Not enough cashiers opened, and not enough self check out stands. Went in for a few amenities for the road, and the lines were long with ppl having loaded carts. Employees were attentive. I was trying to find I29, and a lovely woman employee helped me locate it. When it came to check out, all could have gone faster and smoother if they opened more registers.

Made an online order got it same day.  Soon as I pulled up and entered my space number they came out within 2 minutes.  Really fast and I was in my way.  Wonderful service!

This Walmart is great. Friendly, clean and helpful. I want to call out an exemplary employee. His name is Zac I believe he's  an assistant manager.  He helped me get my Family Mobile phone  migrated over from T Mobile to Verizon when there was an error at the customer service call center.  He tried all he knew to do and called the service center which allowed me to get the error corrected and my phone operational.  You should be proud of this young man.  I am very grateful to his kindness and patience and good sense.

Our company came out to this Walmart to accommodate a client who was shopping. This elderly woman requested our services and to not inconvenience her due to her age and her physical situation, We accommodated her by coming to this Walmart.

She left her basket inside and came out doors to meet me. We were immediately greeted by security the one in the green outfit, and the greeting was not pleasant. He was very rude. He was very abrupt.
This treatment was very startling for my client. We were kicked off the property. He called a manager from inside which we placed a photo of and there was no valid reason for the treatment. We have contacted Zach at the store and filed a complaint as well as corporate, and we are awaiting a response.
The manager that we placed a photo of she immediately told us we were not allowed to sign any papers. Without asking what it is we were Doing she immediately jumped to a conclusion and kicked us off the property.  The elderly woman told her she was shopping and left her basket inside, and nobody seemed to care. The treatment from these people that are managing our community stores needs to be examined. This is very traumatizing to my client, and can definitely create future damage to her because of the treatment she received. it was clearly evident that we were not causing any problems and I even informed security and the manager that people walk out with merchandise and they don’t even approach them and here we are being harassed and targeted for offering a good service. And not doing anything wrong.  I have filed a complaint with Zach from the store who said he’s a coach and I have filed a corporate complaint, and I have informed them that we will not file harassment charges until we hear back from them. This was a very traumatizing experience, and a very unnecessary experience , I personally feel the man in green and the lady in her Mickey Mouse gray shirt should be fired for treating the community in such an improper manner. They should be there to protect and to be good servants but unfortunately they are part of this world and very ugly ugly to our elderly.  I will not lay up until this matter is addressed appropriately, and we will take this to every level we need to, to make certain it is addressed the way it should be.
I personally will never visit this Walmart again, and I will make certain that none of my elderly clients get treated this way again!!!!

Unbelievable. The employee here asked rudely if I had bought my sodas after she watched me ring them up. If you don't trust your shoppers then don't make a self checkout. To be honest...if you're going to make self checkout, then get rid of all the self checkout employees.... what is their purpose?

Great experience! This is our favorite holiday ham, hands-down. They had quite a variety even the day before Thanksgiving, which is saying some thing. Definitely will shop here again.

I arrived at 9:45 am. By opening time at 10:00 am there was 6 in line. I was able to use $5 coupon from Retailmenot. Also applied gift ecard from work. I was in and out with a 9 pound ham. There will only be 2 of us for our Thanksgiving dinner.
Love the left overs. I freeze and use later for sandwiches, soups, and egg recipes. The store staff did a great job! Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving!

I went to buy a bone in honey baked ham from the St. Charles Holiday market this morning, Monday, December 30. We walked in to an empty store at 11:00 a.m. There were three pies and a couple bottles of barbeque sauce, 3 packages of rolls and, before we got to the register, the woman stated they had no bone-in honey baked hams but a few boneless pressed hams. Since, I had never seen that type of ham, I asked if I could see one and she said absolutely not. She then stated they thought they might get an order in from Bloomingdale at about 3:00 pm, but didn't know, and didn't have a phone number that I could call to see if they got any hams that day. They don't take pre-orders in this location, so you would think they would have hams and other advertised foods available for purchase. I got back in the car and drove to the crystal lake store, which I will now always do first, and purchased a bone-in honey baked ham.

Staff was knowledgeable about the product. I haven't purchased a ham in four years. It's expensive, but the quality is worth the price for a special occasion.

