The owner of this location, Thomas is one amazing individual! He and his staff and extremely passionate about music and teaching others. This location is an inspirational place to be no matter what age, skill level, instrument or genre you may want to learn, they will give you the knowledge to create music all while making it fun and understanding how to work with different types of learners.

My kids have gotten a ton out of the programs at this school. I signed them up and liked being there so much that I took keys lessons, too! So awesome! Great vibe, great staff, clean, cool place to hang out and gain musical confidence and skills. Thomas puts his whole heart into his students and the whole staff cares so much about the kids.
I used to sing a lot as a little girl and up into high school, but then I got married and life got busy. I was looking for a place to get my vocal skills back, and I found it here. The open-mic nights are laid-back and there is a ton of fresh talent. I’m so grateful to have found such a good musical community to be a part of.

We were extremely pleased with Ace Handyman Services!  We had a few small projects and they were completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was high quality.  Corey was our technician and communicated well throughout the whole process.  We appreciated his honesty and hard work.  We are strong believers in customer service and Ace Handyman was exemplary in this area. Every person we talked to from setting it all up, to notification that Corey was on his way, to follow up, and any other communication was top notch.  We will definitely use this service again for any future projects.

Sean was great to work with. The final product looks good and we are happy with it. There was a lot for us to clean up however and we are still getting the haze off the tiles.

Bryce was courteous in reviewing what needed to get done and all involved costs. He did a great job and cleaned up his work space afterwards. I'll definitely call them again.

Window World of the Ozarks

I did business with Window World back in 2003. They installed 22 new windows in my Prairie Grove home at that time. Everything they told me about the windows was true. They did increase the energy efficiency of my home, had definite savings on my energy bills and I was completely happy with the installers. They were professional and willing to answer my questions. We absolutely love our new windows! I  would 100% recommend Window World. They added functionality and beauty to our 18 year old house. We chose to use them because they are a family owned business and they are well established. They have a great warranty too. Anton and the team were there for us every step of the way. They treated us and our home with the upmost respect. The high level of customer service they provided is hard to come by these days.

We were told that each house will have certain quirks and that includes windows. This house showed this to be true. It was nothing they couldn’t handle and they did it all with a smile. The entire process was so seamless and easy from quote to install. I was shocked by how affordable it was as well! Windows were ready 4 weeks earlier than estimated and install was done before lunch time with 0 disruption to our WFH life. Not a trace left that the install was even done and I was anticipating having a lot of clean up afterwards!

Kind, communicative team and the best part...OUR HOUSE IS THE TEMPERATURE OUR THERMOSTAT SAYS IT IS INDOORS. *cue tears of joy*

Ace Hardware Arvada

AMAZING STORE!!
Going to this store is how thing's used to be in the 90's and before when people had good attitudes, were helpful and tried hard to help you out.
It's nice not to have to deal with young kids playing on their phone trying to avoid an interaction between a customer.
The manager knows how to hire good people and motivate them to do well.
Going to this store feels how things were before all of the online cell phone era times of today. The store feel like a cool local mountain town store where you actually want to chat with the people there and see, how's thing's going...

Overall, I like Ace Hardware. Although they are more expensive than the big box stores, one can generally get qualified and knowledgeable help. And they have most everything one needs. Except sadly, this store -unless one needs pet food or liquor. Which this store has.
But when one needs items that most every Ace carries, this one won’t. And this is a sad statement, as I really like everyone there. But for an Ace that is so perfectly located, they force one to go to other Ace locations in west Arvada or Lakewood.
Ace, please… we can get liquor or pet food almost anywhere. What we as your customers need is to go to your store and know that you’ll have what we need. Concentrate on what Ace sells. Not liquor or pet food.

This Ace is amazing. Over the several times that I've been, I have only had good experiences with the staff. All of the staff have been very kind and very helpful to me. They've been able to answer weird questions and guide me to whatever I need in the store.

If you need hardware, or tools, or anything of that type, then this is a good store for you.  The only complaint I have is that some of the prices are absurd. For example, a small fan that you could purchase for $25 at Walmart is $54 at Ace.

