Christmas Eve I got a call from my tenant, due to the extremely low temperatures, pipes had burst and were flooding his condo.  I started calling restoration companies all over the area. It was a holiday, no one was answering their phones or the answering service was taking messages. Puro Clean was recommended by a friend.  My call was answered by a real person and within 3 days, the condo was on the way to being dried out and ready to be put back together. Mark Deckard is wonderful he not only removed the mold he helped find a new plumber and a company for the renovation.  He helped me save alot of money and the job was done perfectly. He is a honest man with integrity. I highly recommend him.

Aire Serv of Fort Collins

I have been working with Aire Serv for the past few years.They have been there for me and my family!  I used to have a home warranty and I have always had my system inspected and tuned up by David. David told me that I needed some repairs that were going to cost in the 800's. I called the Home Warranty and of course, they were not going to cover it, David took time out of his busy schedule to sit on the phone with the warranty company and argue on my behalf. Long Story short, it was not covered. Fast forward 1 year I am in the process of finishing my basement and I need to move my HVAC equipment 5 ft. I consulted with several companies and they told me that it is not worth it, that it is going to cost thousands of dollars!  I called Air Serve and Deon the service manager came to my house and told me that it could be done, and since I needed 800.00+ in repairs I might consider replacing the HVAC system as it was nearly 15 years old. He also stated that since I was going to replace the whole HVAC system that he would not charge me to relocate the HVAC system. He came back with a bid for the Lennox 98 High Efficient Furnace that I felt was a little high. I got bids from other companies that were cheaper, BUT not a Lennox! Deon always followed up with me to answer any questions that I might have.  Deon also spent so much time during hours, after hours and even weekends to answer my questions. The other companies never followed up with me! There was even a time I told Deon that I was going to move forward with another company and he did tell me "Thank you for the opportunity"  BUT, Deon never gave up as I was looking for the BEST finance option!  Deon went above and beyond and made phone calls on my behalf to get me the right financing that would fit my budget. I did have a few bids that were cheaper than Aire Serv BUT the customer service that Deon and his crew provided hands down was exceptional!  When I received the best finances for my family, that Deon helped me with, I turned to Deon to let him know that I was going to hire him to install my Lennox Furnace, Lennox AC, and my new tank-less water heater.  Of course, he was ecstatic as I have been working with this poor man for a month now, back and forth wearing him down and frustrating him.  He kept his cool and professional composure and never let me know that I was frustrating him, as this was a frustrating time for me too.  He then scheduled his install team which now I meet another professional tech, TJ.  TJ came into my house and looked around at my furnace and he was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything that he and his team were going to do.  I expressed my concerns to him and he was very passionate and overcame my concerns with solutions that put me at ease.  He went over every detail telling me that I was going to be without heat and water for the day, and they won’t leave my house that day until the heat and water was back on!  Installation was conducted that following Monday and Tuesday by a team of professional installers that did not leave until 7:30, 8:00 that evening as they stayed true to their promise!  The second day the install team was there until 12:30 pm as they installed the AC,TJ stayed behind for another 4 hours or so to make sure everything was working and all the wires were neatly stowed away!  I was very impressed with Aire Serv with their professionalism and their patience with me.  I have my commission scheduled for next week when Deon will come back in the picture to go over all the equipment to make sure everything is in working order and that I am happy with my HUGE purchase! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Air Serve as yes they were a little higher in price (not by that much) as I was comparing Lennox and Carrier and other brands, never compared Apples to Apples just service options. If you are reading this I have spent so much time writing this review because I am very passionate about the OUTSTANDING customer service that Air Service has provided me and my family!   I will continue having this STRONG relationship for years to come!

My husband and I could not be more impressed with the quality and professionalism of EVERY employee we interacted with at Air Serv. Elijah, Deon and the two gentleman who installed our new furnace were extremely professional, honest and respectful. They all also took the time to explain in detail the process and what we should expect. The customer service on the phone was also extremely professional. It is hard to choose companies to trust to do work in your home, but without a doubt we would choose this company again and again and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I e used Aire Serve for the last 6 years and have had relatively good experiences until 18 months ago when things began to fall apart…staff quit, they lost records, would t return calls, etc.

