We had Royal windows replace our bay window in our home in Hot Springs Village . They did an excellent job.  On time and everything was spotless when they left.  Well since we had such a wonderful experience , we decided to have them replace all the windows in our home in Louisiana.  They did a fablous job.  Windows look great.
Installer were excellent and everything was done as expected.  We would definitely recommend Royal Windows.  They are an Arkansas company located right down the road in Royal Arkansas.  If you need windows you will be very happy if you call this company.  They were recommended by one of our neighbors and they were everything they claimed.  Love my new windows!!!!

I love my new windows.  They keep out the heat from the sun better than I thought possible!  Everyone I dealt with, from the salesman, to the installers, to the general manager did a phenomenal job.  And they look awesome!  Does this look like a double wide,  mobile home to you?

Royal's salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Preston the installer was a soft spoken gentleman who was enjoyable to work with. Preston could have done the 13 windows in one day but if you know Mississippi's summers, it is very hot and muggy. We had a couple of screens that were damaged on arrival and Royal had them fixed in less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied.

Royal installed a large sliding storm door on our upper deck. Installers were very professional and knowledgeable about their doors. They cleaned up after finishing the job. We will use them again.

Royal delivered exceptional customer service, from the scheduling, estimating, installation and follow up. Tiger was great to work with. They had our roof replaced before we got home from beach vacation and left the premises spotless. Couldn’t even tell they had been there - except for a beautiful new roof!

Premier Windows

These guys were awesome to work with. Our house is way far out in the Ozarks and it didn't bother them at all to come out, measure and install. If you live in a small town or out in the country, this is a company that doesn't just work in Conway or Little Rock. The owner is super easy to work with and accessible and texts like a teenager, so you can really stay up on your project and get updates. I even did my measurements over Labor Day weekend and he responded the same day.  The installers clearly know their business. I do a lot of my own work and I know what good quality is and these guys did a phenomenal job. I'm planning on using this company anytime I need windows or doors.

John, Harold and the other installers were absolutely wonderful to work with. If need new windows, don’t even both looking elsewhere. John tells exactly what you need to know and cuts straight to the point. He’s a good salesman but the work they do speaks for themselves. I had 1 question about our windows after installation. John called very quickly and even made a stop by the house. They found a small problem and had it fixed within an hour of original contact that same day. Their customer service is top notch and they did a great job. I’m a green thumb and they did a great job working around my plants which I really appreciated. Thank you John and Harold!!!!! Don’t waste your time with other companies. Stay local and get exceptional service! Their Google reviews do not lie.

John and his installation team of Nelson and David were extremely professional and easy to work with.  The windows were installed ahead of schedule and the attention to detail was second to none.  I highly recommend Premier Windows to anyone looking to upgrade to a great product with an exceptional warranty at a fair price.

I had 13 windows installed and they are stunning! John was a pleasure to work with. Honest, understanding, and helpful. Nelson and David completed the windows in one day and were also a joy to have in my home. I will recommend Premier Windows over and over again. 10/10.

Wintek USA

Absolutely horrible! My 1 star is only so I could write a review to hopefully stop people from making the same expense mistake I did. When they say they will repair any rotten wood, that's a lie. The windows aren't installed properly, so they don't even know the condition of what is underneath the old windows because they don't fully remove them. They don't close completely and aren't even installed straight(see video). My energy costs didn't improve in the least. To be honest, I believe they are worse than when I had my old wood windows. The outside noise is worse now, and when I go outside, I can hear my music or TV a though I have my windows open. The installation took longer than I was told it would, and the "finished" product, if you can call it that looks horrible! It is far from finished. They don't replace broken trim because they don't remove any trim to install the new windows. Please save yourself the insane amount they charge and buy your windows local and have a good contractor install them. It will be over half the cost, and you will actually get energy efficiency out of them. When I complained, they didn't seem to care. They already had my money.

The two gentlemen that were sent to my home we’re wonderful. I could not have asked for a better consideration of my home. Great job they started at a quarter till nine. We’re finished by 5 o’clock. I love my new windows.

