I took a screen in to be fixed. They have had it close to 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up today it wasnt fixed. It looked the exact same as when I dropped it off. There is only one guy who does it a few days a week and no one else, not even the managers can check the progress and were rude when I asked a date of when it would be done. I still had to pay for the screen because no one knew anything about it and I just needed to get it fixed. I took the screen to noonan Rental on N Grand instead and it was done in a day.

Staff was great multiple people asked if I needed help finding anything. Everyone was very pleasant

I needed a very specific product and a couple of other items . An associate was very helpful and courteous as they walked me to each aisle where the products were.
