A Straight Up Fence Company have fabricated and installed a beautiful fence which is both functional, aesthetically pleasing, and level & plumb (which satisfies my OCD!). Colin and his crew were meticulous in their planning and execution of the project and went above a beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer.

If you’re thinking about a large fence project (mine was 120ft+ of powder coated iron, and 22ft of cedar), then it’s worth paying a slight premium to go with these guys and get it done right, first time. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with the Straight Up Fence team. I had multiple bids on the project and while Straight Up wasn’t the least expensive by any stretch, it was clear from the get-go that they knew exactly what they were doing. All the other companies were just throwing a bid out there. One said he didn’t need to come on site and could bid with just pictures. Straight Up on the other hand, did a thorough site evaluation, measurements, pictures, etc., so they knew exactly how the install would go. They worked with us to come up with the design then custom made an amazing iron and cedar gate. We were definitely a small customer for them (just an iron gate) however we were treated like any other customer. Professional, thorough, and great craftsmanship. Multiple touch points throughout the process which eliminated any errors.

We had Straight Up Fence Co build a cedar privacy fence when we moved into our home and they also finished some fencing after a new garage was built in our backyard. Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even when last minute project changes had to be made. Bruce worked on our second project and did fantastic work and was really sweet with our dogs. Alli was on the admin side of things and was always very responsive with questions. Our fence is high quality and we recommend this company highly.

We had an excellent experience working with A Straight Up Fence Company, from the contract negotiation process to the days of installation, first for a replacement wood fence in the back and later for a new ornamental iron fence and automatic gate around the rest of our property. The service was excellent and the quality truly superb. We're thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend this company.

Great communication and flexibility for the entire duration of our multi-phase fencing project!  We got an initial call back, site visit, and quote quickly.  Someone always replied to our emails/phone calls, and whenever questions would arise, the owner or office manager would call right away to make a plan on how to move forward.  Our original plan would not work due to property limitations, but thanks to their skill range we were able to have different styles of fencing in the front and back yards.  We settled on iron fence for the front yard and side gate, and relocation of wire fence from the side to the back yard.  After everything was installed we identified small gaps around the property that kids/dogs could get through and that was taken care of as well.  Very friendly and thoughtful staff to make sure our fencing fit our family's needs!

Majestic Rails Inc

Majestic Rails was recommended to me by my flooring vendor and I was also able to see an example of their work in a neighbor's home.  I had a good experience with them including in-home design/estimate and interaction with the office staff.  I found their website helpful in choosing features to include in my new stairway banister, balusters and step renovations.  Since my project required staining, I took Majestic Rails' recommendation for a painter/stain expert and was also very pleased with his work.  I was especially pleased with the installation work done by Sergi. He was upfront in setting my expectations for his work schedule, was meticulous with details and clean-up and made a couple of suggestions that deviated from the initial plan.  I agreed with each of his ideas and was more pleased with the outcome than I would have been with the original design.  While not every change in construction can be done with no additional charge, only one change order on my project required a modest additional fee and that was for additional materials only. Sergi had to return a few days after initial installation would have been completed for the final change order.  He worked my follow-up work into his busy schedule and worked professionally and quickly with the paint and stain team who happened to be there the same day. I have already recommended Majestic Rails to my neighbors and will continue to do so when occasion arises in the future.

Majestic Rails did a great job with our handrail installation and fabrication.  They worked very closely with us to give us the look that we wanted!  Extremally happing with the staircase and handrail.  If you are looking for quality workmanship, these are your guys.

I highly recommend Majestic Rails after they did a fantastic job on our project. We had a new railing and newel post installed in our basement and also had them remove and reinstall our existing balusters on our main level as part of a larger LVP installation with another company. Unfortunately we had several scheduling hiccups from the LVP install but Majestic was great and worked with us, having to twice, push back the timeline of their work. Once work began, Sergei did a fantastic job on the basement railing and baluster reinstallation.  He’s the most meticulous contractor we’ve ever worked with! We are so pleased with our new basement railing and the baluster reinstallation!  We would highly recommend them!

We replaced our 30 year old carpeted stairs with wood stairs and steel rails.  The whole process was thorough and easy to navigate from the estimating through completion.  They gave us a few different options to meet our needs and within our budget.  The quality of the finished product is outstanding and the installer was always prompt, professional, and kept the work area clean and organized.  I would highly recommend Majestic to anyone looking for a highly quality, craftsman-like product; you won't be disappointed.

Advanced Comfort Solutions

We had our furnace cleaned today, and Anthony was very friendly and efficient.  I appreciated that he called ahead to let me know he would be on his way soon, which gave me time to get the area ready for him to arrive.   We have used Advanced Comfort Solutions for years, and we have never had a problem with their services. I highly recommend them.