Less than useless. Tried to go buy a light bulb for my oven but some lady tried to quote the law about not allowed to sell incandescent which would be incorrect as bulbs for ovens are still allowed. The bulb was in stock on the website but she wouldn’t look up in her system on where they were stocked in the store.

I came into this location looking for a gift and my son and I got stalked around the shore by a male employee and it made me super uncomfortable. I went to a different employee to ask if I could have assistance getting something unlocked and got treated rudely. I’m not impressed by this location and won’t go back.

Lake Ridge Ace Hardware

They had everything we needed and were very friendly and helpful!! Helped us complete our lighting project.

What more can I say. Bought a Weber E-310 Grill from them, had Mike come help deliver and set it up FREE. Mike knew the ins & outs and was very helpful on educating me on how to use properly.

Old school type of service that you rarely find these days. Thanks Mike!

My wife's niece recommended that we get our window screen repaired from a hail storm at this Ace Hardware.  And let me tell you this is the best Ace Hardware I have ever been too.  They repaired my screen in ten minutes and all of the staff at this facility are the nicest people you will ever meet.  Lake Ridge Ace Hardware reminds me  of how hardware stores used to be in the sixties, helpful, very friendly, and very knowledgeable.  I have an Ace Hardware two miles from my house and I will go 10 miles out of my way to have my screen repaired or any other service they offer done at this facility.

I went in twice today, admittedly with no idea what I was doing, or exactly what I needed. All 5 employees who helped me were absolutely fantastic. I wish I had taken note of their names.

They recommended alternatives for me, saving me some money, and even gave me advice on my project. I never write reviews but I was blown away by the customer service I received and I’m extremely grateful.

Lake Ridge ace Hardware off Kipling Blvd in Lakewood Colorado excellent staff and selection of things to fix up the house! Recommended if your in the area , check out senor burritos next door after you walk the ace!!!!  .

Coal Creek Ace Hardware

I am a local General Contractor who frequents this Ace regularly when I need something in a pinch. Every employee greets me and makes sure to ask if I need any assistance, they are all outstanding. I want to make a special mention of Alex at the cash register. Not only does he ask about my day, but takes particular note in the project I am working on and remembers all the details. A fairly new Ace Hardware store. Visited several times since opening and always found what was needed. Excellent service and the owner works in the store which is always a good sign. No clutter here, just well chosen, easy to find, useful items.

Wow! Super duper staff esp Pam and an older gentleman who helped me measure my windshield to see if they had a sun shade that would fit and when there wasn't one in stock that i liked, gave me directions and suggested stores that might carry more! truly went above and beyond to help a new car owner and someone unfamiliar with the area get what they needed even when it wouldn't be a sale they showed courtesy and kindness. Store was very clean and well organized as well! Would definitely recommend!

Love the addition to the Lafayette and Louisville area. This will save me so much time when I’d typically have to drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s by 36. The store is well stocked and clean. There were a lot of employees there to help if need be as well. Welcome Ace!!

Kipling Ace Hardware

I have lived near this Ace hardware store for 39 years.  I am not the biggest customer they have but I have bought numerous big ticket items, snow blower, weed trimmer, chain saw, lawn mower, to name just a few, and today I was shocked by the treatment I received at the cashier area during my 2nd visit today.  I bought numerous items and one of them was a 2 pack of candelabra bulbs.  When I got home, I was going to open the bubble pack card and I heard a rattle.  I looked at the bulbs and noticed they were both broken.  The bubble pack didn't show any sign of damage.
I went back for a third trip to return them and had my receipt and Nicholas started questioning me, "You didn't notice they were broken" in a very condensing tone and manor.  He wouldn't take them back without calling Susie up to the cashier area.  Nicholas was waiting on another customer when she came up and told Nicholas "Oh so and so (didn't catch his name) wouldn't lie."  Did she infer that I was lying?  The she started giving me the same questioning I just had from Nicholas adding to the humiliation I felt being accused of lying.   I told her I would just as soon throw them away and I would have walked away never to return.   She told me to get another pack of bulbs and I did buy another floor vent.  I had just purchased a floor vent when I bought the bulbs but since I made the error and bought the wrong size and I did open it, I chose not to return it.  I just bought the correct size.  I ate the $10.00 vent.  But I'm a liar?  Not a honest person? I had my painting pants on since I had been painting all morning and may have looked desolate and disheveled  I bet I wouldn't have been treated in the manor I was if I had worn my usual slacks and dress shirt I wear to work.  That is called profiling and is against the law.

