The bathrooms are outside. And I would only write them a C on the cleanliness. There are a few other gas stations nearby that I would go to instead of this one. The pumps worked fine though.

This a small shop gas station. The store and bathrooms are much cleaner now then the last time I stopped at this location.  There is a Burger King inside that shares the main store. It's not a stop I  would intentionally remember for future visits because it's small with nothing around it except another small gas station and the bathrooms are hit or miss for cleanliness and accessibility.  The gas price is not any better than the next station.

Advertise being open 24hrs, however it's 1030p and they're closed. Stranded here in the parking lot waiting for gas delivery. All while watching several vehicles pull in looking for gas..

I stopped at this service station last night to fuel up, and when I walked into the store I was very rudely informed that the restrooms were "locked up for the night". That location had the only restrooms for miles around, and I was denied access to them for no plausible reason. I am not a lawyer, but I do believe that in some zoning ordinances convenience stores are required to have publicly-accessible restrooms and yet this location did not. What an absolute disgrace this establishment is to Shell plc. Rest assured, I will not be back and I will be filing a formal complaint with Shell USA, Inc.

Today at Wednesday at 11: 45am . Cashier white women with long dark brown. hair. My sister and i went play lottery. She was disrespectful with my sister. Because my sister wanted to use a ticket. She won $ 8.00 to pay a lottery ticket. My sister  explain to her. She said " You're not getting what I'm saying. "  she was very disrespectful.

I usually come in three times a week to buy lottery today I come in to buy my lottery and I was told lottery could not be sold to me from the other side of the counter. If I wanted lottery, I could only buy the scratch off on the side that was open, which does not contain new lottery tickets. The cashier told me the managers rules not to sell lottery tickets only on her side that’s open so I will no longer be buying lottery tickets at this convenience store. It’s a shame because I usually buy a couple of hundred dollars each time looking for a new spot.

I went to buy lottery tickets this morning. I don't know her name, so I'm calling her Karen (White woman) with long dark hair was rude. She has a smart mouth.

Last time I was there, (the 2nd of June '23) the lady behind the counter couldn't get the gas purchases right. Two customers had to go in to remind her to turn the pumps on. Five minutes apart from each other. Both paid at same time.
One customer had to bring her money back in because she gave too much change.
This was first thing in the AM. Probably around 520am. The woman was seriously out of it. I wouldn't say anything but that could become a dangerous situation when someone in charge of cash are nodding out mid sentence in front of customers.

Staying overnight at hotel and wanted coffee at 4:30am. This place was about the only place i found that was open. Well lit inside and out. Clean store and a great cashier working. Friendly and helpful and had a good conversation. The interaction was like I've been coming here for years. That's customer service. Keep up the great work. It would be great if all places had customer service like I received here.

Great place to go in nice and clean and has just about anything u may need. Gas price was decent.

Prices so high! Even with my Shell card still more than every regular station ⛽

They make you watch commercials on the gas pump. Before they will let you start your purchase. I could not give that type of costly selfish action a low enough rating to justify this inappropriateness.

The bp station down the road was quicker and cheaper.
If turn the other direction off the interstate there a couple of gas stations that are closer.

Thanks for updating your webpage! Traveling at 3 am, need gas, pull off here because your webpage said you are open 24/7 and you are closed! Thanks for letting us waste the little bit of gas we had left to pull into your station that is closed! Don’t stop here!

This station is absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper in the women's bathroom, trash cans by the pumps were over flowing. Cashier just didn't seem to care. Shelves barely had anything on them. I would never stop at this station again.

Godinger absolutely disgusting my boyfriend went into the men's bathroom and someone had cracked in the men's urinal and left it there and nobody cleaned it up people are rude will never return

My husband & I just stopped in to grab a cup of coffee for the road (it’s 6:30ish, Friday night 2/26/21). As I was getting my coffee the clerk came over and said she was going to make us some fresh coffee! She had the sweetest smile and personality! I didn’t see a name badge, but her vest said ‘Assistant Manager’ She is such an awesome asset to this company!! It’s service like that that keeps people coming back!! We will definitely be stopping by the next time we’re in town!! :)

I stopped to get gas and I went on to use the restroom.  I had my small dog with me because it was 97 degrees outside.  The guy working would not let me in with my dog. He told me I had to leave my dog in the car. That is absurd to leave a dog in a car when it is that hot outside. It's hotter in the car.  I WILL NOT use this gas station when traveling again. 🤬

Flat refused entry to use the restroom, even when I said I'd buy something if that was the issue. Locked the door in my face. Also, someone left a campfire axe and an open pocket knife lying on the ground just outside the door and that didn't seem to bother the guy as much as me and my full bladder. 0/10, your bathrooms are always filthy anyway.

