Had my 2017 Armada windshield replaced last week. As good as new now, wipers work perfect. Had a previous replacement by safelite which was a horror story. Very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend these guys.

We are on a road trip and got a crack in our windshield.  Novus was super helpful and was able to take care of us on short notice.  As it turned out, our car requires more of a lead time than what we could make work.  Top notch customer service!

Ace Handyman Services Albuquerque North

The guys did an excellent job repairing our wooden fence.  Workers were professional and polite and kept me informed how the project was progressing.  The owner even stopped by to check on things.  I highly recommend this Company and will use again in future.

Rich was wonderful! He called me the day before our scheduled appointment, and we ran through what I thought was a list of more than a day’s work. He arrived on time, had me show him what I needed done, and set to work. In about 5 hours, he had finished my list plus four repairs I had not originally listed.  He was pleasant, efficient, and professional. I definitely hire him and his colleagues at ACE Handyman again.

Not handy in this respect, and in my 30's. I needed some drywall (on the ceiling) patched after some electrical work.  I called on a Monday, and they had someone out the very next day. (Bonus points for that) Most of the previous pieces of the ceiling were usable. Work went efficiently, and I am happy with the end result. For the most part, unless you absolutely know where the holes were previously, you'd have a hard time spotting all but 2 of the patches. The 2 patches in question were far to large, and didn't have the original pieces. So being able to spot them is to be expected. I would use this service again.

These guys have come to my rescue on several occasions since we bought 3 restaurants this year that have needed all kinds of work. I have tried many area handymen and these guys have done the best work for the best price, hands down. Part of me doesn't was to say how good they really are because then they will be too busy for me! You are welcome.

Rich was very quick, understood what I needed done, and was very pleasant. He cleaned up after each task and was mindful of even leaving a greasy fingerprint behind. I really appreciated that! I will be calling again and will ask for him specifically.

Top notch work! Couldn't be happier.  I never had any issues getting in touch with anyone there.  Gates took a few weeks longer than they originally said, but so did the rest of the construction, so it worked out.  If you're looking for a nice gate, check them out.   We got the nicest gate we've ever seen. But they also do more classic and simple gates. I'd recommend checking them out.

They are courteous and professional. They installed the front security door, but realized there was a problem with the French doors security doors. This was on a Friday,  and Saturday, the doors were fixed and Monday, they called me to schedule a time for install.
Great work and we are very happy with our beautiful security doors.

Very rude when we called to ask about an estimate. Said they'd eventually come by because they were so busy. FYI we called about six weeks ago and it's been crickets since.

50/50 shot you get the answering machine.  When you do- 50/50 shot they will return the call or respond to the message.  Delivery of gates was delayed more than once.  Nice gates, just fairly pricey, and will leave you hanging unless you get on them.

We recently purchased and installed a gate from Amazing Gates.  Rick has been very helpful in answering the many questions that we had.  We are very satisfied with the results.  As with any project more is said of the company in how they handle problems as they arise.  Amazing Gates responded to minor problems promptly and efficiently.  I would purchase from them again.

I needed a side pedestrian gate for stucco/cinder wall to my back yard. Shopped around and got quotes from contractors that were $1500-$2000 for a 3’ gate, so I decided to DIY it. Amazing Gates got me a nice steel gate powder coated black for $500 (in stock no less) plus another $100 for miscellaneous parts. I bought D&D hinges from AG that ended up not working. AG took them back no issues and refunded me. I’m super happy with the service and help AG gave me on my project.

Beautiful GATE  & wonderful customer service!  My husband rarely completes the projects that he starts, but amazingly, with the help of the Amazing Gates customer staff & their excellent products : swing gate, polaris gate opener, solar kit & gate sensors, he got the job done & it looks REALLY, REALLY good: they really live up to their name: AMAZING GATES. I posted pic of the gate when it was just about completed, I'll post the final result soon.

Glass Doctor of Northeast Albuquerque

Had a front window of our home replaced. We called them, they came out, estimated the price to be $350 or so. We said do it. They came out the next day, took the window, fixed it, and put it back in. Fixed the window issue no problem. The actual fee was $500 and some change, big difference, so they cut us a break and settled for about $470. For that kind of dough I expect them to as the very least to not CAUSE damage, and clean up the broken glass at the end of the project, I have kids ffs. Will be using someone else in the future. Those are marks on the trim (see pictures) from a small pry bar or screwdriver I’m guessing. Who’s going to fix that? At least they were fast I guess.

This was by far the worst window experience I have ever had and this is my third time replacing a window. He keep giving me different estimates and they did not come till the next day to take my window. They boarded up my window with so patio furniture I had out side. Than he called with another estimate and said four something. A women called back and said 580 would be my total when I said I wouldn’t pay that much they took it down to 464. I payed they came a few hours later to put the window back in and left all kids of glass and dented the frame of my window.

