It was a great pleasure to have Glass Doctor to accomplish what I wanted, especially because of the consel tables  shape being so uniquely design.  Miss Charlotte, I believe is the proprietor was very professional and made sure that everything went as expected. We had a very large wall mounted mirror with an outlet cutout that had been broken. After calling a couple of other local companies which were both booked up for a week out I reached out to Glass Dr. They were very polite and professional and had a technician come out the very next day to assess the situation. He said hes been in the industry for ~15yrs 👍 He took some measurements and had to procure and cut the replacement along with the removal and installation.

I recently filed a claim due to a cracked windshield. The staff at Glass Doctor were very courteous and made the process easy. I was notified the same day to set up an appointment for windshield replacement. Blake was the technician that replaced my damaged windshield. He was very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor of Dothan for any of your glass needs.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about our specific problem. Our Peachtree side lights' insulation popped out after ten years. Peachtree out of business.  The window technician knew exactly what to do. We are very pleased.  See pics of before and after.  So happy

We called on Friday they made us a Tuesday appointment and we had our van back by the afternoon. Our whole windshield had to be replaced and recalibrated. They did a remarkable job! They even put my oil change sticker on my new windshield! I thought that was super sweet and a huge attention to detail.

Ace Handyman Services Meridian

Brian was fabulous and as professional as a man can get. I would recommend his service wholeheartedly and I’ll be telling everyone in my family that this is the way to go when you’re looking for a handyman.  Brian made my repairs a pleasant experience and left me with the feeling of a job well done.

The scheduling of the time and appropriate person was very efficient. The assigned handyman went right to work and attacked my pick-up list that included a variety of tasks from installing a dog door, improvising as he put up a shelf with missing parts, and hanging a picture in an awkward place. My experience with ACE Handyman exceeded my expectations. I recommend ACE Handyman and I will hire them when my list grows longer again.

Brian is a consummate professional! My patio sliding door was binding very badly upon opening and closing. He carefully lifted that heavy and cumbersome glass door from the tracks and quickly inspected the wheels and tracks. He discerned a minimal problem which he quickly addressed with simply a good cleaning of the wheels to remove accumulated debris. The wheels became free spinning again, and no need to replace them or address an expensive, involved repair. The door operates like brand new! I couldn't be happier that it is working so well again. I only wish that I hadn't lived with a practically inoperable door for so long. Thanks so much! I appreciate a good job well done.

Access Heating & Air Conditioning

This was our first summer in the house and we called Access Heating & Air for an A/C tune up. The technician, Michael F. was friendly, professional and fully explained everything he was going to do. He performed an extensive inspection, complete with 24 photographs and provided a summary of his findings. He pointed out three items that could create a problem in the future but, did not push us to make immediate repairs. We agreed to one (add refrigerant) and left the other two for another time. While Michael was here we also asked him to look at 2 additional issues. The first was a constant noise at the large return vent when the system was running. He quickly diagnosed it as the vent cover design was preventing smooth air flow. He used a crimping tool to slightly open every small section of the vent and there were many (see picture). This immediately stopped the noise. Very impressive. He had an idea what the problem was and was willing to spend extra time to resolve it. Then we discussed our noisy rattling fan unit outside. He determined the unit was not sitting evenly on the foundation and used a shim to stabilize it. Noise gone. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend Access Heating and Air. for your HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Tyler and Jacob were awesome. Took the time to walk me through my unit and help me better understand any issues/maintenance problems that could arise. Definitely be using and recommending Access Heating and Air in the future.

I’m seriously blown away at the quality service and quality cleaning I just received. Will and Joe were extremely punctual, very communicative and super diligent. My kiddo and I played outside while they went to work. They took care of 3 bedrooms and 3 large living spaces plus two sectional sofas. I’ve owned my home for two years and my youngest child is 3 and a half.
Do the math. For two years I’ve had a tiny human, super curious and super messy- just wrecking my carpets. I figured once she got past this phase I’d just replace with different flooring.
Will and Joe just changed my mind. I even told them at the beginning I wasn’t expecting the million stains to come out and just hoped for a good solid cleaning.
When I finally toured my house once they finished- my mind was blown. I’m almost confused. My carpets look immaculate! Will told me they could not get all the stains but some came out. I still can’t find what they “couldn’t get out”. It looks so great everywhere. And craziest thing of all— the scent from their cleaning is very pleasant. I’m sensitive to smells, especially chemical smells, and my nose is happy.
Giving these guys 10 stars out of 5 for exceeding my expectations and doing so at such a reasonable price and such excellent customer service.
Last thing: I got an estimate and a scheduled appointment within minutes of texting through their Google listing. They were super responsive and had me a price and scheduled date for service asap. Just incredible 👏🏼👏🏼

Will with Premier ChemDry cleaned our tile floors, rugs and upholstery last week. They did a fantastic job!  We’ve used another company several times and these surfaces have never looked as clean as they do now. I definitely recommend!

I was so impressed by their prompt service and respectful and clear communication. Their prices are great too! We had a gorgeous Persian rug that I was convinced was beyond repair. Their knowledge and experience was a huge encouragement. We will definitely use again. Also didn’t realize how much sand our rugs can hold. Their process of cleaning helps to remove hidden/stuck sand and dirt! A massive plus for this area!

We have owned our condo on 30A since 2011.  The first three years after the purchase we tried our best to find a good tile and carpet cleaner and the first three years the service and product was far less than desirable. We found Will, proprietor of Chem Dry four years ago and couldn’t be more impressed. First, he is always at our place at the time he states. This is no small task at the beach. Second, he is one of the hardest working and most honest people we have met. We have now used Will for four years. The tile and carpet are always perfect when he leaves.  We have recommended Will to others and they have been equally impressed.