Makes you feel always welcome has plenty of stuff different types of items and great lottery tickets so if you're into playing the lottery the scratch off or whatever he's got them this is aka-san black water have a Merry Christmas and many more

The first gas station that the lady tells me I do not sell gas, not even some water for my children who were thirsty due to the immense heat that it is until their burrito was finished ... what a horrible service I do not recommend it gave me a lot of courage since my babies were very hot and thirsty😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is a good gas station in La Quinta CA. If you have a rewards to use it. If you don’t  have any rewards then go somewhere else. Cause its  a bit quite pricey. Mainly we use this shell station because of the points that we have and make a good deal for us!
The stuff was good and friendly  they gave us free Air on one of our tire that need to have more Air.  It’s easy to come and fuel your car.
Amazing location, and every body can stop by and get gas onto your car!

Im gonna base my review on not only how helpful and awesome the cashier maria was but also on the fact on how clean the store and restroom is. Honestly. Bathroom was impeccable. As clean as it could be. No one likes walking into a public restroom with pee on the seat and tp all over the floor. This bathroom was just super clean. Lol Maria is on top of things over at this shell for sure. 👍🏼

Last year car crashed into front of store and it's still not fixed only thing you can buy is gas beer and soda nothing else

Gas prices are good but I feel the gas didnt give the same mileage as other gas stations

Thank you so much for the great service to our bikes. Went on a full day biking and we had a few low and flat tires. Rudy was simply the most amazing man you could ever meet. Great knowledge and never gave up with suggestions for us. We went on our way and made it back safe and sound after repairs were completed. 40k bike trip which could have been a disaster turned into a great day. 10/10 experience. I brought my 2012 Audi here for an EVAP - related check engine light after over a year of chasing the issue. Multiple “authorized” shops in the desert, and the Audi dealership in rancho mirage were unable to source the problem. The team here found the issue same-day, and has the problem resolved within 2 days. No one tried to up-sell us on other services, or give us the run-around on the work.

The team here is transparent, trustable, and professional throughout the whole experience. I will be brining all my business here going forward.

It is a decent place, with no issues, usually no line, and with few exceptions, they are quick.

This place wants your money.....The man who worked there at the smog check told me that they couldn't pass it because something was wrong with my motor leaking gas. Wanted to charge me $115 for a diagnostic and didn't know exactly what was the issue. Told them I'll take my car to the mechanic. After that, I took my car to two places, and they said there is nothing wrong with my car and PASSED the smog check with no repairs needed. Please be careful... some places just want your money and will make something out of nothing.

Good gas BUT if you are going to have your vehicle worked on at this location be prepared to pay a lot . This place charges a lot for mechanical work , even on my truck that is a 2006 .

Says they are open 24 hrs, but they are not. Charge $15 to park overnight. If your going to charge a truck to park all night you better stay open so we have access to bathrooms and coffee/food. I will never stop here again

Clean store, restrooms, is only positive thing that I only say about this Gas station. Today, my car broke down at the pump after paying for gas, buying a snacks and patronizing the next door subway. I told the attendant about what happened and explained that I will get my car towed. I waited for 3.5 hours and through it all, I kept the attendant in the know about the status and updates on my tow which was with AAA. I already felt bad for holding up one of the pumps due to my vehicle not wanting to start. About 30 mins before my tow arrived, I'm assuming the owner of the gas station and another attendant approach me to inquire about the status. I simply explained the situation and my efforts to remedy the inconvenience. They both were very rude, unprofessional,  condenseding and very aggressive with me. The owner(assuming)  then threatened to have my car towed in 30 mins if it wasn't moved. I understand his perspective, but at the same time, you have to know how to talk to people. Him and his attendant were very disrespectful, and it took everything in me to hold my composure... luckily, my roadside service came 20 mins later, I got loaded and was off back home safe. Horrible personal experience at this establishment. Don't break down ever at this place, Go to the T/A across the road or truck stop on the opposite side of the interstate. Stay safe out there people...!

4 yr old need to use the bathroom. There was no other gas station close by. We took our chance with this smaller gas station and were pleasantly surprised. It was so clean! Attendant was actively mopping and the whole place was much nicer than expected. Thanks for saving us in a pinch! You guys do a great job!!

I’ve been traveling cross country for 3 weeks now and was pleasantly surprised to find one of the nicest gas stations in small town Georgia. Extremely clean, clerk was friendly and they had a great selection of snacks and essentials + a lil farmers stand outside with local peaches. Will definitely try to stop here whenever I’m passing through again.

While the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the store. It's rare to walk into a convenient store and the first thing you notice is not only does it look clean, it actually smells clean. No incense burning, no nasty spills on floors, this place was spotless! Very neat with products organized and very neatly arranged. Super friendly attendant and even though they were understaffed, one would never know it by the appearance of store and attitude of staff. Kudos!
