Walmart Supercenter

Today I spent over $500 in this store.  After paying I was walking out with my receipt out, just in case I was asked for it since I bought a tv. I made it to the front door and no one was checking receipts. An African foreign national worker ran towards me and stopped me. Her name was Sharon. I gave her my receipt. She then acted as if I stole because the receipt print was missing on the bottom. I just got the receipt minutes before I was walking out. She then started to get physical and told me to move out of her way. She was trying to get a raise out of me. I told her she wasn’t professional. I stopped moving she kept telling me to move. She noticed she was wrong and she was just trying to be rude. I told her I could call the cops for harassment and if she touched me I would press charges. She said you want me to call them? She then looked at the receipt and didn’t really know what she was looking for. I then asked for her manager she told me she was the manager. She wasn’t the manager.  But she called the manager. She then tried to tell him a lie but I was talking to him. He realized she was wrong and told her to wait to talk. He then just said he would handle it. Not sure what he did. After talking to a family member she has kicked out my auntie who was about to check out. Sharon doesn’t have a clue what customer service is she is racially profiling and she doesn’t care. She shouldn’t be working in a store that people trust. She made my experience here horrible. I wouldn’t shop here again.

The poorest service ever. I am from MT and tax exempt. There is quite a few times I don’t worry about the tax but this time we had quite a bit of stuff.  Logan took my drivers license and info and instead of handing my license back to me he put it by the bags where they put your groceries in and I had to reach for it. He just stared at me as I was reaching for it.  He was just tossing our items into the bags and I didn’t think about it till I got home and to find my jar of foundation was cracked. At the end of the sale he looked at me and said your tax has been removed with a smirk. I called the store and explained to them what happen and their reply was bring your item and receipt in and we will refund your money. I said I live over 200 miles. She said yes bring your item and receipt back and we will refund your money. And this is why I like ordering from other places online.

Stopped by the vision center after spending an hour shopping this past Saturday.  Renee Mohler,  an optician there, was incredibly helpful and just wonderful.  She quickly and efficiently fixed my eyeglasses that had been knocked off kilter. I had tried to go to an optometrist in my hometown but was informed they wouldn't help me since I didn't buy my glasses from them. Wasn't an issue at the Walmart vision center. Very grateful for the awesome customer service!

It was a decent location. Went to find a duffel bag. They were all in disarray. Also was trying to find a decent graphic tee and half of them didn’t have a display out. Didn’t feel like opening a ton of shirts just to see what they were. I’d have felt bad making such a mess trying to get them out. Was gonna give a 4 star. But then realizing the disarray I change it to a 3. Shouldn’t managers be walking through making sure employees are doing their jobs? Staff was mostly nice. One of the ladies working at self checkout that spoke broken English walked up as I was checking out and gave herself a 5 star feedback rating. She doesn’t deserve one for doing that. Had she simply asked if I’d give her a rating I would’ve given her a decent one. Yeah, I think I’ll change my review to a 2. Overall everything else seemed ok.

It is a Walmart. It has everything from clothes to food. As every Walmart has been lately the selfs don’t have much on them. This one seemed to have fresher food then the last few we’ve been to on our road trip. You pretty much have to use a self checkout because you will be standing in line for a bit since they don’t have many cashiers but again pretty normal at most Walmart’s.

This is my favorite WALMART in the country. I will literally  drive by other WALMARTS just to came to this one. This is the only one I will go to before going to Target. The management and employees are always so good.
The store is kept up really well.  Keep up  the great job.

I shop Walmart all the time. I like the location nearby home. I don't always flick the SURVEY at the end of each transaction. But yesterday one of the ladies who assists at the self checkout hurried over to my register. Kinda moved me out of the way, hit 5 stars, then handed me my receipt. I really don't think completing your own review is approved of. And to move me aside?....wow. I will definitely be clicking the 1 from now on.

Pick up was and is always amazing. The issue I believe come from the manager over the online orders. About a month or so ago things have gotten really messy! Missing items, list items , items being marked as picked up 20 to 30 minutes before I even show up and park. I believe this has to do with management. I feel bad due to the fact that the employees taking the items to the cars are the ones being thrown in the fire. They are getting yelled at and having to look for lost or misplaced items. Not right management. They are in the front lines. Try taking care of them not numbers. They aren’t real life humans ! ☹️

We stop at Bernalillo everytime we come through town. This time we broke down on Saturday August 12 and had to stay until August 16th.
Thank you Bernalillo for your hospitality,  the Walmart employees and the residents of Bernalillo have been such good neighbors that I think we're going to be home sick when we leave.

