Paul Davis Restoration of Central Nebraska

Team Michael started a multi-day project for us last Friday and finished Tuesday of this week. The team worked hard to clean and gut living quarters that were infested with bedbugs, roaches and other bugs. All members of Team Michael were professional and helpful in answering my questions. The team members worked diligently to complete a daunting task. Most importantly, they team remained positive and kept great attitudes. All services provided by Team Michael were above expectations. Also, special thanks to Leo regarding the preliminary work and scheduling of the job. Leo was very responsive and patient.

Very unprofessional demeanor, pushy, rude at times. They don't do a very good job in communication. We had them come out and dried the floor due to flood, they ripped off the affected floorboards but ruined another big area of floorboards that was not affected. We decided not to use them for the restoration part of the job because of that. The workers have had attitudes since then. This company has monopolized the market in central Nebraska. If I have another choice I would not go with them. P.S. this is a different company from the Paul Davis in Omaha apparently, the Omaha company is a lot more professional and easy to deal with. Stay away from the Paul Davis central Nebraska people if you could.

They did a GREAT job!! They were here & working just a few days after I contacted them, as opposed to the waiting I did with another company(over 2 weeks for an estimate). Their employee, Jorge, did a lot of hard work outside in EXTREMELY hot & humid weather, but he still kept on going. I'm very happy with everything they did!!

They are efficient and effective in all things that they do to get you back in your house or your life back to normal as soon as possible. Collaborating with Insurance companies is made painless because of the work, preparation and documentation provided by Paul Davis. They always contact you before entering your house and are very consistent in following up with progress and updates throughout the process. Visible effort was put into returning our house back to normal not only from the water damage but also from the impact of numerous workers and equipment being used. For the trash removal and carpet protection and cleaning they left the house like they were never there. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Had a pipe burst. Called at the end of the day and they had a crew out first thing the next morning. Michael, Andrew, and Jaime were all great! Got everything demoed, dried, and cleaned up in just a matter of days!