We had over 20 new windows installed.  Two gentlemen showed up the first day to see how complicated the install would be.  They handle the entire install with ease.  They were very professional and friendly and wanted to make sure that we had walked around an was satisfied with the install before they left.  I would definitely recommend Windtek to everyone that owns a home and wants to get the best out of their energy being used.

We recently purchased new windows from WinTek USA and I am thrilled with everything involved; from the salesman who came to our home to demonstrate and educate about the windows to the installers. Everyone was 1st class all the way. Now waiting for our first electric bill after installation and expecting a great result! Thank you WinTek USA.

So far, I don't really understand the purpose of why I was ever contacted in the first place by this company. Months ago, I was promised monetary thanks by allowing them to consult on my home. Was scheduled. No one came. Was rescheduled. No one came. The monetary amount promise was then upped. I was told that the worker in my area had a medical emerg and was on a leave of absence. Ok, no problem, I am understanding. Fast forward to now- last week I picked up what I thought was a telemarketer call and realized it was Wintek. Advised for them to call RIGHT BACK because I was at work and they never did. I called the following day, spoke with an Angie, and she said oh I am so sorry, let's plan to call you after 5pm (when i get off) tomrrow! Ok! thanks! No call. I called back next day and Angie remembered speaking with me. Promised another call after 5p for yesterday. No call. So I call back today. Got Angie again, and suddenly it felt like she did not remember me, although my name is not a common name AT ALL. And now all of the sudden, "the team is out of my area, so they will call back when they're back in the area." SAY WHAT?! What a waste of my time and theirs? I just don't get it at all. I could've used the extra money at Christmastime and I was blatantly honest with them about that. However I do have window repairs I need done at my house and tax time is around the corner. Think I'll utilize someone else at this point. Geez.

I was just in this Ace location for a carpet cleaning machine rental.  My associate was Carol & she was awesome!  Made the process easy & she was very knowledgeable.

I took a screen in to be fixed. They have had it close to 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up today it wasnt fixed. It looked the exact same as when I dropped it off. There is only one guy who does it a few days a week and no one else, not even the managers can check the progress and were rude when I asked a date of when it would be done. I still had to pay for the screen because no one knew anything about it and I just needed to get it fixed. I took the screen to noonan Rental on N Grand instead and it was done in a day.

Staff was great multiple people asked if I needed help finding anything.  Everyone was very pleasant

I needed a very specific product and a couple of other items . An associate was very helpful and courteous as they walked me to each aisle where the products were.

School of Rock

School of Rock has been great for my children. My oldest is in the Rock 101 program and her confidence has grown exponentially. She has gone from extreme fear for the performance to inviting friends to watch her play. Our younger daughter is in the Rookies class and comes home every week excited to tell us all the instruments she is learning to play. We love the programs and kind staff at School of Rock.

My daughter attended summer camp. The music was great, but she was really blown away by the bonding experience with the other kids! We highly recommend it!

Great, fun atmosphere! Our son is in his 3rd year of percussion in middle school and School of Rock has helped him learn so much already. We signed him up in the beginning of June 2019. He is so much more confident playing drums and has felt comfortable right from the start! The teachers send the parents a quick email after each private lesson as well. Great program, highly recommend. Worth the money:)

Our son loves School of Rock. He really likes his teacher and enjoys going every week. His teacher is accommodating and helps our son learn in various ways. We have seen a big improvement in his drumming skills since he started attending. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to ROCKING out in a safe environment.

I don’t know where to start - I have been so incredibly impressed with this program and the staff at School of Rock McKinney. My 8 year old went from never playing any instrument to playing drums, keyboard, and singing in a band of his peers in a matter of months. He is not only learning the songs his band will play at their concerts, but is receiving an excellent education in musical theory.
I don’t believe I’ve ever worked with a business which has such an enthusiastic and friendly staff. They are absolutely amazing.

Truly great assets to Ace!

I've spent thousands at Ace over the last few years. It's been great until about this last year. Literally every single time I go there, there's some sort of issue. Last week I was trying to purchase some roses that were on sale for $10. They rang up incorrectly and when I tried to explain to the cashier that they were on sale, she gave me attitude and was beyond rude, despite the manager coming over and verifying that they were ringing up wrong because whoever did inventory counted them incorrectly.

