I’m seriously blown away at the quality service and quality cleaning I just received. Will and Joe were extremely punctual, very communicative and super diligent. My kiddo and I played outside while they went to work. They took care of 3 bedrooms and 3 large living spaces plus two sectional sofas. I’ve owned my home for two years and my youngest child is 3 and a half. Do the math. For two years I’ve had a tiny human, super curious and super messy- just wrecking my carpets. I figured once she got past this phase I’d just replace with different flooring. Will and Joe just changed my mind. I even told them at the beginning I wasn’t expecting the million stains to come out and just hoped for a good solid cleaning. When I finally toured my house once they finished- my mind was blown. I’m almost confused. My carpets look immaculate! Will told me they could not get all the stains but some came out. I still can’t find what they “couldn’t get out”. It looks so great everywhere. And craziest thing of all— the scent from their cleaning is very pleasant. I’m sensitive to smells, especially chemical smells, and my nose is happy. Giving these guys 10 stars out of 5 for exceeding my expectations and doing so at such a reasonable price and such excellent customer service. Last thing: I got an estimate and a scheduled appointment within minutes of texting through their Google listing. They were super responsive and had me a price and scheduled date for service asap. Just incredible 👏🏼👏🏼

Will with Premier ChemDry cleaned our tile floors, rugs and upholstery last week. They did a fantastic job! We’ve used another company several times and these surfaces have never looked as clean as they do now. I definitely recommend!

I was so impressed by their prompt service and respectful and clear communication. Their prices are great too! We had a gorgeous Persian rug that I was convinced was beyond repair. Their knowledge and experience was a huge encouragement. We will definitely use again. Also didn’t realize how much sand our rugs can hold. Their process of cleaning helps to remove hidden/stuck sand and dirt! A massive plus for this area!

We have owned our condo on 30A since 2011. The first three years after the purchase we tried our best to find a good tile and carpet cleaner and the first three years the service and product was far less than desirable. We found Will, proprietor of Chem Dry four years ago and couldn’t be more impressed. First, he is always at our place at the time he states. This is no small task at the beach. Second, he is one of the hardest working and most honest people we have met. We have now used Will for four years. The tile and carpet are always perfect when he leaves. We have recommended Will to others and they have been equally impressed.