Very disappointed. I ordered some wrapping paper for pick up on Xmas eve as well as a few other items to get the price up. Put in that they could use other back ups if out of stock due to it being xmas eve. Go to pick up the items and they said they did not choose a back up wrapping paper. They suggested "you can come into the store." The whole point of doing a pick up on xmas eve is to avoid the ppl and lines!!! Duh! So I canceled the entire order and have to wait 10 days for my refund. Never again will I step foot into a Walmart.  Horrible customer service!

If I could rate a zero I would, I waiting 15 min for some batteries. The worker was there and could open the lock for me to get them and buy them but instead she said she has to check me out and I would have to wait. Another worker helped me and I was able to check out myself. I didn’t understand why she had to specifically check me out. It was weird. I understand people steal but she was just taking it out on me and was so rude to me. Even though I was patient with her. Then she  laughed at me as I left the store because I tripped. I was really happy coming into this store but left in a bad way. Can’t believe these people treat the customers this way. I was nothing but nice to them too. It’s a shame but I will never come back to this Walmart. They have the worst piss poor attitude.

We enjoy the bakery goods and shopping for small appliances.They offer extended warranty. They don't have enough electric shopping carts on hand for the handicapped at Wyoming location.

Zero stars, if I had the ability to edit post. This past Saturday was a routine stop at this store location to actually shop in-person. I usu. go in super-early to avoid crowds but went in anyway. I was ready to checkout but made a u turn to get one last item. I left shopping cart about 3 aisles down and came back less than 2 minutes to a missing cart. I told the workers I could find, 1 tried to help, but customer service said they can’t do anything. I retraced steps looking all over the store, at customers, and those at the checkout; nothing. I’m certain there’s security cameras that recorded but I did not get anywhere. If this was to discriminate and add on experience to the kinds of micro-aggressions settlers have a knack for, it’s self-defeating since it lost a customer. Be warned if you’re a POC.

The first part of this is not Walmart's fault. Its the city's for not protecting or providing help with the crime. Everything is locked up behind cages. The Walmart problem is it took an employee over 45 to come and open it. Every employee that walked by didn't care when I asked for help. Felt like I was getting the cold shoulder. The attitude was like it's not my job so I don't care. What happen to customer service. I find that the most disturbing working and have worked in the customer service field for over 20 years. It's very sad how employees don't care in this day and age. Then complain they don't make enough money

Yet another brilliant employee at Walmart delivered their version of fresh basil today.  Your Employees are worthless. They just pick the most random, incorrect, dead things to deliver to people! Not that the managers pay any attention to what their worthless employees are doing besides talking on their phones. Feel free to comment I'll give you the receipt for this order. Also when I tried to comment on my order on the Walmart website I got this message...

Adding to this review.... this is their version of "boneless,  skinless,  chicken thighs". Yet another disappointment a month after my first review.  I have been buying from other Walmarts and decided to give them a try again... this is what I got,  who ever packaged these rolled them up to look like normal thighs,  then I took them out and this is what they looked liked out of the package, they unrolled flat just like that. There was a ton of skin, fat and bone.  Couldn't even salvage enough meat to feed 5 people and had to go to smith's just to get some quality chicken. Not that Walmart cares, no matter what you do,  who you complain to nothing ever changes.

I ordered one item. Curbside was my only option otherwise I would have gone in to get it. I've been waiting 45 min, still waiting as a matter of fact. For them to bring out 1 item.

It's very well organized, the food aisle is a bit confusing lol have a much bigger and slightly better variety of things. Of course they removed the self checkout. I think it would've been nice if they kept a few self checkouts because those lines are crazy.

Standard WalMart experience. If they want five stars, easy! Train your associates to engage with shoppers with a smile. I walk by several blue vested people and I am invisible. Target offers a better customer service experience, but even they are slipping as of late. WalMart! Find Sam's playbook, dust it off, read a few pages, and you will create a shopping experience that will make your shoppers happy and reduce shoplifting and theft while adding zero cost! It's simple, and yet impossible for you to understand, so it seems.

