I have a few things to eat in the morning and in the afternoon. It's mostly just a convenience store.

After a year and a rotation of employees, this has become a pleasant place to stop. I hear the food and food selection is pretty good. Give'em a shot.

Clean restroom with friendly staff and sell pizza and krispy crunchy chicken and feed for dog n horse too always recommends to any one anytime

Very good people who will help you if you have a serious issue

Fine. Couldnt figure out how to edit hours correctly. There are window hours from midnight to two am where you make purchases through the window and use a sliding box thing to pay and receive goods so they can actually clean the floors correctly.

They are nice, great..so much cheaper that Sheetz, down the street ..They always have our favorite RC Cola on sale!..Sheetz never have any RC products

Parking is pretty full most the time nice inside hard to get in out of during busy times of the day

I usually go on a daily basis & the staff are all great.

Nice gasoline station they have statue & signage that capture your attention, but then we came here since is the closest gas we can stop by cz we kept driving along Cima rd.. they have public toilet,  the small grocery that sell souvenirs olso lthey serve warm foods from 11am to 7pm and we liked the chicken salad and tenders we ordered( the dressing of tenders is soo good & salad is fresh) about the price I think it's normal ( little pricey from ordinary grocery but common that was expected!!! & for a busy intersection gas station) the employee are helpful and polite.. all in all good experience!

Gas prices are high.  The staff is really nice and helpful.  The store here sells lottery ticks and has some nice food products for sale. The also have a nice little Cafe inside as well. Restrooms too. Hot sauces and Jerkey too.

Gas is about $2 more than Baker or state line had stations.  And their "waterfall" urinal is disgusting.  It's an open tub that recirculates urine. You can see the ammonia stalactites from  the rock feature.  Surprised they haven't been shut down

Our gas tank stayed on empty after fueling and paying. My boyfriend went inside to let the clerk know, not even demanding a refund, but asking him to please check the pump. The clerk got argumentative and just said no refund, and he can’t do anything about it. This happened around 2:40am today. I’m reaching out to Shell and reporting, doubtful that they’d be helpful either, but the least I can do is try to warn other people not to go here.

Their chicken is amazing…like Chic-fil-a but a notch better. chicken sandwich and strips are great. Their burgers are pretty good too. Clerk (tall guy) was great as well. Great service stands out these days and it was noticed so had to make sure to leave a review.

Oxxo

8 years ago I decided not to stop at this Oxxo again, however, I had to go recently, and it was not the same people, you can feel a lot of difference in customer service, and if they were the same, they have already changed their attitude a lot so despot to one of much higher quality, as long as these people are there, I will continue to recommend buying here

There is never a system at the oxxo dog, apart from that the managers always say they don't have a fair, they serve very reluctantly and in fact they have a very terrible administration that doesn't care about customer service. I avoid going to this one for the same reason but in Juarez you don't have a choice

Went to this place so I could use my Kroger fuel rewards. Slow flow. Took about 20 minutes to do a full tank. No sensor to stop the gas when tank was full. It kept flowing and spilled a good amount of gas on to the ground. Avoid this location. Wasted my savings.

EXPIRATION STATION

Nearly everything in the store was expired.  Each snack item I picked up was long fossilized, most with expiration dates over a year past.  Some products were so old the packaging had been bleached.  I felt like I was in a real life version of the game Fallout, exploring a post-apocalyptic, long abandoned convenience store.  All it needed was some Nuka Cola in the coolers.

Also, for some reason, despite me entering my rewards info, it then declined to credit me for the purchase.

If you're unlucky enough to happen into this Shell, don't purchase anything that you may need to consume at some, at least if you value your teeth.

not all type of credit cards will be accepted. have to transfer to a nearby gas station. the store is old and even the gas station itself.

I stopped to get gas at this shell station and the guy working told me my dog could not come in the store. I showed him my registration card where my dog is a registered service animal. He said it didn’t matter he could not come in. I told him service animals were allowed to go in stores but he said no. He was rude to me. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) stipulates that individuals with disabilities are entitled to broad public access for their service dogs. Unless there is a legitimate safety concern, the animals are allowed to accompany their handlers to stores, restaurants, buses—any place open to the public.

