Duct cleaning service sucks! Was sold on a service that i never received. Tell you one thing to get you to buy duct cleaning then not deliver on what they promised during the home visit! OK so this is for the people who don't look and make sure the job was done 100%. Look at all your return ducks and supply lines make sure there is a hole cut in them and patched. These knuckle heads tried telling me they did all 3 of my units when they actually only done 2. Sent 1 guy for a 2 man job since all my units where on different floors so 1 guy couldn't take the machine upstairs on his own! Job was done beginning of August just now got the updated bill this week 12/2023. Just beware. There are better companies that offer this service without all the headaches and there is ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WITH IN THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER!

The technician did not have all the tools necessary to do an inspection of all the equipment. I told him I smelled propane coming through the vents to another room and he could not examine the exchanger because he was not properly prepared. They told him that he was checking a pilot light that was not staying on and that was not my complaint.  He told me that my system should be replaced, but would not tell American Homeshield that.
I now have to ask for another visit through American Homeshield in order to get the exchanger looked at since it was not what he was told to look at.
Photos show that it was not lighting correctly and when this was happening propane smells were evident in the first room.

We called AireServ when my 93 year old father in law lost heat in his house. Des in the office scheduled us same day for a diagnostic check. Marshall, the service professional that came to the house was very nice and completely explained the problem we were experiencing. Unfortunately our 30 year old unit needed replacement due to several issues. The estimate for replacement was given by Tim who also was very thorough and friendly. The installers, Eric and Andrew, were great guys and worked very quickly getting the new unit installed. Even Travis, an owner was there when we fired up the new unit to ensure it worked properly.

Just had a total install done by Eric and Andrew. This small older home created some challenges but the boys persevered with professionalism and coffee. Having this heat pump unit is so much better than the old floor furnace and window unit that has always been in the house. Thanks guys pleasure doing business with you!

Working with Glass Doctor is always a pleasure! The team works hard and is dedicated to the needs of the customers. Every experience I have had with Glass Doctor is always pleasant. They are an extremely hard-working team going above and beyond for their customers and clients on the daily. Even with the back up from the hail storm orders, windows are being put in at our properties in a timely manner! I would recommend Glass Doctor for all your window needs! :-)

The wait time was long, but not their fault. They arrived on time and the work was done in short order with everything cleaned up before they left. I am totally satisfied with the work done by Glass Doctor.

Even after a serious hail storm that damaged glass all over the city Glass Doctor of Lawton was fast to respond and provide estimated. Once the estimate was confirmed they ordered the glass needed promptly and as soon as it was in they scheduled me in. Once they arrived at my home it took less than an hour to complete the job. The window looks great and I'd recommend Glass Doctor of Lawton every time.

Here’s the thing about Lawton businesses, when they are doing well, they don’t care about customer service. Due to the recent hail storm, I guess the money must be rolling in to not even give customers a call back for quotes, (this goes to roofing companies too). I hope they keep that in mind when business is not doing so well. Glass Doctor was one of the couple of companies that even returned my call about a quote. They are busy too but even when they couldn’t give me a quote right away, they actually cared to get back to me. They responded via text as well which was nice. As soon as I made a down payment and booked the job two very friendly techs came out to take measurements. When I asked them if they could wear shoe covers since our family doesn’t wear shoes in the house, they offered to take their shoes off in a very friendly way that didn’t make me feel like I was asking for too much, or receive an “I haven’t heard of shoe covers since Covid” comment I got from someone that was showing a house for some buyers for us, like people not wearing shoes in the house should be normal, we did that even before Covid, and we have a crawling baby. When you’re selling a house you have SO many strangers and people walking through the house, I can’t understand why that’s ok but I digress, back to Glass Doctor lol.

The lady and gentleman that answered phones and did quotes back in the office, I never met in person but they were so pleasant and professional. This is one of the better companies in Lawton. Keep it up!

Diane answered the phone right away and quickly dispatched someone to our condo to repair our HVAC system. Matt was very quick and explained everything that he was doing. Our issue was resolved very fast and we are pleased with the service! Thank you Diane and Matt!!

This company is great. Mike Clark was the technician and did an excellent job, he diagnosed the problem in my air handler quickly, efficiently, and fixed it by replacing the pump. It was making a loud noise waking me up every night so it is nice to have it fixed! He also educated us on the system and installed surge protectors on the  compressors, as well as a starter kit so it does not burn out the machine and save energy. He was very personable and even helped with some other things we needed done due to a shady contractor that took the money and ran…Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend him and   Aire Serv of Branson. Thanks Again!

Excellent service technicians were out the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problems and gave me my options. I asked about a mini split system and their guy stopped by that evening to go over my options. I'm not sure why it took so long to get a bill, but it's paid. 🤷

I used them to install a new HVAC system in 2020. I was very happy with the service received at that time. Since then, I have had a few minor issues and they have always offered to come address them immediately, once at nearly 9pm. No long wait. On my most recent issue, the tech was Matt. He took his time to explain things to me and explain how to prevent it from happening again. Good people and great service. Definitely would recommend!

Our Technician Andrew Palmer was very professional and has a great personality. We found him to be honest. All quality work. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Very professional Christian people! They went above and beyond to take care of our home. They understood  the  unplanned situation we found ourselves in.  The logo on their trucks says they are paramedics for your home. That is exactly what they did for us. They came in and took care of our home as if it were their own!

We had a prolonged water leak under our house that took some time to show any signs. Once we discovered it we called the insurance and they sent PuroClean to help dry out under the bathroom and spray for mold. These guys were very polite, prompt, and professional.