Went to this Walmart about 9pm last night with my son and his dad to buy jumper cables. Two fully armed security guards at the entrance completely stared us down like we were potential criminals. of course the jumper cables were locked up in the auto part section back of store with everything in that row so we pushed the service button repeatedly above the locked case. For over 20 minutes (no joke) we waited and no one came so we wandered the  store in search of a single employee at one of the busiest shopping times.
Found only one employee very far away. When he followed us back and finally opened the case he would not let us even see or hold the cables/box. He walked all the way to the front of store with them (without us) and passed them off to another employee to hold before we could even get up there. When we got up to the front of store we had to find where and  which employee had them. She still would not give them to us to hold or see even though we were now in the check out area next to her and with other employees and cameras. She went over and SHE scanned it and rang it up  for us! My son's dad was about to then pay and then i finally got a chance to see the cables/box. The box was completely stained all over with some kind of dried liquid all the way through the box. Not something you want on metal parts. The box was totally ripped open on the bottom as well. There was no way it wasnt obvious for the employees to see that but because we were not allowed at any time to see what we were buying the only thing that saved us was that their card machine didnt work either when my son's dad tried to pay for them.
So we waisted over an hour there for nothing and ended up at auto zone who was happy to do business with us and for cheaper price. I absolutely detest this walmart and avoid it whenever possible even though its the closest one to us. its like a damn ghetto place where they treat customers like garbage.

Frequent shopper at this location and it is by far the most clean and organized store! The customer service is impeccable they are always asking if I need assistance and I’ve never not found something I was looking for! I think the store manager is very on hands he’s on the floor always conversing with customers and I think he’s a great guy! If you need a clean and kind store to do your shopping, this location is the one to shop at ! Love this store !

The store was so busy, but it was so impressive the management was stepping up and taking care of the rush.  Way to go.  But at the same time, this is to say why can't others learn to work and do a job so management can get their responsibilities done.

UPDATE 8/16/23: I decided to give Walmart another chance and had groceries delivered today. Everything was neatly bagged and the selections were really good. My driver was excellent too. One thing tho…altho Walmart insisted recently over the phone they were still using InstaCart but that isn’t true for Albuquerque, they now use Spark. Good choice!

ORIGINAL POST 8/7/23: I quit using Walmart’s grocery delivery service 2 years ago because the shopper (not delivery driver) didn’t put my groceries in plastic bags, they were strewn all over the delivery car’s trunk (see pic). This order cost $223.00. I was very upset because who knew what had been in that trunk? Also meat products could have leaked onto their lining! This was the shopper’s fault and not with the driver, who ONLY delivered my groceries.

After discussing this with a Walmart spokesperson they weren’t shocked that this happened and would NOT confirm this was against company policy and would NOT guarantee it wouldn’t happen again. This is a very poor representation of how their company respects your groceries and values your safekeeping.

There were 5 ladies standing,  when I arrived  at self check out. One, had to check a price because an item rang up wrong. She took her time coming back. She re joined the group and left us standing there. Shelly, asked if we needed help. She saw me questioning. She is  what Awesome Customer Service is!! Thanks to Shelly, doing a Great Job!!! Better workers are needed,  please train your other workers on respect and friendliness!!

This is a typical Walmart.  Has every single item you can want or need. The store is always busy and still seems quick for the shopper. I like the "one stop shop" aspects of a Walmart. Produce is good too. I do t have reservations about getting f fresh items here if I need them. You can even get a key made or have an oil change while you shop. Very convenient. It's still a one star place to shop. After months ago, security tried to accuse me of stealing. After showing my receipt to the manager and file a complaint. The security was allowed to retaliate. I followed out the store and belittled all the way out out. I called the ethics line for walmart, and all though I've never seen the manager since the security guard. From Metro lose prevention still gives me dirty looks.

Can't give a good review by that each time I go in I'm having to check myself out. It's difficult when you are in an age range where aches and pains are getting next to you. But on a good note all the floor employees are very nice and courteous and helpful when you need assistance in finding merchandise. That's a plus. Hopefully the owners of Walmart realize that full-time cashier's are needed and necessary and the general public needs jobs.

Really impressed on the cleanliness of this Walmart. Had everything we needed and we saved quite a bit of money. I did notice some items are really highly priced such as red baron frozen pizza is $9.99+ yikes. Drive down to the Hayden mercantile grab a freshly made ready to bake for $14+

Everything is locked up. Always out of stock of many items. There are two other Walmart’s that are close to the unser location that are a lot better. Always stocked not as many items locked up. Shaving creme seriously!  Why lock this up.

The self checkout never works properly. The clerk told me "there's a cashier if you don't like it" , the line for the 1 cashier was ridiculous .one cashier isn't enough. Since you have to stand over people, you should get rid of the self checkouts

The Honey Baked Ham Company

Went here a day after x-mas...Not a very friendly place. Not a smile or hi. Got a Honey ham meal, they give you a can of soda A CAN!!! UGH . Then turn their backs an make the sandwich's I smelled burnt hair burning!!! Sandwich was not tasty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF YEAR!!!! IV GOT A RECEIPT. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME!

