Smells weird in tho store. Sometimes there’s a long line when they could have two registers open.

Service at this station is terrible.   I attempted to buy some fried chicken, and when I asked how long the chicken had been under the heat lights, I was told, "three hours."   I attempted to ask another question and was told that he was not going to talk to me about the chicken and, "just get the f__k out of the store and don't come back."

The people in the parking lot will pester you for money and alcohol. The store itself is fine though. Not worth the hassle to me!

Covenient location.... Cashiers are not helpful,  rude & short,  and prices way too high.

The employees are very rude and they have drug addicts hanging around outside the store begging for money.

The only reason I gave one star was because that's the only way I could give a review. Today around 2 pm I went to get gas, I filled up and decided to play the lottey. After, I gave the lady my numbers there was a total of 3 lotto tickets from the numbers I had picked myself, I also did 2 quick picks. The clerk who had a terrible attitude told me very aggressively that they don't take cards for lottery. I said ok and I gave her a large bill which was all I had and she was aggressive the second time. The clerk gave me back the slip I used to pick my numbers and sat the tickets from the machine aside.I left out to go to another store to make change and when I came back she said she sold the tickets because she didn't think I was coming back. She told me I can get other numbers just not the ones I picked. The only reason I went back was because the numbers I picked were mine. This lady had a very nasty attitude and I will never stop there ever again. She was also nasty to an elderly man that was trying to make small talk and she blew him off. How could she be be nasty to any elderly person?She's supposed to be the face of the company. People like that don't belong in customer service.

Don't even stop here! You do not need it that badly! Go to racetrac instead. The only reason this place is still in business is because there is no other choice in Destrehan.
Fuel pumps don't accept cards but the employees will tell you it's only your card. Even though everyone was having to go inside to pay for fuel. Add to that the employees are super rude

Apple/Google pay and tap do not work on any of the 8 pumps.

Car wash has gone down hill. Sprayers don't always work.

Place is very busy, but the bathrooms are clean, the line moves fast, the food is hot and fresh and they employees are friendly.

I stop here about once a month to fill up.  They are usually friendly and I'll get lottery tickets here.  One thing that aggravates me is that they charge extra for credit use.  I can understand that, but they charge extra for the use of a Shell card.  I know that they are making extra, because Shell does not charge them for the card fee on this.  I just charge on my mastercard, where I still get a discount.

Nice people.  But check any food purchase before you buy.   My Slim Jim was a year expired.   Did not offer to refund.   Yuck.

Pump credit cards have not worked for the last 2 months. Every time I go in they tell me it's not their problem. But they don't seem to least bit concerned about fixing it. Very frustrating

Great pumps pressure! Great access to freeway! Bathrooms very clean! Handicap accessibility! Great customer service!

These people rip you off!! I tried to use my rewards points for .25 off per gallon and the machine declined my debit card. I had to walk in and of the 3 people they all said that a debit card was the same as cash and that the price will show on the pump. When I looked at the pump it was only .10 off per gallon. When I went back in they said a debit was not cash and then I asked them to reverse it and they said the couldn't. The original guy was rude and said you don't know how to count and the girl apologized but said that I had already poured the gas.  3rd guy dissapeared and was probably the owner . That is how they steal from you never go there!!!!;

Offers a ton of drinks, coffees, slushies.. Prices here are fine aswell.

Equals 1/4 of a mile away from the highway 40 and it was average Latin was clean no mirror on a wall people was okay it's conveniently located close to the highway near Flagstaff Arizona good place to stop by and get a few if you agree with my comments please leave a feedback hopefully you'll enjoy the trip and Crossing through the Arizona have a safe trip kindly

Don’t come here if you want to wait 20 mins to fill your tank up , slowest pumps ever

I stopped to buy snacks and fuel up here in February 2020 right before Arizona shutdown for Covid-19. It was an unremarkedable experience. The only reason I remember my visit is because it was my first time stopping at Ash Fork. The inside lighting of the station gives a darken appearance. It's dated so the overall vibe is oppressive. The bathroom was not up to cleanliness standards. Luckily I only had to pee. I'm not going to commit to say avoid it. Just here to relate my experience.

Card reader didn't work, gas pumped crazy slow, one of the bathrooms was broken, hand dryer in the bathroom that did work was broken, they scanned stuff and it didn't come up on their computer. So then they had to go look and see how much it was. Took way too much time to gas up, get myself and 4 kids through the bathroom, buy some snacks, and get back on the road. Suggest not stopping at this gas station when traveling up I-65.

This store need more training on customer service.  The manager and the clerk was very rude and disrespectful. Don’t stop here

Not Friendly. Pre-paid for fuel got upset when we asked for a receipt.
Family members that were riding with us were yelled at for trying to use the restroom.
The attendant got rude and said can’t you read the sign the restrooms are closed.
The person in our party was just trying to wash their hands the attendant said well you could wash your hands out here.
Still looking for where out here is.
Looks to not be friendly with the neighboring businesses signs posted not to park on shell property while attending other businesses right next-door.
Restrooms are not in service at this gas station suggest you try another gas station.

Nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen…do not stop here. Looked like something out of a horror movie.

Don't stop at SHELL in Oxford, AL  I-20  if you want premium gas. They only have two grades. Premium is not one of them.  I didn't realize that until after I used my bank card and was charged for gas they don't have. You can't pay at the pump. I thought this particular pump was broken and went back in to let the cashier know I was changing pumps because I wanted premium.  The cashier tells me they only sell the low and middle grades. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 24 hours to go back on my card. However, the money was out of my account when my card was swiped. I asked for a receipt and were given one showing the refund amount. I got back on the interstate and drove to SHELL in Douglasville, GA.  Got the gas I needed. The following day I checked my account and "NO" refund. I called the telephone number listed on the receipt repeatedly. No one ever answered. Another number I call was disconnected and listed as Oxford, AL Shell came up as Huntsville,  AL. In disbelief, looking over the receipt, the cashier refunded my money to the customer that was after me and gave me her receipt. I finally called SHELL'S corporate office. Talked with a representative there. It may take several weeks before this is resolved.

I would avoid this location until they do significant work on the infrastructure.  A good few pumps were down; the one that I went to was very slow.  Later, I found out the hard way that the mechanical parts to automatically stop filling up the tank weren't operable.  Then, to top it off, the system froze, and I couldn't get to the receipt prompt.

I'll give the attendant some credit for trying to reboot the system, but it seemed like the whole thing had crashed.  Please get your hardware and systems fixed!

This station needs some help. Gas pumps super slow. I've been sitting here 5 minutes and only have 3 gallons so far. Monster energy refrigerator is out. So drink is hot. Lawd have mercy

My friend's car had engine trouble. The car shut down.  We were able to get into this gas station. We purchased some oil. We were not blocking access to any pumps or entrance or exit. We had to call a wrecker service and were told it would  be two hours. We went to tell the attendant as a courtesy. He became very angry saying we didn't ask his permission to park there. We explained that we couldn't drive the car. He kept yelling at us to move the car, move the car! I asked him to get the owner on the phone. He refused.
This was a  horrible way for anyone to treat someone in an already bad situation. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION!!!!

It was fine it was just dark and I was tired

After attempting to pay on several machines, I noticed that each of the pumps were non operational. This was not labeled or stated in any manner at the gas station, so I am informing those who may try to make the same mistake I did to come to the chevron further down so you actua get the fuel you intend to purchase.

Lol never again only order fry's from them in the kitchen had me in the bathroom 3days grease smelled bad fair warning

They know many people coming here are returning rental cars. So they raise the price and they don’t keep receipt paper filled. Have to go inside and wait in line just for a receipt. Do better!

Closest to the car rental center... 50¢ per gallon more expensive. Yeah, they know they have you...

If you’re in a hurry to return car and you see a red head cashier lady, do yourself a favor and go to the next racetrac pump which is 3 mins away. This is twice that she has turned on the OPEN sign and sat in her car browsing her phone. At least turn off the light and do that people don’t come to your pump. Useless.

If I could give zero starts I would but I will definitely tell you this place is not open 24 hours. In staying at the hotel next door and this places has all it's lights on it's obviously open but for the past two nights now the doors have been locked with a sign saying will return at this time. I waited and no one ever unlocked that door. Whoever your night shift crew is. Obviously doesn't like people and therefore needs to be fired.

Just visited this establishment. The employee to customer interaction,communication,service was not welcoming,helpful or polite at all,to say the least. Individuals who work with the public, in a sales position, especially in a busy location such as this one, should be more hospitable. This recommendation is in reference to attitude, verbal correspondence as well as physical gestures,body language and facial expressions. I purchased 8 large items and I was not offered a bag. Upon request I received a negative facial expression and was offered very smalI brown bags that were on the counter. A suggestion to the owner,your establishment is located in a very profitable area,located near our city's Airport as well as reputable Hotels. A high percentage of customers are visitors to our city, a city that takes pride in being known for our great hospitality. Our visitors/guest/customers are our financial bloodline. $0.40 higher per gallon than others, can’t pay at pump, can only purchase set amounts.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS.  Walked up at 10pm and they run to lock the door. And rudely say "we closed"

The men's bathroom was horrible, Lashanda was mad when I asked for a refund on a coffee I prepaid for. I asked how long it had been there and she said thirty minutes. The coffee thermos was empty therefore I asked for the refund. Give Lashanda the boot. My wife said the women's restroom was dirty too.  I'll be skipping this station thanks to Lashanda.

Told me they couldn't break 100 dollar bill even if I bought 50 dollars in gas
