Eduardo installed a ceiling fan, added some light fixtures and lowered an existing light fixture.  ACE always does nice work and you can trust who shows up.

Eduardo did a great job.  He installed a vent in our garage, so we can use a portable air conditioner.  He put it where it wouldn't stand out.  He just asked me where to put it and worked on his own.  Very insightful, and love the finished product!

I had to have sheet rock removed and replaced in my garage after a roof leak. Ace was very good the whole way and always responsive to my calls, even when I had to reschedule due to the roof repair taking longer than expected. I particularly want to call out Eduardo for working so hard in a hot garage to ensure everything was done right. Would use them again if needed.

I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services. Their representative, Michael, arrived at my home for an inspection and estimate within hours after my initial call to set up an appointment. His honest and thorough evaluation and careful explanation of the necessary process to resolve my challenges with 100 year old window frames was both informative and appreciated. Although. Ace Handyman  Services was unable to take on this particular project, Michael offered to do some research and try to help me find someone who could.
I will definitely call Ace again.

I was skeptical but I was amazed on how fast and efficient they were.  I will definitely use them again!! Installed shower doir and ceiling fan.

I had double 8 feet high front doors that needed to be realigned including upgrading the original builder hinges. Ace Handyman sent out Dustin Stafford who looked over what needed to be done and ordered the new ball bearing hinges.  He came back later to install the new hinges, align the door and cleaned up the saw dust from the install.

Our door works smoothly.  A job well done.  Dustin was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We had a handyman before but he's moved. I saw a commercial for Ace handyman and thought that would be a great place to call. Bob came out today and he was great! He looked at a couple different items we needed repaired. He suggested the fixes and will be back next week

The Ace team provided professional service, texted & emailed before arriving. They completed the items we asked to be addressed. First, a flag pole holder was mounted on the front of our garage using 3 strong anchors quickly & the second item; move a 395 lbs yard statue to the rear yard,  install rebar (steel stake) into the ground leaving about 12" sticking up above the ground then the yard statue (with a hole in the bottom) was placed over the rebar to stabilize it. It was positioned east facing the rising sun. Both look great and we've used Ace Handyman numerous times!

Matt did an amazing job at installing our dog door for us. It turned out perfect. Way better than if we tried to do it ourselves. He paid great attention to detail and cleaned everything up when he was done. Not all handymen we’ve had in the past have done that. He was kind and respectful and handled my crazy household full of kids like a champ.

Our deck is 18 by 25 feet. Scott was repairing another persons very poor paint/stain job. This was a monster of a job and Scott knew it. It was a gruesome four days of prep, power washing, sanding, painting and staining in temperatures above 90 for one man, but he did it! He always had a smile and a positive attitude, Scott honesty deserves a huge bonus, he is a good man.

Called them and they had Dallas stop by 2 hours after we got off the phone. He did a great job and was fast and efficient. Had to get some extra material to finish the work so he came by next morning and finished the work. Overall very happy with the prompt and great service. I had reached out to other contractors for this work and was told they have a 3-4 week wait. I was happy to get my projects taken care of quickly.

Outstanding service. Done on time. Done within estimated time. Done within budget. Chisholm was outstanding. Upon arrival he figured out what he needed to do and get material wise to correct and finish what was my attempt to do the job.  I will be using their services in the future.

The whole team is awesome from getting scheduled with Char who is hilarious, to Scott really taking the time to try and fix what I needed! I had put things off for a long time and it’s nice to have my cabinet door back on! Scott even gave great recommendations for a very old school door trim that needs a lot of work! He worked hard on each project I had! I am very happy with the service provided and will use Ace in the future for any little projects I may need!

Edit: I had to have a stair fixed and Chisholm came to the rescue! He did an awesome job and was so friendly! He even made friends with my barky little dog!!

One of the best janitorial services in the area, they always arrive on time and pay attention to every detail. I highly recommend using their service.

I am absolutely blown away! Scott came to my hope with the expectations of a daunting task, as I warned the company ahead of time. My carpets were an absolute mess, the stains from children and pets and adults were numbering in what seemed to be the thousands. I had been told by multiple companies prior that some stains could not be lifted out or that I may as well replace the carpets. So when Scott arrived I already expected a load of excuses and explanations as to why things could not be done. Scott just smiled and said, "well, I better get to work then!" He has been in my home since 0930 this morning, it is 1200 now. He has not stopped, he has not complained, and he is absolutely dominating the job! He is currently half way through the house and it looks brand new already. My review is done during his service because it has been, and continues to be, the best that I have ever had in terms of a cleaning company. Those stains that the previous companies had worked on, gone! The hidden areas that no one really checks, squared away! Professionalism and courtesy, above reproach! I have been putting off getting our carpets cleaned for ages because I heard what my neighbor was paying to have hers cleaned by another company  and it was outrageous. But when I went into the nearby Allstate office to use their post office, I noticed a flyer for American Cleaning Service, and asked the lady helping me if she had ever used them. She proceeded to rave about Scott and what a great job he does, that he's trustworthy, and very reasonable, so I gave them a call and scheduled our carpet cleaning. Scott just left and our carpets look amazing! Like, 'we were thinking we might need new carpets and now I think we don't' kind of amazing. Scott was very professional, friendly, and hard working. He even used corner guards so the hoses wouldn't mark the corners of our walls.  All this for HALF what my neighbor paid to have her carpets cleaned. We definitely won't wait so long between carpet cleanings again!

