The Maids

Professional, friendly, and provide quality service. We’ve had cleanings with the orange team and the red team. Both teams do a great job and are thorough. The office explains the services and charges up front and in detail, and will take time to answer any questions. Everyone with The Maids seems to care about their work, and about providing quality service.

I am grateful to Gaby and the fabulous Green Team from The Maids for the care that they put into cleaning our home. Their attention to detail and respect for me and my household says a lot about both their personal and professional values.

The yellow team cleaned my house today and the quality was very good. The team members were professional, courteous and worked quickly. The Maids (we had yellow team lead by Jaby) did an amazing job deep cleaning our house! We recently did some renovations so we had a ton of dust, and they were extremely thorough but also very efficient. I personally loved all of the small touches and organizations they left throughout the house, even down to tiny little details. They also cleaned our floor to ceiling windows better than anyone ever has. Jaby was very kind and seemed to be a great leader. We will definitely use them again!

I gave them 2 stars, because for the price I paid, and the work they did, I could not give more. It took 4 ladies (the leader seemed like she cared) 2 hours to do just an OK job. I had to call them back so they could finish what I actually asked them to do in the first place. Don’t get me wrong they are really nice, and I know others have had great experiences, but I did not, and neither did my son. I will never use a company again to clean my house and I’ve actually found somebody who does 100 times better and charges a fraction of the price. Sorry guys, I just was not impressed but I wish you well. Thank you for coming out and fixing your mistakes though.