Got a ham and sides for my family Christmas.  Nobody, including myself or 3 teenage nephews and 1 brother, wanted sides.  I'm sorry, but this dinner was awful, and next time I host, it won't be with Honey-Baked Ham.

The Google my business listing shows that they are open until 8 p.m. on Sunday. If you go there it says not open until November 17th. Maybe, just maybe, they could update their Google my business page?

The Honey Baked Ham Company

The club sandwich was excellent.  The soup was disappointing (Chicken "Enchilada" Soup ... Don't get me wrong, it was a good Chicken Tortilla soup, but it didn't strike me an an enchilada soup at all, which is what I was excited about.).   The potato salad was okay.  Standard, nothing fantastic, but nothing bad either.  Service was on the slow side.

Picked up Christmas ham, just ate it for Christmas Eve dinner. It's worth every penny. You cannot duplicate this with a supermarket bought ham.

Honey Baked Ham has such incredible food. However, they also give back to the community! It is hard to find businesses that still have a good heart and give back. When you are buying meals from this business it goes far beyond!

We used their food service for Thanksgiving and it was good. The only suggestion is I like scalloped potatoes but theirs had just a little too much grease or butter! On the other hand their honey roasted turkey was excellent I got so many compliments! I will be buying more for my holiday needs!

Delicious food, great service, chill atmosphere, and the best hams around. 🩷🐽 highly recommend the ham salad. Everything's made with love.

Could not cash check given to me by the county which I found out the check is worthless they have provided proof of county's wrongful doings so I'll say it was worth the time

I've had my problems with this store but management has usually come through and fixes things. Now, I am livid with this store because this is the second time I've waited more than an hour for an oil change but got nothing, only to be told they made a mistake. The first time, a few years ago, they "forgot" and I wasted an hour and a half walking around until TLE closed. This time I wasted an hour and ten minutes and I'm told "it'll still be awhile", even though I was quoted "an hour".  Well, I don't have time to wait another hour so I took my keys and left with no oil change. HORRIBLE SERVICE. A stand up honest business would apologize and offer a some kind of compensation, a discount or something on my next oil change but they just apologized and asked me to reschedule.

So many things out of stock and some items, it seems, won’t be available again. Lots of stuff the website indicates that they’re “in stock” in Bemidji, even listing the quantity left, but if the product is not on the shelves, some employees just say that whatever’s on the shelf is what they have.  They obviously don’t have time or the desire to find products for customers —sometimes even if the employees are the ones to initiate the offer for help.

The grab & go/convenience section is a nice addition.

I wish they’d rearrange to make it make more sense but it has cleaned up nicely. A couple of the aisles in groceries are a little too narrow.

There are a few employees that go above and beyond with great customer service.  And I’m pretty sure they have a new cart guy. He was collecting those on record time recently.  I wish I could recall all of their names.  To those employees: I really hope you know who you are. We customers do appreciate you!!

Was looking for a specific brand and style of corn chips and was not able to buy them due to the condition of the chips in the bags.  It looked like whoever had stocked them had deliberately stuffed them so hard into the shelf that most of the chips in the bag were crushed or in tiny pieces.  With the cost of the chips, I will not pay for what looks like careless or deliberate damaged goods.  There is no reason for that type of work or handling of goods.

