Tammy).  After hearing this, I was happy to schedule a Royal clean.  On the day scheduled, I received a message that some of the employees were sick and could not come.  The next day, they did come.  There were 2 ladies who worked for 3 hours at the home and the results were very incomplete.  One of the beds was left without linens.  The baseboards were not all cleaned.  The showers were not properly cleaned and the shampoo bottles not even moved.
Overall, a much worse job than has ever been done by other cleaning companies.  I would not advise using this service.

The Maids

I highly recommend The Maids!   The Maids have taken care of our house for  several years, maybe 7 or 8. The house always looks and smalls fantastic when they finish and they are 100% dependable.  Anything we’ve requested has been accommodated.

The same team (purple team pictured led by Lorena) comes every time and we have developed a relationship with them over time. They bring a team of 3-4 people and do wonders in an hour.  We never worry if we are not home because everything is always left in tip top shape.  While they are working we do our best to stay out of their way but they are very accommodating if we need to briefly use the bathroom or the kitchen.
The office staff is friendly and accommodating and is willing to adjust the cleaning schedule when needed to accommodate any unique circumstances.
Their company car (pictured) is classy, cool and easily identifiable. Our dog Maddie knows it’s time to run hide under the bed as soon as she sees it turning into our driveway.

The ladies of the Green Team did a fantastic job deep cleaning our downstairs.  The last couple of years due to surgeries, I have been unable to get down and really clean baseboards and floors. We also have dogs and a cat, so there was lots of pet hair.  The Green Team ladies worked hard and everything is so clean and fresh now.  I will be having them come back to deep clean the upstairs soon and then get on a schedule to keep things clean. Thank you ladies-great job!

First experience had the Orange team and they didn’t disappoint. House interior needed help and we have 2 dogs who shed. Initial estimate of time 2.5 hr team realized they needed additional .5 hr so office reached out to me while they were on site for authorization which I gladly provided. Very professional even received call to alert me they were on the way this am.

My house has never been so clean! The orange team from the maids arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were meticulous in their cleaning. Very impressed by their attention to detail and would definitely recommend to others.

I am delighted with the Purple Team headed by Lorena and her outstanding team Maria and Rosa. They are truly professional left my home sparkling. I cannot say enough to praise them. So many things they did went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you girls!

Clearwater Chem-Dry

The prices are great. They communicate well and do an excellent job on carpet cleaning and stain removal. It restores my faith in having carpet in these rentals that I manage. It's not so bad when you have an exceptional carpet cleaner. If I can upload pics, I will. Thank you!

From the start, the team at Chem-Dry (and specifically Jeff) were very responsive and professional.  I used Chem-Dry to provide the gift of clean carpets for a birthday present from outside the area and they were very accommodating from arrangements to payment and follow-up.  The process was explained well and options provided were clear.  Appointment was met very timely and completed within the expectations given, always nice to have your time valued.
The end result was Chem-Dry successfully breathing new life into the 40yr carpets!

I am so pleased with my carpets after Clearwater Chem Dry finished cleaning them. It had been a very long time since they had been cleaned, and they look amazing! Had the full service hot water extraction cleaning. We went from "we need to replace our carpet" to "this carpet still looks pretty good"! Kim did a great job and cleaned the areas requested. Very reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

The Maids (we had yellow team lead by Jaby) did an amazing job deep cleaning our house! We recently did some renovations so we had a ton of dust, and they were extremely thorough but also very efficient. I personally loved all of the small touches and organizations they left throughout the house, even down to tiny little details. They also cleaned our floor to ceiling windows better than anyone ever has. Jaby was very kind and seemed to be a great leader. We will definitely use them again!

I gave them 2 stars, because for the price I paid, and the work they did, I could not give more. It took 4 ladies (the leader seemed like she cared) 2 hours to do just an OK job. I had to call them back so they could finish what I actually asked them to do in the first place. Don’t get me wrong they are really nice, and I know others have had great experiences, but I did not, and neither did my son. I will never use a company again to clean my house and I’ve actually found somebody who does 100 times better and charges a fraction of the price. Sorry guys, I just was not impressed but I wish you well. Thank you for coming out and fixing your mistakes though.

Chem-Dry of Coeur D'Alene

Arrived 40 minutes late - said I wasn't on his calendar when I called to ask if he was still coming to the appointment.  He said he would cancel the other person he had on his schedule and come to my house instead.  I'm sure that person was pretty upset that he cancelled on her with no notice.  There was no attention to detail in taking care of a customer's house.  I had to ask him to use wall corner guards to protect my house as he didn't put them up on his own.  I expected some sort of blankets to be put down on my hardwood floor before dragging the water hoses/lines through my house, but he did not use any.  He parked the van in front of my front door so that the exhaust fumes were flowing into my partially opened front door (because the water hoses came in that door).  I mentioned that the fumes were coming in but it didn't seem to phase him so I tried to place my own pillows and blankets in the gap of the front door to block the fumes and I placed a fan by his truck exhaust to attempt to redirect the fumes.  The fumes in the house were terrible.  Right after he left, my carbon monoxide detectors in the house went off and we had to evacuate the house while leaving all the windows open to air it out for about 30 minutes.  To top it off, when I paid him by credit card, he handed me his handheld card reader and it asked what percent of a tip I wanted to give him.  I have never been asked to give a tip to carpet cleaners!  I just spend $645 having them clean the carpets and couches!  What a way to put a customer on the spot when the tech is standing there in front of you waiting for you to push a button for a tip.  I would not recommend using them.

The cleaning technician, a professional, very thorough young lady, did one of the best jobs on our carpets that we’ve possibly ever had done. She was personable, knowledgeable and determined to do the cleaning to a complete satisfaction. She has pride in her work and brought great joy of spirit, a bonus for sure. I hope the owners know a “keeper” when they find one and take VERY good care of them to assure longevity with their company. We’ll ask for her again in the future. Their prices are realistic and fair, unlike many of their competitors, which also will keep us for the long-term. Way to go Chem-Dry. You’re the real deal!

ChemDry did an incredible job on my very soiled carpets. I had a rental space where two dogs were living. When the tenant left there were very dark spots all over the cream colored carpet that I could only guess were vomit or feces. ChemDry came out to the property to assess the situation and provided a quote in advance of cleaning. While there he used a black light to show me all of the urine solid areas as well that were naked to the human eye. He was very honest about his confidence in getting the carpets cleaned and once the work was done they looked even better than he had originally predicted. I definitely recommend their services!

Ben Davis called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job cleaning/sanitizing my sectional and recliner. I haven’t seen my furniture look this clean since I purchased it over a decade ago. I love that the company does not use any harsh chemicals so it’s safe for everyone. I would highly recommend this company!