Water line broke in our attic soaking the attic, insulation and running down into the house through air vents, lights etc.  Puroclean immediately answered my call and were at the house in approximately an hour.  They moved so quickly and were so responsive the damage was held to a bare minimum; so much so that I didn't need to make an expensive home owners claim.

Chris and his team were at my store within a couple of hours from my initial phone call. They got right to work and accomplished the substantial cleanup with professionalism and a great attitude. They took care with preserving delicate areas and explained what they needed to do, getting my approval beforehand when appropriate. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have had PuroClean out to 2 of our facilities for flood damage. One of the times was a Sunday morning and they were on site within an hour of our call. Capital Overhead Doors and Gates

The folks with Capital Overhead Doors & Gates were upfront with the pricing and offered multiple repair options.  We opted for a whole new door. Great communication with their arrival times for initial inspection of the door and the installation of the new one; and they arrived when they said they would. Very professional, quality work, excellent cleanup.  Highly recommended.

I was thinking I needed 2 new garage doors. So I was very happy when Jonathan came & after checking everything out, he said he could repair the doors I had! And he & his understudy ( sorry, I can’t remember names very well) did an awesome job! So happy to have met them & would highly recommend this company to repair or replace anyones garage doors.  I appreciate his honesty & skills at fixing my garage doors! They are working just like new!

Many of us know the angst of moving into a new [to me] home includes the necessity of changing access codes to the garage door remotes.  When the technicians arrived, I mentioned that the overhead garage door didn't always close smoothly.  The technicians quickly changed the access codes and inspected the overhead door and all associated hardware.  The technician then explained to me what the problem was and gave me options for repair.  He followed up with an email and text message that provided a detailed summary of the problem and the costs for each repair option.  After we agreed on a repair option, the technicians' returned to make the repairs.  The technicians working on the door were professional, arrived on-time, and courteous.  I would highly recommend Capital Overhead Doors and Gates.

I found Capital Overhead Doors on Angi and received a call and quote from them the same day. They worked with me and gave me multiple bids based on my requirements. They were open to answering all my questions and responded to messages in a timely manner. After I approved their quote, they came out and did a site survey to make sure everything was good to go. They came out, did the work they said they were going to do, and made everything look nice. Their prices are very reasonable; I got quotes from 5 other companies before deciding on this one.

In August, 2023, we signed a contract for Chem-Dry of NE Iowa to clean two basement bedroom carpets, lower level living room and stairs. We were guaranteed that the odor in the bedroom would be resolved through the cleaning process. Mark told us that he would continue to return as many times as necessary to provide the service until the odor was gone. He did show up once after the original cleaning, but the smell was not removed at all. Unfortunately, the service and subsequent communication was inadequate and non-existant.

We tried to call Mark numerous times and left several detailed voicemail messages about returning to complete the job that was under contract. His voicemail continuously said that it was full and we were not able to leave any more messages. We have yet to receive a return call or any correspondence. We even had to involve his regional Customer Service Manager at the corporate office of ChemDry in Utah to try to contact him, to no avail. This has caused us and the new homeowners a significant inconvenience. Needless to say, we are very disappointed.

(Also wanted to add that he missed his initial appointment with us because he said when we scheduled, he was at the airport and "forgot to write it down.")

Edited to add: I did send a letter to your business address in Cedar Falls outlining our concerns, dated September 28, 2023. The Better Business Bureau and the Iowa Attorney General's Office have also been involved and have been trying to reach you on our behalf. When I spoke with Julie Ann Harris at Chem-Dry Corporate, she stated that she tried to call you, sent you emails, and left you several messages. After us leaving many voicemail messages at your phone number, I find it hard to believe that you have heard nothing from us or any of these other entities. Please contact me to rectify this situation. Maybe this is a "one off" for your business, but we would like this taken care of. Thank you.

Mark is great! Would highly recommend him. We have used him twice now and will continue as needed. We have a large family including pets and he always does an excellent job cleaning and making our floors look like new again! Thank you!

Ace Handyman Services Amarillo

The Ace Handyman that came out was great. He installed two grab bars on the shower walls, (I had already paid for the bars.). It took him just shy of an hour to install them. The labor cost was about $200.00, which I was told before he came out. I believe that is very expensive for the work he did. Because of that, I will not use their services again

Air Services Heating, Air Conditioning and Controls

The guys were all great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Install looks fantastic overall great experience. We’ve had Air Services install a new central ac and now a new gas furnace. 10/10 recommend and will continue to use for any future needs

Furnace went out on a Sunday. Called the office. Tech called within a very short time and was out to fix within an hour. Very impressive!! Happy to be warm again!!

The tech arrived much sooner than anticipated. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The problem was assessed and repaired in no time at all.

Chris went out and got to work immediately on my air conditioning unit.
He didn’t try to sell me anything, which was NICE!
He got my AC running again in less than an hour’s time.

Amana Furniture & Clock Shop

Beautiful furniture. The pieces look like they will last generations. Friendly staff welcomed my request to take photos, open drawers to examine the construction and crawl around on the floor to see how the pieces were constructed. The modern spins on the grandfather clock were some of my favorites.
Don't miss seeing the workshop where all the furniture is hand built.

I enjoyed walking the Amana Furniture & Clock Shop. It’s definitely interesting to explore all sorts of uniquely handcrafted furniture made in the Amanas.

We had been through a few years ago and this was a must return shop for us when we came back.  Each piece is built by a single craftsman who signs it when complete.  You can watch the woodworking shop in action.  Stunning furniture of beautiful wood.  These are legacy pieces.

Some of the most beautiful and well crafted furniture you will find anywhere.   Beautiful woods and traditional as well as contemporary designs.  Craftsmen can be observed off the showroom building what you are seeing on display.  Prices are comencetate with the quality and craftsmanship you get.