Wanted a bottle of facial moisturizer under $8. Was astounded to be told l must check out in cosmetics for this item or have it placed in a locked plastic security box. No signs posted about new policy. Since there was line of 4-5 people, I asked for the security box so I could purchase later with the rest of my shopping.
When I was done shopping and checking out, I was told that the cashier didn't have the key so I would have to go to customer service.(and stand in line again).
This wasn't a $200 bottle of perfume mind you, just some moisturizer.
How in the world will Walmart be able to staff a cosmetic check out when they are so short staffed they can't keep a garden center till open?  I have been at customer service when no one was available because everyone had been pulled to the floor.
This system is assinine.
I won't be shopping here for my cosmetics when I can go across the street and select my items off the shelf without the hassle.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Walmart+ and their delivery is a valuable service to me over the last few years as without a vehicle there's no better option to have things delivered to my door. Usually when a mistake is made they take appropriate actions to address it, until recently. I had a PlayStation 5 delivered, not to my building but the building next door. The driver initially contacted me and told me my door code did not work and that they would just leave it in the entry way, which I didn't think was a problem because they've never delivered to the wrong building before. I checked and it was not there, and with a baby I wasn't able to immediately run from building to building trying to figure out where they left it. The entryway they left it in was unsecured and I never was able to find the item, either someone walking by noticed it and grabbed it, or it was the driver's plan all along and maybe they did it on purpose. The photos I've attached show two different entryways, the one they left it in and two photos showing both sides of mine, different color carpet and all, but customer service initially dismissed it saying it was marked as delivered and to contact my bank. Contact my bank? I paid with a payment option that I'm still paying for, for an item I didn't receive, contacting my bank isn't going to fix that. I kept pushing to talk to higher ups, and they said they'd escalate the problem to higher ups in 24-48 hours. It's been 4 weeks. No replies or responses since. Contacted Walmart corporate, was told I'd be hearing from someone, again nothing. This is unacceptable, and I can't recommend anyone ordering anything though this service that they can't afford to lose.

I've worked here and I've shopped here, all the staff are very helpful and even the temp staff are just as helpful. Great place. It could use a little more organization. Other than that, very nice place to get your shopping done

Easy to get to from the interstate. This is a very large store with a lot to offer. Looks like it has its own wine and spirits section.

I stopped by near closing time to pickup a one hour photo. The photo guy had clocked out already and asked if I’d come back in the morning. Kudos to Eric, the cashier team lead. He’s super friendly and didn’t hesitate to walk back and look for the photo. Excellent customer service by Walmart’s front end department!

This review is based solely on the oven roasted turkey breast. I just picked one up along with several sides, but won't be cooking the sides til tomorrow (more to come). After opening and sampling the turkey, I couldn't believe my taste buds! The sweet glaze they apply is sickeningly sweet and crunchy like thin toffee. It would be so even on a salty hunk of ham. It has a strange and unpleasant flavor. Thankfully, pretty much the whole glaze came off like a loose turtle shell. However, the flavor remains on the edges and is infused in to the turkey. It tastes like horribly sweet and burnt caramel. The skin is gone, so forget that delicacy. When served, the edges will have to be trimmed away. The turkey (sans the glaze (barf)) is at least tender. I hope that heating the trimmed turkey slices in the ($15!) gravy will offset/cover up the horrible burnt caramel flavor. Turkey is supposed to be savory Honey Baked Ham... It's not supposed to be coated like an ice cream Sunday.

Unless the aforementioned and yet to to be tried sides are spectacular, I will never patronize Honey Baked Ham again.

SO DISAPPOINTED!

I have brought honeybaked ham for years, but not from this location and it’s always been delicious. This year the Naperville location sold me the worst Thanksgiving, ham and turkey in my life no exaggeration—$122 for oven roasted turkey and smaller ham. Both were very dry and hardly edible. I tried making sandwiches but it was just not palatable. Family  did not like it either.

I called and spoke to the manager Mike, who told me to email him pictures??? He said he would call me back right away. That was four days ago. Crickets. I called today and Mike is “out“ but will call me back. Once again, crickets. I ended up buying a fresh turkey cooking it myself.

Delicious honey ham deli sandwich, the potato salad was fresh and the macadamia nut cookies are ridiculously good!  Super good lunch spot, a must try.  Looking forward to returning

I ordered pickup in the store of the ham slices. Did not need a total ham yet. The packaging is so convenient and instructive for how to store your purchase. I was surprised at just how much ham I received ~ well-priced!

Hard to go wrong with Honey baked ham co. Dropped in for a non holiday visit and they offered the good stuff, ham and Swiss on croissants and sliders. Definitely worth a visit

No longer the king of low prices. Just as expensive as everyone else. When will customer service become a priority to Walmart?  Staff sure can stand around and talk to each other or be on their phones. Funny me, I thought a job meant you were supposed to work first. Management is clueless about how to get people to work. I doubt Sam Walton would be happy with how this store is run.  Update-Same boring stuff, over priced, and poorly run. Management should be changed with someone who understands customer service and willing to get their hands dirty.  UPDATE:  Higher prices, no savings, poor stock, dirty store.  Maybe pay better and hire better people. Aldis puts you to shame, better quality and better prices. Are you listening corporate, lower your prices. How much profit do you need?  OVERPRICED AND CLIMBING. Still a big joke, prices keep climbing while the little people suffer. OVERPRICED GARBAGE. WHEN WILL THE WALTONS HAVE ENOUGH MONEY? Time to close one of these stores. Aug 19th same poor service and overpriced. Nov 4th, you need cameras at every station at self check out to catch the shop lifters. I'd post every shop lifters picture on the at both doors, might be a good way to cut down on it. Maybe hire actual security.

