So thankful for a quick response from PuroClean for basement flooding after this massive thunderstorm. This is the second time they’ve come out for the same problem in the same area. We will get it fixed. But in the meantime, we really appreciate this company and their good, friendly service. They use high powered fans, and an amazing  Dehumidifier machine that sucks the moisture out of the air, carpets and pads. A tube from the machine drains the water into the nearest house drain. Jake was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He helped to diagnose the damage after my basement flooded due to severe rainstorms. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever had with any "professional" service, and I use the term professional sarcastically because they are not professional.

I am amazing how a company like this can still even be in business.

From the first minute, all they did was try and upsell EVERYTHING. And it is interesting that they are a carpet cleaning service, yet the technician did not even wipe or take his shoes off when entering our home. Wouldn't you think that as a company that cleans floors, you would be more mindful of that?

Ultimately, they overcharged me for service and left my carpets in worse condition than they were initially. And throughout my communication with the company, they are unwilling to fix the problem or provide any sort of resolution.

I had purchased a Groupon for a carpet cleaning for up to eight rooms and 1750 sq ft in advance of scheduling. Upon arriving I did a walk-through with the service person (Roy) and showed him some areas of higher concern and concentration. We do have pets and there is also heavy traffic in some areas, which I noted. Roy informed us that he would need to do additional deep cleaning(of course at an additional fee) and also removal of pet stains. This was an additional$180.00. He did ask if we had done anything ourselves or previously and I told him that we do regularly vacuum and that about a year ago, we had a different professional company come out and do a cleaning.

Even though the Groupon said it covered 1750 sqft and eight rooms, somehow he still calculated additional charges and stairs, leaving us with a $395 bill. I wouldn't be complaining if our carpets actually looked good and cleaned, but they look the opposite of that and in fact, in most areas, look worse than before the cleaning he performed.

After letting the carpets dry overnight both my wife and I started to notice brown spots all over our carpets. I text Roy and he said to let it dry longer and it is called browning and should be better in a couple of days, and if it wasn't better to contact him. A couple of days passed and it was no better, in fact worse. I again text Roy and this time he said that it would need "neutralizing" and that it would cost an additional $60 for the trip out.

Why on earth should we have to pay more for a job that was left unfinished and incomplete to begin with? It is a total scam!

Instead of fixing the problem, the "owner" Amir claims that they are refusing to do business with us because they feel as though we are threatening them and disrespectful. No Amir, we are telling you that we are going to leave an honest review of your company, and giving you the opportunity to provide real service and correct it! We are asking you for a resolution. That isn't a threat.

We will not pay more for a job that was left unfinished and incomplete. We have asked to speak with the owner who is unwilling to help or correct this situation.

If you really want your floors and carpets cleaned, use someone else or do it yourself, because if you use Doctor Carpet, you'll be having to do it anyway after, the only difference is you'll be out a few hundred dollars to this scam of a company.

Thank for helping me with water damage. Roy was very professional, very friendly, joyful, and easy to talk to! When I called the office emergently I was promised 30 ETA, Roy showed up in 20 minute after I made several calls, and this company was the only one was responsive in timing manners. I’m happy with the outstanding service and pleased with way the work was done! Highly recommended, looking to do business with this company in the future 👍

Great experience. Easy to contact and schedule a cleaning. I was hoping the carpet can be salvageable and cleaned after the basement flooded, but Roi was honest and said they can clean as much as possible, but the carpet will still smell. He ended up just tearing up the carpet and pads and cleaning the concrete floor. It smells great now :)  I am giving a 4 star review because I did not realize he didn't take the old carpet and pads to the dump, so now I need to figure out what to do with it.

All Pro Restoration Water, Smoke, Mold Damage & Cleanup

I had a water leak in my finished basement. All Pro Restoration, and specifically Abraham, was amazing from beginning to end.  They were professional, remediated the mess, and helped me get it back to the way it was before the leak. They definitely go the extra mile. I highly recommend you hire them should you have a similar situation at your home. If you are really lucky, you will have Abraham show up. He is the best!!

Chris is one of the most professionally knowledgeable technicians I have ever met. He was so educational & knew his job so well. He is an excellent communicator & this is such an asset to companies like yours. I can't imagine a more valuable staff member.