Then a few days later I was purchasing some things with the bucket sale and upon totaling out the purchase, it was clear she hadn't applied the 20% off. I asked her if the discount had gone through and she just shrugged "I guess?" So again we had to call a manager over and when the manager explained the cashier had rang things in wrong, the cashier gave the manager attitude and was like " well how should I know.." So unprofessional.

The final straw was today when I had plaster delivered that I'd been waiting on for a week. They delivered in the middle of a rainstorm and instead of wrapping the plaster in plastic or waiting until the storm passed to deliver, especially given our house is literally only two blocks from the store, or at the very least giving me a call to see if I would prefer store pickup or to at least notify me of the delivery, they just left the plaster.

The plaster was destroyed and when I brought it back to return it, the manager had no sympathy for the situation or the fact that their mistake pushes my project out for an entire week while I wait to get new plaster.

I wiill never again spend another penny at this store.

the employees are really nice and helpful. i broke my glasses and came here for super glue and they had such large selection. the atmosphere was nice and they even had cute frogs :)

I searched all over town for borax for someone, and nobody anywhere except Ace hardware had it! Thank you Ace!

Limited stock, with higher price, but it is conveniently close to home, so they do get a lot of my business. I made an extra trip there to retrieve my backpack after being asked to leave it at the counter while shopping, and it was left behind after my purchase. I had to purchase a rope for my grappling hook, so I can use it to go magnet fishing.

Sometimes it can be intimidating to go into a hardware store, especially as a woman who really has no idea what she needs for any specific project. I have been to this store a number of times since moving to Pekin and I can honestly say I'd rather pay a bit more and have the customer service they offer!! I don't know her name, but the woman that always helps me has never made me feel stupid when I'm looking for something and don't know the name of it! The other employees are equally has helpful, accommodating, and friendly!!! I love shopping here, thank you so much for your help Ace!!!! Best customer service!!!

Great local hardware store! They always greet you and ask if they can help! Keep your money in Pekin and shop here!

We went into Pekin Ace Hardware & TJ wanted to take my diaper bag. I asked why & he said there is a sign on the door. I asked if this was a new policy and if it only affected Pekin location or was a corporate policy & he didn't know even though he has been with ACE hardware for over a year.
I called Morton & they do not have a backpack policy.

I have a 19 month old & a 6 month old. I need my diaper bag for milk, toys, snacks etc.. not to mention I don't carry a purse & leave my wallet & phone in my bag.

I'm sorry people steal, but that policy is inconvenient. But I'm glad there are other ACE locations bc Ilike to use my reward coupons.

Only been here once but not 3 weeks ago. Not sure who was there. Seems to have a lot of things. Good prices.

Ace Handyman Services Collin County

Russ was really great…in terms of quality work, friendliness, and trying to complete the job asap to save me money! I truly appreciated all these things. I highly recommend him and ACE.

I got my door fixed with them and they were GREAT!!!!! I was told by another company it would take 4hrs for 800 dollars. But they fixed it in 2.5hrs for 500 dollars I really appreciate them.

We are just hitting 2yrs.on kitchen floor. Had tile removed and replaced in kitchen, had some walls repaired with sheet rock tape bed etc.
Tiles have had  from, the start hallow spots through and now tile is popping up as well as grouting. The bid was almost 3000.more then we were told,as well as time it took.
The repairs on walls we asked that full sheets of rocking be used so as not to see patches. Well you can see every patch as small patches were done. Just not sure Steve was the man for our job.

They are so kind and honest company. I use them again if I need it I love to  tell my friend thank you. Good job.

This crew did a great job on the work. The office was very communicative and super professional. Very professional group of tradesmen and managers. Will use again!

Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement

They were initially awesome to work with, until it came time to do the work.
The roofing crew just shingled over an obvious dip close to the crest of the roof. They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day.
They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway.
After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated.
Direct TV sent a service rep. Come to find out when they moved the satellite dish to do that part of the roof they bent it. Instead of saying anything they just put it back where it was .
Called the business answering service days ago, no response.