Don't select use your own bags when using the app for drive up. The app states that with this option selected they bag the items at your car. The associate I had didn't greet me, just ask for a name and proceeded to put the items in my trunk, unbagged. Those things would've been rolling everywhere the minute I drove off. I asked her to use the bags my bags as that was the option I selected. With an attitude problem she did, then just walked off without closing my trunk. Do better, find quality associates.

When I draft and post a review on social media of a business, usually it is to influence the business to make changes on our behalf. But, some businesses are so large and they make so much money, that they don't really care what we think. The customers become expendable and they know they are going to profit off of us, even if they take advantage of us.

WM is the world's largest corporation and they are too big to care what I think. They will just disparage me and my reputation. I was banned from both stores, for a year.

In my case, I'm still allowed to hold an account and shop online. WM offers a special offer for those on government assistance, called WM+ assist. For $7 per month, I can get stuff delivered and they even include a subscription to Paramount+. Even though I'm resentful of what happened, I still give them my money because I've become dependent on them for all sorts of products.

Tipping is encouraged, but you don't have to tip and they accept food stamps, through their delivery service, too. You can avoid all contact with their delivery drivers and buzz them in. They will just put your stuff in front of your door. You need to take it in, right away, to prevent anyone from stealing it and to freeze or refrigerate it, if it needs it.

If you take the bus, it works out to about the same price and you don't need to get dressed for the cold or leave the house, at all, which can be an advantage during the long, cold winters.

I don't recommend anyone visit their stores or even get stuff brought out to their cars, in the parking lot. The way they treat people, if you are ever accused of something is not human. And a lot of the workers smile and are friendly and kind, but those aren't the people you will deal with if you ever are accused of something. And they won't let you speak on your own behalf or ask you questions. And no my ban was not related to loss prevention issues, if someone is thinking that.

Anyway, I just want to encourage people to be careful of this company and to understand that what you see is what they want you to see and that doesn't represent what this company really does. It's more sinister than that. Anyway, good luck if you want to go in and shop.

The whole company has become paranoid, to the point where they view their customers as the enemy. They won't tell you that, because they care about PR, but it's the truth. The stores are not safe and I don't recommend anyone enter one, ever. Not from the point-of-view of violence, but from the point-of-view of having someone bear false witness against you or try to get you in trouble.

Parking is always easy with a huge space but semi truck parking is sadly forbidden at this premises.

Every lane was open. making check out short. I only had 1 cart in front of me. I hope you keep doing this thru the new years.

My wife and I ordered from this location for the first time today. We used to only go to the rolling meadows location, but since we moved this one is closer for us. The staff who helped us was amazing & we had such a pleasant experience! They helped us get the best deal and made the whole process even better for us! This location is very very clean and organized which was a plus too! Of course the ham and sides we got were amazing (as always) and we will be back soon!

Just prior to Thanksgiving Day, picking up orders was very busy (as expected). One of these hams is now preferred by my family over turkey.

The girl at the register was very polite and professional. In terms of the quality of the food that was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. One of the first times something actually looks like the picture.

I never had any of their hams but that sandwich was Dynamite!

The sandwiches are very tasty. Very fresh ingredients. It is in a nice location easy to get in and out of. You also get chips and a drink if you get the box lunch very nice.

Management lacks professionalism. Interactions with the owners spouse have always been dismissive and rude. I tried the chicken salad.. absolutely repulsive. Zero flavor and the texture was just off. Their Diet Pepsi was flat and there’s mold growing on their soda fountain. Please don’t bring your family here. Thanks.

We love to take our granddaughter to this place. The food is good and she loves the pigs.