Laurie is an actual miracle worker. I needed an emergency last minute job, she organized the crew, evaluated the space on the same day and went in the very next day and did an above and beyond job. I honestly could cry, she is so wonderful. Her work ethic is above and beyond and I will be forever grateful to her and her crew for helping our small business on such short notice ❤️

Called All Pro and several other companies for a consultation and estimate regarding mold mitigation.  All Pro was the quickest to respond and highly professional.  Victor showed up on time and helped me to determine that remediation was unnecessary in my specific situation.  That alone spoke volumes to the character,  honesty, and transparency of Victor and All Pro Restorations!!

They over-billed on every item and hours!
My insurance company had a difficult time dealing with them and I did too! I would not recommend them at all.
They would not even schedule a date to bring my belongings back until I hand delivered the insurance check!
The estimate included pack out and pack back, obviously if they take it they’re are going to bring it back. My insurance company and I paid the bill in full and then was charged for the pack back! 1,695.88, 2 hours of work! I questioned over and over again that it was already paid, and was just told to just submit it to insurance again. I sent copy of estimate showing pack back, never addressed the fact that it had already been paid.  This will result in increased premiums, bilking insurance is NOT OK.
They also charged $441.98
for the use of 20 packing blankets, which I’m sure they use over and over again.
They charged for special gloves and clothing that was disclosed not even used after looking at photos. $53.00 to dispose of 20 feet of  construction paper/tape used on the floor.  I could go on and on.

The employees that worked onsite were great!
But being ripped off insurance or not is NOT ok!

Really took advantage of insurance company! And I have a huge deductible, and was hoping initially not to file a claim.

I should’ve realized when they were the only one who could come during our big rain. The best companies had a wait list!

Had George and Mark scheduled for a two day job to paint the interior of a two bedroom apartment: living room, bathroom, & bedrooms.The place has painted bare brick on two walls, which I thought would require spraying. Mark's experience with spray painting led to the decision to use super plush rollers rather than risk air borne paint spotting the rest of the finished apartment proved to be a wise decision. Where we were booked for two days, the job completed with time to spare on the first day. Both Mark and George are very professional, were considerate towards my understanding of various issues that arose during the job, and over all are a pleasing hire and are going to be my go to guys in the future.

I contacted the All Access Garage Door Company’s manager to have new door sensors installed over a public holiday. I was ready to pay extra for the technical team to be availed. I was baffled as the manager was more than willing to send his men the following day though it was a public holiday. I didn’t pay more!

I can’t give Chad enough accolades for his time, patience, honesty, knowledge and professionalism while working with me on an extremely complex project. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Would recommend highly recommend him for any mold remediation/reconstruction projects! You won’t find anyone more experienced than him!

Chad was very responsive and immediately got out to our house to get started on the water damage we discovered. We had a slow leak in our utility closet in the garage that came through inside our house in multiple places. PuroClean got started right away cleaning it up and drying it out and making sure it was done right. They were all very professional and helped us work with our insurance too. Jeremy and his crew were great. The work that they did was excellent and we are really happy with the way it looks now. Thank you to everyone at PuroClean!

I wanted to give a glowing review to Chad Jamison and his team at Puroclean for their professional and quality mitigation work in my home.  We had a major pipe burst that flooded our entire basement.  I called them at the time it was happening and he quickly responded with his team before the repair to the pipe was even completed saving us from significantly more damage to our basement.  Chad was responsive, professional and empathetic to our situation and was able to get everything dried up and removed for us.  I pray this never happens again because it was an absolute nightmare but if it did it’s nice to know I could count on Puroclean.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that experiences a situation similar to mine.

I can’t say enough about how Chad and his team with Puroclean went above and beyond helping me when I had a water pipe burst behind the sheet rock in the HVAC room.

My project started with a mitigation team that Liam led and from the beginning of the project, Liam was upfront and honest about the intrusive and dirty work that was going to happen. I really appreciated working with Liam and the team and wasn't so keen on changing teams but I was pleasantly surprised when I got to start working with Cara and Chad, while the project was old to me and new to them, they understood my urgency and needs and were amazing to work with even worked around a doctors appointments. Every step was explained by Chad and or Cara and I had no real surprises --there are almost always surprises in restoring something and we hit a few but I knew I was in good hands with Chad and the contractors that he sent for my work. I would recommend Paul Davis from start to finish and while I didn't enjoy the issue that got me introduced to them - they were by far the best and most professional to work with and that made the original issue that much easier to work through!