My family orders a ham every Christmas and usually it’s sooo good. This year I was very disappointed. I realize it is probably partially my fault as I ordered a bone in ham. It was so fatty I could barely find meat I could eat. I didn’t know  there would be such a difference. In addition to it being so fatty it was also a little burnt. I have never had a bad ham from HBH until today. And they are usually worth the extra money.

My mom and I, as only 2 people we ordered a meal for Thanksgiving, easy preparation for us. At the recommendation of the owner of HBC we tried the pulled pork. Microwaveable, pull apart with forks and delicious. We recommend this location for friendly service and a huge variety of food to try.

I ordered delivery through GrubHub. My food was exactly as I requested. The ham salad sandwich was delicious. Definitely the best ham salad I've ever had. This was my first time ordering from here and I will most definitely order from here again. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.

My 1st visit here and it was a very tasty experience at this 'The Honey Baked Ham Store' in N.E. Albuquerque (NM). Super nice Staff! Easy to locate. Ample parking available. Trying to cross busy traffic to get to this business may be an issue. Variety of products is surprising for a store this small! All very enticing! Prices are affordable and quality is thumbs-up! (NM) State & local guidelines and mandates for customer-protective coronavirus 'precautions' are taken seriously, here. Felt like I was about to tour The White House!😳 Expect a WAIT during lunch hours! Check the info on your receipt to (possibly) get a buy-one get-one (BOGO) offer when you complete a Customer Survey!

I bought a TV and required the curb side pick up. As soon as I call two fellas named Jace and Malcolm came out right away. Malcolm help me strap the TV in the bed of truck and was very helpful. Thank you guys

We stopped under a time restraint because we were on a tour bus. We quickly assembled our items and had one hour for lunch. When we went to register 2 the young man instructioned us to go to the next register, which was not fast due to large grocery items, I then ate my lunch outside trying to hurry back to the bus. That guy was not a team player.

I was at the eye doctor there and had the best experience with the eye doctor ever in my life. I have been to most the eye doctors in sheridan and Joseph was so personal it was cool

Lines are a little long but move quickly. The store is organized, and everything is labeled. It's not a bad place to do your everyday shopping.

There was a lady employee in the auto care center I didn’t ask her name but she had 2 braids brown hair, it was today 12/22/2023 at about 3:30pm & she was such a sweetheart. She went out of her way to help me & I really do appreciate it. Also she walked right up to me because I was going in circles trying to figure it out & she approached me with a beautiful smile & she has AMAZING customer service skills! Meanwhile other employees ignored me

This is a big walmart..nice to do our grocery bcoz they have more produce that we can choose. All meat is available here.

Had a appointment for the Auto Center for 4:00pm to have 4 new tires installed. I showed up at 3:30pm. By the time I was done being checked in it was 3:50pm The gentleman that checked me in said give us an 1 hour to an 1 hour and 15 minutes I sat in the waiting room and at 4:01pm I received a text saying that they started service on my vehicle. I did not receive my vehicle back until 6:30pm 2 and a half hours later. No explanation on why it took so long and no apologies. The gentleman I saw working on my vehicle would work on it for about 10 minutes and then walk away and I wouldn't see him again for another 10 to 15 minutes at times. When I did see him again on one occasion i saw him throwing stuff at fellow employees he also would walk inside and talk to the lady at the register pretty much about nothing. I didn't see him work on any other vehicle other than mine. I know some places are short staffed and busy but he wasn't busy and they weren't short-staffed at least on that day. I will never go back.

I dislike Walmart because it appears they have forgotten who made them. The customer and happy employees. I emphasize,  "happy", there are some helpful happy people, but not many. The ability to talk to store manager, nor file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is not possible.  Your disabled parking is not adequate, you don't have enough clerks in the aisles to help the customer. Your placement of goods are moved too often. Your security does nothing to protect your customer.

Best not to go in, but if you have to be very vigilant and aware of your surroundings. They need way more security, like they need their own police force in and outside of the place.

Forget leaving your valuables in the car, just don't bring a car period. There are people scouting the place nonstop.

A little crowded, nice little place, don't get me wrong, spots are small. But it's clean, the people are nice. They were nice enough to let me work on my trailer.

We stayed overnight for two nights in the parking lot. Very noisy of course but it’s free. The store is staffed well. Very busy but we checked out quickly.

Driving through & needed a few things. It's probably one of the cleanest Wal-Marts I've been in. People were very nice.  They actually had checkers who wanted to check you out, unlike Lubbock, who just stands there & watches you check yourself out

Oddly better than any Walmart I ever been inside of... The associates are SOOOOOO FRIENDLY and I really didn't have to look for anything... If someone saw me looking lost they offered assistance... Definitely going back 💯

Very clean store. Well stocked. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we couldn't locate something.