Normally very helpful staff.  Today I wandered past 3 or 4 employees before I was asked if I needed help,  which I did.   I walked past 2 male employees chatting it up and having a good time more than once before they spoke to me

I'm 6'4 and the gentleman that helped us made me look like a toddler!!  But he was helpful and nice! We were looking for a odd ball tool and he took the time to get us hooked up so we could finish up our project! I live in Arvada but I will be back to your store for sure!!

The stores need to get better card readers.  I've never had more problems than at an Ace hardware  store when to comes to using a debit card.  However, customer service is always, exemplary!!

All staff is very helpful and polite.  I recently brought a generator in that wasn't running because it sat for a few years.  I asked to have a full service done which includes carburetor rebuild and fuel system cleaned up.  The tech advised me of the actual problem that was causing it to not run and that was far less expensive to repair.  I have opted to get everything done anyway so I have peice of mind.  The tech said I probably didn't need to do the full service it's refreshing to see some businesses are still honest and not taking advantage of their customers. Called to see if they are dog friendly - my husband had stopped by home depot for some wool embers and they were out of stock. So grateful Ace was able to help us out, and they allowed our dog in the store. The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful.

I love Ace Hardware and went to this location rather than my usual Kipling/Bowles one.  Even though multiple references indicate they match major retailers like Home Depot and Lowes, they would not honor that policy at this location on an item.  Not sure why.  I'm  going to stick with Kipling and Bowles location even though they are a farther drive.

Mister Sparky Electrician NWA

What a delight it was to meet and discuss all things electric with Christian, the electrician who Mr Sparky sent over.
He was on time, attentive, and explained everything patiently and kindly.
I cannot say enough good things about this visit.
Mr Sparky has a fabulous method for new customers in which a safety check is done, as well.
Christian had great recommendations- even for our new construction house and I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell things that weren’t important.

Ace Handyman Services NW Arkansas

I can’t sing the praises of Ace’s service and Nathan’s hard work enough.  On arrival, he talked with me and advised me on the right game plan, then hopped to work!  He attached the trim I wanted to my regular bookshelves perfectly (and even hid a mistake I’d made when I originally cut the pieces.). And he went above and beyond with my wall shelf, double checking with me about exactly where I wanted the corbels, cutting brown screws to size so they were color matched, and improvising a support structure over my bookshelves where we couldn’t put corbels.
If I have any more home projects, you can bet I’ll work with Ace (and Nathan!) again. I’m so grateful for the help (oh, and the prices are very fair for the work! Win win!)

Had a bad deck and French door.  Water damage.  Decking was bowing in middle and wobbly from original builder.  Ace came in and got rid of deck and put a small metal overhang on and got rid of door and put in big window.  All waterproofed and completed.  They were very clean and craftsmanship was excellent.  Up front on all costs the whole way.

My front door would not unlock each winter. The previous door installers would come every year and adjust. They are now no longer in business. Unfortunately, I got locked out of my home. So I found ACE on line, and I gave them a call. They came out the very next day. David the service tech quickly understood what was going on with my large 8 foot door. He reviewed what was necessary to correct and quickly repaired my strike plates. He was friendly, courteous, with expertise that my door company lacked. I would recommend ACE services to anyone in need of a reliable service. I was so impressed with David that I will ask for him if I am in need of repair services. Good job David and ACE!!!!!

We hired Ace Handyman services for a small project in our home which involved tearing out built in cabinetry and then adding flooring and trim to that area. Brian did an excellent job, he was prompt, courteous, and skilled. He was able to match our flooring pattern and did a lot of legwork to find our odd sized trim in stock so the job could be completed the same day. He was able to complete the job  on time and within budget. We are very pleased with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use their handyman services again. 5 stars.