Now, they have abruptly closed without telling their customers about it. I found out by calling their number and hearing a voice recording saying they have closed.

It’s too bad because I just had to pay $1200 to another company to fix something Aire Serve installed 4 months ago for $1,800.  It should be warranty work but you can’t get ahold of anyone at Aire Serve - what a bad business practice to leave their customers hanging like that.

I recently renewed my service agreement, and had my air conditioning unit inspected. My experience with services like this in Fort Collins is typically not great.

Aire Serv texts when they're on the way, sends you a picture of your technician and arrives right on time. My technician was very conscious of staying his distance, wore a mask and shoe covers. He was very friendly with a great attitude. He explained everything he did and made recommendations for the future.

I wouldn't use anyone else. It's was a great experience!

Aire Serv replaced our home furnace last February. At each step of the process,  the competence, care and professionalism of each of their employees really stood out.  Deon was phenomenal in assessing the possibilities for our furnace needs and answering the multitude of questions I had, with an utter lack of pressure to purchase from them.  He was unquestionably interested in giving us the best service possible, and it was a stark contrast to other vendors we got quotes from. The installers were likewise outstanding. And the company owner, Mike,  touched base and suggested I compare my new furnace operating expenses to the old one. You know what-- the new furnace is not only saving us money to operate it,  it's WAY more effective at thermal regulation throughout my home (which has abysmal airflow planning.)  Aire Serv far surpassed my expectations and delivered the goods and performance that satisfies! Many thanks to their entire staff! Can hardly say enough good things about them.

Split Rail Fence Company

One of my 4x4 posts needed replacement on my Split Rail Fence. The entire experience was great and surprisingly smooth. Jordan worked with me on assessing the problem (I provided pics to help with his estimate). He provided an estimate promptly and scheduled the work. I was out of town, but the crew showed up on schedule, replaced the post, made a few additional minor repairs to the fence, and left a clean job site. Jordan followed up to let me know the work was done and was eager to make certain his team completed the job to my satisfaction.

We had our fence put up by them. They were actually easy to work with. They were knowledgeable about the areas we lived in and the HOA. They were timely about installing and finishing the work. They cleaned up good too. The rate wasn’t bad either. Definitely recommend this company to anyone

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever seen. Here is how a fence looks. That’s supposed to be all one color.

I would strongly avoid unless you are cool with waiting a year to even get a quote. Probably the worst company I've dealt with and I'm unfortunately forced to use them because of my HOA or else I would've stopped trying months ago. I first reached out almost four months ago, once I finally talked to someone they sent an individual out to see what I needed which took all of 5 minutes. It's been a month since that happened and I still don't have a quote. I've left multiple voicemails, emails, and multiple messages through their website which no one has responded to. It doesn't matter what time of the day you call, no one will answer. It's pretty comical at this point.

Larry and Levi came out to the house to repair our fence line that was run into by an automobile.  Several posts and rail boards later and it looked brand new.  So happy to have them out.  They were both very professional and courteous.  They listened to my concerns and took care of my property, leaving everything neat and clean.  Thank you Split Rail Fence Co!!!

Drain Doctor of Southwest Missouri, Inc.

I highly recommend the Drain Doctor and would never hesitate to call him for any and all of our plumbing concerns.  We have had Fred fix a number of our plumbing issues over several years and have been totally satisfied with his quality of work and professionalism.

He was timely, professional, and fully competent. I would not hesitate to call upon him again.

Lawn Doctor trimmed my trees last week.  They did an exceptional job.  It was obvious they knew what they were doing as my trees have never looked so well groomed!  Marc, Josh, Breeze and Josh were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and personable.  I would highly recommend Lawn Doctor!

I contracted with Lawn Doctor for the first time this season. They provided weed control for my lawn and off lawn. They also trimmed my trees and shrubs. Because of our wacky weather, my rose bushes have had late blooms. Lawn Doctor rescheduled trimming because of my late blooming bushes, allowing me to enjoy my roses well into October. Lawn Doctor consistently sent me text messages letting me know when they were performing which services. Everyone who performed the services was friendly and professional. My lawn and landscaping has never looked better! I highly recommend Lawn Doctor.