My window was done super quick I called for a quote and someone was at my door 20 minutes later. And then, my window was fixed within an hour! Super fast, dude was nice and friendly. I'd call them again if I needed a replaced window. ---it was a garage window that broke.

The best! Extremely quick, and almost HALF the cost of having Safelite do the same thing. High quality work, and have had no issues with my windshield since having it replaced about a week ago.

It isn't often I write reviews but Narrow Leaf Woodworks did a superb job on my custom entry gate. We met with Tom to discuss the specifics of our project in detail. He offered invaluable advice on the best design, materials and installation. The gate was solid, secure, beautifully crafted and elevated the ambiance of our home. The installer was meticulous in how he approached installing the gate and exceeded our expectations. It is a huge benefit that Tom has highly qualified installers, as part of his project team, verses coordinating with a third party and hoping it gets done right the first time. Tom and company are the very best at what they do and we appreciate them!

Tom at Narrow Leaf designed and built absolutely beautiful gate doors for our garden. All pegged and glued, high-quality red cedar. The installer (Scott) was an incredible craftsman as well and really did a first-rate job. My wife and I play a little game when we get estimates and try to guess the price (we've learned to at least double the highest reasonable guess and are usually right on the money). Tom really talked up the quality they put into their work and we were prepared for the worst. We were actually taken aback at how reasonable it was. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who wants first rate work at a more than fair price.

I can't say enough good things about how beautifully our kitchen island countertop turned out.  Tom is a true artisan who takes pride in his work, and it shows!  He worked with us, showing us samples of woods and stains, and explained the whole process.  Worth every penny.  We enjoy our "new" island every day!

Tyler and his team helped design our custom back gate. They fabricated and installed it, all on the promised timeline. We are already getting compliments on the gate and it’s only been up for a couple of days. We are very pleased with the entire project and when we move forward on our front gate, they will be first people we call.

We chose to hire Access Solutions (the highest of the three bids we received) to remodel our master bathroom shower, and we are VERY happy with the result! Chris was wonderful to work with and had some great suggestions. Barbara helped us choose the perfect materials, and the crews were respectful and skilled. It took two weeks, but we're very happy with the outcome!

I had some work done last week at my apartment. I am so pleased with the workmanship and the men doing the work. Both Christian and Cruz are true craftsmen.

Great company! Eric the owner was wonderful to work with.  He has a great team of guys who installed a chair lift in my home for my disabled mom. They were professional and did an excellent job.  I will definitely use them for other modifications in my home.

Was waiting for a week and a 1/2 for a quote for a lift never got one. Phone calls were never returned either.

We were quoted two weeks to install a walk in shower for our disabled family member. Here we are on week four. My wife made plans around her schedule to make sure we accommodated their schedule and guess what an entire week wasted on no shows and absolutely no communication whatsoever, excuse after excuse when we had to reach out to Eric. The first two days of demo were an absolute disaster. The crew did not setup any type of barriers to control dust in my home at all. We had to clean a half inch of dust from everything on the 1st level of our home. If they would finish the project if they ever do it actually most of it turned out nice that’s the only real reason for the 2 star, otherwise it would be a zero star. Work on your communication and commitments to your customers, never over promise and under deliver and if so communicate. Eric thank you for not returning my call when I left you a message 2 weeks ago.

Paul Davis Restoration of New Mexico

Overall, I had a good experience with Paul Davis. The incident happened Aug 2022. It was a slow start to scheduling, but the crew I ended up working with quickly picked up the pace and provided high-quality work. I can’t thank David Quinones and Rich Williams enough. I appreciated that they both kept in touch with me frequently, explained the process to me clearly, and paid attention to every detail. I was devastated when water damaged both upstairs and downstairs of my home. Although work was not completed until January 2023, David and Rich constantly reassured me with their amazing work. It was such a pleasure to work with these guys!

I recently hired Paul Davis for mitigation and restoration due to water damage at my home.  I'm very happy with their work and especially with Daniel who was the primary worker assigned to my claim, he was very polite, professional and personable and knew his job well.  Also the same with Donovan, both workers were top notch.

Had an amazing experience using Paul Davis for a leak from my upstairs tub down into my kitchen.  The communication and friendly service I received from James’ team was great.  Zack and David were the main repair men who did the work and you can’t tell there was any damage at all.

I had a leak in my hot water heater closet. Paul Davis came out and did a great job to contain the water and start the drying process. Afterwards, James R., Zach M. and David Q. did an excellent job getting new flooring and baseboards installed. Highly recommend Paul Davis if you need mitigation or restoration work done in your home!

Mitigation team was great. Whoever manages updating you internally… less than great. After mitigation team finishes I called in to schedule the restoration and was told I would have to wait to be contacted by THAT department… Waited three days for them call me which felt long… Finally I call and they tell me they are at capacity and meant to let me know that they can’t finish the project.