For the last two days our apartment complex has been turned into a chaotic mess.  Over 50 workers decended and made and ungodly mess, parking on the sidewalks, tearing up our parking lot and the turf and grass.
The kid in charge responded grass grows back in a rude and uncaring fashion.  Informing me they can park where ever they want and "it will all be cleaned up"  yesterday I had to walk over nails covering the side walk, while gas generators screamed next to my window and blocked my exit to the parking lot.

I can only describe this group as an unprofessional group of Thug like cheap labor.  Sure they get the low bid, they care Nothing for the people who live where they are working.  I will have to document all the damage and mess they leave behind.
I do not recommend this company.  They have no respect.

Keith's roofing far exceeded my expectations.  From the quote to the crew, every part was great.  The crew did a great job and did an excellent cleanup afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone, needing a shingle roof.

Called Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement to work on a metal roof that was leaking.  Strung me along for several days. The first call I was told they would come out and take a look. That never happened.  After  several days and 5 calls/messages left with answering service which had no idea why I was not getting a call back , I finally heard back  a week later that they have no interest on working on metal roofs.  I could have had this repaired by now if I wasn't strung along for over a week. If you are not interested  in the job, or do not want to work on metal roofs, just let me know so I can find someone that wants to work. It's fine if Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement does not want to work on metal roofs, but tell me that during the first phone call. This set me back over a week. This is just disrespectful and bad business . Common courtesy goes a long way in business especially in rural areas where your name and word is your bond. You don't have that you don't have anything. Could possible be in business 30 years due to captive audience . Folks have little choice in roofers in area, not a lot of competition in rural areas unfortunately.  .  Bottom line if you have a metal roof that needs repair look elsewhere, Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement is not interested. It will save you time not calling Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement for this type of job.

Had Keith’s roofing replace my roof because of hail damage the old roof wasn’t leaking but needed to be replaced they showed up got the job done it looked good but when the first big rain came I had a leak I called them and they came out with some silicone and put under one of the shingles it stopped the leak about a year later I had another leak  so I called and again pulled out the silicone it stopped it for awhile but then almost a year later yet another leak I called them out and here they came with their silicone so I called back and said this silicone is not the fix and they need to fix the problem so the owner came out and took a look and said that there wasn’t a leak where they have been siliconing but he would fix it anyway well now he won’t answer my calls or message back definitely don’t use this company they are cons and not professional at all

SoR has been a blessing for our daughter. Her skills, and especially her self-confidence, have really grown over the past year. The staff and her band mates are "her people." She feels very at home with both, and she really enjoys her time there.

School of Rock is a special place.  Musically they have something for everyone from one on one music lessons to practicing as a band to eventually perform together.   They even have singing lessons!

I am so impressed with the growth my son is having in the short time he’s been here.  My son is developing skills that grow his confidence not only musically, but I’ve seen that confidence blossom in other areas of his life.

At times, I wait in the lobby for my son to be done and I see kids of all ages come and go all with huge smiles on their faces.

Our son has been a student at School of Rock for 11 years! It has been a place where he was accepted and free to be himself. The teachers and staff at School of Rock have taught him so much about music theory and performance. Music is definitely going to be a life-long passion for him. We are so thankful to have School of Rock in our lives!!

My son has had an incredible experience at School of Rock. It's such a unique program, and learning actual songs he likes is so much more motivating than regular music lessons. He is applying to colleges and he actually wrote one of his application essays about how School of Rock changed his life and helped him find his passion.

On top of that, the staff and instructors are truly caring and interested in the kids. Devin, the general manager in the Flower Mound studio, goes out of his way to help with anything he can. He has gone above and beyond to help my son stay in the program. Richard, one of the instructors, has also been so encouraging and helped my son find his confidence and increase his skills.

Overall, I give School of Rock an A+! Our family is happy we found the program and would recommend it to anyone whose child has a passion for music.

The staff and teachers were really nice and welcoming! I had a amazing first lesson, and it won't be the last one. I'm so happy be a part of the family!🤘🏻❤🎸

Scotty is awesome! I recommend him if your interested in guitar lessons, he is very encouraging and patient. And very passionate about music.