This shell station was nasty,  restrooms were filthy comrade was stopped up.  My mother uses a walker and store items had to be moved so she could get through.  Floors were dirty.  It was just a real mess. Shell station used to be the best places to stop.  This one is terrible.

Best  place to ever be!! The owner is very nice and friendly. I always go there to get my gas and anything I want to grab ina. Quick jiffy

I have been to this particular gas station on several occasions in order to take advantage of the Shell Fuel Rewards Program. The program itself is nice because you can stack and build your rewards balance by buying specific products in return for $ off each gallon of gas.

I never in my life have been treated so horribly by a gas station attendant, who I believe to be the owner. He is extremely rude, has a temper with a short fuse, provides the exact opposite of customer service, is extremely unhelpful, and has no idea/knowledge/understanding of how his own gas station fuel rewards program even works!

Tonight, for example, I purchase 2 starburst (a Featured Offer in the FR app) specifically to earn an additional 5 cents off/gallon. After you enter in your Reward ID code and pay your receipt is sent to the shell rewards program app for verification and then you receive whatever reward they are offering (side note - this guy doesn’t understand his own fuel reward program and how it works even though I’ve tried to explain it to him on at least 4 different occasions).

Anyway, so instead of manually entering the price, I ask him to scan the items. He is clearly annoyed that I would even ask such a question, but begrudgingly complies and scans them in. Once he scanned them, the touchpad screen went straight to payment instead of allowing me to enter in my rewards ID. Oh, no! Now he has to cancel the transaction, but instead of rescanning the starburst as requested (which remember...is the WHOLE POINT of me even being there) he enters them in manually. He absolutely didn’t rescan them on purpose so I ask to return the items with the intent of repurchasing them the CORRECT way, but by this point he is clearly angry and says, “I’m closing and going home now.” Man! This guy must really be miserable.

This was the straw that broke the camels back. This shell will no longer get my business even if I have to go out of the way to find another gas station. He has lost a customer and if he treats me this way then I can only imagine how many other peoples business he has lost.

Great place to stop buy!! Not too crowded. Nice employees. Convenient location. The owner is always helpful☺️

Gofart sucks butt! Food is dirty! Don't eat it! U might just die! Cockroaches! And the gas is cut with extra extra water!   Nasty bathrooms! Sheetz is way better!

Pump 3 overflows when you set it on auto fill. The attendant seemed to care less when I let her know.

Never previously reviewed a gas station ...but the folks staffing this one were nice enough to warrant a "shout out" for their wonderful attitude and their friendly customer service.

Fast, friendly service and they have the best breakfast, ☕ and fried chicken 🐔.

Nice people clean store. Even in a small town like Newton

Spent $7.11 on two drinks. Cap came off easy with zero resistance. There was no pressure in them. Both were FLAT! Only thing I could come up with is some despicable person opened them and put them back in the reach in cooler. Whether whomever did it tampered with the contents is anybody's guess. WASTE OF MONEY! I through them away.

They are VERY VERY rude here. They snatch your card when it declines and say you have no money get out come back when you do. I keep my funds in my saving so if I lose my card my money is not gone. But no one should be treated like that anyway for no reason.  The man or lady should wait until you see why your card declines.

Complete trash pit: we stopped here because we are Shell rewards members. This place is filthy and trashy looking. The attached photo is just a small example which illustrates the bigger problem. The cashier was talking on her mobile phone before and after I was forced to go inside because the pump credit card reader didn’t work (surprise).

Great employees, very friendly and they go the extra mile to help you find what you're looking for.  They always have the freshest and best tasting coffee.  The food is delicious here, too. They usually have one of the lower priced gas prices around.  Overall great place to stop.

This is a very nice store. It's super clean, very neat and the staff is friendly and helpful.