We've been using Lawn Doctor's services for a few years now, and we love the results. I always bought and spread my own lawn care products for years before I realized Lawn Doctor will do a better job (on time and thorough) than I was able to keep up with for a similar price. I highly recommend these guys! On top of their normal great service...today I spoke with a Technician, Brad Halton, who gave me more info about my lawn, some tips to take care of a spot, and seemed concerned about the same things I was concerned about. Love Lawn Doctor. I feel like it’s worth the money for them to know exactly what and when to put on our yard. The office staff has always been friendly and they’re never pushy or sales like True Green was. Been with them for years - 10/10.

From the first call to the last, the team at Pinnacle Roofing went above & beyond for us. We had major hail damage, and the insurance process was explained in detail. Once everything was confirmed the actual crew that replaced the roof did amazing work quickly and left no trace other than a brand new beautiful roof. We highly recommend them for any size project.

Awesome service by Brett @ pinnacle. I interviewed 5 roofers in the neighborhood for hail damage repair. Brett blew it out of the water. He showed up on time; he was patient explaining the process, gave me a fair price; and also helped troubleshoot & finding solutions on a weird patio I had. Throughout the job, Brett always replied my text within the hour, addressed all concerns, went above and beyond taking pictures of before and after. He seems genuinely excited about his job and take pride in taking care of the customers he has. I would highly recommend Brett to all my friends who needs roof replacement without hesitation. A section of my siding trim blew off during a recent storm.  Zach came out to my home within a few hours to assess the situation and provided a quick solution.  He came back to my home within five days to repair the damage. Although most of Pinnacle roofing jobs are extensive, this company was willing to take time out of a busy schedule to take care of a much smaller project.  I would highly recommend them!

So a tree falls on your house and you need help from someone!!! I recommend pinnacle roofing 100 percent!!! From the time Brett came out till the gutters were repaired it was the best service I’ve ever had!!! In just 2 weeks my roof was repaired and looked amazing!!!! I can’t say enough great things about them!!!! So if you need ANY roofing done they are THE BEST!!!!

All Ways Cleaning & Restoration of Denver (carpet, upholstery, tile, air duct)

I asked Brian for upholstery cleaning and duct cleaning. After assessing our couch he recommended nit doing the upholstery. Even though it cost him a fee, he was honest about the situation and I really appreciated that. Brian is thorough and professional.

He did a AWESOME job on my carpet, it looks so good, smells wonderful. Very professional! I will most definitely use his services again, and absolutely recommend!

I woke up this morning to find out my carpeted basement flooded overnight. I searched for help from nearby businesses and found All Ways Cleaning & Restoration, and I am so grateful I did. Brian came over and got right to work. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and worked very efficiently, and his quick action made a big difference in preventing the problem from getting much worse.
I'm hoping I don't have many more of these issues in the future, but if I ever do, I'll be calling Brian every single time. Do the same, and you can thank me later.

Brian has steam cleaned our carpet for 3+yrs now. Always on time, great price & thorough. He's made pur 11yr old carpets look new. My favorite thing: he uses a round carpet scrubber before pulling up the water. Carpet dries in no time. We've also had him do our air ducts & steam clean our micro fiber sectional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND❣️🥰

We asked Brian to come out and clean our upholstered couch. We had gotten the couches matching ottoman 2 years after we initially bought the couch and noticed how dirty the couch had become. Long story short, you can't tell the difference between the new ottoman and the couch like before. He did a great job and I'll definitely use All Ways again.

We were extremely pleased with Ace Handyman Services!  We had a few small projects and they were completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was high quality.  Corey was our technician and communicated well throughout the whole process.  We appreciated his honesty and hard work.  We are strong believers in customer service and Ace Handyman was exemplary in this area. Every person we talked to from setting it all up, to notification that Corey was on his way, to follow up, and any other communication was top notch. Sean was great to work with. The final product looks good and we are happy with it. There was a lot for us to clean up however and we are still getting the haze off the tiles.

Bryce was courteous in reviewing what needed to get done and all involved costs. He did a great job and cleaned up his work space afterwards. I'll definitely call them again.