It lacks parking, it is in the very center and you are left waiting for the tow truck to come for you, nor do you buy at ease in terms of the material and very professional attention and they have enough materials for your fence, I really liked it

My wife and I just moved into our new house the very first night we had a flood upstairs. PuroClean was able to come out a few days later and the team they sent were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us out big time. Thank you Joshua and Robert for your excellent work.

I am extremely pleased with the service that PuroClean has provided. They were communicative, thorough and responsive. Our technician, Cameron, worked with us previously through another provider.  He is very polite, knowledgeable, responsive and experienced, and he answers all my questions completely.  Moreover, he is thorough and skillful in his work.  I would heartily recommend him.  Since he recently joined Aire Serv of Greenville, I cannot offer much of a review of the company at this time.  However, this first experience was very good and the pricing was better than the previous provider.

I’ve been a customer of Aire Serve for many years and very pleased with their service. Today a technician name Jonathan came and definitely exceeded my husband and I expectations. Not only did he do a thorough job on our heat pump, but he is so neat and was able to answer our many questions patiently and show pictures of any issues which reassured us of its validity. He was so nice and friendly. Looks so young but have over 9 years experience and his work shows it. Hope he will be the one we get each time. Thank you Jonathan for such a great experience.

Air Care Heating & Air Conditioning

Never heard of this company. BUT one of the service vehicles was speeding down the fast lane, but slowing and speeding to irritate a driver in a yellow Ford behind him. This went one for several miles. I was three cars behind, watching it all. Not a good look for the company. Might want to address this. Large Chevy pickup. Going into Boise from Eagle. :-/

What a great experience we had with Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year in Boise, and they came out early for an up-front estimate with quick install. They were the lowest of 5 quotes we received and Jason (who was responsible for install) was respectful, communicated effectively, and answered all of our questions to ensure we were happy with the install. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for the great work – we are enjoying our air conditioning as we speak!

After hitting a road block while installing a smart thermostat I gave up and decided to call a professional.  When I called Dusty I was fully expecting $100+ for a service call.  after I explained what my issue was he took about 5 minutes to walk me through it over the phone and problem solved. Excellent customer service I'll defiantly use him in the future.

Dustin was awesome!  This winter our heater stopped working (of course it was at 10 pm)  and he was out immediately!  It was sooo cold!  He found out that our mother board went out and needed to be replaced.  He did not have a replacement  that night, but he worked a little magic to get it running for the night.  The next morning he arrived with the new part.  One of the other reviewers mentioned that he was kind.  He very much is and I felt very comfortable with him in my home.  Thank you so much, and I apologize for not writing a review earlier!

My AC was not producing very cold air. I have a buddy who does small AC service on the side. He filled up my Freon about .5 - .75lbs. Then a week later no cold AC air. My system is 21yrs old. I got a good recommendation about Air Care in Eagle. I called Air Care up on Wednesday June 26th and Dusty the tech was at my place on Thursday Jun 27th promptly at 2 PM, just as scheduled. He measured the Freon in my system and it was flat line, no Freon. I knew my system need to be replaced. He suggested an Armstrong furnace and AC and coil.  He said he can have his techs install it tomorrow, Friday June 28th.  Jason and Jared the tech arrived at 10 AM just a scheduled. Both were very nice and knowledgeable. When I would ask a question Jason took the time to explain in detail what he was doing. I highly recommend Air Care. They had the system up and running by 4 PM this included a trip back to the shop to manufacture a return duct for the top of the furnace. Also to change the filter is a snap. Just open the door on top the furnace remove the old filter and put in a new one. They also put a metal pocket that holds all of the manuals for the system on the side of the furnace. Really cool!!  I want to thank Jason and Jared for doing great install job. The system looks great and the color matches my water heater. House temp is 72. Perfect

Gary was awesome! He set up a split unit A/C plus heat pump in our shed. It's been working great for about a month now. Thank you!

Last Friday my heat went out. Gary came out Saturday morning. Fixed my heat in 30 minutes!! All that was needed was my sensor cleaned. He was incredibly honest. Friday I had Right Now heating and Air come look at it. I was shown pictures of crumbling furnace parts. Told that it was leaking. They told me I needed a completely new furnace at then cost of $13,690!  My furnace is in the attic so I took him at his word. So happy I had a second opinion. Gary told me that it looked brand new. Looked like it was installed the day before!  If you want an honest company that doesn’t take advantage of you go with  Gary at Air Dynamics.

Amazing service, family owned. Incredibly nice and very professional. Had our hot water heater out and a new one installed in about an hour or so. Very knowledgeable and between Gary and his son, they were very hard working. Would 100% recommend to anyone again.

Wow!  Gary was super helpful on the phone, came out after hours and then did not charge us for the service call when there was nothing wrong.  We are so impressed with his professional service and for the integrity.  Thanks for helping us and we will definitely call again if we need service!!

Ross' Heating & Cooling

Ross is so absolutely skilled, professional, and fantastic..! The furnace blower motor quit on Christmas Eve. He arrived, on 12/26 right on time. He had the motor in stock with his vehicle, and got our furnace running in about an hour and a half (fast), with a new motor and excellent advice to keep the furnace and AC in proper working order. It makes me happy to state that he is the BEST..! His services are AuSome (gold standard). Almost like Jesus..!