This is such a great company to work with.  Sean is one of the top guys there and he was awesome - a real pro.  Everyone from Northwest that came to our house during the install of a new furnace flue was super nice - and did such a great job.  We were very impressed, thanks so much Northwest!

Great company. Been using them for years. AC went out at the office on the 10th 100 degree day in a row and Mark was here within 90 minutes because he was in the area and we've been working with him for near a decade. Didn't expect same day, let alone that kind of service.

We recently sold our home in Meridian, ID and during the inspection there were several HVAC issues that were noted. I was referred to use Northwest Heating & Air by our realtor and they didn't disappoint. The showed up on time, the technician, Marc, was not only professional, but went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of things during his 1 hour initial inspection. There are a lot of companies that would assess during the 1 hour and then came back for repairs charging  a lot more. Marc took care of things that were simple, he upfront and honest. As a consumer, my biggest fear is always being taken advantage and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a business with integrity that does the right thing.

We are all busy, but when I receive great service I feel obligated to acknowledge that and allow others to "be in the know." Northwest Heating & Air Conditioning earned 5 stars from me. Great Company, Great People, Great Service! Thanks again!

Highly recommend! We received three DIFFERENT opinions about what was wrong with our AC unit. Called Northwest and they came out and shot it to us straight. No upselling. They actually tried to help us save money and time...imagine that :) Great customer service over the phone as well as highly professional technician. Super impressed and will be using this company from now on to help with my HVAC needs.

We made an appointment to have our A/C unit assessed and probably replaced. We were scheduled a week out because it's August and workload is heavy. I got a call to cancel our appointment 23 hours before because they cannot work new clients into their schedule. I understand these situations but it would have been nice to know at the time of scheduling and/or in the last week. Informing us the morning before our appointment will now make us wait another week to get in someone else's schedule.

We had storm damage involving the roofs of several buildings along with additional incidental damage. We were on an extended out of town trip yet absolutely everything was handled quickly and professionally. The completed work was perfect!

About a dozen calls in and still no call back. Every time we are told someone will contact you before the end of the day.

9-19-23 got a response to my review on their website, but still no phone call back from anyone even a request for the owner to call me and same thing still no call back. As of right now there will never be any future business from our family and not sure the businesses we deal with will want to continue their business either.

Do not use this place! After buying a heat pump from them 2 years ago they will not return my calls as I am having trouble with it!

June 8th 2022. REAL CUSTOMER DON'T USE THIS COMPANY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! My outside unit messed up so I called West Virginia heating and cooling. they did show up the next day is the only positive thing I can say about this company they are quick to come to mess up your unit. After he worked for about 10 minutes I come outside with a bottle of water for him to find out he doesn't have the correct tools to fix my unit. I have three kids under eight so I offered him my own personal tools and ran him my own extension cords so he could finish his job to keep my kids cool no biggie good dad's do what they can for the little ones. 30 minutes later he tells me to turn it on and he leaves. 10 minutes after that the fan blade kicks on and cuts all the hot wires he left exposed throughout my unit it shuts down again. And just like that I'm back to where I started. A full week goes by of 80-90 degree weather and me calling everyday to get the same response (your hvac guy has not been around the office and he's not returning any phone call I don't know what county he is even In I also left him voicemails) mind you I live less than a football field away so daily I would drive to the adjacent parking lot and watched all the HVAC Vans would pull in and people would leave in their personal vehicles mmm love being lied to. A full week goes by of excuses why it's left like this and no one is here to fix it. So in conclusion if you would like wire nuts scattered in your yard cut wires thrown inside your unit having to pick up other people's trash after they leave and charge you hundreds of $$$ being lied to
daily and having your outside unit turned into a electric fence, just to be in the same boat as before you called and have to fix it yourself. then this is the company for you. Absolutely worthless!!! while your reading this check out pics I left and yes this is how he left it wires everywhere 0/10 do not recommend!!!!!!

Don’t waist your time. I approved a system replacement quote and was told they would contact me to schedule. 4 weeks and multiple phone calls later, they are ignoring me. Now I am stuck looking for another company. I will now have to wait several more weeks to get on the schedule for another company. They will be disrespectful of your time and you should use another company.

(Backstory) There’s nothing worse than having your HVAC stop working on a hot day and having no one to come out to help. This happened to me and it took three days of let downs from my home warranty company and phone calls to many companies till I finally was able to find some who would help me!

(Experience) My help was a gentlemen named Dave, from WV Heating and Cooling … he came to my rescue to fix my older unit today that had broken down on me. He did such a great job, he was friendly, more than fair, honest, and worked quickly to restore our system when I couldn’t get scheduled in at any other place that I had called and that my service provider had tried to call.

I am beyond grateful and intend on calling WV Heating and Cooling Services for all my future needs! Thanks again!!