We had a limiter switch malfunction on Tuesday 11/20 morning.   I called and no one was available until 12/11.  A big winter storm was coming in and temps were going to drop hard.  I asked for and Emergency After Hours call at a high rate.  I was in need!  Not only did Scott show up early, he didn’t hit me with the after hours fees.  He was knowledgeable and kind.  He explained my issue, fixed it and gave me info to help my furnace work better.  Top notch crew.  The lovely lady on the phone was understanding and helped me get service.  A great team!   Thank you!

My wife and I awoke this morning with no heat. 19 degrees outside.  I called Advanced Comfort Solutions.   They took my call right away and was able to have a technician scheduled right away.   Shane and his helper called to state they where on the way.  Within 10 minutes they showed up at our front door.  When both showed up at are house they were very polite and listened to what the issue was.  Within an hour they fixed the heater and checked the unit over for any other problems.   When they were done they showed us what the problem was, and they talked with us about the programs the company offers.   Our whole experience was great👍.  I would highly recommend Advance Comfort Solutions.

Anthony was early which worked beautifully for me!  He was professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it   He explained what he had done and also explained how the annual maintenance program works for my furnace and air conditioner. Colin and his team replaced our roof in October. Colin kept an eye on our roof for two plus years until he updated me on a damaging storm that came through. After showing me the damage he stated I needed to file a claim (many storms prior Colin came out and said there was nothing notable that an adjuster would deem as hail damage)

From initial call to the completion of my roof everything was handled in a professional manner. PuroClean of Central Denver

Once again, PuroClean provided expert water mitigation service for my kitchen maple floors.  The team was prompt, knowledgeable and totally professional. From the initial assessment of the situation to the installation of drying equipment, Incencio kept me informed of every step, as well as daily progress updates. Administrative side of the business is equally professional. Respect for my property and all the equipment installed is clean and not “shop worn” which says  attention to detail.  I cannot give high enough praise for the professionalism and expert service PuroClean provides. 100% satisfied.

Inocencio and his partner were very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me and put my mind at ease. From scheduling with Rose and dealing with Jesus as well, everyone I came in contact with at PuroClean was great. To top it off, their response times and urgency were exceptional.

DO NOT use this company for your mitigation needs.  I called them to deal with a minor intrusion of ground water through our foundation.  The bid included a large scope of work which included fan and fluid collection along with removing a wet carpet pad, base boards and dry wall for further drying.  Their employee’s estimate was that all of this work would “not cost over $2000.”  The initial equipment was placed and carpet pad removed.  They returned three days later and determined that no further work needed to be done.  I assumed that since half the work was not done that the bill would be much less than the estimate.  Unfortunately, I was completely wrong.  The bill was over $2000!  Their itemized bill was stuffed with egregious charges for labor and supplies as well as ridiculous markups.  They then informed me that they bill for the time it takes them to drive back and forth to their warehouse and included a “labor minimum” on top of that!  In addition, the charge for the removal of a small carpet pad was over $300!  $200 was for a “disposal fee” which surprised me since the dump charges the rest of us $20.  After exhaustingly challenging them on these charges, they eventually capitulated to only minor decreases in the bill.  This is an unethical company who takes advantage of those in need and pads their bill.  They underbid the project to get you to choose them and then load their bill with bogus charges in the end.  I would strongly recommend that you choose a more reputable company for your mitigation needs.

We had a minor basement leak. Thought I could get under it and dry it myself, but started to worry about kids and mold and decided to call PuroClean. After calling, Jordy & Ulises from PuroClean showed up within 2 hours(!). They were both super helpful and professional.

It was my first time dealing with a water problem and they explained and walked me through the process and did it in a way that made it feel much more manageable and less stressful.

The Paul Davis team responded to my emergency storm damage call immediately. They were on the scene first thing for clean up and roof repair. Throughout the process they were very thorough and constantly reaching out to ensure all was good. I couldn’t ask for a better experience in a time of need.

They are a great group to work with.  They explained the process so I would know what to expect.  We had great communication so I knew where we were with things.

If your insurance suggests this company, I would ask if any others are available. Definitely caused more damage than was repaired, delays everywhere, and portions left unfinished. Frustrating to pay so much for insurance and then receive this level of quality.

The work they do is horrible & when the come back out to fix it they still dont do a good job. Our house fire was a 18 months ago we have been back in our house for 11 months & they are still have not finished it when they told us it would take 6 months tops.

American Ace Handyman

I worked for the business, he did not pay until I arrived at the customers house and stopped paying as soon as the job was complete. I had to use my personal vehicle and paid for my own gas to haul equipment and was paid 12.50 an hr and was assaulted on a work site when I quit.(he yanked his company hat off my head torqing my neck combat injury). He kept tools that I bought. He also cut corners on work. If he under bid the time and it would require more time to do it right he would half ass the work. He offered discounts to veterans and seniors but would then over estimate the hrs it would take. I general disrespect the man and his work ethic.

These guys are excellent. I needed 1 glass pane replaced. I called around, and no company would take the job because they wanted to sell more windows/service. Window Doctor did not hesitate. Communication was great, and they were very professional. It took a few weeks for the glass to be ready, but when it was they communicated with me right away.
